Good service
Bought 2 new cars in December 2007 and have nothing but issue ever since. Right from the start they were dishonest saleman and a whole situation insued. Twice since I have had the unfortunate experience of taking my Lancer in to the service department one for a recalled part(they cracked my fan line) & secondly a key resync(still doesnt work) both times they completely held true to that steriotypical reputation. Not only did they not do what they were paid for but they caused further issues! I would highly recommend the cars as they are fabulous machines but stay away from the salesman/shop whenever possible.
Everyone at Mitsubishi was super friendly and helpful with all my questions and setting up my new car. The have excellent customer care. Thank guys.

Tbh I love Mitsubishi, but this dealership in particular has a bad habit of 1) making you wait at the parts desk for at least five minutes before being helped 2) giving me the wrong oil filters for my Mitsubishi eclipse.
Our salesman, Arnold was super kind and helpful to my girlfriend and I. He helped us find the the best deal on our 2016 lancer. Our finance manager, Jeremy, was also very helpful. It was an easy process with their assistance. Would reccommend speaking to both of these guys!

Awesome service! I like how Arnold texts me to follow up and see how my RVR is treating me, even though I never think of texting him because my vehicle has been nothing but great! Just took my car to Ontario and back and it was perfect on the windy roads. Had an oil change before I went and the service technicians were very helpful and fast!
Cold called me and asked about my car and if I was wanting to trade it in, I bought my car in a private sale and the only professional service it has received was body work from an accident in December 2019 then couldn’t tell me how they received my number after some digging i found out wyant group owns both alloy collision and Saskatoon Mitsubishi

I got a recall fixed/inspected here. What I liked was that I wasn't approached by any salesman while I wandered the showroom as I waited for my car to be returned. They must have known I was in the recall centre earlier. It's weird to say I liked not being approached, but I really did like it in this situation. Got a complimentary car wash which was also a good thing.
Bought a brand new 2017 Black Edition from Arnold and I couldn't be happier, he knew what he was doing and very great to work with. I bought the car last summer I'm sure and we have been in touch ever since! Thanks Arnold!
Monday morning I received a text from my sister. She took her vehicle in for her regular maintenance, as well as a complaint regarding a "wobble" at city speeds. She received a call from one of the advisers saying she needed a "ball bearing" and a snap ring for $700. The red flags went off like crazy. So I decided to head down there for her and ask a few questions. My first question was 'what is causing the wobble?' I was told the bearing in the right front is making noise. But I had to ask again what was causing the wobble. Was it the tires? Was it a bent wheel? Are they out of balance? Tie-rod issue? Typically the first things you would check for such an issue. I was told they "think" a wheel is bend on the right front. But they had the vehicle in the air, and they couldn't check? I asked if there was a separated tire. His response "there's lots of tread on the tire still". Yeah okay but the tire could still be separated. Basically they inspected NOTHING for her original complaint. Then on top of all they they considered could be a ball joint that has play... Well check it then! Its in the air!! $140 for absolutely nothing. That's the oil change, and some 87 point inspection. So i walked out with her quite frustrated and we decided to bring it to my shop the following day and get to the bottom of this... properly. I got it up in the air. Checked the tie rods, and bearings for any play. everything was tight. Took the wheels off and threw them on the balancer. All tires were out of balance by 1.00-1.50oz each. The front right tire also had a large hop in it, but all the wheels were arrow straight, unlike shes been told. They also failed to mention that her right rear shock was completely puked out everywhere. I moved the tire with the hop to the right rear, rebalanced the tires and boom. Problem corrected. BE VERY CAUTIOUS WHEN TAKING YOUR VEHICLE HERE Watch Mitsubishi not address this review. I'm calling it now.

Inquired about trading in my 2015 mustang GT. When I was meeting up with the salesman, they told me they would evaluate what my car was in trade. They did not do this however. They had called the Ford dealership down the road and came back to me the same numbers that Ford gave me 9 months before, which was in the winter. They didn't seem interested in my service and I felt like they saw me as a 23 year old who wasn't a serious buyer. When explaining why I wanted to trade, they didn't try to help me out, they actually did the opposite by discouraging any possible sale. I took that mustang to another dealership who actually gave me a significantly higher trade-in value and got me in to a new car. They missed out on that one and any future service from me.

Horrible service. I went here to get some infor on electric vehicles. I walked in, looked arena opened up their showroom vehicles and walked around more, then went to their front desk and waited. Still no service. No one was at the front desk, finally after 5 minutes a sales guy (who was busy with other customers) asked if I needed help. I told him I did and he yelled across the sales floor to one of their guys who was in the corner. He then slowly got up to come over and talk to me. The conversation was short. I did not want to stay there. I was not impressed at all.

My mitsubishi eclipse cross 2019 transmission is broke down. I bring it to there service dept.then i ask them if they can provide me a replacement car so i can used to dropped off and picking up my kids to school and used for my new job they said they can't provide me one.I just started to my new job as a maintenance support and,i need a car to drive every different apartment to do my job.even the manager i ask and there costumer care support still the same they won't provide me one.this is how you taking care your costumer?where is the costumer satisfaction there ?how did they expect that i will recommend someone else to buy a car from them if i have a bad experience like this.still part of the warranty

Awful Warranty. They do not keep their promises about their warranty. If it is under 20,000 km, they do not confirm any failure. And when it passes the 20000 km for coverage, they start mentioning that some parts (which you had asked them to fix) need to be replaced. So they escape the warranty and try to charge you. Even the charges are more than market. The battery showed issues in the beginning. When I asked them to test it, they told me it is fine and need charging. why does a new battery need charging? They also did not show me the battery test. This is was during the warranty coverage for less than 20,000 km. In the warranty booklet, it says between 24 month and 37 month old, the battery test and labor will be free. And the customer will pay 50% of the battery price. But again they do not give that free battery test and labor unless you buy an old expensive battery from them. The replacing battery was an old type of battery which you do not see in the market any more. But the price is more than even new style batteries. I wanted to buy a better battery from outside in my cost and ask them to only replace it. But they told me in that case they will charge me for installing the battery. My original battery was half life as I checked somewhere else which could last for a while. But at Mitsubishi, they told me I need to replace the battery and pay for battery test and half the battery cost. They also wanted to change the oil before the time. So Mitsubishi do not care about the car's need. They only love to charge you. Just take you car some other shops and ask them to recheck the new car and do not trust what they say you. Mitsubishi's original parts are too poor. The new car has come up with an old style battery and wiper blade which only last for one and half year. In one word, they need to keep their words which are printed in the booklet and they advertise every where. The only thing that they are good is charging you.

We had very bad experience because they said financially we are not qualified their cars, but we went to different dealer so every thing was proving and got new car. So, we even called them and asked why they deny for their cars? But no one explained us what happened. Therefore, they don't deserved the start.
Just picked up my 2020 Eclipse yesterday, great sales service from Joel - all questions answered, follow ups with text and phone calls were done promptly! Travis in Finance was very easy to deal with. All in all and smooth process.

Bought a brand new 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander from Wyant group Mitsubishi in Saskatoon and I am extremely frustrated by the lack of customer service between the dealership and myself. The first time I washed my vehicle I noticed an outward dimple on the back passenger quarter panel. When I opened up where the jack was to inspect what created the problem I couldn't find the issue. I took it to Mitsubishi and showed them, they took a picture of the inside and outside and they sent it to Mitsubishi Canada for the warranty. Mitsubishi Canada says it was created by the jack which I have never removed from it's compartment. Since this I have called management numerous times, stopped in at the dealership 5 times and I have not had any calls nor response from them. The Wyant group Mitsubishi in Saskatoon does not stand behind their customers regarding warranty; once they've sold you the vehicle they do not want to have any further dealing with you. Update, September 9, 2018: was left a message from Alan from Mitsubishi telling me to call back. Called Alan's number, left a message and never received a call back. Still no customer service!

Both the sales and service departments are excellent at Saskatoon Mitsubishi. Last year I had purchased 2014 Lancer from Tyler Knudsen and the experience was terrific; he didn't pressure me into anything and answered every single one of my questions. I recently upgraded to a Ralliart and even though i didn't purchase it from there they still treat me very well. The service department is fast and professional. I don't really trust taking my car anywhere else for service. Tyler, Al, and everyone else do a great job. This review is very long overdue, keep up the great work guys!
