Good service, nice people but could not give 5 stars due to no fault of the dealership. Because of Covid, we are in lock down & this takes away from what is normally great service. Still, bought a new van & looking forward to pick it up tomorrow. Salesperson was great! UPDATE: Had the van for 5 days now. Requested no dealer badges on vehicle but there they were! Now have to return to have them removed, ☹️ Discovered no tire repair kit in vehicle & again must return to dealership to pick it up. Paid extra to have a trailer hitch installed. Unable to plug in wiring without potentially damaging bumper?? Sloppy workmanship!

Belleville dodge service and parts department were great for our first oil change of our new 2020 compass. I liked the reminder call the day before and Mike was nice and pleasant on the phone explaining the COVID-19 practices. At the appointment they have a nice waiting area. Which we took advantage of the massage chairs And even bought a nice sweater for my spouse. The oil change was done in a timely fashion and we even ordered our new set of winter tires, rims and sensors at more than a reasonable price. Everyone is very nice and explained all the options to not just me but also my souse that has no experience with vehicle maintenance. First experience with Belleville dodge service and parts department was a good one. Keep up the good work team. Look forward to the next oil change and repairs.

I was in quite the pickle before, someone had taken my keys and misplaced them. I called up Belleville Dodge, even though I’ve never been there before but was stranded in the area, and they managed to help me get a basic key I needed to unlock and get my truck to them and they set me up with some brand new key fobs and other goodies. Some nice staff.. some staff very pushy. Never bought a new vehicle and wanted to price it out, decided used was more the route I should be going ... trucks that were being shown to me were out of my price range, told him so, he came back with jeeps or vehicles I didn’t even want, told him I was gonna go the used route. Kept pushing me. Called me 4 times a day for a week, then every other day for another week, had to block numbers, he would leave blank voicemails .. overall very turned off service. One person can ruin it for the lot ...

Loved my experience! I came to view the lot several times and really wanted to find a new jeep within my price range and the sales team really sat down with me and found the perfect jeep with the perfect payments that fit me and my life. I bought my jeep in August of 208 and am so happy with my 2019 Jeep Cherokee and I am completely in love with the ride, the vehicle, the sales team, my experience, and the service team. Anytime I need my oil changed or need anything adjusted, they are always there to help and get me in as soon as they can! Which is never a long wait! 10/10 would recommend. This is my first new car and my first ever jeep and I will forever go back to Ralph Neale’s for future vehicles!!

I originally called because I needed a new fob. Expecting that I had to buy one. But the gentleman in parts was nice enough to let me know that it was actually covered due to a recall. Once I was there, they changed the ignition, gave me two new fobs in a very timely fashion. But I will say the short way that I did have was fantastic, due to the massage chair that they have there in the waiting room while you watch TV. It was pretty nice LOL

Overall good buying experience for my first brand new car, Scott worked very hard over a month to get me into the Jeep that I wanted with the safety features that were important to me, for the right price. I was able to pick up my Jeep very quickly on a holiday weekend, which was much appreciated! However, I was not happy to learn I had been driving my new Jeep without insurance coverage, after being told I was insured. Next time I will be sure to have the insurance slip in my hand before driving off. That being said, I am in love with my new Jeep and can't wait to take it on lot's of adventures in the coming years. Although customer service seems to be a dying art, Belleville Dodge proves that there are still organizations out there that practice it to a high degree. I had the absolute pleasure dealing with the sales team of Matt (salesperson), Andy (sales manager) and Lori (financial services manager) and my experience could not have been more amazing. not Impressed with Belleville Dodge on how they conduct business practice. All I asked was to to a tire switch over from summer to winters and they quoted me $50 + tax..I’m ok with that. However, the day of they switched my tires they charged me $50+ tax but tacked on an extra $14.95 for a wheel kit...Dodge didn’t advise me of this charge and expected to pay. I paid...then next day I called Dodge back to find out why the extra charge and they explained and offered a free oil change and to me that was an insult so I asked to speak with the manager and had to wait the next day again...As I explained the situation he finally gave me my $14.94 and as he was surprised that I wanted my money back instead of the free oil change...it was the fact that I’m on a budget and they didn’t even informed me about the extra charge to make a better informed decision...be careful that anyone that goes here that they don’t charge you anymore they what they quoted you!!!

Book an appointment. Sit and wait. They start the 1 hour estimated job 1.5 hours AFTER scheduled appointment. No updates just leave you sitting and waiting for hours for what was supposed to be a quick job. This place blows my mind. If it wasn't a defect repair in my new vehicle I'd never grace the service department here. Waiting room is nice to distract you from the fact you're stuck waiting in public during a pandemic waaaay longer than necessary

The team we had were Dave Steele and Deacon Waterson. Both were kind and we didn't feel pressured. I was torn between a 3 and 4-star rating and initially rated the experience a 3, but after discussions with their team I can say I am completely satisfied. I would overall easily recommend the team to purchase a vehicle. But to be clear there was some inattention in our transaction. But we all have bad days. Dave was very kind and friendly. Thorough for the most part in his explanations. Serviced via text and answered questions very quickly. He was a five star. Deacon was too busy but went above and beyond to get things ready. Any issues we had were all resolved. He was able to secure a very solid financing rate. Service team did not detail the vehicle very well considering the additional charges for it. Dave was visibly unhappy about it, Deacon has assured me that it will all be rectified, and they had us return and completely re-detailed the car. The service team was polite and apologetic and did not make excuses, when they saw the car, the issue was readily apparent. I didn't have to defend it. It was a pleasant experience overall. They have corrected everything to my satisfaction and did not make me feel threatened or guilty in any way for complaining. They demonstrated the capacity to grow and are beyond exceptional in this regard. Be open with them about your issues, they were very receptive to making things right when there was a problem. Thank you for your integrity and follow-up. I am now fully confident in our business relationship and I recommend you consider them for your future vehicle needs.

Very unsatisfied. Problem with ac in my truck since it was a day old (2015). Never fixed under warranty. Still 5 years later have the same problem, ac leaks and leak can't be found. I was told today that Belleville Dodge can no longer help me. Guess I don't deserve ac in a 60,000 truck. ????‍♀️ I don't understand why entire unit was not replaced under warranty if individual problem could not be found. But who I am? Travelling from Quebec City to Toronto on vacations last July, my A/C compressor broke down, causing also the melting of my timing belt. Nice sunshine outside, temperatures over 40 degrees Celcius, couldn't survive without A/C!! By chance, Becky at service took care of us, having someone to check the damages, evaluate the repairs, find some time to make the repairs quickly, booked a rental for us, and even sent us to the rental with the shuttle. On our way back, three days later, everything was done on my Jeep Liberty, and went back home fully satisfied. I would not recommend Belleville Dodge to a friend or any first- time buyers. They are quick to get you in for a test drive and have (some) wonderful staff members as well. I happen to know more about the vehicle I was buying than the sales person did.. I paid the same amount the vehicle was worth a year ago, with double the kms. The sales person informed me that the vehicle had not been in any accidents and had no insurance claims, well, after signing the bill of sale and ready to pick the car up, the new paper work revealed the previous owner filed a collision police report (sounds like an accident to me) but the sales person argued that doesn’t classify as an “accident”, of course this paperwork comes forward after I have already bought the car. Plus, I still didn’t receive this paper work so I am still unaware of the details of this accident. I recommend driving the extra 40 minutes to Kingston Dodge.

I contacted Dave Steele and requested to see certain trucks that had had specific options related to my needs. We arranged a time convenient with my schedule to see what was available. Dave had ready and available 3 trucks all matching my needs but different trims and comfort lines so we could make comparisons with what we needed vs our comfort in cost. After test driving the options and reviewing the cost and agreeing to a value on my trade in that I felt was fair, we reached a deal in a very reasonable amount of time. I had a problem with my 5 year old Ram 2500. The turbo was acting up and the check engine light came on and stayed on. This is a serious problem for a diesel engine. I took the truck to a dealer in Ottawa and without even looking at the truck they quoted me $7,000 for the repair. As a result I had the truck floated to Belleville Dodge where the service department took over and diagnosed the problem right away. Not only did they fix the problem, but they managed to replace the parts under warranty (which has long ago expired). I drove away with a bill for $1,500 and a truck that drives the way it should. A great team at Ralph Neale's made me a very happy customer. Well done and thank you folks. Highly recommend this dealership for their excellent service.

Took one year old vehicle in because of grinding noise on brake. Was told one rotor was warped. Figured defective because of only one being warped out of 4. Nope, told that was normal wear and tear so I had to pay out of pocket. Sales gasped at it. However I needed it for work so paid the bill. Went to other ram dealers looking at trucks, they asked if I was trading in, said no, told them my story, about my brakes they couldn't believe it. They all said 100% if one rotor is warped that is not normal wear and tear that is defective and should have been covered. Lost me as a customer for sure.

I'm conflicted. Some of the staff are pretty pleasant. Overall the bad overshadow the good. Offered an oil change for less than $40. Came in. Had a thermometer gun shoved in my face without warning. Waited almost 2 hours. Walked out with a bill just under $100. Nice bait and switch. Oil changes will happen elsewhere going forward. The ladies in service reception...very friendly. The guys that work in service reception....d#$khead. Wish I'd caught his name.

I've read about people getting screwed by car manufacturers. Never thought it would happen to me...BUT. So get this, I take a running perfectly good pickup to the dealer for a recall. Told it would take 30 minutes when I booked the appointment 3 weeks in advance. Got there and was told it will take a couple of hours and they would give me a ride home. 6 hours later I get a call that they blew up the PCM (Power Control Module). That was 4 days ago. They still don't have the part. What did I get? NOTHING. Probably going over a week with no wheels and they managed to do nothing for me. Massive FAIL. Way to go Belleville Dodge Chrysler Jeep. A shame because the staff have been nice, can't get mad at them

Our Chrysler 300C' transmission got stuck in first when vacationing in Prince Edward County, ON. We very slowly drove it to the dealership. We had a very warm and compassionate welcome from Linda Duffy, who arranged for a rental so that we could continue our vacation and drive back to Ottawa, ON, our home. At the end of that day, I got a full diagnosis of what ailed the tranny, something the Orleans dealership did not provide (they only recharged the battery). Linda communicated with me regularly to give me updates. I took the train from Ottawa to Belleville yesterday morning and Linda was at the station to drive me to the dealership. She explained everything about what had been done, and off I drove back to Ottawa. The transmission functions perfectly. This has been the best dealership experience ever. The service department team was great to deal with. No games were played they were honest. They couldn't help right away due to no parts but first thing in the morning was what they could do. Next morning truck was in an repaired for the price quoted. My requirement was space but also affordability. After I test drove each possible vehicle I would finish the test by sliding my kayak into the vehicle to check for space. Went in for a water leak, all I was told was that the windshield wasn't leaking and they couldn't locate the leak. Was also told that I should of checked it myself when they found out I worked in the auto industry. Its a 2019 under warranty. Went to Mckeown Motors and they found the issue and fixed it. Will go back there in the future and not Belleville Dodge. Its great they checked the windshield but I told them it definitely wasnt the windshield and they didnt care and didnt go further. And I wasnt in a rush to get it back just wanted it fixed, but that was that.

I recently purchased a used Jeep from Burlington. A month in I noticed that my low beam on my marker light / turn signal was not working. After removing the socket and replacing the bulb I was unable to line the socket back up to secure it to the light assembly. Feeling a bit like an idiot I drove the 3 minutes down to Belleville Dodge and went into the service department asking if they could give me a hand. Mike Kelly happily said yes and went to work on it (he struggled a bit to line it up as well so I felt 100 times better). Once completed we checked the lights and then he smiled and said have a good day. I happily drove home. On my way home the warning light came on for my turn signal. Figuring that okay maybe something more serious is wrong I called Belleville Dodge and asked to make an appointment. The lady on the service desk told me to not worry about an appointment and that if I was in town still to just come back. When I got back they quickly went to work taking apart all the connections, checking the wires and cleaning everything. They did this for both headlights and then we checked, double checked and triple checked all the lights. They also checked my VIN to see if there were any recalls on the Jeep as it was new to me (there were none). When I went to the counter to pay I was instead apologized to for having to come back in (I came with a simply problem and they did me a big favour, I needed no apology) and was told once again to have a good day. I have never used Belleville Dodge before but going forward this is where my Jeep will be going. Thank You!

Very upset with the service department. I took my vehicle in for it's 3 month oil change. My vehicle was leaking underneath in our driveway. I had to have my son & brother in law to check it underneath. The filter & the bolt were not even secured properly. It was leaking oil. The oil pan was corroded as well. So disappointed, bought a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee and you would think after spending that kind of money you would have a reliable vehicle but this is not the case. Engine lights on an off and dealer will not replace component as Chrysler may not reimburse them, so I’m told. In the mean time, I’m driving a vehicle that will not remotely start due to the engine light. I will not discuss the fan annoying noise that I had the chance to have one of the service staff to witness but they still can’t do anything as it is intermittent. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention to detail Scott showed when forming the deal on our purchase. I went in there asking for Jeffrey Keenan to look at my vehicle. I wanted an oil change and to look at my A/C. I got the oil change not by Jeffrey Keenan and whoever looked at my truck looked at my antifreeze coolant not my A/C. I was only charged for oil change which was good but if they had of given to the mechanic requested it would have been done right. Not to mention whoever the mechanic was that did the oil change didnt even reset my oil display. What is the point in booking with a specific mechanic if you don't get them. Needless to say, I still don't have my A/C working and I am reluctant to take back to Belleville Dodge if I don't get who I want as a mechanic . If they weren't sure what to look for they should have called me or listened to me when I dropped off the truck to understand what needed to be looked at. Not just Assume.

I went to my car got the 3 vin digits he asked for and when I was finally taken off hold I gave him the numbers. He said I need the last 8 numbers.
