We flew all the way from Nova Scotia to Manitoba and drove my Jeep back. It was worth it and the staff kept us with them. The Jeep that i wanted was only on 2 locations. First in New Brunswick and second in Manitoba at Brandon’s. We are dealing with Brandon Auto… it’s just because of their customer service and the way they took care of us.. not formally but emotionally as well. Ad i owned a jeep before but lost it in a car accident and i was so emotionally determined to get my jeep back. This is for our Sales Rep. Addison. -> “ You know what when you told us that you have only worked here 1-2 months.. we were not sure about anything but i admit … experience just gives you knowledge but the way of handling customers and your politeness keeps them. ???? Never let anyone discourage you ever you have everything to be a best sales person. ????” Thank you all of you for being so nice and make us experience what customer service actually should be like. ♥️

I took my Jeep Wrangler in last week because my engine light came on. After the initial diagnostics test it was determined, by the mechanic, that I needed new spark plugs... The engine was replaced with a new one 11,000kms ago... hmmm. I approved it. I am a vehicle owner but am a novice when it comes to the mechanics of a vehicle. Paid for it, drove home. A day later the light comes on again. Called Chrysler Dodge/Jeep and questioned the plug replacement. The answer I was given seemed a little curious. I was told that there are certain maintenance timelines they go by according to the mileage on the vehicle. Ok, so the digital read-out says 207,000 (engine was replaced at 195,000), but would the mechanic not use the powers of observation to ‘see’ if the new plugs were in need of replacement?!? I made an appointment for a few days later. Appointment day: arrived, asked similar questions, got the same answer. They wanted to do another diagnostics on it, so I asked if I’d have to pay to do the same thing all over again. No if it was the same, yes if they got a different code. I got shuttled to the mall (I don’t live in Brandon). The appointment was at 10am. At noon I called... hadn’t gone in yet. At 2 called again... hadn’t gone in yet. At 3... it was just about to go in, so I asked to be picked up from the Brandon Shoppers mall (5 hours in a mall that takes 10 minutes to walk through). While waiting for the shuttle I received ‘the phone call’. I was told that a different code had come up and my catalytic converter and oxygen sensor both needed to be replaced for the sum of $4-5K!! My question to this mechanic was... why did this not show up last week?!? He didn’t answer directly, but said it should be changed soon. I was charged for this new diagnostics test with seemingly new information. Not impressed. No, I didn’t agree to this replacement! I looked up the cost of a catalytic converter & oxygen sensor (for my vehicle specifically) and just the parts are $400. Soooo, all in all, I feel like this was a guessing game on what to repair/replace and seriously?!? $4-5K? And, if you make an appointment, be sure you have the whole day available.

Worst dealership i had ever had to work with. Service department pads time and $$ on parts. I inquired if a problem would be covered by warranty and received Yes. I set an appointment and took time off work brought the the truck in, asked again if this was covered by warranty and was told yes agian. Just to go home and get a call in 30 min that it is not covered and i would have to pay. Probably hoping that i would agree to pay. A different dealership has taken care of the same problem for me for free. Talked to mangers and didnt no even hear attempt to apologize but some sorry excuses. This dealership is a highway robber praying on unsuspected. I would not go back even if this would be the last car dealer on Earth.

I had booked an oil change for my truck and showed up early stoped my truck off and was told it would be ready in 40 minutes. I came back over a hour later and my truck had not even been inside yet. Service is poor as I travel out of province for work regularly to different provinces this is truly the most disappointed I have been. At any dealership.

Terrible communication with this shop. Any time I heard from them was on the account I reached out to inquire about my car. My car was in the shop for over 2 months and while working on my car they found further extensive damage.. again heard about this when I called in to inquire after not hearing from them in 3-3.5 weeks. Would not recommend and definitely will not be giving them any of my future business.

Very dishonest repair shop. Brought my car to get looked at after my power steering crapped out. The said it would cost about $1200 to repair. (Probably tried to trick me because I’m a young woman) THANK GOD I got a second opinion from another shop ( they said it would be a maximum $500) they ended up being able to charge me $211. If you need work do to your car go to another place and save your money!

Bought a truck in October was told the ac works! Tried it in the spring and compressor is shot! Wouldnt give me anything but come in and we will look at it for $300 and maybe give me half off the service... Plus we live by Winnipeg so it's a 3 hour drive and where it's cheaper to fix it at my local garage without any discounts! To add to it a few weeks after I bought it the side steps bent from just my weight on it! Again same thing come to us and we will look at it!

Had my engine replaced under warranty, wanted to see the failed part while it was on the hoist but was told thats Chryslers private info even though I paid of 50k for my truck. Fire wall liner got torn on engine install, front bumper got scratched when it was removed. Darryl the service manager said he will call me but never has. Body shop replace the black out tapes between the door glasses and had to take it back several times. The girl in the bodyshop said she will have the manager call me because they are still peeling after just being replaced but he never has. No one ever follows up or calls back at this dealership. I asked them what the warranty was on the new engine and they said its out in two weeks, called Chrysler and they said its two years for sure and the dealership will provide that info. I called them and they said they can't provide we with it, so who's job is it? Customer service is non existent here...

The service department here is the WORST! They've had my car for 3 days and haven't touched it still! I was told the job would literally take them 15-20 minutes but they'd have to charge me an hour or 2 minimum (I don't remember the minimum). I was fine with that BUT, wrapping up day 3 now and my car still hasn't been touched. The only way to get any info is to drive there because IF someone answers the phone, they tell you they will have to call you back & then never do!

getting offered 4k for a trade worth 18k when you trying to buy a 68k vehicle and on top of that they make you wait 45min to tell you they offer you 4k. This is unrespectful of your clients and you lost a client forever. Never suggesting this dealer ever again

Bought a truck and ten days later it needed work; the exhaust filter was so plugged up it had to be manually regenned. This is an issue that comes up from city driving yet I had only driven the truck (ecodiesel) on the highway. It was clear that the build up had been from before I bought the truck yet I paid full price for the service ($1,000). No effort was made to at least meet me in the middle on this issue, not sure if this is how you should treat "family" as they claim their customers to be.

Told myself I would never do business here again after buying my last truck a few years ago. Received a call from a young, energic, new employee who got me to come into the dealership. After working with him and the sales manager they were able to get me out of the deal I had and into a better truck that fit's my needs. They both listen to my complaints and did there best to make up for someone else mistakes. Sales rep was open and honest with me about his experience but with the team work from him and his manager made the whole experience really easy and fun. Dealing with finance is most often the worst part of any sales deal, but here the finance lady we dealt with was fun, happy and great to talk with. Made us feel like part of the family.
