So I’ve been to this dealership twice seeing how I live in Alberta. First time I went in to get an oil change before heading back. When I got to Alberta I notice my car was acting funny and took it in, they added 3 litres of extra oil and it was all over the engine and had to get and engine flush, new oil, and to get my engine washed which I had to fight with them for 3 hours back and forth to fix seeing how this was their fault. Now I just recently took my car in because I heard a sound underneath and they said it was my stabilizer arms on both sides and needs to be replaced and my extended warranty didn’t cover it and wanted to charge me $390 to do the service plus $70 for the check up... I bring my car back to Alberta and take my car in to fix it here and they find one in the rear needed to be fixed as well and all of which was covered under my warranty and they didn’t charge me for a check up... I personally will never go back to planet Kia

I had a wonderful experience with planet kia in brandon. They helped me get a car with pretty bad credit (not the greatest car ????) but after a year they got me into a new kia forte! Thanks guys!!! Would happily recommended at least going in and talking with them if you're looking for a vehicle.

A great car buying experience. I've never been a fan of the buying process, but Terry made it the best car purchase to date. Not pushy, made sure I had all of the information and made sure to update us on the order status as we waited. Delivery was smooth, and he ensured to explain everything in detail. Cory took the time to explain all the financing details, and was not pushy with back-end products. Overall, the best car buying experience I've had. Never thought I'd end up in a Kia, but I'm glad I made the change and the Planet Kia team made the switch easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very friendly staff, but I wasn't contacted prior to a service being done and then I had to pay an additional $70 in labor... for a small job I could have done myself at home. It was in for a safety recall and I mentioned a noise if they could investigate while they had it... they've apologized and I hope next time they call to confirm before they go ahead and perform services they'll bill me for.

Came here with a unique situation and dealt with Andy and Cory. Andy worked his butt off to find a solution to my issue, persisting and not stopping. His hard work (with assistance from his colleagues) paid off. Today, I am the owner of a 2018 Stinger, and I'm still smiling. I want to just go outside and drive around. I'm so very happy. Cory, the finance manager, was very thorough in going over my payments. We went over everything in detail, and he explained everything to me to ensure I understood what I was paying and why. When emptying my truck, I was unable to remove my dash cam, and Andy offered to assist and call me when it was removed. The team at Planet Kia was amazing. They put up with my horrible jokes and did what they could to help. Thank you guys so much for everything.

Our “salesman” didn’t know much about cars. When asking questions, he mentioned few times that those things weren’t important to him so it doesn’t matter.. When checking out our car for trade in value they toke our registration out of the car without asking us, then put it back in the wrong car. We were lucky these people were shopping at a different dealership and they knew us so we got it back. The “salesman” told us numerous times he didn’t need the job and it shows. Never had the decency to give a call or email when he came back from his days off.

Well!! I was just sick to my stomach when my KIA “ Felicia “ took ill!! I had to have her towed from Wawota Saskatchewan to Planet KIA!! We were all surprised because she’s only 1yr old. I was nervous and worried!! The staff took care of me like they had known me forever!! They reassured me that Felicia and I would be on our way home that evening. In just under 2hrs.The mechanics were awesome!! I am so truly grateful to Planet KIA. You all Truly Rock!! PS I have found my new Doctors for my Felicia!!

Used to have a 2016 sorento traded for a 2019 sorento and when it got cold these past couple of weeks just couldn't get any heat asked to get it in and have a look at it jane said the filters we'll change them for one it wasn't a air flow problem it was heat so took it back and asked to change thermostat we'll it worked but they made me pay for it even with extended warranty they next day I went and bought a truck elsewhere.

We've been loyal customers of Planet kia and have purchased 4 vehicles from them, the Optima, 2 Sedonas and most recently our Telluride! Each time they have been so helpful, always find ways to make my wish list happen, without outrageous mark up and treat us like family. My kids often ask if they can stop in just to say hi, knowing that Sean, Terry and the whole team will spoil them with treats. We've never had any issues with our vehicles and have always been informed promptly about possible recalls on parts. I originally came to this dealership because I was tired of others trying to pressure me into a sale I didn't want or were over priced. I should have been more patient. Delton sold me a forte and although they kept talking about what I was comfortable paying monthly the total cost of the vehicle was not disclosed. Again, this was a learning experience. Once signing realizing my total vehicle price I am less than excited. The car is fine, the warranty seems good - I hope it won't be needed. Edit: learn from this idiots mistake. Don't pay above msrp!

We bought a brand new 2022 Seltos at Planet Kia In Brandon back in Sept..on Sat Dec 4/21 the tire sensor came on & we ended up having a drywall nail in tire that could not be repaired..our car salesman Dale met my hubby at Kia & helped us out on his day off …thank you to Terry Coleman for lending us his tire & rim to keep our Seltos up & running until we could get our winter tires put on this Wed.. Sean..Terry..& Dale really went the extra mile for us..thanks to service department Bill & Jane for getting our brand new tire in today..fast & efficient service at getting our winter tires on for us too!!! Love our Seltos & our Kia Family❤️????
