Brought in my Hyundai Tucson after receiving a letter about a re-call on some of its components. Two days later, while driving the car for the first time with my 10 month old baby in the back, the car seizes up, engine light comes on and the vehicle fails to accelerate. Scary experience for everyone inside the car. Car was driving fine before the re-call work. Avoid Hyundai especially this dealer. All trust eroded.

Since having two toddlers that was VERY appealing. Car was picked up and dropped off with no issues. Definitely will use them again for my coming check ups.

recently bought a used vehicle and with most used vehicles, there are small issues you don't notice until after driving it for a while. Cliff made sure everything was ready for me when I dropped off my car and when I picked it back up. All issues were addressed and with a smile. If you are thinking of giving Hyundai a try call ANDREW ROBERTS because there was no pressure, he had our test drive started and waiting when we got there but best of all ANDREW ROBERTS came in on his day off to present our new Venue to us, while most salesmen I met over the years feel once the contract is signed their job is complete. I give 3, because the mechanic did as he was suppose to...however warranty coverage isn't their strong suit (perhaps speaks to their company rather than the business?) Waited two months on a solid "that's not covered... normal wear and tear" pic below 2017 58k...I see I have a reply from the owner..I have no idea why it took months to get the "no it's not covered" (even if it's impossible to stand on) because of "wear and tear" and was not offered any sort of viable solution to fix a bad factory paint job...but am relieved that the owner has stepped up....I am on file..phone number is the same Paul Penasse.

Exceptional. Used valet service, very prompt and cordial. During oil change & regular inspection it was discovered a rodent had nested. Staff called me and asked if they could rectify the issue. I didn’t buy my car here….because I’m not local, unfortunately the service department in that one is very poor but the people and service at this Hyundai make it well worth the 50 minute drive! We took our vehicle in for an appointment to get a simple oil change package and thought 2 hours would be fairly generous to have it done. After almost 2.5 hours we came back to check on it, only to find they didn’t even have it in the door yet. When you get mail from these guys stating that you aren’t using their valuable services after having a full package service done in the winter time, makes you wonder. After all was said and done though, We cancelled our appointment because they didn’t seem to want the business anyway. They didn’t give updates to say it would be delayed while we were gone, but did let us know it would be another 40 minutes on top of 2 hours they already had to get it in the door.

I towed my vehicle to the dealership on Wednesday, my alternator and battery had failed. I made the earliest appointment online which was Friday at 8am. They diagnosed the vehicle Wednesday, ordered my alternator and by Thursday at 11:30am it was ready for pickup. I’m always happy with my visits here. The staff is great and very nice too!
