My wife had a belt replaced on her 1 year old car. Service guy told her "we don't warranty parts that wear out. So she paid for that to be replaced. Then they also charged her 180 dollars to check her brakes and grease the rotors. So sad taking advantage of a woman. Shameless! Your reputation is really bad for up selling We will not be coming back ever again. My headlight fluid how much is that $300? Oh can I get some air in my tires how much of that be $500? Your reputation is s*** my friend!

Without going into specific details, my next vehicle will not be a Mitsubishi. I have been a frequent customer for over 9 years after purchasing my car there and dealer servicing ever since. Now i am being treated like I have no value to them. If you own a Mitsubishi it's worth the drive to Peterborough for service. If you don't own a Mitsubishi I recommend considering something else in the market. Edit: I sold my Mitsubishi and will never buy another. Since Belleville Mitsubishi continues to refuse to accept any responsibility let me fill in the remainder of the story. I purchased the parts to replace my exhaust manifold as it had cracked. I attempted to replace it myself but due to time constraints I was unable to finish the job. I did break one bolt on my turbo. I put it back together and drove it to the dealership. As my car needed no significant maintenance prior I did not need to frequently visit. The oil change was most recently done at Universal Auto in Kingston. I dropped the vehicle off on Weds morning at 0730 and supplied all of the parts. I was informed I would have the car by the end of the day. End of day came, and the car was not ready. Mitsubishi requested to keep the car overnight so I agreed. At approximately 11am the next day I received a phone call from the dealership informing that I needed to replace my turbocharger. Their mechanic had broken 2 more bolts on the turbo and missed center trying to drill out the old bolts. $5400 quote later I asked them to find an alternative to replacing the turbo. They sent the turbo to a muffler and brake shop, which stated they could not repair the turbo. I called 2 machine shops and got one agree to repair the turbo. To their credit they sent a driver to drop the turbo off at the machine shop on Thursday afternoon. The machine shop completed repairs on Friday morning. The turbo was repaired at my expense. The turbo was returned to Belleville Mitsubishi by noon. The mechanic needed to put the exhaust manifold back on, which is a fairly simple job. I was told that I was not a priority customer as they did not know when my turbo would be returned so they did not resume work on my car. It was a long weekend, so I was without my car for another 3 days. Day 6 without my car they resumed work in the afternoon. The job was finished just prior to close, and I was left with over $1000 bill (remember I provided parts). I asked to speak with a manager prior to payment, but was told all managers were on vacation. I was then told that I pay for the car or they would hold it. In order to get to work I needed a car... Still wishing to speak with a manager regarding the high cost of repairs, I was told the car wouldn't be released until I paid. The shop manual for the vehicle states the job would be 3 hours. They took over 10 hours. Left with no choice but to pay, or they would hold my car hostage, I decided to pay. So I could go to work. I will add that the repair was good, but way too expensive. There is no recourse for how long the job takes. The attitude I received was poor at best. No managers on duty as all were on vacation at the same time...

Im severely disappointed in the service at Belleville Mitsubishi when i thought about buying my car they communicated frequently and once i drove of the lot i have not heard a word from them i emailed about a haze on windsheild the first three weeks of ownership amd it has been 6 months since purchase and im still waiting a response and Mitsubishi encourges you to use there site to make service appointments again it has been 5 days havent heard anything. I personally would recommend you stop at Belleville Dodge the respect your issues give u a phone call regarding service and they also have promos with their oil changes Very dissappointed i traded in for this lack lustre treatment will not buy another vehicle here and will tell everyone who wants to listen my disappointmemt in this dealership

March 2017- The dealership lost my tires. Staff and owner have been extremely disrespectful towards me. After threatening to sue the dealership, the owner informs me I am no longer allowed on the dealership property. First trip to Belleville from Kingston for first service. Very friendly. Received a drive to where I was going for the day and would have been picked up if I needed the ride. Oil change was free and they washed my car as well! Only thing they might have done would have been to put it on the charger so l could get back to the 401 using electricity only. Very happy. They also gave me anticipated service times and estimated costs for the. Good work Mitsubishi. Just wish I had a dealer in my town.

After exchanging emails for a few days with the salesman I decided to make the 7 hour round trip to buy a used Cadillac CTS-4 Sport Wagon. Tim said he would look at my car for trade-in. He asked me what I wanted for my car and I told him the minimum I would be willing to take. He assured me we could work out a deal. Upon arriving to see the car I immediately noticed that both headlights were full of condensation and water drops. When we got in and started it the oil change message came up (not a good start). As I was driving away in light snow and freezing rain I noticed that the wiper blade was literally falling apart. I cut my test drive short because I couldn't see the road enough to drive safely. If this is how they present a car to a prospective customer it does not represent the dealership well at all. Back at the dealership I was asked if we liked the car and I listed the faults and said "no not really". It was then that I was offered HALF of what I had stated in the email as my bottom price for my car with the usual excuses... hard to sell with a manual transmission blah, blah blah. When I asked the price of the Cadillac I was given basically the full price minus my trade-in. I told Tim what I thought the car was worth and he went to speak to the owner. "$13,000 out the door" he said as if it was a deal. I then left the dealership as there was no negotiating to be done obviously. I did the math and his deal of a price was the full price for the car and my meager trade-in covered the tax. I was disappointed that after many emails I still wasted 7 hours of driving time in bad winter conditions and $60 of gas to find out what I could have been told in the comfort of my own home. Never again.
