Awesome people to talk to and VERY accommodating. Got the price I was asking for on my trade in and payments are crazy good. Brendan and Kim got me an awesome deal on my New 2018 JEEP Renegade with all the bells and whistles I could ask for.
Most dealerships at least wash down your car a little bit after they do a service. And you have a bit better hours

With a new baby on the way, Emma took extraordinary measures to ensure us a safe reliable truck for the little one to ride in. Emma made sure to keep it realistic for us even though the trade in was a dissapointment on the value side (this was my own fault for body damages) she got us a plan that worked and got us the best deal on a brand new 2021 dodge ram classic warlock. Next time we roll in looking for a new truck Emma will always be our go to for our family vehicles.

Had a negative experience with the service department, but upper management did what they could to resolve it. It was unfortunate that it happened, but I was thankful to see the mistake wasn't simply brushed over or ignored.
Selling you a vehicle, they sure are nice and provide good service when they are making good money off you. But if you need any maintenance done FORGET IT. They will say anything to get out of replacing parts through warranty, including "losing paperwork" less than a year old. Not only that, when they did finally replace my high performance shocks (not thru warranty), they charged me for high performance but put stock shocks on, now I have more problems because of their dishonesty. Dont go here, so many other dealerships around that sell jeep if you really want it, even worth a drive to the next big city to avoid these liars.
Had a great experience at Brantford Chrysler. Went too many other places in town when searching for a vehicle, nobody could beat the price or the service received by Brendan in sales. The whole experience was top notch, would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! 10/10
Worst dealer I have ever dealt with. Customer service on all levels is horrible. Do yourself a favor. Do not buy from this dealer. A simple sorry goes a long way and you will never hear that from this dealer.

Thoroughly unimpressed with this dealerships service department. Called in about bringing my truck in to be diagnosed and inspected explained to there service writer that I would have to drop the truck off before they were open in the morning, and she proceeded to say when you come in you can talk to your service advisor. The issue with the truck is over the last few days when first driving the truck in the morning I would approach a stop sign or light, apply the brake and the truck would die. It would only happen once, I would restart and it would be fine. Kind of concerning as that is a safety hazard. Keep in my I attached a hand written note describing what was occuring. The work order said "truck stalled 5 times today" "truck dies whenever brake is applied" Not even close to what I had stated I had asked the service advisor to keep me updated with what was going on, and I had to call for an update. Later in the afternoon I get a call from the dealership, and called back asked for service. The lady answers once realizing it's me says "can we keep your truck til Monday" with no explanation I had to ask wether or not they could replicate what was occuring. I understand it is hard to diagnose a vehicle especially when it has no codes. I said no and was quite unhappy said my boyfriend would be picking it up as per the letter I had written. I also asked how many hours they had into the truck as the service advisor should know. She said uhhhh can you hold, and came back with oh it's all under warranty you don't owe anything. Thanks for avoiding the question, which leads me to believe the truck was not even looked at. When my boyfriend went to pick up the truck it was at the front of service. He went in and the service advisor ignored him proceeded to help others, and the service manager helped someone else then handed him the keys and said it would be parked in the second row.... Did not explain anything or say anything about the truck to my boyfriend either. This LACK of service is pathetic. I have lots of dealership experience with many other dealers and can honestly say this service department is a joke, and poorly run. Thoroughly disappointed, especially from such a small town dealer.

Went into Brantford Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, looking specifically for a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk just the way I wanted it. We picked up our 2019 Dodge Caravan GT on Friday. The service was amazing. Brendan was a great sales person to deal with - no pressure. Kim was so nice to talk with and answered all our questions. Getting to meet Sarah was a bonus..... She was so bubbly and so willing to help anyway that she could. I would highly recommend Brantford Crysler to all my friends and family. The only thing I would suggest is that the car get a once over before the customer arrives as we had to clean garbage out of the glove boxes and that the vehicle that you just paid thousands for came with a full tank of gas. Treated me great when i bought a brand new Avenger in 2013. But when i traded it in 3 years later for a used Journey suddenly I wasn't worth the time. Had problems with the used Journey throughout the 3 month warranty that went unfixed and unresolved, finally the service manager said they spent to much time and money on it and until it stopped working they couldn't properly diagnose the issue. One month after the warranty expired the motor blew, when i called they told me it was an unrelated problem and would not cover it. Cost $3600.00 to have a used motor installed 4 months after buying the $9000.00 suv.

Our sales associate, Vic, found the perfect vehicle for us and did not make us feel pressured at any point. The service department, however, does not seem to care about customer satisfaction.
The service was excellent from the moment I booked a test drive with Ryan all the way to closing the deal. He is very down to earth does not use all the lame sales person tactics and if very easy to deal with. Kim in financing was also great to deal with she handle everything for me and it took all about no time at all to sign all the paper work and be off in my new jeep. Highly recommend this dealership, speak to Ryan and I'm sure you will not be disappointed. On a side note I had ordered the soft top for my rubicon as an add on. This was a cash and carry deal (the dealership did not install it). Upon installing the soft top I had noticed some scratch in the metal rails. After speaking with the member from parts and service the have offered to replace the soft top for me and install it at the dealership. It's safe to say they have great service and customer care all around.
Our 19 year old Dodge Dakota truck needed some work. It was purchased new at Brantford Chrysler. I can keep the cosmetics looking good, but the underside of the truck is a different matter. Thanks to the computer, they had all our details on file, and were able to diagnose and fix the problem. The power brakes had failed and rust was to blame. Numerous lines and parts had to be replaced, and we were advised of the cost (parts plus labor) every step of the way. Thanks Lori! The brakes were fixed and we no longer have to push the pedal through the floor to stop. As well, estimates were done on a couple of other non essential things that need fixing, "quirks" we call them, of having an old truck, so our to do list is complete also. Thanks Brantford Chrysler!

Do Not Buy anything from this place, they will scam you for everything. We bought the 2012 here brand new back in 2012. We specific ask for power window because we have two kids and a big dog. The sale associate sold us the van with no rear power window. Went we confront him he said its power, the two front window are power which is something that comes standard in every vehicle. We then ask to return the van since we haven't drivin it at all, they said too late. We have already sign for the van and that's our responsibility to check before the vehicle before signing. We left with the van. 6 months later the van has some electronic problem and the gear doesn't shift probably. Brought it in under warranty they fix it. About a year after that the transmission broke and we got stuck on the highway. Took them an hour and a half to come and pick us up. Two weeks later they replace the transmission under warranty. I am back at the dealership again today because my van has make some seriously loud noise and it's dragging went I gas. This van has less than 80,000km on it. With no accident. And all the problems we had. So please be warned. Do Not Buy
False Advertising. "Good credit, bad credit, no credit we can get you the car you want" that is a huge lie. They didn't even provide other options like a co-signer or higher down payment. Was simply "nope cannot help" I will never attempt to go there again, and will not recommend them.

Shop foreman was super helpful. I had a wheel lock that was stripped and wouldn't come off, they damaged the rim by accident in the process of removing it and they didn't hesitate to patch it up. Even tho it was damaged, it was an honest mistake and they quickly fixed everything up. Would recommend

We were on our way home from a day trip and found ourselves stranded in a parking lot after our Journey overheated. We called and the service manager met us, went over everything that could be wrong and had us follow him back to the dealership. The problem was fixed and we were on our way. The most amazing part of this was that all of this took place after the service department closed for the day! He was patient and took the time to correctly diagnose and fix the problem. 2nd vehicle I have bought from them. Very painless and efficient and gave me great discounts and very generous trade in on old vehicle. Brendan and Kim did all the heavy lifting and I just had to sign my name.
My mechanic told me about an outstanding recall on the sub-frame on my 2009 Jeep Patriot and advised I take it to a Jeep dealership, so I brought it to Brantford Chrysler. They did the inspection and told me they would need to replace the cross member, control arms, inner tie rod and sway bar bushings while replacing the sub-frame. I was confused, as all of these were new as of six months ago. I called my mechanic and he told me to just have the sub-frame recall done by the dealership and that they would fix the rest under warranty. When I told the Service Technician just to do the sub-frame, he said he would call me once GM sent the approval. That was six weeks ago. I have called them to get a timeline, the service technician hung up the phone mid sentence. I emailed them to find out what is going on, a sales rep emailed me to sell me a new vehicle. Out of frustration I called Chrysler dealership in Simcoe. They checked their inventory and said they "have the sub-frame in stock and can do it tomorrow". What a difference! I know where I am going for my next vehicle! Somewhere where the customer is valued!

Called Chrysler because I really wanted a new Jeep, and a friend said it would be better to contact a real dealership instead of a used one. I got to speak to Karen, and explained what I was looking for and the price range I had. She met my needs with a better interest rate than a used dealer was going to offer me!! By Saturday I was at the Dealership meeting Tammy and Karen in the flesh. These lovely ladies made my day! I got to test drive a 2016 Jeep Compass, and go over all the details of purchasing the Jeep. They made me feel so great about my choice, I had absolutely no anxiety when I left. Tammy was super easy to contact and made it very clear if I have any questions to not hesitate calling. I can not express enough how wonderful Karen and Tammy were to me. I would absolutely refer them to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle. I've already dealt with the parts department, purchasing premium all-season moulded floor mats, the dude there was very friendly and helpful and Emma even helped me put them in the truck :D Overall it was a pretty smooth process and I love my new truck. Bought my jeep patriot new in 2014, no issues, have taken it in for all oil changes and preventative maintenance with no issues or surprises. Just got it back from having a front axle bearing replaced, it was covered by warranty, it was done quickly and professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Very poor Service mechanic department. Got a rear brake axle seal repaired under warranty. Soon after the 2 years on the part expired, I have to replace entire unit again. Its more likely an old part was recycled rather than a new one installed. Very Dodgy and underhanded. No way a part can be that worn after 18 months of light use.

BOUGHT MY FIRST TRUCK FROM THEM IN 2009, HAD FANTASTIC SERVICE FOR 5 YEARS BOUGHT MY SECOND TRUCK IN 2015, HAD TO GO TO OAKVILLE TO GET IT BECAUSE BRANTFORD COULD NOT HELP ME OUT( SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY FIRST CLUE THAT THINGS HAD CHANGED) CONTINUED TO BRING MY TRUCK TO THEM FOR SERVICE BECAUSE I HAD BEEN TREATED SO WELL FOR 5 YEARS, BUT HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE WITH THE SERVICE FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW, TOO MANY ISSUES TO MENTION IN AN EMAIL. TODAY I CALLED AND WAS ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES BEFORE SOMEBODY CAN ON AND TOLD ME THAT THEY CANNOT GET THROUGH TO THEM AND IT MIGHT BE BEST IF I COME IN IN PERSON.........WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? The experience I had with Brantford Chrysler Dodge Jeep was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. I started by sending in a question on their webchat. Within minutes I received a text back from Emma. It was after hours so I didn't expect an immediate response so that was pleasant surprise number one! Every question I had Emma was unbelievably responsive. She wasn't pushy at all, just super friendly, attentive, and patient. (I sent a lot of emails and texts!) Emma kept me up-to-date every step of the way throughout the journey - even when it was in the paint booth! When it came to the financing side of it Kim was a real pleasure to deal with as well. She too was responsive and answered every question I had and crunched the numbers on every scenario I could think of. Oh, and the truck, well, what a beautiful vehicle. I'm 100% pleased all around with the process and how easy and stress free Emma and Kim made it. Honestly, if you're in the market ask for Emma! You won't be disappointed you did!
Finally decided now was the time to go and buy a truck. Went in and talked with Ryan Mcguckin who had sold a truck to my Father, Uncle and their friends. Told him I wanted a truck he showed me one I really liked and wanted but he asked me what exactly I wanted and I went through it all and he showed me something more practical for me and I am absolutely loving the truck.He helped me and my family members really well and a great salesman to ask about anything on the lot. I have asked him questions before he started work and after and he has always been able to answer them. Recommended to see Ryan Mcguckin about your next vehicle purchase!!

Every other vehicle I've owned over the past 25 years has been a Chrysler vehicle. Mini-vans, pickup trucks, Dodge B200. I seem to keep coming back. I like the Brantford dealership. It seems to me like Emma and Kim are looking after me, rather than hustling me. I like that. As long as I feel that way, you got my business.

What a horrible Money sucking pack of cheats. I Had my Chrysler 300 in for a simple oil change. The young tech that they had working on my vehicle broke the clip for the filter in the oil housing. They now say that the clip must have been broken when I brought it in although my vehicle was running fine. Now I need a new Oil Housing and surprise it's not covered by the $3000 extended warranty that I bought for things like this. No one in the entire dealership including the Service Manager or the General Manager could do a single thing to show some customer satisfaction/retention skills. I work at a dealership and this would have never even been a question for the customer and if it really isn't covered by the $3000 warranty that they profited 200% from then we would have at least offered some appreciation in the form of discounts on parts or labor or both. Terrible Establishment in both sales and service, may I suggest Mike Yarek Dodge and Chrysler in Paris 10 minute drive for your business until Brantford Dodge Chrysler realizes they can't rip people off. Also I've noticed that they are happy to not reply to any of these complaints because they have no excuse for they're poor performance and they can't act like they're sorry as if it were a 1 off experience.
I wanted to write about the excellent experience I had at Brantford Chrysler Dodge Jeep with Ryan McGuckin. He is, by far, one of the best salesman I have ever met. I went into the dealership looking for some basic information about the RAM product line. In most instances, I go into a dealership knowing more about the product than the salesperson, but not in this case. Ryan certainly knew his stuff and was on point with all of his information. What impressed me the most was that Ryan was also seemed to know all about the RAM's competitors and was able to directly compare and contrast the RAM vs the competition on a trim-to-trim level. I was totally impressed!!! Throughout the entire conversation with him, he was polite, courteous, professional and above all - easy to talk to. He took the time to answer all of my questions and did not try to rush me out the door when he knew I was just gathering information. I'm definitely going to back to see him when I'm ready to buy.

I went into Brantford Chrysler on a mission to find Ryan McGuckin, after reading several reviews on his excellent customer service skills. Lo and behold he was the man who held the door open for me and asked if I needed anything . You could say it was fate to be there at that right time. We then sat in his office and I told him about the wonderful jeep I built online , he then recreated it for me on his computer and explained how factory orders usually take about 6-8 weeks. Ouch. I did not expect that at all... They did not have my car on the lot to test drive or to even look at. Because they were just selling so fast... apparently. Anyways, Ryan then had a print out for an offer for my vehicle if I waited the 6-8 weeks... I ended up selling my car privately within days for more money and told Ryan I was just gonna walk to wherever for the waiting period. A few hours later Ryan called me with great news that they found a vehicle in the colour and style I wanted and I could pick it up on the weekend . As the excitement of buying a brand new car came over me, there were a few impulse decisions I made in regards to adding some extra warrenties... and I deeply regretted them once I took my car home and read the fine print. I went over the warrenties with a women in red named Haley , who was in charge of all the financial aspects of the sale. She explained all these awesome warrenties blah blah blah got me nice and buttered up. And I signed my life away. After getting home and reviewing my bill of sale and fine prints, two of the added warrenties turned out to be extremely pointless and a completely waste of money because of those wonderful fine print "exceptions..." . My fault for impulsively signing something before reading all the fine print & Haleys fault for not going over the exceptions with me. I'll share the blame on that one, I suppose. Regardless I called them up right away demanding my money back because these two so called warrenties (that sounded like rainbows and butterflies were actually moths and puddles.... ) were actually a complete loss and waste IN MY opinion anyways . Basically seeing I paid $3500+ for them I wanted my money back right away. I was only able to get a refund for one. Because the other one was already installed onto my battery & fabric. So I was s.o.l. ... and I'm deeply disappointed in myself and in Haley for this mix up & situation I'm stuck in. Not to mention she was aggressive and came off really rude when I explained I didn't want them. Did I mention the fact that she sent out an email complaining about me to a guy? And accidentally forward it to me ? Anyways I'm giving them 1/5 stars because as much as I loved dealing with Ryan . Their service department is a frogged nightmare- they called me in for a service recall on my previous 2002 Jeep- I went all the way there, they drove me home within seconds called me back to tell me they did have the part for my appointment- and then the other two times I went in after the service guys were super rude to me. Since then I’ve taken my car to Paris for regular service & I’ve also received a crazy amount of annoying call from the brantford service department trying to get me to come back.. never again... I hated how Haley dealt with explaining the warrenties , I hated her attitude towards me when I called back and realized that the warrenties really weren't for me after reading the fine print after I impulsively signed for them.

I went in with full intentions to purchase. They still had a couple great discounts available. Great staff enjoyed my interactions with everyone I met. Excited to pick up my new van!
I took my van in for service on the rear sliding door which won't unlock. They diagnose, needs part ordered. I take van home (trip 1). I wait for call, no call I call them and yes, part is in. (By the way, they never ever call to tell me when a part is in for recalls or warranty work) I take van back in. They fix door lock but broke the safety latch that holds the door open. Apparently they were understaffed and had someone in body shop do the repair. (Trip 2) Now I have to risk the door slamming closed on my kids as they get in and out while I wait for another part. I should mention also that the child that sits on that side is in a 5 point harness car seat which, as any parent knows, is a real pain to take out and put in each time. Part is in. I go back. They fix the safety latch. I take the van. (Trip 3) The door doesn't close properly and after several months I start to hear a rattle in that door. All 3 times they keep the van the entire day and don't call me to tell me it's ready or that there are further issues. I procrastinate and hope the rattle will go away. It doesn't. I convince myself, I can live with it and the fact that I always have to shut the door twice, but it gets worse. So I call and make an appointment. But I was smart. This time I said I will be back at 3 to pick it up. They keep it for the whole day. I show up at 3:45. Wait in line with half a dozen others for 20 min. Then Ricky (I don't know his actual name) passes me off to Anthony who tells me I have to wait for the service manager. Within the next 20 minutes. I hear they lost my key, then no, they lost my work older, nope its because they have another person there with the same last name. I have been very very patient but now I have 1 child sleeping (there goes his bedtime routine) and another that is trying to be patient. Service manager never comes out to talk to me. They find the work order. They had the van all day, they could have called, but didn't. They wait till I'm there to tell me they didn't look at the door because the repair was done too long ago. And the vehicle warranty was up 12 days ago!!! Are you kidding me. Oh and I have to wait another 20 minutes for the invoice because it's not ready. (60 minutes total so far!!) I ran into the service manager while was waiting. I expressed my dissapointment and he litterally shrugged me off.
My experience was the best & I have to give a big thank to Ryan Whitney & Kim Richardson for all their efforts ????.

If you want a very competent salesman who gives extremely good personal service then go to Ryan McGuckin. He is truly the reason I deal with Brantford Chrysler. He remembers who you are, is extremely helpful and listens to what you need in a car. Ryan works hard to help you even after you have bought your car. I have had help with everything from booking service to finding the correct touch up paint. Give this sales guy your business... he deserves it :)

I ended up humming and hawing as I couldn't decide if now was the right time for another new vehicle purchase. She was so understanding and very patient with me and when I ultimately decided it was not the time, she was so supportive. One day I will have another Jeep and when the time comes I will see absolutely see Sarah again.

My mum dropped her 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee off for a basic "service" 2 WEEKS AGO (Wednesday April 19th, we dropped itboff the night before, it was to be serviced on Thursday) and she just got it back LAST NIGHT. After they had serviced it she went to pick it up and while she was leaving her engine light flicked on. So she turned around and went right back in there to ask why her engine light was on. They told her they would check it out, so they did and came back and told her they couldn't find anything wrong with it. So why would we question it right? WRONG. We don't live in brantford. We live about half an hour from brantford. So she's 30 seconds away from home and engine light comes back on, and her car started shaking?! She thankfully made it home and she called them and they told her to "call back" in the morning. Friday morning now, she called and they told her to not drive it. Okay cool so you're gonna send a tow truck? No. They made her call for her own tow. So she had to call and get her Jeep TOWED to Brantford Chrysler. These people were so unbelievably SLOW. WE DID NOT HEAR BACK UNTIL MONDAY EVENING and all they told us was "we don't know what's wrong with it". When they finally decided to answer our questions (on the following Wednesday April 26th) instead of "we don't know what's wrong" we found out it was the head gasket. Okay great, fix it, it's under warranty. SHE WAITED TWO WEEKS FOR "PARTS". We will never be bringing our vehicles here ever again and we will tell everyone about our horrible experience.

I went in looking at jeeps, not sure which model I was going to choose. Ryan took the time to show me the compass and Cherokee. After test driving, I decided on the Cherokee and Ryan walked me through everything. Everything went super quick and it was three days before I had my Jeep in my possession. Everyone at the dealership was kind and friendly that I met. I would go back to Brantford Chrysler any day before anywhere else :) Thank you so much Ryan and Kim for everything!
I bought my first brand new vehicle ever from Ryan McGuckin. It was a Jeep Patriot and was everything I wanted or needed until it wasn't. I got a new job and was driving farther so the gas mileage wasn't ideal for me anymore, I spoke to Ryan right away and let him know I would be looking for something that had a lot better gas mileage. He recommended the Cherokee to me and I loved it, he sourced out one that had everything I wanted and made the transition painless. Recently, the new 2017 Compass came out and I found myself really loving this new body line and brand new vehicle to Jeep. I contacted Ryan yet again and he said he would let me know once he had one in that I could test drive. When I sat with Ryan and looked into price and everything altogether for getting a new compass, it wasn't ideal for me even though Ryan knew I could afford it and would take a little bit of a hit on a trade in. But you know what? Ryan wouldn't sell me a new compass, he said he wouldn't do that to me no matter how bad I wanted it as he knew that my current Jeep was still working for me, still in great shape and I still loved it. To me personally, that says more about integrity and honesty then it does about meeting a sales goal for the month. He treats me like more then just a repeat customer. Bottom line, I would never buy a vehicle from anyone but Ryan!!! Plus he has a good snack stash. ????????

Looked online for a vehicle and got a call from Paul. He was informative and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Once I got to sign the paper work for the financing I spoke to Kim and she was throughout and extremely helpful with making me understand what the process was and the additional warranties they had available. She went through each one and explained what each one was and what it would cover on the vehicle. Both Paul and Kim were amazing and answered all my questions throughout the process and were quick to respond back to my emails. Once I received the vehicle paul went through the paperwork and explained what each one was. Once we got to the car he showed me the different features and got my cell all set up in the car. The process with these two was a 5 star and if your thinking of going to this dealership ask to speak to Paul because he goes above and beyond to make sure the car buying process is easy for you and he’s quick to respond back to any questions you have. This was my first car that I was buying so I’m glad I got Paul as my sales guy.

"Above and beyond in customer service" I was strapped for time but had an idea in what I wanted for a brand new car. Ryan McGuckin contacted me near minutes after reaching out about a new car. He managed to get me into the dealership/test drive/provide numbers (cost of car AND insurance AND an idea in maintainence cost)/provided better options/and talk to me on a level I could understand! And soon after, I was a new car buyer. Ryan taunted me with pics of my new car the morning I went to pick it up. And he took the time to run over the entire car's gadgets and gizmos... So much for having to read the manual!!! Long story short, my first vehicle was a lemon. This is at no fault of the dealership or the salesman (many people are quick to assume and point fingers). Concerningly enough the problem was with the car manufacturer itself! If it wasn't for Ryan McGuckin and Brantford Dodge/Chrysler I would either be dead or financially broke! Ryan offered tremendous support while trying to rectify the issue, and provided me with as many options as he could. I am a customer of Brantford Dodge/Chrysler and will be for a long time. Ryan still checks in every few months just to make sure things are running smoothly, and I am still satisfied with my (2nd) new car! If thats not exceptional customer service, then you must not be human! Sometimes service can take a while for oil changes, tire changes etc. But in all honesty, I would rather the job get done right, then things get overlooked. The lovely ladies at the service desk are fantastic, and keep me informed with any updates concerning future visits, recalls etc. I drive a fair distance to have regular maintainence done to my car, so in the case when time is an issue, I plan ahead. The girls will schedule a curtosy car, ready on my arrival. As consumers we become very quick to point fingers at others for our own ill scheduling, plan ahead and talk to your service advisors! They aren't mind readers, but they do help make your life a little easier! I suppose everyone has their own experiences no matter where you go. My journey has endured a few hard bumps in the road, but what I can say is that you will not get better support for you, your family, and your vehicles needs at Brantford Dodge/Chrysler. Nor will you ever come in contact with a more honest and caring salesman as Ryan McGuckin. Book your appointment and get to know this exceptional team!

A terribly unprofessional dealership. I ordered a new 2020 Ram 1500 limited and was very excited about the new 360 cam features. I wanted the trailer brake control and hitch, but the salesman added the tow package without outlining all the features it added. The tow package adds mirrors and more, he should of added them as separate options. The truck arrived with huge tow mirrors to my surprise, and he remained oblivious to the fact that they were there due to the tow package. He called it a “free bonus”. Turns out the 360 camera feature was deleted due to the tow mirrors, this was very upsetting. The salesman did nothing but apologize and wouldn’t fix his mistake. He childishly ran back and forth between us and his manager, asking him questions. Finally the manager came out and said he won’t do anything. They then offered $1700 to change the mirrors back to normal, but upon following up the service department asked 3000.

Bought my 2012 Ford Fusion almost 2 years ago and it was a good experience. I was given a good deal on my trade in and felt like I was getting a good deal for the car with some add-ons that I wanted. The only issues that I had with purchasing the car were 1, I did not care for the salesman (John) taking the sale from the first salesman I had spoken with and 2, the online chat computer rep couldn't do anything for me weather it was more information on the vehicle or booking service appointments. I may purchase my next vehicle at Brantford Chrysler when the time comes. It all depends on how the next salesman acts durring the process.

While we love our Jeep Cherokee and would definitely purchase from the Chrysler family of vehicles again - we will avoiding Brantford Chrysler. It was one of the worst customer experiences I've encountered from not being able to answer questions to be given misinformation and a general sense of not caring whether or not we were happy customers, or customers at all.
I've been taking my Nissan to Brantford Chrysler for a number of years now for general maintenance, regular oil changes, and tire changes. I've never had any issues and they are always eager to help! I will be trading in my vehicle soon and Brantford Chrysler is definitely where I will be trading up!!

I have only good things to say about Brantford Chrysler. This is my fourth Chrysler product I've bought and have been very pleased with the performance of my vehicles. So, this time I traded my 2007 Jeep Patriot Sport. I bought it the first year they were made. Have had absolutely no problems with the car. Actually there was no reason to trade it in, until I found out that 2016 was the last year they were making the Patriot. I called my sales representative Gary Stephens and got the low down on the phasing out of the Patriot and the Renegade that will be picking up where the Patriot left off. I liked the Patriot that I had, so I bought another one in the last year they were being built. This time with the works (High Altitude Package 4x4). Gary's a good guy, I kind of screwed up on what I wanted after all the paper work and licensing was done and changed my mind from a 2.0 litre to the 2.4 litre with the 4x4. No problem he says, and that it just means I will have to wait another two days to process the 2.4 litre 4x4. That's it, no hard time no fuss, just what ever makes me happy, he said. And the manager, Patrick was good about this too. I actually got a better trade in on my 2007 Patriot by getting the 2.4 litre 4x4. And that's not all. Chrysler is giving a $5,500 rebate on the 2016 Patriot and Brantford Chrysler gave me an additional $500 loyalty, off the price. I got a really good deal on the car. I won an IPad mini for buying a new car (you spin a wheel for prizes), I'm automatically put in a draw for a 48" Samsung TV. and in another draw for the month of July to win $25,000 cash. They say things come in threes, I've already won the IPod so the other two are a sure thing, lol. I hope. Can you tell, I'm happy with my new car and my experience at Brantford Chrysler.

Be warned this dealership is unscrupulous in what they will try to get your money. They tried to get my wife to do a brake job when the car did not need it, I have had this verified by another mechanic. They with try to do unauthorized work on your vehicale, so check you work order before you sign it. Do you need more? Read the other reviews! Check some other sites for their reviews. We purchased a previously owned Jeep Compass(2012) for our son. John and Paul were excellent, everything you would want in a salesperson. Karen was also very nice and helpful. The vehicle came with a 5000 km / 3 month warranty and when the suspension developed a small issue it was taken care of promptly and no charge. Excellent dealership I would recommend them to anyone.

We purchased a 2012 Compass from Brantford Jeeps Used Car inventory in November 2017. Unfortunately three months later after 6 hours of diagnosis the Service Department determined the ABS module needed to be replaced 3 days after the three month warranty expired. The Used Car Sales Manager was brilliant honouring my full Used Car warranty as well as providing me a brand new vehicle to drive for the ten days while my Jeep awaited parts and repair. When she was repaired they had my Jeep delivered to my home in Stoney Creek! I must admit I was happy to see her, she was missed!!! From the Used Car Sales Staff and Service Staff to the kind gentleman who prepared the Compass before initial pick up and checked in on me while I awaited the day for her diagnosis three months later, I thank you for your kindness, making what could have been a nightmare as pleasant as could be! Who ever is in parts today..sounded older. Talked to me like I was an idiot and was very rude on the phone. unbelievable it's called customer service.
My only experience with this location is the service department and I am extremely disappointed. It's very frustrating that I had to repeat the problem on the phone, in person and then in a phone call after dropping my car off. I had to repeat myself because each time they asked me what the problem was they were not taking sufficient/any notes at all. There were a few other minor annoying incidents but what really annoyed me was when I came to pick up my car, I was asked to sign paperwork on the repair without anyone explaining to me what was done or if it was even fixed. When I asked if it was fixed she just pointed to the paperwork. When i asked where my car was she pointed that it was right outside the doors. It was not. It was parked at the very back of the lot. I was hoping for a better experience seeing as this delearship is so close to my house but I will not be returning. From now on I will make the 40 minute trip to the dewildt Hamilton location.

She stayed on top of everything and kept us informed every step of the way. We got our Jeep within a week, whereas other dealerships were giving us an estimated delivery time of around couple of months. They also have great dealership discounts on certain vehicles. I recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from Sue and Dan @ Brantford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ltd. After yrs of being told never buy from a dealer, I can't believe how fair, honest and willing they both were. Not only to help, educate me but also get me the most value possible for my 2002 CRV. I will definitely be telling family and friends to make the 30min drive if they're in the market for a new or certified pre-owned vehicle.
So here is our experience with Brantford Chrysler, I have tried NOT to ‘trash” talk, I choose to just simply state it as “this is our experience.” You can judge it how you like. There is not enough space under Google for our full review, critical you read it all in its context…You can read the full review under: "Buy, but Buyer Beware is the bottomline here." at the dealerrater reviews #31925/ So let me say right off that everyone at the dealership acted professional and was courteous, at no time was anyone demeaning, I have not disclosed any names so as not to make this “personal” in any way. I went with my son into Brantford Chrysler, I was helping him look for a new Dodge Caravan…. …. ….I just think it should have ended differently than this. I called the “on duty” manager to “appeal” my son’s case and explain exactly what was told to us. You would think after the entirety of “four” strikes there would have been an attempt to remediate, meet half way, even offer a free first oil change…nope! At the last minute they stuck to their guns but left a few very disappointed clients with a poor opinion of the entire establishment now. Fool me once, shame on you…fool me four times? Still shame on you… Conclusion: I honestly feel it “could’ be possible to do business with the dealership again, but with a greater deal of caution and clarity. I feel we negotiated very well, but would really caution others to do their diligence because we really needed to in order to have them compete with what could readily have been available to us elsewhere. On the surface it sort of felt like they were “trying” to meet a price close to the completion but were also trying everything under the sun “not” to. I know they are in business to do business, that’s fair…but a customer should never have to leave your place feeling you disservice them, or guilty that they are in the wrong without compromise, which is how we felt at the end of the day. By the way the Hard numbers, just the facts on some brand new non demo advertised 2017 CVP base vans were as low as $19,995 That’s ALL IN…out the door plus HST and transfer… add in the full option prices for Bluetooth and rear air and the comparable price could have been $21,795… the bill of sale from Brantford indicates a Total vehicle price of $22,054.60 Plus HST, lic fee, and fuel , obviously more than the competition, but to be fair… competitive on this van, the problem is it came with a load of dumped on guilt, I can handle the guilt if you REALLY are undercutting another dealership by hundreds if not thousands…but that is not the case here. Overall recommendation: Proceed with an enormous amount of “buyer beware” I still don’t know if I would ever return after all that went on over this deal. 1. You shake on a deal, you better do all you can to see your side fulfilled, you say something to a customer, you back it up. 2. If you keep continuingly reminding the custom that you are “losing so much money on this deal” all you do is make the customer feel like because this is such a “good deal” in your opinion… then for sure, some time later on down the road you will get payback and screw the customer over on some other deal. Stop playing the guilt card. 3. Disclose Disclose Disclose… no reason for a change of terms 8 days in and at vehicle pickup, especially when you are fully aware that the bottom line bi weekly payment when all is said and done is the single most important thing to your customer to determine the deal in the first place. 4. Be careful when you are “talking down” to customers when you try to tell them “they” have misunderstood what they were told, especially when it is YOU who are changing something, if you are going to do this you must first give the same standard to your employees, perhaps it is YOU who have miscommunicated. 5. I appreciate your business here in Branford and sincerity wish you well, with a few positive changes you could be better.
I bought a Cherokee from Paul Bund. BEST SALESMAN EVER!!! He was so nice, remembered my hobbies and showed me everything on the car. On the test drive I noticed something and he was quick to follow up with is and he also explained all of the options. I live in a much bigger city and this is my third Jeep but in the future, I'll go to Brantford Chrysler first when I'm in the market for another car. The price of the Cherokee was also extremely fair and I was able to add a couple options that I wanted for nominal cost. I was really impressed with this dealership

Came in with issues of clunking in transmission after being told by another mechanic it was warranty work and the vehicle was unsafe to drive. Dodge assured me the other mechanic was wrong and the truck was completely sate to drive. Yup it left me stranded on the side of the road within 5 days. Thanks guys

"Mickey Mouse". Technicians aren't always knowledgeable of the product they are servicing. Scams with repairs performed. You name it. Took truck in for warranty rear cam replacement and tailgate was badly scratched in the process. Friend took truck in for brake inspection due to squeal & told needed new brakes $1000 later squeaked worse than ever and then found out they didn't even replace rotors for that price. Unbelievable.

Don’t go here for service work, expensive with a poor quality of work. I take my 2016 dodge truck in for regular service work. Comes out with engine light on. Also kept my truck for about a month (just waiting for parts) after a problem with my transmission and they broke it when putting it back together. Nice when your buying a new truck though

My first experience with their service department ended with them ordering the wrong part and me having to rent a car on my own dime for a day. Second time the parts manager left early and he's the only one who can order parts so I was left without a vehicle for an extra day. Horrible customer service will never go there again!

Horrible service! Every oil change appointment takes over an hour wait. On top I made an 11am appointment to have a "diagnostic" done on a warranty issue. After waiting over an hour and a half I go to get an ETA and it hasn't even been looked at yet. What is the point of making appointments for service if you can't even remotely keep it on time.
Contacted Brantford Chrysler on a whim after a used car dealership I had been working with had stopped calling me back. Originally I was looking for a used Journey but after talking to Ryan, and Karen at the dealership and talking it over with my wife we figured out that we could get a brand new Dodge Grand Caravan that would better fit our life style. Went 5 times now over the past 2 months and very disappointed with section of new vehicles on the lot. They have alot of jeeps and trucks but nothing new in 300 s and chargers. We are looking to buy either a 300 or charger so went to Hamilton wherever they actually care to get business . They had 3 new chargers and 4 300 s on the lot. Brantford lost my business .

Took my van in to have the NAV updated ($100) they seized the whole system and now radio and TVs won't work. Still charged the $100 and told us it's $800 to replace the system (they're now offering it to us for $400). It has been like this for 3-4 months now!

Service department is horrible, avoid! 1. I have brought my vehicle in for service here at least 2-3 times. Most recently when I schedule an appointment, I was asked what brand and make I was bringing in because it was blank in their system. Excuse Me?! What the heck have you been servicing the last 2-3 times?! 2. I dropped my vehicle off for repairs under extended warranty for the day. Returned at the end of the day, had to wait an additional half hour while they called the Hamilton dealership in order to obtain my warranty information. This could have been done earlier in the day, instead of tying up everyone's time. 3. I received a recall letter, informing me that I should contact the service centre to schedule an appointment. I had to leave a voicemail. Days later, still no return calls. The people are friendly enough but this is horrible customer service. I am better off going back to my original dealership, who provides excellent customer service and don't give me the run around!

We purchased a brand new Sebring convertible in 2009 with a Symtech rust module ($1,300 option) providing a life time warranty from rust with the provision that we bring the vehicle to Chrysler for regular inspections of the module. The warranty stipulates every 24 months however we brought it in annually as was originally recommended by the salesperson. When bringing it in for the 2019 inspection it was found that the module was faulty and that the hood displayed rust. Chrysler contacted Symtec regarding the issue and Symtech refused to cover the warranty as Chrysler had missed reporting several of our annual visits for inspection. Never once did Chrysler provide us with any visit report as when we asked for one at the initial inspection we were told that there was nothing to provide as it was a free inspection. So now it's their word against ours due to their shabby procedures from the past. Chrysler agreed to cover the repair this time but neither Chrysler or Symtech will cover future repairs rendering our warranty void. To be clear this is no reflection on the current service manager as he actually corrected the procedure since recently replacing the previous manager BUT it certainly is a reflection on the current owner who refuses to take responsibility for past mistakes of his employees. I am extremely disappointed with Brantford Chrysler.
They did the recall work relatively quickly. But the service counter was slow due to few workers. Clean, courteous and supplied a courtesy driver.
I’ve had the most amazing experience at the Brantford dealership! Ryan (sales), is the most amazing sales person I have ever interacted with in my whole life. The goal here is to make you happy, and everything you want achievable, it really does happen. I purchased a vehicle and soon found out I had to take it back, they made it right and got me something I was wishing for the whole time! I would highly recommend this dealership over any other, because they truly know what you want and how to get you what you want.
While looking for a second vehicle I came across what I wanted for a reasonable price at Brantford Chrysler. Prior to contacting them I thought I would read their reviews first. Ryan McGuckin had received many very positive comments from happy customers. This is why when I drove from Georgetown to Brantford to look at a car I asked to speak with him. ALL of the reviews on him are correct. I could not have asked for a better buying experience and am already speaking to him about another car. 4/26/2017 .... Update .....Just completed the purchase of a second vehicle in 2 weeks. I went in after speaking with Ryan on the phone and told him my expectations and we were able to come to a agreement very quickly. It should be note I was a technical at a couple of different Chrysler dealers for 18 years and opted to go to Brantford Based on their reviews. I had been in contact with 3 different dealerships in the GTA and spoke to people I knew and worked with previously and still got a MUCH better deal as an initial stranger with Ryan and Branford Chrysler. I have 100% full expectations that my 2013 200 and 2016 300 will live up to all my expectations.

Friday October 11th/2019 I brought my car in for a simple oil change. After driving around a bit and leaving car over night on Saturday October 12th in my garage I find check oil light is on, check engine light is on and when I move the car theres oil all over my garage floor. I've called texted and everything as I have church, I have family events to get on on this Thanksgiving weekend and as far as I can get is "someone will get back to me as soon as possible" No confirmation of time or anything Sunday night manager man calls me and comes by my house thanksgiving Monday, bringing a truck for my use. He filled my van with oil and took it to the shop issue was something to do with an O ring. Gets it back to me within a couple of hours, shampooed my engine, cleaned the oil on my floor best he could and fixed my car up. I had this at one star but only raised it to two. Because one of the numbers I called by accident was a 24 hour dodge number for Americans, as a Canadian I dislike being treated like a second class citizen as compared to American why is their a 24 hour service and number in America but not Canada? I will likely be in the market soon for a second vehicle and not sure if I'll use dodge. Though to this managers credit he did what he could even took my car through the car washed and gassed it up. Fair evaluation I think.

Through John, I purchased a vehicle that fit my needs. Brendan worked with me later to pick up the vehicle. My 2013 Chrysler 300 has almost been in there more than it has been on the road. Each time I brought it in it had a different issue coming out. I picked it up once after having electrical issues repaired and the power window didn't work before I even drove it off the lot. I was billed yet AGAIN for the power window. It got to the point where I requested the same technician NOT to work on it ever again. That same technician stated I "moved fuses around" to cause my wipers to constantly stay on. Or turn on when I put my signal on. I am not a mechanic by any means but I do know my way around a car. Then my alternator shut down and there is a recall. Again, billed even though the recall is in place. Because the original parts are on back order. Not sure why that is my problem. I have spoken to management but... I have even went so far and called Chrysler Canada. The service advisors themselves have been great but it's too bad they have no authority to rectify the situation. To be continued...

I found the prices to be as cheap or even cheaper at some of the discount garages in town. What was exceptional is the service provided. They have made me a believer and I will be taking my vehicles there from this point forward. I took my Dodge charger there after a accident and the service was second to none. They found the cheapest way to make me happy at the same time doing a quality job. This I did not expect and found to be refreshing. Service department dropped the ball big time. I have a 2015 dodge journey, which i received a recall notice for. Booked an appointment waited nearly a month and upon taking the car in for the appointment it was then they decided to notify me they didnt have the parts. Now have another appointment booked with another two month wait. A simple phone call would have been nice.

He is very friendly, helpful, and honest. He is taking care of a repair for me even though slightly over warranty km. I didn’t even have to fight for it. Being a young women I thought I was going to have a hard time as I am not the confrontational type. I was so worried it wouldn’t be covered, but it is and I am very happy and will definitely consider purchasing from this dealership in future!

My wife and i were looking for a new 2020 truck to purchase , i have always purchased a chevy ,but after test driving ford , chevy , ram , honda ,toyato,there is no comparison for the $ and top notch sales servie from paul bond , you answered all the many ? we had very honest and we were able to get a big horn we wanted with all the options we wanted , including ram boxes , it took paul some hard work to find us our truck , but he came through ,also lucy was able to get us with the extended warrenty that we were comfortable with buying with in our budget , thanks from jen and i sincerely you guys were a pleasure to deal with . top nothch service you guys did.
I was very happy with the way I was treated and handled with my purchase of my vehicle. I had been looking at the car for a couple of days and I knew that it would likely sell quickly. It was on a Sunday when I was checking it out on line and I was messaged from Mariah and met her Monday morning.She was very helpful and patient with me as I was on my way out of town for a few days and she took care of everything and I was very happy with the way she answered all my concerns. I have already recommended her to people I know because I know that she will treat the same way I was treated.

Tammy took the time we needed to find a vehicle to fit our budget. We love the Journey - this purchase was our 4th one! The previous one we purchased from Galt Chrysler when we lived in that area. My husband and I went to Dodge to look at a used vehicle test drove it wanted to purchase expressed that we noticed and issue with the strut and would like it fixed before we recieved the vehicle. They kept reassuring us that the vehicle would get a 140 inspection and safety so we went ahead and purchased the vehicle. At the time of going to sign the papers we waited 1.5 hours because the sales person we dealt with was busy but had informed them when we would be coming as my husband had to travel to go to work and then in the end we signed them with someone else that could of done it when we got there very frustrating, they forgot to give us our deposit back and some of the paperwork was missing, the strut was not fixed as they said it would be so we ended up having to take it back wait 4 days for them to get the part that they then replaced with a used strut and the problem is still there! I do not recommend going to this location to purchase a car ever. My husband and I will not ever return for work or to purchase another vehicle not happy with out experience at all.

Just like when dodge brothers startes out, they were no good amd to tjis day in time it hasnt changed .
Mixed rating. They were good at getting the car in for service, but then disappointed in the time and cost for a pretty simple job. At $120+/hour they should be cognizant of the time applied to each job as the customer should not be paying to make up for idle time.
Brendan helped me at Brantford Chrysler. He was super helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. The team at Brantford Chrysler is a well oiled machine and I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle. I love my new truck!
