Sales staff left a bad taste in my mouth with aggressive tactics and misleading me into thinking I was getting a special deal. They offered me inflated prices and brought them down after I said no to their initial offers, making it look like I was getting a huge discount, only for me to find out that there was already a special promotion on the Hyundai website. They basically presented Hyundai's manufacturer's discount as their own, which they did not mention when I signed the contract. After much back and forth with the sales staff all the way up to the General Manager, they refused to cancel the contract I signed (because I signed it thinking I was getting an amazing deal. I didn't). It was clear that they care about their sales targets more than they care about customer relations, only offering me options that involved me buying from them. They kept my deposit and refused to give it back until I bought something from them. I finally had enough and just accepted the car. I will never buy from Pine View or Pine View West again.

One of the worst places to buy a car from. They valued my trade in at half the market price and inflated the price of new car with tons of hidden charges and fees. Didn't end up buying. Agent was asking me to focus on monthly payments and not worry about loan term, trade in value or price of new car. Better stay away from them.

They do a good job on my vehicle. They were housed in a temporal structure whilst they were constructing a new building, but their efficiency in service didn't changed. Friendly and courteous staff. They deliver, exactly as they promise. Presently, they have moved to the new and spacious building. Spacious servicing department. I was impressed by their receiving platform. You just drive into a large area and as you alight from your car , the doors slide open right into the reception. You will not need to worry should it rain. Refreshments while you wait. In the waiting room, are cards placed on each seat, advising you that the seats are sanitized and instructs you what to do, when you leave. Someone comes around and sanitizes the vacant seats as clients leave. Strict Covid protocols are followed. You even receive a complimentary gift of a hand sanitizer.????

I booked an appointment at that Hyundai location and then Rayhan texted me a few hours before the appointment just saying that they were closing early and asking me to go earlier or to book for another day. No apologies, nothing. We are in a hurry to buy the car and we were hoping to close a deal today since the Alta Nissan sales team was amazing and offered us an amazing deal and we said we were letting them know today. Rayhan then said, oh ok you can come today.... my manager authorized it... but was you manager ok with you cancelling the appointment to begin with? Then he started asking lots of questions through text message... like how much downpayment I was going to give, what car, what was my budget, for how many months I was going to finance. We know all Hyundai’s cars, we bought a Santa fe 6months ago... the reason for the appointment was to discuss all this. And I replied it depends on the interest rates and he said it depends on our status in the country. Than he asked what was our status if we were PRs or citizens... why do you need to know if I am a citizen or a permanent resident before I even see the cars and the prices??? and the interest rates varies according to the client....we just bought a Santa Fe and nobody ever asked us this question. We have many friends that got the Tucson with 0%interest being on work permits. He made me feel very uncomfortable and asking all those questions almost if you are not buying do not bother coming. If you don’t want to work and want to go home early, there are lots of people wanting to be there. You don’t need to make it as if it’s a big hassle to purchase a car at Hyundai, because we know it is not!! We really like our Santa Fe, but we don’t want anything to do with Hyundai again after the experience with Rayhan. Good for Alta Nissan we will go there on Monday to buy our new vehicle, such a shame Rayhan didn’t cancel the appointment earlier so we would have had timw to go to Nissan today since their amazing tea called us, texted us. The manager sent us an email last night thanking us for the visit. Rayhan and his manager should go to Alta Nissan and have some good customer service lessons.

I had the most pleasant experience at this dealership. Rayhan helped my out during the purchase. I visited multiple dealerships and got price from all of them but Rayhan was the only one who gave me an estimated delivery for 2 weeks. Other dealerships gave an ETA of 2-3 months. It was hard to believe at first that they’ll be able to arrange the delivery so quick but exactly 2 weeks later I had my car. Rayhan was so patient during the whole process, he took time to explain everything and he was always just 1 text away whenever I had questions. Buyer beware. About 4 weeks ago we met a salesman at this dealership who gave us what we felt was a great price on a 2020 Santa Fe Ultimate. We informed him we were still going to shop around and every other dealer we visited, (4 in all) told us there was no way this price was for a 2020 model We returned about a week ago when the salesman was scheduled to be present. We arrived early and another salesman met us and suggested we go for lunch and he would call the original salesman to advise him we would be there to see him when he came in at 1:00 pm. When we returned we were told he was booking off sick and the Manager was informed by the second salesman of the price we had been quoted. There was some back and forth discussion with the second salesman and the manager in the manager's office and finally the new salesman was sent out to deal with us. He said it was an impossible price to meet and that they could not sell the car for the price quoted. We felt the Manager should had the courage to speak directly to us but instead he stayed in his office and let the salesman deal with our issue. All we can say is shop around before settling on this dealership as they do not appear to be an up front organization. We feel it is their loss because we did purchase the vehicle from another dealer in Brampton.

Bad experience. I booked a phone appointment for service. They gave me an estimated rate for a service of 12000 kms. After I went there for the service I received another estimate which was greater by 30 dollars. Not happy at all. They can't deliver the vehicle on time as well. Don't wait for the complimentary wash as it only wastes time, the dirt will still stay

Giving 3 stars only thanks to the great service offered by Adam! He deserves 5 stars… was very professional and pleasant to deal with… however, I had to take my Tucson 2017 four different times to fix an issue with my windows not opening or closing with the switch. The technician i spoke with told me they would have to charge me $120 per hour to check for the cause of the issue resulting in all 4 Windows’ switches having to be replaced one after the other when I told him they were all acting up (malfunctioning intermittently)… he said they will only change the one that’s not working under the warranty and can’t look at the root cause. As a result, I had to drop off my car for repairs on 4 different occasions to fix the same problem, that should have been investigated the first time… I’m also shocked and disappointed that the windows’ switches and my AC compressor all failed when I’ve only had the vehicle since 2017!

I had a poor experience via incorrect information. I was given the wrong appointment time via phone call. When i came in i was accused to have heard incorrectly. The associate showed me a calendar with my name on it. I proceeded to reveal a phone recording with pine view's phone number and an associate telling me the incorrect date for my appointment . I was almost yelled at for their blunder and didn't receive an apology; even after being blamed and showing it was their fault. The associate's name will not be listed to save them face. The shuttle drivers had good customer service, so i bumped the review to 2 stars. I honestly would not have wrote this review if you had just empathized with me like i asked. It was a little embarassing, for me, with you yelling, accusing, and raising your voice infront of your two associates; but why did i have to be the calm one? Keep in mind, my time and money was wasted and not yours or Pine View's. The odd case i may return for some sort of service. If the experience is good, I may change me review.

I want to share my experience here with this dealership and their smooth process. I bought a pre owned VW Tiguan from them last week , I visited them and met Moeen who was very happy and generous person, he showed me the SUV and I rally liked it but was a little hesitant but he never pressured me to decide and asked me to do my research before buying after few days I called him again and told him that I am ready to make the deal but cannot come to dealership as I don’t have car , he made arrangements to get me picked and do the finance application with the Financial manager. This was also a clean process. After few days I was being told that my loan is approved and I can pick up my SUV next day. Again I was being picked up from my Home by Moeen and he delivered me the vehicle himself. First they had a car wash missing from my service as they were like our facility is still under construction and later they made me wait for an hour for the shuttle, which still didn't show up, so I had to leave with my car and had to get it serviced somewhere else the next day. If you pride yourself on customer service, then you need to listen to feedback instead of dismissing it. I have had 2 incidents with servicing my vehicle at this dealership. 1) they have a giant price list behind the service desk which does not clearly state what is or isn't included with their service intervals and what they charge for the service intervals. As a result, $200 of work was done on my vehicle which I did not authorize. When I attempted to dispute the charge, I had to argue with the service manager to go look at the sign they had posted before they aknowldeged the sign is not clear about the prices. I had already paid at this point and rather than refund me the extra charges they said they would only provide me store credit. The sign is still up and unchanged. Make sure to read everything carefully and all the fine print of you ever take your vehicle here for work. 2) My car died a month after having service done at this dealership (2017 Elantra with just under 38k km at the time). Roadside assistance towed it to the dealership nearest to where it broke down (Agincourt Hyundai). Agincourt looked over the car and determined all it needed was a battery service. I had a service 2 done at West Pine View Hyundai in November which includes a battery inspection. No issues were raised at the time of the service. According to the service manager nothing was wrong with the battery or terminals. If the battery terminals are in such bad shape that they broke in a month and my car had complete electrical failure, I don't believe there weren't signs of this at the time of inspection. Rather than acknowledge even the possibility that something was missed during this inspection, the service manager Steve insisted that nothing was wrong with the battery when they inspected it despite the fact that my car died after the service and all it needed to get fixed was a battery service. Don't take your car here for service. I get that mistakes happen but refusing to aknowldeged they're even possible is a ridiculous way to handle customer feedback.

This dealer needs to reassess their definition of customer service. Had an appointment to change winter tires at 9am. Apparently it takes 3 hours to change tires already on rims (sarcasm) After 5 hours we had to call to find out if the car was complete. We were told yes and the shuttle will come and pick us up. That was at 1:57. I called at 2:30 and advised that I have to pick up my son at 3:15. They said they would be there in 15 minutes (45 minutes later for at total of 1:15 minutes waiting for the shuttle). They arrived at 3:12. It’s 3:20 and I still have not reached the dealership. My sons school finished at 3:15. Which makes me late. An organization who is so delinquent in their commitments to clients and careless with the personal impact they cause does not deserve my business. As such when I sell this car it is my intention never buy a car from this dealer again and would certainly never buy another Hyundai.

Since moving to Brampton 2 years ago, I have been servicing my vehicle at Pineview West Hyundai. While their temporary setup was not the best due to the building being constructed, I must admit that their customer service was admirable. I dealt with Adam, Manny and Steve. Despite their circumstances I must say that those guys were in awesome spirit and provided honest guidance towards vehicle maintenance. Even the two ladies at front desk (Monica and Beatrice) were amazing. They went outside of their duties to assist me in getting urgent information that I needed for an issue I was having and was unable to speak to the advisors at the time. All in all, the service team was fantastic! Visited their new building last week for service and was WOWED! It’s beautiful, clean and the fantastic part is their customer lounge coffee machine!! Lol. Met Rayhan there in sales, he demonstrated all the features of the vehicle in detail although I told him I was not there to buy at this time but still he took all the time to explain all the features, different packages available in the vehicle in detail also explained different promotions they had, I then had one of the best test drive experience of my life here, just coz I was made comfortable and aware of all the features before I took it on the road, which gave me a sense of ownership of the vehicle. Afterwards I Met with the Sales Manager Moeen who also explained me all the buying options available finance/lease etc and spent ample time with me. I did not made the purchase because of my personal reasons at this time but hopefully by end of this month I would be coming back to them and would recommend anyone who needs a Hyundai vehicle. When I tried to book an appointment at my current dealer for a Winter Tire Swap, they told me their booking for week and a half out. Concerned as this my Wife's vehicle and she was taking the kids up north I decided to call Pine View West. I am already leasing a Hyundai vehicle from a different dealer and wanted to upgrade. I was contacted by this dealership for a car i was interested in and the rates I was given were fantastic. Their representative also said that most likely they would be able to transfer the lease to someone and the monthly payment will go further down for the chosen vehicle. My own dealership quoted oposite and upon further probing they informed me of a couple technicalities because of which the rates offered by Pine view west were impossible. When I told pine view guy the same and requested full information since its a long tern commitment, the guy behaved very cold and told me that he will call back with full details that never happened. So the reason for this rating is that tell things as they are instead of luring customers over impractically low numbers. And if those numbers were true do get back to customers.

I bought my car this year Ali was my sales rep and he was extremely sweet in the beginning until the time I signed on the contract,Afterwards he wasn’t ready to help me at all. Also, the sales manager Moin or Moeein he’s the worst to deal with. I don’t understand if these people get the required training or they just get hired through references. First time servicing our car here. The place looks great as expected from a new location. The have the drive in to service your vehicle. The customer service was great, my estimated wait time was around 2.5 hours so I was sent home and back in an Uber that was arranged by the dealership. It did take longer than the estimated time as they we’re having issues with their computers/billing system. Here is where they lost a star. My serving report was completely empty nothing was checked off as checked or needs repair, just empty. I didn’t realize this as when I spoke to the customer service rep he said all was good so I didn’t check out the report until I got home. We will continue to get our servicing done here as the service overall was good and hopefully the empty report is a one off.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. You will be ripped off for sure by the rude manager that works there. Don't even mention the financial manager who tried to rip me off for gap insurance. he was trying to charge me 2,800 and I got the exact same from another dealer for 1600. stay away from this dealer. When I went to get my deposit back because they didn't have the car I order the finance guy was trying to scare me to not cancel the deal. Don't try to deny what happened and make excuse. fix your management

My credit situation was not the greatest going into my car buying process. I went there for service first time today, and they put scratches on all sides of my car, and then gave paper saying scratches were found after car wash, which shows they put scratches and are just trying to save themselves,while blaming it on the customer. I got my car washed two days ago and these scratches werent there. Thay are new scratches. They never asked permission to wash my car, nor did I tell them to wash it and then say they arent responsiblefor the scratches the wash put even though they did without permission. Never go here for service as they do not take care of your car and dont put customer first as they wrre blaming customers and do not ask for permission when doing things.
