It's been a long time since I financed a car and I was somewhat concerned about dealing with a used car dealership. I was concerned that the price would be quoted and then increased as required "extras" would get added on. I was concerned that the staff would be all about making a sale at any cost and not really be concerned about providing the best deal for the customer. I was concerned that the cars might have had many owners and accidents. None of these concerns were any issue for me at all. The people with whom I interacted (Jonathan and Precy), were consummate professionals. I truly believe they enjoy finding their customers the best possible car in their customers' budgets. I don't have the best credit rating so I knew I would have to pay more than most, but I came away with a manageable payment and now I am on a path to improve my credit. Thanks AutoPark Brampton! I can't imagine buying a used car anywhere else!

I was looking to purchase a new car for my parents as a surprise. While looking online, I came across the AutoPark Brampton Superstore who had a vehicle I was very interested in. Upon my visit to the dealer I was greeted by Paras. He was outright with the policies and business approach of the dealer from the get go and did not leave any small details out. He explained everything I needed to know about the car, the car's history and the purchasing process with great detail and kept me very informed. While taking the car out for a test drive he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and did not rush me in any way during the test drive. I had a lot of demands from the dealer in terms of when and where I needed the vehicle delivered to me due to the fact it was a surprise gift. Paras did everything he could to ensure he made it to my house on time and that the car was in tip top shape upon arrival. The gift was a great surprise and great moment for my family and parents. I would highly recommend not only Paras, but the dealership as well based on their fair prices, great customer service and variety of inventory. Much appreciated Paras.

Super friendly staff and extremely quick service. Ask for Harish. I was looking for my first car in Canada, went to a dealer in Ajax. I was kept on hold for two weeks with my finance application. The agent was rude and seemed like not interested in closing the deal. Saw the ad for the same vehicle model (Dodge Charger 2017) in auto trader and approached Auto park. They got the deal done in a matter of minutes. Extremely satisfied with their service and response. Thanks to them, I can drive the car which I wished to buy without any compromises. Highly recommended, they even go above and beyond by giving valuable suggestions in closing the loan and finding right insurance. Keep up the good work team.

Had an appointment for a 15 Mazda3. Chidi, my Sales Rep, was polite and professional, he's a great guy to deal with. On the day of picking up the car, upon reversing the car for the first time, to my surprise the backup camera is inoperable. Contacted Chidi, told me to bring the car in, which I did Tuesday, August 25th. I commute 30 mins each way, get there and wait in the service department, and after about a minute of the car being in, I'm simply told that I have to take it to Mazda. My experience up to this point was 5 stars, but that experience was a huge disappointment and felt like a complete waste of my time. I would still recommend Autopark and like my car, but I would strongly recommend you look at your car of interest thoroughly, because once leaving the lot same day with an issue, I now have something that has to be dealt with.

Worst car dealers ever!!! They are scams !! They take your money for nothing. Most of cars have some sort defect after few months. Never pay your booking amount before clearing your finances, they won't return back tho they'll promise you intially. The manager doesn't even know how to treat customers respectfully

I dropped in to the dealership not planning to buy a car that day but just to shop and see what was available as it was time for a newer car as my current one was 13 years old. Justin was new at the time and was very quick to pick up on cues from the GM who initially showed me a couple of vehicles. Justin took over the sale and was great. He was friendly and explained all the initial paperwork before having me talk with their finance team. As a real estate broker here in Brampton, I appreciate the time and service they provided. I'm writing this review after owning the car for almost 3 months, and I still really enjoy the car. Their pricing was very fair and I like that it was "haggle free" even though they still gave me a small discount (probably because I was quick to decide and didn't haggle myself).

I purchased a car from this establishment in November of 2020. Exactly a year later the same car broke down and would not turn on. I continuously tried to seek help and guidance from kapil the sales rep that sold me the car and both sales managers but unfortunately for an entire two weeks they only thing I heard was “you don’t have warranty, we can’t help you”. I was very displeased with my experience with this dealership and no longer will go to third party dealerships to purchase a vehicle. I would highly not recommend this establishment.

The transaction for the purchase was fine, but I really wish they didn’t give my personal contact information to the new purchaser of the vehicle I traded in. I now get contacted by the new owner regarding various things to do with my trade-in, amazing... Response to owner - I double checked that nothing was left in the car. And the person told me they got the info from the dealership. Still messages me to this day over 6 months after the transaction.

A very important part of the sale was the people I'm giving my money to. Lets face it, it's a business and someone will be making a profit so I judge part of the decision based also on whom it is I do my business with. Trust is a big part of that. I had a lot of detailed questions during the sale and they were all answered with honesty and never over sold. The no haggle policy threw me off however it made sense considering the service I was given and to be completely honest it was a much more pleasant experience than that of an over priced dealership that I basically HAD to negotiate on. The price of the car was actually quite reasonable yet the car was not exactly the way I would like it to be when I first saw it (typical of any used auto) and it was kept this way on purpose for me to see what the car has been through (NO HIDDEN SURPRISES AT THIS DEALERSHIP). All the dings, scratches and rust spots (tiny as they were) stuck out in my mind but had been completely fixed as negotiated and this was a pleasant surprise because their body shop and outsourced connections had done an incredible job. The leather seats looked brand new, the body worked looked brand new everything I had been promised was delivered. I was also given the highest appraisal for my trade in out of all the dealerships I went to (by $500 over). As the dealership was very honest with me I would likewise like to repay the favour to give some honest and constructive feedback. I was quoted for 4.99% originally however this was a mistake since I eventually found out during the Finance consultation that the monthly added up to 5.99%. Not a big deal at all but I had to take my time to make sure all the figures added up in the end. I would certainly recommend this dealership and further more I would highly recommend you ask for Greig White. I've bought 4 cars in the past each at different dealerships and this has been a great experience primarily because of the service. The fact that I LOVE the car I bought helps a little too but it's mostly the service (before and after the purchase)

I made arrangements with their administrator to come see a Vehicle. I live 100km away, and explained that to them. They made an appointment for me to come see the car, for early morning. They then gave me a "courtesy call", 10 minutes prior to my arrival to inform me that, indeed the car I was making arrangements to see, had been sold!. They then offered to sell me another car. Pretty disappointed that they were unable to figure out which cars they had sold. In fact, this vehicle is still listed on auto trader.... even after having nearly sold it twice. They did show me the car "Just incase financing fell though on the deal" it was absolutely filthy, and I asked if they would clean it up, the answer was, "oh sure we just do it later so it doesnt look rusty". Perhaps it's for the better that I didnt buy this car from there...

I would 100% recommend AP Brampton. In the past I have had a couple terrible experiences with used car dealers, to the point I planned on buying only brand new vehicles. For personal reasons I was unable to do that this time around and I ended up starting the used car search with reluctance. Jonathan in Finance was able to make the process absolutely painless and Precy in sales knew her products fairly well. We had some communication issues on closing as I was running late to pick up the vehicle and Jon had to leave. I emailed my concerns and did not receive a reply so I was worried about past experiences repeating itself so I emailed the manager. They immediately called me and took care of the questions and concerns I had. The email was simply missed and the issue became a non issue. The team even went out of their way to make the situation right. Watch the insurances as they seem to be variable but Jon will work with you.

We had called to inquire about the vehicle we were interested in and he happily held it for us (with a deposit) until we could come to Toronto to see it.Upon arrival he was very courteous and friendly and immediately took us out to see the vehicle. One word that describes my purchase at Autopark Brampton is hassle free. I bought my first car in Canada from them - a used 2013 Ford Escape. Showroom experience: The showroom is quite big and they have a wide variety of cars. We were explained every detail and terms before purchasing the car. Their expertise and knowledge differentiates them from smaller dealers. Sales experience: Their sales representative Mr Tarvinder has been extremely helpful, transparent and honest throughout the deal. The best thing is they don't push you through to buy from them. Instead, they provide choices that help you make a better decision. Financing: This is one area which i think can be more transparent. I may have paid a tad little more than i would have liked to, but I am happy with the car. One suggestion to the readers is to shop around a little more for financing deals and compare the rates especially if you are new to Canada. Delivery: Seamless! The car was detailed, cleaned inside out and checked thoroughly before delivery. Documentation was done in 15minutes and we drove away happily.

Great experience! Sales manager Steve had wonderful options to show me when I wasn't sure what I was looking for. Allowed me to test drive my new vehicle twice prior to making my final decision. I would buy another car from Steve in a minute! The car I purchased also ended up coming with only one set of keys. Steve took it upon himself to track down a second pair of spare keys, and held them for me in the office until I was able to pick them up. He really took care of me!
