I recently bought a 2016 Hyundai here that came with an aftermarket 6k 3month drive train policy. I had an issue that i've delt directly with the manufacturer on but in that process it was determined that the clutch needed replacement. Because clutches are a wear item it's specifically excluded from the aftermarket drivetrain policy I could have certainly been on my own to replace it. I had mentioned I noticed something on the test drive but not too severe and my sales professional Ryan remembered we had spoken about it. He took it to the manager Sean and Marshall Motors has taken the expense on themselves, even as the car is at the local manufacturer dealership and the work is being done there not at Marshall. My point here is that in addition to having a very friendly and professional staff to deal with, which is expected but rarely the case, here in addition to that they have gone above to keep a new customer happy by absorbing the expense of a repair, even done at an outside facility for my convenience which I personally feel you will find rarely in the industry. Buying a pre-owned car can be a stressful event, especially after factory warrantee, but not in my case because Marshall management decided customer satisfaction is important enough to go above and beyond. As long as I am in south west manitoba they will have my business they have earned it. In addition I can recommend them to friends and family safely as I have little doubt anyone I send their way will have less then the best experience available anywhere.
