So i just purchased a 2015 ford mustang fastback 2 door V6. It was my 14 yr old's dream car. I had dealt with Virujan from the first phone call. He made the whole process very informative for me. I recently bought a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe from Brampton Automart. I was looking for a used car/SUV under $10K including taxes and licensing. As you can imagine there were very few listings that fit this constraint, and the ones that I could find seemed over priced for what was being offered. After a bit of research, I found few listings at Brampton Automart via Autotrader. I visited their lot at Auction Lane for a test drive, and booked a vehicle. They take 7-10 days to run a safety inspection, and perform a thorough detailing before delivering the vehicle, but its completely worth the wait. Jebin (CJ) worked closely with me throughout the process, and I loved my experience. If you are looking for a used vehicle, I would strongly recommend Brampton Automart.

As a first time buyer, I was nervous in making a decision as it could hurt me financially if it go wrong as I live paycheck to paycheck. The car is in good condition. I had to put in winter tires to get it road ready. Thanks to the friendly team at BAM as they were willing to change the car I initially chose under their 5 day return window. They have many services like Walkaway which can help us return the car if we can't keep up with payments. Micheal helped me finance the car for a person with low credit history despite excellent credit score and Virujan was very friendly. (original post below) My concerns were quickly addressed, and I was sincerely apologized to by Virujan for the lack of follow up I originally received. This is what good customer service looks like! Don't argue with the customer. Listen, apologize and then do better! Because of his sincerity I will definitely approach BAM for my next vehicle. Thank you! I wish I could leave a higher rating. (Originally 2 out 5 stars) After an initial meeting we were super excited to buy a Toyota Rav from here. The salesman (who I will not name) said they were closed for the weekend but would be happy to help next week. Which is fine, I guess. Save for the fact I never heard from anyone at the dealership again. Not even when I reached out again. I’m not an unreasonable person. Things happen, people get busy. But in sales, lack of communication means no sale. Especially with no apology for the service. So yeah. We were all set to go, but apparently they didn’t want our business. So, can not recommend. I hope anyone else who tries has better luck.

These guys seem set up to move a high volume of cars at below market prices. I got exactly the car I wanted at below MSRP, in great condition, everything easy except for the weird location. Sheldon was great and super helpful, and the whole team seemed like good people. Can't recommend buying from BAM highly enough.

I am so satisfied with the customer service from this place. We had an appointment to see a car. We had to wait a while for them to come and get us at the meeting point. Got a little sceptical about that, seemed kind of strange and a little creepy. But it was so worth it. The lot is huge! They have so many cars to choose from. Bought my new Nissan Murano here. It’s only two days for now but they are doing really great. Everything was nice just you have to know you won’t get your car same or next day. They need about week but they will do everything you need- license plates, ownership, oil change and I even got new set of tires because old ones were almost done. Would I recommend them - yes!

Dealt with these guys in July to get my car, which went well with no issues. Around 2 weeks later, i discovered that the car had a faulty lock on one of the rear doors, which caused that door to not be able to lock, a relatively large issue. I emailed a sales rep about it and sent my odometer to verify it was still under warranty, but i never got a response. Overall buying experience was good but they were not responsive when I notified them about the broken lock afterwards. also wanted to note that my car was very low on oil when i picked it up.

From my initial inquiry through to driving off the lot with my new car all the staff I dealt with at Brampton Auto Mart were courteous, friendly and helpful. CJ was a pleasure to deal with throughout the sale. When the safety inspection suggested the brakes were ok but would should be replaced soon BAM even replaced all the pads and rotors. I got an excellent price on a great used car. I would highly recommend checking out BAM for your next used vehicle purchase.

I recently purchased a car from BAM and had a very positive experience. The process was very easy and comfortable, especially given covid safety measures. Virujan was friendly, easy going, and very helpful throughout. I was able to thoroughly inspect and test drive the car before purchase. The condition of the vehicle was quite good overall, especially for a 10 year old car. A small amount of basic DIY maintenance further improved the car’s performance. The price was excellent and fairly met the value of the car. Deposit and license plate fees were payable by debit card, among other options. Extended warranties of various lengths are available through a 3rd party company. The safety certification was also taken care of by the dealership prior to delivery. There was no incentive or reward for writing this review. These are my honest opinions. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Brampton Auto Mart. Thank you!

Bought my first car with BAM and honestly Im happy I did. Very good staff in my opinion (I used to work retail/sales myself, not just a judgy customer haha), and it looked like their car selection was pretty nice too. Jas’, the one I was working with, was VERY knowledgeable, friendly, and I feel honest, which is very important to me. Michael, their financial manager, is also very good to work with, as he is also very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Im not sure his name, but even the other employee I spoke to on the phone with briefly was cool. The entire process went very smoothly, although there was a hiccup where the first car I decided on (2013 Hyundai Elantra GT Hatchback) turned out to be not-so-great during the certification (engine was functional for sure! but might not have survived even 2022). But, they were very forthcoming and I believe their honesty is what lead me to a car that Im VERY happy with, a 2015 Elantra sedan, several weeks after purchase. They worked with me and I believe even harder themselves, to make sure that this “issue” wasnt actually an issue for me, as I still got the other car in basically the same time-frame as I would the first I believe. Just all in all, these guys are great, and their selection is pretty good too. 100% worth checking them out at the very least!

We recently purchased a used car from Brampton Auto Mart. And to the say the least, we feel cheated and disappointed. Inspite of a few red flags during the process of car purchase, we trusted a sales man named Virujan who assured us of a good car and good service but only sold us a bad car and provided very bad service. Shortly after our purchase, we started finding lot of faults in the car which we brought to his notice to no avail. We got no response nor support post purchase. We found an issue within one week of buying the car which we later learnt is related to safety of the car, this only raises a question on the integrity and authenticity of the safety certificate they provided. One of the headlights was leaking and was being filled with water and moisture all the time which is very unsafe in extreme winter conditions. Yet, the car passed safety and declared fit to be sold. We found this out only after getting the car checked at its authorised dealership 2 months later and were warned that this was a safety issue. When we contacted them after learning all this, they blatantly refused to fix these issues or take back the car. Instead they offered to buy the car back at 3 thousand dollars less than what they sold it to us. They planned to make money twice on the same car. I would strongly advise anyone reading this review to never visit them or buy cars from them. They have lot of positive reviews which i will never trust as should no one else. After all they were able to procure a safety certificate for an unsafe car, reviews come much easier and probably cheaper.
