I absolutely love my SOUL but aside from that, I LOVE dealing with the service department here! I've told them all before but I'm moving back to the GTA but will schedule my services here still when I'm in town. They are so respectful and helpful here, I'm a CSR manager and hope and pray to have a team member as great as Dan on my team all the time. Thanks for keeping my moving office more than functional. And deciphering my descriptive sound effects all the time!

Decent dealership. I appreciate then humoring me by referring to my car by the name I gave it. It's a nice touch. I find that their service prices are higher than most places for the mileage check ups. However, I pay it because I have a lack of knowledge when it comes to vehicle maintenance and I want my car not to die. This time when I got in my car to leave they left it dirty inside. They got mud/grease on the push start, gear knob, and steering wheel and didn't clean it off which was kind of disappointing. While I have a Kia I will go there.

The staff at Boyer Kia went above and beyond to help me with my Chrysler vehicle. I did not have an appointment yet they still got me in and out very quickly. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and clean. They explained everything to me very clearly. I will definitely go there again.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2017 Forte5 at Boyer Kia! Jeff provided great service when showing me vehicles. He explained all of the features available in each of the vehicles I tried, and was not pressuring at any point. He answered all of my questions, and on the day of pick-up provided me with a clear explanation of the manual, maintenance, etc. for my vehicle. Lori was also fantastic with regards to financing. She found all discounts that I was eligible for through the company, and clearly explained all terms of the financing. Overall a fantastic experience!

When I was looking for my now New Kia Stinger, I contacted almost every Kia dealership in Ontario. When buying cars, I always cast a wide net, and then the person who treats me best usually gets the sale. Nick was a true car guy who took time to explain things I wanted explaining. Also, the Stinger is a beast! The lockdown made things a bit more complicated, but Boyer Kia and Nick made it more than worth my while.

Worst dealership i have ever come across. They told me my issue was fixed then charged me. I found out the issue was not fixed and when i came back they determined the issue was covered under warranty BUT WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY! As i speak they still have not refunded my money and management sticks their nose up at you, will not help you or do the right thing.

Great place, super nice reps and service department. Even though I was mistaken on the terms of my warranty and had to pay for a part myself, it was still much less than I expected and done in fifteen minutes or less. Great lounge area, and looks like there's even free coffee and tea available. Thanks again, I'll be back!

We've gotten 3 cars from Boyer Kia now, 2 leases and 1 financed. I've worked with Dan the general manager each time and he has always been extremely helpful and accomodating. Boyer is quick to follow up on any questions you might have and will go out of their way to make sure you get the car you want at a fair price. When the next lease is up the first place I'll go back to for the 4th car will be Boyer Kia!

Beware of their “policies” changing to benefit them!!! Horrible customer service!! Long story short - they charged us wrongly for a repair that they deemed a warranty issue ($62) and refused to refund us. Said we could have a credit. We decided it made more sense in our current situation to have a refund and they REFUSED and were rude about it. Called the 1-800 # and they said they cant help as dealerships are independently owned but they did ask them to refund our money and they still said no. This was their wrong-doing and they refuse to make it right claiming their “policy” doesn't allow it. Will never give the Belleville Kia location another $$ of mine.

Iv always had a positive experience at kia. The salesmen seem to really enjoy their jobs and make buying a car very comfortable. My girlfriend was glowing after we left!! Plus the tech guys gave me some good insight on my car with break issues ????

Just had my first oil change and was pleasantly surprised at the price. I have never had an oil change at a dealership before because I assumed the cost would be higher. I have paid more at the drive thru centres! Dan in service is friendly and very helpful. Overall, I was very pleased with the service.

Things being challenging during a pandemic, I wad impressed by the timeliness of appointments, the thoroughness of inspections and the quality of service staff/customer service reps. Consistently bad, dismissive and rude service, I always dread taking my car there. One Long story short; my starter was malfunctioning..told them my starter is malfunctioning. They insisted it was the battery, replaced the battery, charged me for it. Low and behold still having same issue.."omg your starter is busted". Finally fixed it under warranty, still paid for a battery I never needed.

I've never went to a dealership to get serviced before mostly because I thought it would be more pricey and that they would pushy salesmen.but I got a Kia for Christmas and I wanted to make sure it was maintained for year's to come. I was not let down by Boyer Kia, service was quick and speedy as well the staff was very knowledgeable about any of my questions and concerns. Price was very reasonable and they made sure I was comfortable and understanding of what they were doing with my vehicle.

I went because I had broken my lock nut key for my tires. I don't remember the gentleman's name at the parts counter, but he was very helpful and got "Sid" to come remove the lug nuts for me. Great service all around. I will definitely be going back as any other needs arise ????????

Highly recommended! Phenomenal service department. Dan, and his staff went above and beyond in carrying out major warranty work for me. I’m new to Kia and Boyer, and was thoroughly impressed by the level of care at the entire facility. Dan is a true ambassador for the Kia Brand and a star employee for Boyer. He inspires confidence in the Kia Brand, which is important when considering future vehicle purchases. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would have.

Fabulous vehicle purchasing experience. Jeff Finch was my rep, we'd talked many times while I was having maintenance done on my 2015 Sorento. I purchase an addition Sorento for myself. Attention to detail and concerns all addressed without fanfare. DAN even smiled at me that day chuckling internally. We have to laugh now and then. Anyway, certainly a goto dealer for your next ride without a doubt. All staff we friendly and processed without any pressure in accounting. WELL DONE!!! Cheers to the entire Staff 5 Stars.

My family and I were driving home from a bit of a vacation, and ran into some car troubles with our Kia. Boyer Kia was our closest, so we headed there. We arrive at almost 5:00pm exactly (closing time!) on a Friday. Dan and Jo on the service team were so wonderful and stayed for about an hour to try to help diagnose our problem and get us back on the road. We weren't sure if we were going to be 'extending our vacation' for a night in Belleville, but they were able to get us back on the road heading for home which was what we wanted. We made it home safely thanks to them! If we ever moved to Belleville, Boyer would be our first stop thanks to Dan & Jo!
