Had a very good experience at with the Belleville Boyer Group (Mazda and Nissan) at Boyer Bay Mazda this weekend driving from Kingston with my sister to help her buy a used 2014 Mazda CX-5. My neighbours we're also very pleased when I recommend they drive from Kingston to Belleville to purchase their new 2018 Nissan Murano from Boyer Belleville Nissan. Your dealerships are friendly and professional. In Kingston two car dealerships wanted to collect our data on their iPad before even considering showing us a vehicle and another was too busy to approach us after several minutes inside the dealership. We walked out! In Belleville,Bay Mazda bent over backwards even utilizing the service manager to make sure customers were greeted when all the salespersons we're engaged on a Saturday afternoon long after the service area was closed. They also put in an extreme effort to try and find a good trade-in price for her VW which had seen better days. Boyer should buy a few dealerships in Kingston and teach them what customer service looks like. You’re doing something right at the very top of the Boyer group. They put garbage balloons on all their cars and I found some in the forest 20km away stuck in a tree, the very same balloon groups they were using. Gross.

I recently bought a vehicle I never thought I'd ever own until I sat in it! The team goes above and beyond making sure you can buy within your means and I never felt any pressure. This is my second vehicle of my own and not only do I love it, but I'm so happy with my decision. Excellent service and it doesn't stop there.. If I have questions, they're à call or an email away! Be very wary of having your vehicle serviced here. They duped my girlfriend into purchasing over priced repairs (ie, saying they cant let her off the lot with worn out tires on a three year old versa, among other things).

We broke down down on the side of the 401 part way though a road trip. I managed to get the car to the dealership there, they put me as a first priority. Got the car working properly again in a few hours and I was back on the road.
Absolutely horrible experience. Took vehicle in for new oil pan and fix check engine light was charged close to $1200 they couldnt figure out why the check engine light was on so they took my vehicle to another local garage and had the guys there try to fix it..they said it's too big of a job so my check engine light is still on and I'm out $1200. Then was told my vehicle most likely needs a new cat and o2 sensor. Which I mentioned was most likely the problem in the 1st place. But ofcorse was ignored. Sickening really. I asked to speak with the manager was told he was away on training. Rediculous. Was getting the run around for 1.5 weeks. Was told by Jeniffer that I would be given a price quote on those parts/labor (after already paying them $1200 to fix it) but never heard back from her. Here I am with a service "engine soon light" still staring in my face daily. Completely unacceptable way of treating your customers. I will never have any service done on my Nissan here again. Biggest scammers in Quinte. Stay away!!
Just visited the Nissan dealership and have to say the salesperson. I dealt with (Rohan) was phenomenal. He was a pleasure to deal with and very easygoing. I'm in the process of deciding on buying a vehicle and Boyer Nissan will be at the top of my list. ????

This was the best experience I've ever had when buying a vehicle. I haven't personally bought a new car in 10 years so they made it amazing! When my husband bought a car 5 years ago the dealerships were horrible. I wish we had gone to Belleville Nissan at that time to get his new car. 10 out of 10 recommend this group. The staff I dealt with - Mike, Janette, Patrick and Justin - were top notch!

I've been looking to purchase a new vehicle, and spent Saturday shopping around. Rohan at Belleville Nissan was the only sales person that day to come outside and greet me - despite the down pour. He was thorough and went through all the available options with me. When the time comes to buy, I will definitely be going back to Belleville Nissan!

Amazing experience buying from Belleville Nissan. Mike was a consummate professional who went to great lengths to take care of me. He spent a few hours with me and my son on a test drive, then negotiating a very fair deal and going to find the unit I was looking for. They had to find the car at another lot and got it in for me right away. They also set me up with a loaner until the unit came in because I had no car and needed one for work. I live and work in kingston but made a point to go to belleville because of the experience I had with the boyer group last time and I was not disappointed. When I picked it up I got a thorough demo on all the features and Mike answered every question I threw at him. Can't say enough about how glad I am to have been taken care of by Mike and the team at Belleville Nissan!

THE STAFF AT BELLEVILLE NISSAN ARE JUST AMAZING ! KENDRA AND TERRY IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT ARE SO HELPFUL MY SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT KEPT COMING ON AND I GOT IN RIGHT AWAY TO CHECK IT. MY CO2 SENSOR HAD TO BE REPLACED KENDRA ORDERED THE PART FOR MY 2016 JUKE AND IT WAS HERE AND REPLACED WITHIN A WEEK AS PROMISED. I have taken my Titan XD in for service work twice to this dealership, both times the service and quality control were substandard First visit I had a radiator replaced an because of poor workmanship and QC I was left broken down and forced to do my own repairs on the side of the highway. The service deptments solution was for me to contact nissan and make my own arrangements to have vehicle towed. Second visit was for a few minor issues. First morning appointment but took over a hour to bring truck into shop and after another hour was handed a bill for re installing a bolt the had fallen out. Ask about the complimentary oil change that was offered to me for the previous visits inconveniences and all I got was "crickets" I will not be taking any of my nissan vehicles back to this dealership in the future.
Getting service here is not a hassle, the staff are informed and friendly. Keep up the good work Nissan.
Had roof racks installed day after getting professional detail done in Kingston on my 2017 murano. Tech had to drill out parts to install racks. He left alll drilled out material on top of car. Vehicle went to be washed. Got home and noticed still some material on top and paint and plastic damage on tail gate and other areas. Went back and was accused by Dustin Boyer that i caused the damage. Went to Belleville to purchase vehicle because Kingston nissan service sucked. So does Belleville. All their bluster about customers first is garbage. Not finished with this issue and have contacted nissan customer complaint.

Worst customer service. Walked in for service of nissan rogue and the service guy says air hose clamp is broken so it needs replacement. After servicing done I saw the clamps installed from the factory was as is and never touched (Easily noticed due to accumulated dust) and no broken part was there. It's simply a cheat so stay away from this belleville nissan.
Hands down the best place to buy a vehicle. The Boyer group is extremely honest and friendly and the prices and sales are the best. Belleville Nissan contributes to so many charities, supports troops and community police ...the list goes on. It's about the community with Belleville Nissan and I've never seen a car dealership that cares more than them. Very highly recommended.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible people. Michelle turned out to be a liar and a very very very rude person telling my parent to "leave his office" when the deal did not work out. Very disgusting. Will never recommend. Drove a total of 6 hours for this horrible service. Biggest mistake of my life. Will complain to the owner because disrespectful people like Michelle do not deserve to work in customer service at all. 0 stars, save your dignity.

This is by far the best experience ever, buying a car here. Why can't all car salespeople and service be like this? I've never owned a Nissan before, always Ford or Dodge, and they were never this helpful, respectful or caring to me. At least here in Belleville they are very curtious and go the extra mile to make it pleasant and enjoyable spending that much money! :) I love my 2016 Murano, and will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

When I scheduled the oil change over the phone I asked if it would take 30 minutes. She said to plan on 45. When I arrived I asked if it would be about 45 minutes. She said it would be an hour. Actual time for the oil change: One hour and Forty-five minutes ... for a scheduled oil change.

A change in circumstances caused us to cancel our new car purchase before we were due to pick it up thank goodness we did not pay a deposit as they tried to charge us many unsubstantiated penalties. Thank goodness for the help and advice of OMVIC they assisted us in knowing our rights and we were able to not incur any charges or legal expenses. The sales rep was great and not involved in any negative emails or demands for money that was management. Buyer beware if you change your mind then a different scene arises

DO NOT purchase a car from here. They will lie about when you get the car, what your car will have. Their employees will laugh at you about the problems your having. They are full of crap with regards to warranty and will not stand behind their product. If there is a problem they will not fix it.

One of the worst experiences I've had. Was looking to buy a new frontier and sales person would not negotiate at all, manager told me i couldn't get discounts at all, if i wanted the truck i would have to pay full price.I ended up going to Kingston Nissan and purchased the same truck for 4000$ less than Belleville dealership offered. If you are looking for a new vehicle i would definitely not go here, take the extra time and check out other dealerships. The service and the price will definitely be worth the drive.

(Yes we bought the car) She was funny and explained everything to our understanding! This company treats you with respect no matter how much you're spending on a new or used car! I contacted the dealership regarding a vehicle advertised on AutoTrader. Mike responded and gave me the requested details about the vehicle. We headed to Belleville for a test drive - MIke had the car washed and a fun test drive route laid out to demonstrate the features of the car. We eventually were able to make a deal to purchase the vehicle. Mike did a thorough delivery review of the car with me explaining all of the controls and features before I drove away. The post sale help has been very quick responding to all questions I have had. Mike and the rest of the staff were great to deal with. Overall a good experience, and we are happy with our Max SR.

All service staff was very cooperative. Jennifer provided accurate information regarding my battery issue. Brenden called back when the replacement battery was available and set up an appointment that was convenient for me. On the day of the service, Michelle got my car in quickly and expedited the process for the warranty replacement. All was good, except the technician may have had some grease on him or her clothes. Left 2 stains on the seats. Will have to get detailed.
Never would i have thought buying a car could be so much fun, these guys are awesome. They are down to earth, and made my experience one that ill never forget. Took a morning off work to go buy a 2017 Armada Platinum with a Nissan Xterra trade. Called ahead of time to make sure it was there (1 hour drive each way). Was allowed to drive the truck including some rough roads and heavy acceleration flipping through the 4x4 modes etc. When I got back the salesperson Mike asked if I was happy to get a 2018 for a similar deal. Thought this odd but was accomodating. Turns out the truck was SOLD!!! So I wasted my time and some poor sucker (who Mike insinuated was not good with numbers and paid extra for the vehicle?!) basically gets a rental car. My offer invoice showed a 500 dollar charge for nitrogen in the tires. Left on principle. I hope the lovely family who buys this truck sees this and gets out of the deal ASAP. Summary: Dishonest, insincere practices. Aim for a dealership that does not draw the line just above illegal.
My wife and I were interested in getting two used cars for our twins. My wife called and asked what Nissan had for used cars about two Tuesdays ago. A salesman named Mike was on the phone. He seemed more interested about talking about himself and kids etc my wife was in a hurry so got off the phone. I called back later that afternoon and a different salesman named Dave answered I asked what was available for used cars he said I called him so I should know what was available lol. It was like I was wasting his time or something. I was set back by how rude it was. The next day I called to speak with a manager he said he could help me I thought he was the manager so I told him what had happened the day prior. He said he was Michael. He said he was sale so I asked again to speak with a manager he said if stuff to deal with to deal with him directly and not be a joke. So I hung up. And went to another dealer who helped me a lot and bout my twins the cars there.
