I ended up dealing with mainly the same people I dealt with prior. I would have to say my experience this time around was fantastic. Very very happy with my newest acquisition, a 2021 Nissan Qashqai. I sent a message on the website and was talking to someone within 3 minutes. I spoke with a front desk rep, then within another 5 minutes, I was talking to sales. After about 10-15 minutes of discussing what I was looking for, I was sent quotes. 4 days later, I was picking up my new Qashqai. Big thanks to Cal and all of the folks at Fowler Nissan for the quick turnaround and for helping me into my new vehicle so quickly. My 82 year old father brought his 2015 Nissan Versa with just over 100,000 km because it was making a funny noise. He told them he's a pensioner and wanted to know what was wrong and the cost to fix it with the diagnostic to see if he could afford it. They called him and said it would be approximately $500 to fix, my Dad said go ahead. So they "fix it" and then call him and say that didn't work it may be the transmission or timing chain which will could cost as much as $10,000. They made him pay more than $500 to take his broken car home. Shame on you Fowler Nissan.

I wont't recommend this showroom to anyone. went there today with the intention of buying a vehicle but, the way the sales people acted was quite bad. They were not ready to discuss about anything unless I'm going to buy it today itself. Will never ever go to this showroom again

After Lee Pearson was able to take of service departments issue earlier this year. I went back twice for more paid services afterwards. On my second visit, my wheel was damaged chipped after snow tire installation. The service manager did not even take a closer look at the damaged (chipped) wheel. He just said I curbed it! As you can see from the pictures, it is not likely. Also, I did not even complained how they added 15% "misc. fee" $18 to a $120 snow tire installation. I can understand it would be around 5% like most dealers charge. I hope they are not doing this to all their customers. Changed from 4 stars to 1 star or less. Lee Pearson - General Manager is a great leader at this dealer. Early this year, he was able to take care of me even though the service department's reluctance to correct the issues. Thank you. 5 Stars for GM. 3 Stars for Service Department.
