Everything was explained, my concerns addressed, Jeff fit me in with short notice a few times... they always made sure I was happy with their work and my vehicles. If it's possible to give 0 star rating I would. Don't take your vehicle to their shop . Their customer service is very poor . And the grumpy old man who called himself the owner of the business is very very rude . They over charged me for not knowing what they were doing. And still they can't fix the my car problems only to overcharge me. This shop is the most worst shop in Brandon. 90% of the good reviews they have online is from their friends and family members. I regret I took my car to them

Poor service and mixed messages. The service team didn’t know how an internal combustion engine works, let alone how to correctly diagnose and repair an engine issue. Stay away.

These guys are awesome. I've been twice during covid and they're diligent, hygienic, speedy and friendly. They charge fair prices and most importantly are locally, and family owned. Not a chain. Support local!

Omg. I took my car there twice. Total cost for both visits was over 4k. Both times I ended up towing I to Peg city and they got it fixed for not even 500$. My friends got their car "fixed " there as well and same story happened again. Last few months their service is very poor. The only one decent european mechanic is no longer there. But I've heard he will be involved in a new dealership under Bosch in Brandon very soon.
