I never thought of the place as a place to get tires for my car. But by accident, I decided to give the place a try. And tell you what? It turned out to be the best decision I have ever made!!!! The tire I ordered arrived on time. It's much more cheaper compared with the prices I have been given for the same product in order places. Their service charge is also cheap. Take a lot of these reviews with a grain of salt. Ford apparently likes to get family members to write 5 star reviews after bad ones. Disappointing to see such unethical choices being made when many people rely on reviews to get peoples real experiences and not just what a Ford employee family member tells them to write. Instead of creating fake reviews to up your rating how about you focus on the customer service you talk so highly of.

Terrible experience from the moment I pulled out of the lot. The vehicle was sold to me with a plugged air filter, expired coolant, and a slow leak in one of the tires. Fast forward a few months, noticed a leak from my transfer case. Brought it in for what I assumed would be an easy process covered under my powertrain warranty. The service consultant right away said that the oil change I had completed at a warranty approved facility would nullify my warranty because it isn't at their shop, so there wouldn't be a record of it being done on file. I explained that I had the invoice (not to mention the fact that it could have gone several thousand more kilometers before needing that oil change), so he said he'd look into it. Dropped off the vehicle, waited 3 hours, got a call that because I was within the first 5000 kilometers of owning the vehicle, it was within the "exclusion zone", so it wouldn't be covered under warranty, so would cost $352.17. I told him I'd be going to a different mechanic to have it done and would pick up my vehicle. He told me there would be a half an hour inspection fee which he couldn't tell me how much it would cost over the phone (although the repair he knew exactly). Picked up the vehicle, paid the $81 inspection fee, took it to a shop I trust, and guess what, nothing was touched underneath. $81 fee and 3 hours for them to look at it and tell me what I already knew needed to be done. I will NEVER be dealing with this dealership again

*edit After expressing the issue of being ignored several times in their service department to the service manager I am beyond disgusted with their service. My daughter waited for ten minutes to get service and was completely ignored. Not the first time this has happens as I have experienced this as well. We have both on separate occasions been asked if we need to talk to a husband or father before getting work done. After hearing my concerns he told me there was no way his staff behaved that way and it was unfortunate I felt that way. He then called me back half an hour later saying he spoke to his staff and they thought my daughter was with someone else and are in no way to blame. Apparently you need a man with you to be recognized. He said there was “no winning with me” and that was the end of the conversation. No apology. I guess Virden just got three new clients as my entire family is done with them. If you must deal with them ask for Ryan as he is fabulous to deal with and the only one that isn’t condescending. Addendum: The fake review (posted by a family member of the manager) after mine is comical. Don’t post pics online in Ford shirt with the person writing your glowing reviews.

I am not a fan of the quick lube lane, it's the slowest quick lube anywhere. At what quick lube are you given a ride home because it's going to take so long. They say, get your oil changed here so it doesn't void the warranty. Well I'm a ford guy but if there warranty is void because of where I get my oil changed, i think i might try a Toyota.

Unfortunately the shuttle doesn't go to Shilo, but the guy that helped me got me a loaner car which allowed me to go home to relax and get my wife from work. I was rather thankful as they also changed my wipers and washed my truck as well. They did an amazing job and were super friendly. The coffee was okay.

I said I need the safety to register the vehicle and they were not sure what I wanted so I was transferred to another person who hung up. Not impressed and needless to say will take my business elsewhere. I understand that sometimes people make mistakes but service advisers should know what a safety is.

Brought in a F-150 for them to do an oil change and a tire rotation that they informed me was required as well as to diagnose an air conditioning problem. Upon picking truck up, they left me with an empty tank and did not rotate my tires (as the tire pressure gauges did not change) and yet they charged me for it. As well, they didn’t run diagnostics to find the problem within the air conditioning. Informed me that even though it’s on warranty that they would have to charge me to run diagnostics if they couldn’t find something. Instead of helping me get my problem solved they tried to sell me a new vehicle. Will not be returning, have made an appointment with another Ford dealership to solve the problem outside of town.

As a client that lives an hour out of Brandon, it takes some planning to bring the vehicle in and leave it there for servicing. The shuttle van drivers were excellent, and were right on time with pick up. I received a few too many "reminder" phone calls to book a service visit, but I guess that is better than none at all.

My husband Tyler purchased a brand new 2019 Ford F150 Larriet from Kelleher Ford! He had been searching for awhile and Kelleher and Craig Mayor made sure to give him the best deal. At no point did we feel like we were just another sale. Everyone was kind and wanted to make sure all of our questions were answered. We are not from Brandon but they made sure we were taken care of! Craig set us up at the Best Western for the night while financing went through and the truck was all prettied up for us! The finance manager Alanna was also amazing! Very poor service. The service manager sent a relatively new employee to deal with a situation that he was evidently uncomfortable with and had zero training to do. When we asked to speak with Chad we were informed that he was not available and no one had an idea when he would be. No further efforts were made to get us and Chad connected. We were told the vehicle was ready, went to go and pick it up and it turns out that it wasn't, however they were more than willing to take payment for this despite the fact that the vehicle was not ready. Will be going elsewhere every chance we get. Too bad since we have purchased many vehicles from this location.

Thanks to Ray who provided wonderful service when I test-drove a Focus, and then later purchased it. I was in no hurry to buy a new vehicle but the timing was right (Black Friday and year-end inventory) so they were amenable about making a satisfactory deal. I didn’t experience any high pressure sales and that’s a huge turn-off for me that, in past, has made me walk away from other dealerships. Looking forward to continued great service.
