My wife and I bought our 2016 car from Bayview about three months ago. We we very pleased with the help and patience of the two sales persons we dealt with. We were also very happy with the very fair trade-in value we were quoted, and accepted. It was nice to see that they recognized our trade had been very well maintained. Our 'new' car, unfortunately, was involved with a factory recall (all too often these days!) for the parking brakes, and we had considerable noise in the rear brakes. But after seeing both the factory dealer and Bayview, the fault in the brakes (a non recall part) we were taken care of by Bayview. The work was done just at the very end of Bayview's warranty, but there was no charge at all. I wish to thank Phil, the service manager for his assistance in this manner. It is easy to see why Bayview has become one of Canada's largest used car dealerships. Well done.

Just purchased a car from this place. I visited 4 Kingston area dealers to get a quote on my trade in and felt I was being low-balled at every one of them... Bayview Auto beat them all, in two cases, by almost $2000. The vehicle I wanted was fairly priced, and I liked the no-hassle, take it or leave it pricing (none of this "I have to go and speak to my manager" nonsense). I am very pleased with my new car and the overall experience.

Getting papers signed saturday and as for a rating I will update this once I get the car!!! ****UPDATE**** We have had this new car for a week now and we love it!! So I guess this would be me saying I would absolutely recommend Bayview Auto to anyone and everyone I know! There quick, friendly, and they got us the car we wanted for the price we wanted. First time I went to Bayview with my dad for him to buy a car, I went in how I would usually at a used car dealer with my defences up ready to deal with a slimey car salesman. But I was pleasantly surprised. No sales pressure, the price is the price take it or leave it, if you research the price you wont find many lower. Subsequently, my sister, mum and wife have all bought vehicles from Bayview. 4 within about 8 months. Service is better prices then the dealer's, no hassle and quite quick.

Decent place to get a used vehicle. Large selection. Great online search feature. Typical cars sales like people eager to get your sale. I've purchased from them before and the process was quick and easy. I will be a return customer when the time comes. Which may be sooner than later. They also tend to have a lot of newer vehicles with low milage. So it's like your getting a new vehicle at a discounted price.

Have bought 3 vehicles from here over the last 10 years. They always treated us well and were professional. Our lasts vehicle had some safety issues days after we picked it up and they fixed everything hassle free. The day after we picked it up we noticed the windshield was cracked (we drove it home from bayview and parked it for the night, roughly 10km) they fixed it without arguing or trying to blame us. Was really refreshing to just be taken care of. Highly recommended.

Unbelievable Service!! I bought a used vehicle from Bayview Auto in February, 2020. Six months later my car just shut down while driving it. I had it towed into a Mercedes dealer. After an inspection, it was determined that the ABS Sensor needed to be replaced. The bill was estimated at just over $5,000 on a car that I paid $8,000 for. I called Bayview and let them know of my misfortune. They were very understanding and empathetic. They offered to pay my full repair bill. Unbelievable!! Thank-you, from the bottom of my heart!!

I just finished purchasing my second vehicle from here and both times were absolutely stress free. They were able to get me a better interest rate than the regular dealer. I have bought from big name dealers before and will probably never go to them again. The only problem is their lot needs to be larger to accommodate the huge inventory they carry. There is No Sales Pressure and what you see on the sticker is the price you will pay. The sales staff are fantastic and laid back. We purchased our 2016 Chrysler Town and Country mid summer 2016 and the price here saved me almost half what a dealer would have. So I'll start by saying I have bought two, cars from them, and until this recent nonsense I was going to be buying a truck from them. I have never tried to negotiate a price from sticker, I honestly thought hey if I'm their dream customer I'll get decent service. I have a broken gas cover, and a trunk lid that would not close. It also had a waste gate fail that still does not work properly but I can't get in for work. Here is where my headache starts, I've been trying to get this car in to get fixed, getting screwed around by dealers by them everyone telling me different stories. I have damage on my car from when I bought it and it's still not fixed well over a year later. As of right now Ive been waiting for 3 weeks for a call back to ask if I can even get the damaged repairedsat this point. Also for the record I'm a mechanic and after a fight with the wife I just fixed the trunk myself. I shouldn't have to spend a day on something that was promised. I still have a broken gas cap and I bet it'll be that way until I sell it. They lost a loyal customer with me and honestly many people who ask my professional opinion about where to buy a car I just tell them this story and let them decide for themselves. This review was me giving this company over a year to make right what I'm paying for with their warrenty (though shouldn't matter been broken since I saw it on the lot). Not everyone there is bad and it's up to you to flip the coin, but I'm not a gambler and I'll be going with a sure thing next time.

This is the best Auto buying experience we have had. We drove from Kingston to trade in for a great SUV. The trade in value App was very accurate and saved us lots of time. BUYER BEWARE! I co-signed for 2014 vw beetle, we were told that it was put over 4 years, which turned out to be bs! Cause they put over 6!The cars sales price was $9995. The salesman pushed the warranty, making it sound like it was peanuts, but failed to give us a price of $2599, plus this $564 installation, and delivery cost! Then there's the the key fob scam! They tell you that the car only has one fob, but for a fee they can provide another fob! Total BS! So if you finance a car through this establishment, make sure that you take a good look at the terms, and the numbers. Don't let them rush you through it! Bottom line, they are just a bunch used car salespeople, who are shady bottom feeders!

To start off this is my first time writing a review!! My husband and I bought a car there two year ago and we love it. So yesterday we stopped in to look at a couple ford escapes that we seen on the website. We took one for a test drive we loved it. The salesman said they misplaced a key so they would have to order one and we would have to pay for it. I said" for what we are paying you can just give us the key. A car always comes with the keys" We were doing up the paper work figuring out warranty and all that. The salesman comes in says he asked the manager they said " We don't have to order a key we have one here for it. So you can have the key for cost $199. By this time I was mad and said I'm not buying a key. I'm still having a hard time believing they would let a second time customer walk out the door because of a KEY, that they misplaced.

We tried to buy a used Audi from Bayviewauto. It was recalled for engine emissions issues and they took it to the nearest dealership for the repair. Didn’t go well there and 4 weeks later we had to reselect. Bayview was very quick and accommodating. They provided a similar car and delivered it a day earlier than the promised time. Jerry was our our sales person, very nice to deal with! Answered phone calls and messages even on his day off. Great experience! It’s our third car that we buy from them and every time it’s been a very easy and pleasant transaction. Thank you!

Well, have heard all those ads on the radio about the sales staff being so proud to make the car buying experience so special. So took my son into their dealership to inquire about buying a car. As we walked into the dealership it was a surreal experience. Three sales staff greeted us with dead silence. Not a word of welcome. I had to approach one of them and awkwardly start a conversation about what we were looking for. There was absolutely no introduction where he shook our hands or even told us his name. We eventually sat down and he went over a few cars in their inventory. Although there wasn't anything that currently met our needs, he didn't bother to give us his card or welcome us to come back. My son actually said afterward that it was an odd and uncomfortable experience. Maybe we caught them on a bad day, but we felt a little like being in a twilight zone episode. Been in sales for over 40 years and seldom see successful businesses that operate like this. They obviously are very busy and don't need our business.

Awesome service. I had been looking for a very specifically specced vehicle for about 7 months (man sub crosstrek) and they had it at a very competitive price. Their detailers are good however in their abbition they tried to remove the dash cover and they ended up greasing it (it eventually dissipated) but i'm noting this as a positive aspect to how detailed they are, regardless of their "over ambition"! I was impressed with their 50% brake life replacement...tbh...i personally wouldint change brakes at 50% but i guess for a used car buyer that would save em a little. They were very kind and understanding for a first time car buyer (as i was). I had a good experience but i'm sure others had a different one. I must give credit where credit is due!

I purchased a vehicle from Bayview in January 2018. Since I am from NW Ontario, at my request they held it for me for a month. I received a very positive experience from my first contact with them through to the point of driving off the lot in February. Both sales persons I contacted were welcoming and a joy to deal with. The car I purchased was pre-owned. I found a definite issue with it after my long trip home and sought repair from a local dealer. Bayview was made aware of the issue and my sales rep responded immediately. Bayview Auto did not hesitate to reimburse my cost for repair. This certainly speaks miles for Bayview Auto Sales. It made my trip from NW Ontario well worthwhile and I am very happy with my “new-to-me” car. I was extremely impressed with the service received from Bayview Auto sales representatives in making my purchase. Bayview will remain on my list should a future vehicle be required for myself and my family.

When i bought my car there was problems wrong with it , the problems i have is that there is a fault engine service now code and when i brought it in for someone to look at it and they basically called me stupid saying that there was no such thing as this light . Also 2 days after i bought my car the breaks started to go and i advised them of that and they told me that i had to deal with that myself. The Struts started to go almost 6 months of having my car. Also when i bought the car i asked them to fix my door as there was rust (which they finally did almost 4 months later) and now the rust is all back. When buying the car they were fast and easy but the aftercare truly sucks when something is wrong .. they do not want to help you. I would not recommend Bayview to anyone after what i have went threw.

Just bought a used Mini Cooper there... Service was good when we looked at the car. But upon signing of the contract and financing, we noted that the contract for the extended warranty did not contain three of the five pages of the contract. Took some time to locate the missing pages, but issue was fixed eventually, and they also sent us the manual and spare key by mail and were responsive to other requests that we had. Overall a decent experience.

Did anyone of you buy car from them less than posted price? i went to see a car and its just basic 2017 model and power hatch does not work , you have to open by hand . i asked him if i can offer little less than the posted price ? he laugh at me and said in our history we never sell our car for 1 dollar less. very rude, i compare with porthope dealer with 2017 but luxury model almost same km has sun roof leather seat, remote start, blind spot camera ,price same as bayview auto, why Bayview is so proud and put the customer down?

2018 Ram ecodiesel first trip since purchased at bayview auto, after having it in their service center for an oilchange appointment the vehicle broke down. Haven't heard anything from anyone in day's since we left it in the middle of nowhere Canada. Sometimes i wish either RAM or the used carlot would be bound by law to make it right or be forced to take the faulty vehicle back
