If you’re a first time car buyer don’t go in here. You’ll get more than average interest rate and base prices. Also keep in mind to check everything on your vehicle property even after getting the safety and I mean everything. 2.0 So I received a call for posting a negative review forcing me to delete the review just because I did it after 2 years of buying my vehicle. Just a little heads up, I was new here and it was my first vehicle that I bought so I didn’t know anything (I wish I did) and do you guys really check the following when you test drive a ride- 1. AC vent broken 2. Aftermarket brake pads ( honda genuine pads come with lifetime warranty) 3. Some of 2017 civics have a AC recall because of a faulty condensor which no one tells you. These were the things that were wrong. How do you expect someone to know that in a test drive? And during the call I was asked that why I am writing a review after 2 years now and didn’t ask or sort help then. So please note, I live 170 kms away from the place of purchase and didn’t want to travel for a couple hundred bucks issue and leaving my work. But now after number of such issues, I realized what I have spent on the car even after paying hefty amount already. I am writing this review so it doesn’t happen to anybody else. I am not looking for any compensation or neither one review is going to harm your business. So please, stop calling me! ????????

Worst experience with the Salesperson to start with and he ended up lying and added all sorts of add-ons which I kept on denying. Bad part is that he did not know what he is doing! He kept lying to me about the car features too and I had to confront him. When I escalated this unprofessional behavior to the owner, he too acted the same way. A bigger guy (has an office and seems to be the owner) promised to fix a rear sunshade that wasn’t working and also promised me that I would get Michelin tires. On the day I picked up the car both these requests were ignored and the funancing guy (shorter guy) just told me to enjoy my new car when I mentioned it day of pick up. I should’ve probably made a bigger deal out of it but I thought I’d finally write this review to let any future buyers still beware. I even reminded the shorter guy twice about these requests. No matter the good reviews still be careful when they make you promises make sure you remind them and make sure they don’t just shrug it off and it is agreed by them clearly. Also the car I bought burns 1litre of oil every 700km. I won’t even blame them for this maybe they didn’t know? But they sold me $3300 warranty that should cover this anyway. After all of this I am still giving them 2 stars and not 1 because the sales guy (bigger guy) was at least a nice guy and knows how to talk to customers. He also doesn’t assume you are an idiot like a lot of dealers.

Awful experienced. Purchased a vehicle in August and noticed many issues shortly after (vehicle smoking, etc. etc. etc.) It should not have passed a safety to be able to be sold and put on the road and have reports to prove it. Still waiting on repairs to be done after MONTHS of going back and fourth and if I don't follow up they don't bother to contact to rectify any issues. Awful customer service, super stingy, and majorly dishonest company. Very disappointed and would not recommend. They offered a "free" warranty and its obvious it was only thrown in to pay for the repairs they did not want to cover prior to selling the vehicle.
