There is a good reason why they have such a high rating. J and J always does go that extra mile. They make things easy to understand and give their all on each customer that comes in. Issa, the owner, is a very principled man who does not just push product, but he will advocate for you even if it has no advantage for himself. That, in my opinion, is a quality that is nearly impossible to find, especially in today's world of car sales. I personally will not be needing to use J and J again, simply because they got me my "forever" car..... but to anyone I see or talk to, the ONLY place I will recommend to go is J and J.

I told them what I needed and how much I could do and they made it happen. Previous dealerships had said I would only be able to get a vehicle if I had a co-signer and J&J made it possible that I didn't need one. I believe certification is bogus on all of their vehicles. Tried selling me a "certified" car with 2 DIFFERENT cracks on the windshield. Then when i mentioned all of the dings in the car (at least 1 door ding on every portion of the car... all 4 doors, both fenders, both rear quarter panels) he compared them to my hwy driving rock chips. Also claims that blue book value is the only factor in price negotiation and doesnt understand that that is pretty well only for insurance write offs and will not look at surrounding cars in the area (I'm sure because he knows that his is 3.5k overpriced). All of this being said, im not one of those people that say there should be a zero star option. They deserve at least 1 star for the wonderfully energetic receptionist i spoke to before this ungodly experience unfolded! **Edit** (reply) We had a 2 hour long phone call back and fourth and couldnt come up with a definite dicision so i was told by him he would call back at 930am to talk some more and then never called the entire day... Also me being in the military has nothing to do with me being a consumer, except for the fact that this owner appears to not believe that the military or a DND member is allowed to have a consumer opinion.

The reason I gave J & J Auto a 5 Star is for these reasons. In 2016 I bought a new truck, payments were high but it’s new with warranty etc and it was through Scotia Dealer Advantage. Through the next 4 yrs was awful, posted late payments which were false which in time lowered my credit. Tried to rectify that with them but it got worse. So with J & J Auto I worked with the finance Manager for approx 3 yes to get my payments lower. Because of SDA it was difficult, finally Rhiley Kamali with the tremendous help of iA Auto Finance she was able to get a new loan and get me out of my horrible loan with SDA. She went up and beyond to make this deal. With the help from the sales rep, Danny McIntosh and knowing the owner for 8 yrs, Issa this is the reason why I choose this Dealership and will for yrs to come, you should too. You want friendly staff, quality vehicles and honesty without BS come to J & J Auto on 18th N, brand new building and tons of selection. You won’t be disappointed.
