Worst customer service. The lady was rude when handing over my car key. They charged more than $85 just to looked what's wrong with my car. Wow. Unbelievable. Won't recommend anyone to buy. They never call you when your vehicle is ready, I have to phone them to find out. Very unprofessional. Never visit them again.

I arrived five minutes early and the door was opened for me as I drove up. A recall was mentioned by the service advisor and a stone chip repair was added to the work order. I was called four hours later and the oil change, recall and windshield repair were done along with a complimentary car wash, good job.

Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here. I purchased a 2021 Hyundai Veloster N in May 2021, and I noticed the day after delivery that there is paint drip on 3 of the 4 wheel wells, and what appears to be damage to one (pictured) as well. The dealership told me they could sand off the paint drips but offered no solution to what I was told was the inner edge of the fender/wheel well not being properly rolled in. When I have mentioned that it shouldn't look like this, their excuse has been "well we don't have another Veloster N to compare it to, so we aren't sure what to say" but quite frankly, no brand new vehicle should look like this, and this sure wouldn't pass an inspection to be put on the showroom floor like this. Very disappointed with service when dealing with this as they have never followed up on offering to do ANYTHING about it, and the limited interactions I have had with them, the service department has been incredibly rude to me in my concerns about a brand new vehicle and the quality I should have received. I also approached the sales manager about this and was not even offered an apology. Sales process was fine, but after sales service here is abysmal and I wouldn't ever recommend Fowler to anyone that I know when purchasing a new vehicle.

I found, test-drove and purchased the most beautiful car of my dreams at Fowler Hyundai. I absolutely love it. Yes love. Strong words are needed when expressing my feelings for my 2022 Tucson. I could not have been helped more by Kevin at the dealership. Both my husband and I went and spoke to him, and not once did he only speak to or direct information to JUST my husband. He was respectful and kind, and customer-minded. Kevin was a knowledgeable, informed, and respectful, customer-driven salesperson. I wouldn't recommend anyone to prefer this dealership for there auto body work. The employees are not good with the communication behavior. Also, they don't even bother to inform customer for any update it's just customer who needs to call them again and again to know what's going on. Having a such popular brand Hyundai linked with such unprofessional workers doesn't shows a good image of Hyundai brand. Therefore, sometimes the person behind the call don't even tries to listen what customer is saying. Even they always try to prove themselves good but in reality they are not good at all according to professional work standards. All in all it was a worst experience dealing with such unprofessional dealership. Also, in the end I had to take my claim back just because of they were delaying the case from 2 weeks to another 2 weeks. Disappointed with the failure of providing good service to customer. Lastly, I couldn't find 0/-1 rating option that's why I have to rate 1 otherwise I wouldn't have even rate them for 1.

Went in to get my girlfriends fob re programmed for her Tucson. They had her vehicle for 45 mins, didnt re program anything and charged her 80 dollars for no reason. Terrible service, lack of explanation from the service department about why they couldn't re program the fob. Overall worst dealership I've dealt with.

Horrible experience. New to Brandon and visited to look at trading up my vehicle. I was pleased to see their “no haggle” pricing but was quickly shocked to find they were offering a trade in value nearly 45% under market value on my car. Laughable while incredibly insulting. It’s safe to say I will likely never enter their building again as i can only view them as unethical. In my eyes the stereotypical rip off used car salesman mentality is alive and well at Fowler Hyundai, they truly are in the Mad Men mindset. Once a business exhibits a lack of ethics, I presume that’s the case in all its departments so would not visit another Fowler’s I’m afraid. Customer lost for life Fowler’s

We were quoted $1200 worth of extra work that needed to be done over a warranty issue. Being a mechanic myself. The work requested didn’t make sense. Got a second opinion from another Hyundai dealership. Work was done. Bill came in at $0. No mention of the extra work needing to be done. Fowler trying to take advantage of a female not knowing better. Upselling work to try and recoup some costs of the infamous Elantra motor issues. Not the first I’ve heard of this.
