Very unhappy, sister took suv there to touch up some scratches and such, they said come back in a week or so, She has been trying for weeks to schedule something (she lives Peterborough area) but from Belleville. They won’t return calls, and when they do it’s call us back later to schedule something. Then they have the audacity to say get it finished elsewhere ?!?! She works all week and so they basically told her our guy is only here certain hours certain weekdays, so I guess she’s just outta luck! They have no concern or interest in finishing the job they were PAID FOR! NEVER EVER EVER DO BUSINESS HERE. They will do inferior work and not finish the work and expect you to meet their extremely limited schedule. Not to mention they will dodge your calls too. My suggestion to her was get it done elsewhere and send these scum bags the bill!!!! If they can’t be bothered to finish their job, they can pay for it.

We saw a used Toyota , looked in great shape . Called the owner Mike in advance as we travelled 3 hrs to go see the car . We had asked on the phone before the trip there , if they offered financing and they had said they DO have that option so we went ahead . We Decided the SUV was the one we wanted and as they DO NOT OFFER FINANCING we had to wait until Monday to go through our bank . Our bank said it could take up to 2 weeks to be processed .. long story short he SOLD the suv right as we were in the process of getting our loan finalized . !!!! BAD BUSINESS!!!

Fits the infamous used car salesmen model. Offered me an amount and got me to drive from Toronto, when I got there, suddenly my car was worth 2k less. Of course I drove home and got the money originally offered from another dealership. Not impressed

I went to Aaron Auto last April on a Saturday to view a 2012 Nissan Frontier that appeared in decent shape for the price. After thinking about it the entire day, I returned in the afternoon and asked the bottom line on price. It wasn't much, but I thought the deal was reasonable to begin with. I told him I would make sure I could secure funds on Monday and return. They told me they could not guarantee it would be still here, unless I made a deposit. I understood this and chose not to leave a deposit. I returned Monday morning and told them I had made an appointment with the bank that day early pm to pick up a certified cheque. I asked them if it was necessary for a deposit and the salesman replied no. "it's okay" On return not more than 90 minutes later, the salesman informed me his boss had already made a possible sale on the vehicle with a trade in his boss had to view. He informed me an hour later, his boss did indeed close the deal. (even though I had funds in had) As luck would have it. A week later I purchased a brand new 2017 Nissan Frontier from the local dealership. They were professional from start to finish. Bottom line. I can't speak on the quality of vehicles they sell at Aaron Auto, but I do know you cannot trust what they tell you. If they feel they can make a better deal from someone else...they will take it regardless.
