Greg was able to find me a car instantly and we applied for financing through the help of Susan at Bramgate Pre-owned. They did not let me down. It took a while due my status in Canada but they kept on trying and pushing financing companies to find a way around my problem and after a lot of effort from their side, I finally got a call one day that the financing had been secured. The entire time they kept my car of choice on hold and even offered to return my deposit if they could not secure a deal with the bank for me. I am extremely satisfied with the way my case was handled and if I could I would definitely go back to Bramgate Pre-owned for my next car.

Originally I was hoping to buy it from a Honda dealership but the customer service that Andre gave me was exceptional he was patient and very professional from beginning to end I'm someone who procrastinates and takes their time also I am very picky but Andre was a great salesperson, there were other salesperson there which I found to be a bit rude but the reason for the sale was simply because of Andre. I bought a car from a Volkswagen dealer after a day later I got the car oil engine light started flashing so I took the car back to the dealer and asked them to fix it and they did but this only the beginning of it a day or 2 days later my car started making noises and when I checked it the noise was coming from the rotors were the issue this time so I went back to the dealer and asked them to changed once again and this time they made me wait for a month and they didn’t change I get the parts, take different Volkswagen dealerships As of right know brake pads making noises know. Please thing twice before you buy a Volkswagen dealer.

Sudir and Abi were the best. I dealt with them over the phone which as a salesperson is not the greatest situation to deal with. However they were super respectful and treated me like the serious buyer I was. I am from out of town and went to check a car at Guelph VW but the blue Golf R bramgate had was a much better deal newer and less kms. I called Sudir and he held the vehicle as I left Guelph. He took care of me from the moment I arrived to the dealership until the moment I left my 2019 Jetta as trade in. Honestly he is the easiest guy you can deal with and not once he gave me BS. He did my finance as well and gave me some great price on the extended service plan. When I came to get the vehicle with my friend he really wanted to test drive an Audi A7 they had in the lot and even tho he was not ready to buy Sudir just gave us the keys and we took for a rip while trade paperwork was being finalized. I’ve been to others VW as this is my 5th VW and dealing with Sudir and Abi was the easiest process ever. I had two items negotiated in the deal which I honestly thought were not going to be given at the time of pickup but surprisingly enough I received both items and that blew my mind. Sudir if you are reading this keep me informed of any RS3 you guys receive as trade ins in the upcoming years. I will highly recommend both Sudir and Abi to friends and family. I don’t know how the rest of the dealership is but these two were awesome!!!

I left 5 star for PreSale dealing but after sale it turned opposite. Not got everything they promised. My cousin who I was helping with this deal, Tires were changed with broken rim,now they asking charges to fix and Manager was rude about it. SalesMan was nice and easygoing though.

Liars and cheaters. Beware of the incompetent slimy sales guy wayne.. Avoid at all costs. Tried to cheat me on the purchase of a 2016 Golf R. Lied about everything, talked to the manager got totally different information. Would not let me test drive. Expects me to buy a $40k car without test drive??? Couldn't leave fast enough. Ended up buying new golf r.

Just bought a used car here. Naush is very helpful and responsive. I asked a lot of questions during the process and he always tried his best to get the answers for me, even on holiday. It’s impressive that they sanitize the car right before you test drive, not just a lip service. Overall, the experience was great. I’d love to buy my next vehicle from him in the future.

Purchased VW JETTA from this location and after some time i planned to resale my car and want to buy the new one but things really get worse when another dealer told me that this vehicle is having a accidental history as at the time of purchase nothing was mentioned by SUDIR LUTHRA (sales manager).Now i want to talk to him and sales manager was very rude. Very very dissappointed. Never recommend anybody to buy vehicle from this location.

Stay away from this dealership. Their service is not to be trusted. They have taken my vehicle purchased from them twice to fix brake pads and rotors and have not fixed the problem. They let a third-party company take my vehicle on a joy ride to do personal arrands and took my vehicle for personal use for 48-hours. I have dashcam proof with time stamps / Location readings where my vehicle was taken to and was parked at the mechanics drive way for the night. The dealership has settled 500$ as a compensation for the joyride and made me sign off however,the brake noise screeches and is forcing me to get a newly purchased vehicle from Bramgate to be fixed elsewhere at my own cost. Will be releasing footages of the illegal operation of my motor vehicle shortly.

I purchased a 2008 BMW 335i from Bramgate, picked it up today as a matter of fact. The car, despite the high mileage is in excellent shape. I would like to thank Sudir, from the moment I walked into the Dealership there was no pressure, despite me taking 3 weeks to make my decision. More importantly, I received full disclosure of the work performed on the vehicle without asking and a thorough checkup prior to delivery. Taking everything into consideration I am impressed with the professionalism and honesty granted me through this process as well as the 6 month warranty and other add ons I received without asking. The support and service I received was exceptional. I was looking for a safe car for my wife as she got a new job far from home and now requires to drive into work. I purchased two previous cars at Bramgate Pre-owned center and have been extremely happy with the service and post sale support that I keep coming back. Needless to say my wife was floored, extremely happy with the surprise, it was better than the air fryer I got her for last year's birthday. The Sales Manager, Ali, went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect for her. The wipers had a slight streak but through his perfection nature and customer centric attitude, without a hesitation, he had it replaced. I was lukcy enough to have Ali and Susan help me purchase my first car. Susan was very helpful in answering the numerous questions I had about insurance, changing name on ownerships, exchanging plates, etc. She never once got frustrated. Ali did all he could to help me get the price into my price point (which we did!) After I got the car home, I saw that I was missing a trim piece on the window. If there was a negative star option I'd choose that! What a complete waste of my time dealing with this poor excuse of a VW dealership! If it wasn't due to an accident and my insurance company sending me here I would've gone to another VW dealership! These people had me come in on 4-5 different occasions because each time they never completed the job! They left parts off of my car, gave me used headlights that were dim and caused my icon on my dash to go off (how unprofessional). You think I have the time to travel from Mississauga to Brampton every couple of days because you guys are too cheap and lazy to do the job right the first time. The woman I dealt with who liased for my insurance company was rude and showed no empathy. Do yourself a favour and go to ANY other VW dealership besides this one. Thanks for stealing time I'll never get back!

Manager Ali is very unprofessional, rude and arrogant person. I got a quote from them on saturday with trade in value of my previous car and I called them on Monday to final the deal. I talked to their associate and he asked me to go their agency to make payment as he had told his manager. I was surprised when I reached there...Ali's way of welcoming was very rude and he didn't even offer me to sit and said we can't give you the same deal as we discussed 1 day before....I have never seen any agency with such unprofessional manager....I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

Recently (dec 2019) purchased a VW Touareg from Tulay at Bramgate VW, the dealer was conveniently located and all of the staff were great and easy to talk to, everyone I spoke with clearly loved cars and the inventory of vehicles reflected it. Part of my purchase was transferring a lease on another VW which Bramgate facilitated with no hassle when another VW dealer closer to me gave me a hassle.
