First, off the cars at Ca Auto Sales are in mint conditions. So much, they seem brand new. I purchase a 2011 Kia Rio, and I swear it was like buying a new car. From the inside and outside of the car and under the hood was in excellent condition. It also smells like new. My engine was in prime shape, clean, and absolutely had no rust on the car. Patrick was a fair and decent person. His customer services were well appreciated. He did all the work for me by getting the car certified, registered, and grabbing my plates. I bought a 2012 BMW 328XI from this dealership. I found the car and wow the owner of the dealership himself made sure every detail was looked after. He had that car safetied, new tires, brakes, inspected twice etc...and plated within 24 hours....This is a place that cares about people.. I am very frustrated. i done the whole deal over the phone as per their add on kijiji and telephone conversation they told me this vehicle is in very good shape no damages no accident but unfortunately. i done the deal on phone and tell them to get vehicle registration and make it ready for pick. Next day when i go to pick up the vehicle i observed the front driver side repaired i mention it to mike that is not as what you said but he said it is what it is this is not new vehicle if you want 100% then new vehicle are in the show room. I had no choice because they said its yours now you have plate registered on your name, even he provide me vehicle report which shows no accident no damages claim, I Pick up the vehicle. I wasn't satisfied from the report what they provided, Next day i ordered a car fax report which show the damage reported to police. Rear light was damaged. the totally provide me false information on the phone. Highly not recommended if you want to buy any vehicle from them.

The owner is a great guy, I bought a car from him about a year ago and the car has been running amazing, he made my buying experience convenient and flawless...no pressure from anyone, I came about 3 times to look at the same car taking up about an hour of his time every time I was there, if I was him I would hate a customer like myself but he treated me like I was a friend and was happy to throw me the keys with no hesitation to go for a test drive...in all honesty this is how a dealership should function, I would give this place 10 stars if I could.
