Love the Service Department at Belleville Volkswagen! I live in Kingston and I took my 2015 Tiguan to Kingston Volkswagen to have a diagnostic done. Was told the intake manifold needed to be replaced. They estimated $999 for parts and labour. Called Belleville Volkswagen and spoke with Greg. Sent him Kingston VW's diagnostic and he said he could do the job for nearly half the price. When I told Charlene at Kingston VW that I was going to have Belleville do the work, she insisted that Belleville was purposely misquoting me, just to get my foot in the door, and that the cost would inevitably end up being more. Just got a call from Greg. The Tiguan is fixed and the total cost came to less than he estimated. Bottom line: If you live in Kingston, it is worth making the trip to Belleville Volkswagen. Thank you Greg!

A few months ago I contacted Elizabeth, the sales manager on the vehicle I ended up purchasing, and she went above and beyond to be transparent and informative on this vehicle as possible, due to the closure of the dealership from Covid, and also as I was coming from Hamilton which is 2.5 hours away, a test drive would not be easy to do. A few days ago I contacted her once again and I went ahead to purchase my awesome 2017 VW Jetta Wolfsburg and I have to say I was blown away by the whole experience. Without even giving it a test drive, without seeing it physically in person, Elizabeth made it super easy and comfortable for me to make this purchase. Thanks to modern technology of FaceTime I was able to feel as though I was there seeing the vehicle with my own eyes, and to still have that feeling of an in person interaction. Everything was as she said it was and more. And the attention of safety and sanitation during this difficult time, I felt safe as I finally met Elizabeth to sign the paper work. Needless to say, on the drive back home I had a huge smile on my face. Thanks Belleville VW team for all your work during this time! Highly recommend!!!

My 2010 Golf died Sunday August 29th on the 401 west, 18km west of Odessa, 42km east of Belleville. I chose to have it towed to their location. The quality of service I received was absolutely incredible! Polite, friendly, respectful and courteous. Both Greg and Gigi at the service department were amazing! First off the Belleville location is the place to go if you have a VW. I tried to deal with the Kingston location and they wanted charge me a considerable amount more for the same job. I live much closer to the Kingston location but definitely will make the drive to Belleville. It started out I needed a cam put in my Jetta so I drove my truck for the winter and waited until I had a chance to tow it to the dealership on a friday afternoon. I thought since they had the engine apart I would do some preventative maintenance and have the timing belt and water pump done as well. While I was strapping my car on the trailer, the top fell out of a tree in my yard and fell on the hood of my truck. I had previously told the service advisor that I was in no hurry to get my car back because I could drive my truck. I delivered the car behind my wife's suburban around 4pm and when I walked into service, the ladies were extremely friendly and helpful. They told me my car would be done Wednesday because I wasn't in a hurry for it. I proceeded to tell them about what happened to my truck before I left my house. They told me they would see what they could do for me and try to have it done sooner. I told them it was ok and I would get something figured out until my car was done. I received a call on the following Monday at 1:25 from service and right away I figured they found more issues. I answered the phone to hear that my car was done and ready to go because they heard what had happened to my truck and juggled some things around. If you need any work done to your VW, rest assured it's worth the drive to Belleville to deal with all of these great people.

Stellar FIVE STAR service at this Dealership! I'd been on the road travelling from Kingston to Toronto when my oil change light came on, I called Belleville Volkswagen same day and they were able to fit me in. Once there I was informed of a few minor recall Issues that they wanted to address and asked if I had the time to wait for these to be done. They offered a free shuttle to take me elsewhere while I waited and when my car was completed they called me on my cell and I was promptly picked up. My car was completed within the promised time frame, there were no surprises, no trumped up charges; in fact the invoice amounted to less than I would have paid for the same work had it been done at my own dealership. ***Bonus**** they even washed my car at no additional charge! I have never written a review in my life, made a point today after receiving outstanding service at this Belleville Volkswagen Dealership. ****Highly recommend*** I will consider scheduling all of my maintenance and service checks here (and I live west of Toronto) travel East on occasion for work. Thank you Gaetane (Gigi) (Service and Parts Consultant (I made a point of grabbing her card), she is the best example of customer service that I've seen in such very long time. Thank you Belleville Volkswagen, my trust in 'dealership service' has officially been renewed!!!

By far, the best dealership/car repair facility I have ever dealt with. I have traveled across North America and continue to be amazed at the quality and commitment shown by their service department. Well done. I need to add to this because I read the 1 star review about how the mechanic drove. The review is 1 star because the reviewer thinks he ran a red light? Seriously dude? Did you bring this up with someone at the dealership or just rant online?? The people there care about satisfaction and work hard to resolve any issues if there are any. At least, that's how I feel I'm treated.

I recently came to this location after hearing good reviews from a friend and having bad experiences at the Kingston location. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had an appointment for an oil change and was informed there had been problems with the ignition lock and the warranty had been extended, which was fixed free of charge. My car was ready within an hour and I was not charged for anything unexpectedly. I will definitely be making the drive to Belleville from now on!

Last week while travelling from Wiarton my car started losing power. I managed to drive to the Belleville VW dealership, shortly before closing time. The staff there were amazing! They ran a diagnostics and found the problem. Even though they were fully booked the next day, they actually arranged for a mechanic come in a couple of hours early to work on my vehicle. And rather than have me wait out in the cold for my ride to drive in from Newburgh, a staff member actually stayed late! I couldn't believe this type of service, when I had no relationship at all with them. Thank you so much, Belleville Volkswagen, for all you did to take care of me. You certainly went well beyond the call of duty! (And yes, my car is running just fine. :) )

We love the car we bought, but our experience with the dealership on the day of delivery left an extremely sour taste in our mouths. Our family have bought multiple vehicles from VW Belleville in the last 12 months, and instead of recognizing our loyalty and business, they decided to lie about a request we made for our car. My husband wanted remote start to be included in the deal, since VW's website and the feature sheet we were given says the vehicle is "remote start ready." The assumption with something being ready is it's basically plug n play; there shouldn't be a huge lift or expense involved. Since we are not from the Belleville area, my mom and step dad brought it up separately as reminders. When we went to pick up our vehicle, they denied this and completely ruined what should have been a great day for us. Elizabeth was the worst! She said there was no way they'd ever consider something like that because, "we don't have the margins for that." Who brings up margins to customers? Like I mentioned, our family gave them good business, and we're the ones shelling out tens of thousands of dollars for a vehicle, but she's worried about something that until that day, did not seem like a huge deal. When she put Vic on the spot and asked if we had these conversations, he lied and said, "this is the first I'm hearing about it." How convenient for these two to screw us over on the day of delivery. There were no proposed solutions, other than Elizabeth suggesting that we didn't have to accept the car. Really? We are a young family with a baby on the way who had entered this deal in good faith, but that experience made us feel awful. If we wanted to be treated poorly, we would have bought our vehicle from a dealership closer to home. We have no intention of referring our friends here, buying a vehicle, or getting our vehicle serviced here. They don't deserve to have good people "padding their margins."

Technician took my car for test drive and I decided to go with him. Suddenly I noticed he drove through red light on north front street taking left to college st east. (It was a green light to go straight toward south on front street but red light for left turn to college street east) I ask him are you sure you are allowed to drive through red light. His answer was saying there was no sign saying no left turn but I told him dude, red light is the sign.

My wife and I have had nothing but problems with our "brand new" Tiguan that we leased. Sure the problems are fixed under warranty but why is this brand new car constantly having problems? Unless you like monthly visits to the mechanic and driving a base level rental while paying for a different car don't get a VW.
