They don't know how to treat their customers. The staff is not trustworthy as I bought a used car from them which started giving me issues soon after I got it. As the car was still under their one month warranty, I brought it back to them to hear they will not fix the engine oil leak and will cost me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE

Avoid car service and repair. Went there for a safety knowing there was nothing wrong with my car. They did not want me to walk away without spending additional cash so they stated I needed new tires when I was well above the minimum tread indicator and saying I needed new brake pads and rotors when they showed rust. Pads were replaced a year ago. All rotors show rust after a week of driving. I said, I'll do my own repairs and come back, they wanted to charge me again for the inspection if I did the work myself. Oh my..... Went to another garage the next day and got the safety with no additional work. Avoid. Scammers.

The most horrible and appalling experience I ever had at buying a car! The sales person was very rude and went back on his word twice after promising a price. The whole sales act was extremely shady and completely untrustworthy. In a matter of 2 days I spoke to 3 different sales people and all saying different things. Seems like this dealership has fake reviews on here to bump up their ratings, almost every 5 star review has only specifically reviewed this place and nothing else. Only genuine customers here know the real story!!! Avoid this place for your own good.

Picked up my suv today.. seems like a good place so far. Took 2 stars out coz it took 9 days to get it ready and was refused to detail the outside scuffs/ light scratches and didnt do inside deep detailing.. one cover part they put in is repaired but promised to change it with a new one... will update after that.

I had gone there for safety inspection certificate for my vehicle. At the end the guy pointed out so many faults in my car, which I knew weren't true. He wanted me to change so many parts that the total cost came close to $500. It felt like he was just there to cross sell his products. I went to another place for the safety inspection. The guy from another place said everything was fine and gave me the certificate easily.

Their so called 30 day bumper. to bumper warranty ya doesn't exist when you need something. I call multiple times for service on a repair their response "yes yes I call you back " doesn't happen.

Worst service ever , bought new winter tires with rims and after paying over $650 these people don't do job properly, didn't balance tires properly and while car vibrating and too much invonvenience to take it back and fix it again. Sent by PROZONE AUTOBODY ( AKA. SCAMMERS) for my AC not blowing cold air. They replace sensors that aftermarket that breaks my whole ac system. They tried to fix my car for more 2 weeks and nothing is fix but instead added more damage to my car. Lied about parts getting installed that are OEM but used/aftermarket ones that doesn’t work in my car. Don’t buy a used or have your car fix here they are LIARS AND SCAMMERS

Keep away from this place. Wasted $5000 on a car. Offered the worse warranty service I ever had to deal with. Car in very bad state. Bad water pump, damaged head gasket, cracked turbo, water, oil and fuel leaks. 4 months on and already spent over $2000 on repairs.
