I am currently in the process of buying my first vehicle (myself) and when I found one that caught my eye, Robert took no hesitation in offering me a look at every nook and cranny of the car, as well as enthusiastic about a test drive. I also spoke to Ivan, one of the techs, about the car and he was eager to tell me all about the car, and not to mention the both of them along with the rest of the staff seemed very friendly and eager to help.

I had a half ton truck that got written off & I decided to get an SUV. I knew I wanted a used Equinox or Torrent.. & spent a few weeks trying to shop “local” as I live over 2hrs from Brandon! Well unfortunately every one I drove was junk, needed work, & they were from Dealers yet!! So I went on the Internet & found more than a few selections at Zorzo’s Auto Sales! I had never heard of them before, so I was a bit leary due to the experiences I just went through.. but looking at their selection & positive reviews, I drove there! I had one specifically in mind.. & the mileage was a little high.. but that doesn’t matter if it was taken care of! Upon arriving I was instantly warmfully welcomed at the door, & told them who I was! I am a very intuitive person & am able to “read” ppl quickly. I instantly knew that I could trust him/them! The vehicle was brought up to the door.. they even did a presentation/walk around.. even though I knew the “business,” & had been a Vehicle Sales Manager for many years! I acted like a customer & not a “know it all,” to let them & watch their process! I honestly was absolutely amazed! Being in the vehicle industry for over 15+ years.. they went ABOVE & BEYOND ANY expectations I had! And for me.. I have pretty high expectations! Needless to say, I purchased the vehicle, was treated soo unbelievably well, & made my personal buying experience wonderful!!! This dealership is ABOVE selling “shotty” vehicles, & I would trust buying absolutely anything from them! I KNOW how well they do they’re reconditioning process, & it’s far above any “used” vehicle dealership I’ve seen & witnessed! Of course you always have to remember you are buying a used vehicle, so you can’t expect everything to be “perfect” because it’s used! But.. they do everything proper & right when it’s put on that lot for sale! Every vehicle from now on that I will purchase, including my family & friends, I will ensure they go to Zorzo’s & nowhere else! They ARE very trustworthy.. & far from the “rumoured” used car dealers. Zorzo’s is one of a kind, & my vehicle is awesome!! Please.. don’t bother shopping around. Even if it’s a difference of a few hundred dollars or a long drive! I am telling you it IS WORTH the trust & experience to go there! Thank You Zorzo’s for EVERYTHING! You now have a customer for life!

I took my car to the dealer I bought it from as a new vehicle in2010 and always took it back there for oil change and service, etc. I was lucky to only have needed tuneups etc until last August, I was told I needed new brakes, all my fluids were dirty and needed changing and my sunroof was very dirty and would need at least four hours to clean. In total I was given an estimate for work order over 15 hrs. I didn’t feel good with what I was told so I took it to Zorzos auto sales for an estimate. I was greeted by Friendly staff and the mechanic came to speak to me personally. He said the fluids were all clean and topped up, sunroof just needed reprogramming which took 15 minutes but I did need the breaks and new windshield wipers. I had all the work done in a few hours and a free carwash inside and out for less than half of what I was quoted by my dealer of 7 years. Thank you everyone at Zorzos auto sales and service for making my experience a great one. I will be back and recommend you to everyone!!

Just bought my first car from Zorzos today and am extremely impressed. We made the drive from Winnipeg to Brandon to take a test drive and when we arrived, Robert was waiting with the keys, and a short few minutes later, we were on the road. When we got back, we were asked how everything was, but there was no pushing, upselling or anything like that. Everyone was taking special steps to ensure everything was sanitary, and purchasing the car was quick and painless. 100% would recommend to others!

If you want a vehicle with a questionable safety, that's guaranteed to have MAJOR mechanical issues within the first couple hundred kilometers and be treated to rude unhelpful sales staff, this is absolutely the place to go buy your next vehicle! Purchased an Equinox, drove 320 kms and the transmission blew. I'll give them credit, they did pay for a new one BUT while the vehicle was in for those repairs we discovered that the front struts were unsafe and in fact the vehicle did not pass safety because of these. Zorzos claims they repaired the struts, my mechanic says otherwise. I have the paperwork and photographs that state otherwise. They still sold the vehicle and basically told us they weren't gonna pay for any of those repairs. If this sounds like the kind of place you want to deal with, I wish you better luck than I and many others have had.

Was looking at a truck there salesman was busy with another customer be handed us the key so we could take a look st it on the lot. When I was looking at it I opened the hood to look for any leaks and see what the fluids looked and smelled like ($30,000 truck) . The fluids can tell you a lot about the care and maintenance. The salesman then came running out and pushed me out of the way smelling the hood and grabbing the key saying there is nothing I need in there. I then told him what my reason was for looking under hood (stupid to not look at that stuff when buying used just my thought). Then the salesmans attitude changed quickly but I was no longer going to deal with a salesman or business like that and said I was no longer interested and left. Highly don't recommend going there if you actually know what to look for in used vehicles they don't like it if you do.

Not able to give a zero rating !!! worst used car sales experience in Brandon !!! switch and bait sales tactics , NOT able to answer questions in detail or willing to write them out ? , Tried buying a 9k car to be denied and offered a 25k car instead ????? Sales people contradict each other, Lost any trust after 1 , 2, ,3 , 4.......? lies Refused to put anything in writing so we could file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Office in Manitoba. I do not know who was more full of it, the owner or that shemale of a sales person?

I would never buy another car from this dealer ship ever again. Soon after purchasing a car, rust spots showed up that they must have covered up with some sort of cheap paint. Shortly after the air conditioning stopped working, & the front tire only holds air for about a week. The owner ignores emails, calls & texts. He even withheld the spare key from me after purchase. He then insisted I had to get safety done at his dealership, which MPI told me is not true, and MPI Doesn’t care where you get your lease done. He was withholding the bill of sale, unless I got the safety done with him. They are complete crooks in my opinion, buying this car was nothing but a headache, and I would recommend going somewhere else. INSURANCE OFFICES HAVE SAID THIS GUY SHOULD HAVE HIS BUSINESS LICENSE REVOKED.

Honestly if I could give this place a 0 out of 5 stars I would. Do not buy your vehicle from here you will most definitely regret it. Soon after purchasing my car the engine light came on, the heat and air conditioning stopped working and the paint began peeling and it appeared to me that they seemed to have patched it up with what I can only describe as nail polish? Very cheap, very poor management that I didn’t notice at the time but will be more careful when purchasing my next vehicle which will most certainly not come from here. The owner is rude and doesn’t know how to properly make a sale and treat a customer, we pay for you wages therefor you should treat us like gold. Don’t know who these guys mechanics are but I don’t think they know what they’re doing, honestly don’t know how the vehicles make it out on the lot without being properly inspected and yet someone when I went to look at this car it wasn’t ready to come home with me at the time, it still needed repairs. The dealership is a rip off, trying to steal money out of your pockets for something that isn’t worth it. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Go to a different dealer please.
