I have no idea how this place has mainly 5 star reviews. I have attended this dealership on multiple occasions and the staff have never even tried to be friendly. I've inquired about many vehicles, and was even intending to make a purchase from this dealership but my all around terrible experience turned me away. I'd suggest to go to literally any other dealership in the area, as I've always been treated better elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. A friend of mine purchased a vehicle from them 7 months ago. Within the first 3 weeks she had to take it back for repair. It has been in the shop more than it has been on the road within her 7 months of owning it. They sold her a faulty vehicle and then claimed to "fix" any problems she had each time she brought it in to the shop, but left with more sounds than it had before. They now have extended her contract forcing her to pay more bi-weekly and told her if she were to trade it in to them, she would be forced to pay another couple grand. She paid 12000 for this vehicle and has had to put over 2000 into it in her 7 months owning it. This is a LEMON vehicle and they are not taking any responsibility for selling her a car that is not in good enough condition to be driver. Absolutely ridiculous. I was going to give them my business but now I tell anyone and everyone to STEER CLEAR!

Called the place, told them I was gonna come from Mississauga (1 hour away) to look at two vans. When I arrived, the first thing I noticed is that the side doors on both vans are stuck and unopenable. This is a pretty big deal, and they left me to discover this problem instead of telling me over the phone, or even disclosing it on their online advertisements. What a royal waste of my time and my gas money.

Don't buy car or truck from this place I just finish pay for a van from there and now I have to get another safety for my van before they will give me my key and ownership in my name. It nice to know I pay $13,000 for it and now I have to pay more

I was in the market for a Mustang. Looked for days kijiji and autotrader. Lots of potential Mustangs for me i found.. Lack of responses from sellers disappointing. I emailed Vijay at Deejays Auto Brantford about a 2007 convertable. Response was quick back. Took a look. Liked the car.. American Muscle. Had to have and Vijay and I wrote up the deal. Its was fun. I saved some cash and he even kept me first priorty as another customer was also interested and offered him more at point of sale. Showed integrity to sell me the car lower than he was being offered by the second in line. He worked with my schedule and i enjoyed that weekend , top down cruising to my vacation planned. Awesome. Well all cant always be golden. After couple weeks of ownership, starter was making noise. I emailed and visited Deejays. Again tight schedule. I needed car repaired and Vijay asked I make appontment. Explained tight schedule and he worked with me. Gave me his car and i went and had lunch at one of Brantfords oldest Drive in Diners.. Ribeye steak sandwich. So after an excellent lunch my phone had rang that car was ready. Back cruising enjoying a fabulous car.. Used not new but fabulous. The whole team there are great. Accomadating and friendly. May need another vehicle sometime soon.. As my Mustang too beautiful for winter I'm feeling. Still summer though. Too busy enjoying my new ride top down to think about winter now. Thanks Vijay and entire family of staff at Deejays. Best Wishes

One star is still too much to give these crooks. Bought a car there, and right away the next day I had to take it back because the check engine light was on. They "cleared the code" as there was nothing wrong and all seemed fine. Fast forward to 1 year 11 months later. The engine fan ran non stop, it wouldn't shut off. Knowing I had purchased the extended warranty I emailed Vijay and asked how much it would cost to have this diagnosed, and to see if it was covered by warranty. His response was bring it in and we will see if it is covered. I brought it in, and they checked it over. Told me it was the thermostat housing, and that is wasn't covered. They told me the part was over $300.00 and then 1.5 hours of labor. So with tax I was looking at close to $500.00 to fix this. I told them I would think about it. . The young mechanic stood there and told me he cleared all the codes except for the one that needed fixed. Didn't tell me what codes he cleared but in my head I figured these would have nothing to do with anything that was mechanically wrong or a warning of what was to come. I went and priced the housing thermostat and it was $140.00 plus tax, and then took my mechanic less than an hour to put it in. So quite a mark up on the parts there. Extended warranty ran out on 10/28/2018. On 11/4/2018, I was stranded on the side of the road, had to have the car towed to the shop. Learned that the transmission was gone. I have only had the car for 2 years and there is only 82,000KMS on it. Now I am questioning the codes cleared, and asking Vijay at Deejays for some clarification and some guidance. I got nothing. I got a "sorry to hear this" I got a reply in CAPS! I am not going to see if the codes that were cleared can be retrieved, and then seek legal help. This is a cost of close to $5000.00 for me on a vehicle I am still paying on. I also know of someone else that had a transmission go on her vehicle twice!! Starting to think that these are lemons they are selling. Would not recommend them to anyone gong forward.

Deejays is a great place to buy a vehicle, or have your vehicle serviced. Dave, the service manager is very helpful. I have had many oil changes, AC checks, etc done here and have never had a bad experience. I recently had an oil change done and while I waited I browsed the lot and there were a lot of good quality vehicles priced very well. Talk to Rod to buy a vehicle! He’s very knowledgeable and friendly!

Half decent guys. Got truck thru them which wasn't bad.But within first 6 months and not even 10000km had to change U Joint to differential, wheel bearings went and as well as brakes and tires were more than 50% worn on front. Not huge deal just money out of pocket but I saved doing work myself. Otherwise guys ain't bad there just surprised me cuz all these things cost over a grand.

Went in for them to tell me something they could’ve told me over the phone. Horrible communication, although from what I’ve heard from almost everyone in Brantford, it would’ve been a mistake to buy there anyways. Craphole sales department and even worse service. Dont waste your time or money here. Completely unreasonable, are not willing to adjust prices even by a couple hundred on already overpriced cars AND lied right to our faces. Told us they had the lowest price on cars within 100+km. Specifically we were looking at a base model Mazda 3 hatchback priced at $8000 (very overpriced for this model and year) Many sport models (more features) are priced cheaper in Toronto and elsewhere. But we already live 1.5 hours south of this lot and don't have the time to drive even further to Toronto. Complete waste of time. The car was priced at $8000 but had 2 significant scratches on the outside paint, and many more on the interior. The back seats were worn out, tires severely rusted and the car was overall dirty. We asked about any wiggle room in the price and were told there was "no wiggle room on any cars unless they've been in our lot for six months, then maybe we'll go down a couple hundred." Ridiculous prices with no room to bargain. A complete waste of our night and has money.

Very very unhappy. When I first picked out my van I noticed a crack in the front bumper asked for them to fix it. Oh yeah no problem we'll fix that for you Vijay was quoted saying. When I picked it up it wasn't fixed unless you call soft tapping metal screw to attach it fixing it. But I don't. Then about 13 months later the engine went wow what an expense that was. Had to fix the alternator shortly after that. Now that the cars paid off they deemed it unfit, so what now I can't drive it when they sold me a fit car 5 more grand later what a bunch of jokes. Now the second car we got 2 years ago now had to fix yet again the alternator and the transmission is going. They can just come and get that car I am so pissed off right now, going to be talking to someone about all their bullshit have not heard one going review about the from family and friends since they've all had major problems with their cars. One more thing the car came with locking lug nuts but no one has a key to change the tire go figure what type of garage doesn't have those keys!!

Bought a 2015 Civic. They tell you their standards for everything is at least 50% then the tires you get only last a season. Made me feel weird during our interaction. Not willing to bargain at all. Also, don't be fooled by their reviews because they reach out to you saying they will send a 25$ Tim's gift card for a 5 star review which seems ridiculous after you dropped thousands of dollars on a new car. No customer service skills, walk in and there all just laid back in their chairs, can't even get up to welcome you or ask for assistance. Not a warm and friendly atmosphere at all. Test drove 1 car, not impressed! Interior had barely been detailed...my daily driven vehicle is cleaner than it, dusty/ dirty dash, cup holders had sticky residue etc. If they're not taking the time to clean the interior, I can just imagine the lack of attention to the mechanical components etc. Definitely did not buy a car from them!

I bought a car through this dealership just over 1 month ago. I was told they had put brand new rotors and brakes all around. From the day I picked it up the brakes were grinding and squeeling. I took it back and they changed the brake pads, the grinding stopped but the squeeling continued, again I took it in and they again they changed the brake pads. After they changed them a second time they told me to take it for a drive, and i did and they were still squeeling...bad.....came back and vijay went for a drive and said he couldnt hear anything....I've also noticed the transmission is now slipping. I hope this car lasts the 4yr finance term at 29 % ..Needless to say that was the last time I will ever be dealing with deejays, not to mention when I brought the car back for them to look at it, the ever so friendly salesman whom 2 weeks earlier was like my best friend, now had not 1 word to say to me. Not very professional in my opinion....They acted like they didnt believe me about the repairs that needed to be done....I will be tak8ngvmy business elsewhere from now on.

After a liftime of buying far more used cars than I ought, I never thought I'd find myself writing a glowing review for a used car salesman, yet here I am. I recently bought a used car from Vijay and his team and the experience was by far the most pleasant I have ever had, especially considering that the entire transaction was conducted online and by phone. Vijay and Raj were never less than helpful, courteous, and honest, keeping in touch throughout the whole rather complicated process of arranging finance, licensing the car, and having it shipped from Brantford to Ottawa. And the service didn't stop there. For example, the car arrived without its flat repair kit, but Vijay didn't shrug it off, as another salesman might, even though he already had his money and the transaction was over. Instead, he tried to source one in Brantford and when he failed asked me to buy one and promised to reimburse me. Kudos all round!

People.....you are buying a USED vehicle...Mechanics are not God...they cannot forsee everything that is wrong with a USED vehicle nor than they always predict what will go wrong. All dealership vehicles have been inspected by licensed mechanics, but again, not all issues are visible. Also, you must maintain your vehicles...regular oil changes, fluid changes etc...so easy to kick the dealership to the curb! Have dealt with Deejays for several years and have never had any issues! Always repaired my vehicles to the upmost satisfaction....

I have never had such a severely poor customer experience. My mother was diagnosed with mestatic colo rectal cancer. So it was everywhere. I needed to see her daily to care for her and knew she was given months to live. I had to get a a used car as i was using a rental since my car was now undrivable. The owener of Deejays not only did he not budge on the price he did the minimal possible for this vehicle and sale. The owner was disrespectful and talked over as i talked. This used vehicle after i got it home i realized it needed alot of work. New shocks and struts which he refused to pay for even though it was in the contract 50 50 shared payment. He sold me the vehicle and them said the tires in the front need to be the same so he took away the Micheline tire and put two cheap used tires on. I realised too late that the emergency brake did not work, my test showed the car registering it worked but when needed it didnt and it was too late, past the safety. The front of the car needed new windsheild wipers as the crumbled after the first week. The driverside door handle broke off in my hand as well. More importantly i worry what else could go wrong... not caring about the qyality of the whole care just the basics. The key fob did not work, he told be that the battery needed to be replaced. well the unlock portion broke off inside the fob. The worst is that he told be that it had a recal, a light may not work in the back. I went to Kia and had them look up recalls. Two recalls that were old needed tobe done, nothing to do with lights.

There was one mature gentleman talked to us very kindly. One of the brothers were very rude towards us. We walked in asking if they would like to make a deal about detailing. One of the brothers treated us very poorly.With no respect. He could of had simply told us he is not interested. He had pushed us out of his bussiness. Very rude customer service. Deejay's is a reliable place to get work done on your car. I didn't buy my car from here but I've had all my work done here as my dad has been going to deejay's for years and recommended it too me. I've had basic things done like oil changes, change of tires and more costly repairs done here like my water pump all without issues. Anytime I have a problem with my car they figure it out and get it in quickly for repair. I highly recommend coming here for any work needed on your car or if you're in the market for a new vehicle as my dad has got the last three of his cars here and they always go out of their way to make sure he got what he was looking for with low km's and at a good price! I'll certainly come here to buy when the time comes for me to get a new vehicle.
