Sales was great and so was the finance department. They even checked up a week after we had purchased the car. Only thing I would say I was disappointed in was every other dealership that we have bought from gave us a full tank of gas and a $50 gas gift card along with some other things. Didnt really bother me but my husband was a little more disappointed

Recently moved to the area and looking for a good toyota dealership to take my 2020 tacoma to. I tried emailing this place, sent all the info they needed, and asked to be emailed back as I am busy and can't talk most times. So of course, they call me, and start asking me all the questions that were already answered in my email I sent to them. So annoying. I guess I will try Portage Toyota. Update : Portage Toyota was way better. They treated me properly. Also because of this bad service I convinced my dad to try Portage when he bought a new RAV4. Portage not only beat Brandon's price but did it in a timely manner. The Brandon salesman acted like my father's time wasn't worth much taking days to respond when Portage responded within minutes or hours at most. Maybe because they have no competition they can treat the people of Brandon this way? Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else if possible!

I had really bad experience with this place. My Toyota is under warranty at another dealership, where actually was found out the problem with my transmission. The mechanic who diagnosed my car, called to Toyota service and booked an appointment for their checking updates for transmission. In result, in Toyota service they diagnosed the car again, told the result that was already known, and charged 170$. We paid that bill, because weren't sure what was appointment booked for. The mechanic at our warranty service was shocked, because they didn't do what he asked them to do, but just told, what was already known. We contacted with Toyota managment for getting refund, they told we would make the things clear, contact you and give you refund. But still nobody called us from there, and our mechanic talked to guys from Toyota and told they were not going give us any refund. It's ridiculous. I am really disappointed and feel myself fooled by dishonest and not skilled personal.

Very frustrating experience dealing with their service department and customer service staff. After experiencing recurring issues with one part in my car, I decided to bring it in (requiring a long drive in) to Toyota so they could have a go at it, since the vehicle was Toyota brand. After describing in detail the problem and parts required, I made an appointment for a couple of weeks hence, so they could get parts in. I drove in, dropped off the car, and was called several hours later- they'd found the problem!...except it was the exact problem I'd already told them about, and wanted fixed. Not only had they not made any notes when I booked the appointment, they'd failed to order in the parts that were required. So I got a day in the car, a day off work, and a bill for labour to diagnose the problem. I love my car, but the service here was so ridiculous that I can't see ever buying a Toyota again when I'd have to deal with these guys for warranty.

Had an inspection done about what needed to be fixed on my vehicle. I couldn't afford to get all the wirk done right away. My mechanic at home said they did not miss anything and over time I had the repairs done (at home). I would call that great service.

The experience buying the vehicle was great Jackson is a great guy, finance was excellent as well. Was there at 8am no one acknowledged my existence till 815 though was stared at by service area, then was told noone from sales would be in till 9 (door and website say sales open at 8) and in fact all week they've been starting at 9., misleading pricing on online catalog not even an apology was actually ganged up on by 2 employees even when I was asking about vehicle. Misprints happen but this was handled very poorly. I purchased a vehicle here prior but never again. Follow up from owners response: i was originally on your website looking for used vehicles obviously a 2020 for $2000 is either 99% misprint or a huge promotion, being on a look out for a used vehicle under 10,000 thats how these 2 came up. had i not been ganged up on and made to feel uncomfortable or heck even asked if i was interested in anything else i may of stuck around to look at other vehicles instead i went across the street to kia where i was treated amazingly better and had a great laugh at this situation. Aside this seems to be a known issue with misprints why is it not fixed? there is government regulations in regards to pricing and this may not be an honest mistake anymore if this is a known issue????? a scheduling error that been going on all week ? this response leaves me more wary of precision toyota. Others Please use caution.

I went in late tonight to replace my Fob key battery as it has died many times before and I needed my car for the next day. First I walk in and all 7 employees are huddled around the front end staring at me, and as I’m explaining what I need they sit and say nothing for 20 seconds before sending me with a new guy who was gonna charge me $400 for it. I went back in for a second opinion and the older worker turned around to hide in the back and ignored me. God awful customer service with this new crew.

We visited Precision Toyota looking for very specific color and trim combination for a RAV4 hybrid. Jackson was our sales guy. He is outstanding. He understood our needs, wasnt pushy, came up with different options and showed us multiple different trims across different engine types. Since we were coming in from Winnipeg he offered to come in to the dealership on a Sunday which saved us from having to take a day off from work. I would recommend Jackson to people without a doubt.

I've been going to toyota for nearly a decade and every time i am treated with friendly and prompt service. I've never had any problems with their shuttle or courtesy vehicles and the waiting room is comfy when I've chosen to use it as well. Most recently i was extremely impressed when a engine rebuild gave me troubles soon after getting it. They were culpable for the problems that arose, since it happend in such close proximity to them rebuilding my engine. The effort and length they went to in order to fix the problem they'd caused soon made up for it. They gave me a courtesty vehicle on the spot and so my plans to go out of town remained undisturbed as well as the whole week they worked on my car and installed a brand new motor free of cost. Our oil change and mud flap repair should have taken an hour at most. Over 3 hours later we finally got our vehicle back. I was frustrated that, if they were overbooked or understaffed and would not get to my vehicle at the designated time, I should have been notified when I dropped the vehicle off. On the upside, the service manager recognized my frustration and did not charge me for the oil change.

My sales experience was great. About two months after I bought my used car I had my first issue, and two months after that I had my second major issue. I was told my repairs would cost $1500 and of course the $2000 warranty I bought doesn't cover any of the expenses. I said to have the manager call me, he called the next day, was very condescending, I could basically see his eyes roll through the phone, he made me feel like it was my fault, he gave me the generic "it passed at safety so shut up" answer. I said seeing as how they do this for a living they should have told me the whole exhaust system was hanging on by a thread, sure it passed safety but might last month. He made me feel like it was my fault and that in four summer months I managed to rust out a whole exhaust system. He cut me off, and said that he'd refer me to my sales person manager and hung up the phone. The worst part of this experience was the rude 30 second phone call I got from Toyota's manager. The manager treated me like I was too stupid to write an online review. Needless to say I'll be spending my $1500 elsewhere.

Anuj Purohit is a great sales manager, he knows his stuff!!! He listened to what it was we were looking for in a vehicle (we wanted to do something for the environment with this purchase as well as have all the safety features that would make driving less stressful). Anuj was patient with all our questions, helpful, courteous, professional; made vehicles available for test drives when it was convenient for us (stayed late a couple days to accommodate our schedules). Would give him three bonus stars if that was an option. On the financial services side of things Tracy Webber was brilliant, took care of all the paper work quickly and efficiently, explained it all in language that was both clear and concise (no surprises!!!!), imagine that! All in all a normally stressful experience was made almost stress free, by the staff at Precision and for that we are very, very, grateful.

I had horrible experience there I saw Toyota Prius C on line and called in they advertised it at 19000 km but actual km are 34000 to get more info about it .sales person promise to dig it up and call me but he never called back I called second time and again promised call back which I never got Third time I called and agreed on a price around 12000 plus minus as I was traveling from Winnipeg Once I was there I felt totally unwelcomed after long negotiations I agreed on price of 12000 plus tax then sales manager come around and say there is 500$ documention fee once we negotiated about that then they come around and say there 225$ Additional fee as you are paying by credit card At that point I have to walk out If I still stayed he probably would ask me for rent for his building and his hydro bills also Never going again there and do not recommend any body going there as well

Ive purchase two vehicles from this particular dealership in the past and have nothing but stellar service from both the sales and service personnel. now im not a relative or a friend of one of the staff at the dealership, just a servicemen previously from the area, so this is not a bogus review for better star rating. Now recently ive been shopping in AB for a new truck to better accommadate my family, and have so far come up short with poor dealings with toyota dealers in Oil patch country. Frustrated from this i took a peak at their inventory in brandon MB and emailed their sales persons "Todd" and "Tracy" to help fill my needs. Within a matter of hours i recieved a call from him, and in a few shorts days i was able to get a more than fair trade for my 2013 tacoma (precision purchase), buy a 2016 tundra (my THIRD Precision truck) , and have it delivered in just over a weeks time (from that phone call!?) all the way from Brandon MB to Wainwright AB... This staff is ridiculously effective and were able to meet all my needs well within my budget (family man), they have definitely earned my business for the foreseeable future. And for the people whom have a bad review.... you genuinely need to shop around with the competitors and im sure you will see they are more than fair(extremely well priced compared) and an outfit above the rest.

I try to buy locally, but it's tough when you can go to Winnipeg and get the identical new SUV for thousands less than in Brandon at Precision Toyota. Winnipeg has 4 Toyota dealerships so there's lots of competition. When I tried to get Precision Toyota to price match on the identical new SUV, they couldn't come anywhere close, so I bought it in Winnipeg.

Previous experiences with Precision Toyota have been excellent, however, this past time I had driven 2 hours for a service *covered by warrenty* which got missed and they only did the oil change.. which I ended up having to pay for out of pocket because the Service that had gotten missed was valued higher than the oil change.
