First time I've dealt with Honda, and it'll be the last time I ever deal with them. I regret buying a vehicle from them. Sold me a vehicle with a broken torque mount & a leaking in the coolant line which they knew was broke before they sold it. At first wouldn't fix my car under the warranty, had to really push it upon them and I've called several times to be reimbursed my $500 deposit I put on the car and it's been almost a month and still haven't seen the money put back on my credit card. I shouldn't have to chase them for MY money.

I bought a brand new 2016 Honda Rubicon 500, it arrived to my door with half a tank of fuel, clips missing off the plastics, my engine light flashing, and my coolant is gone with having 159km on the bike. I was told to ride through the engine light as it may be just an O2 sensor. Now I have moved away and the nearest dealer is a few hours away and they are not there to help me. Poor service from the get go, I should have had the bike sent back when it arrived and I noticed these things but I was too excited as it was my first brand new bike.

Everything seemed great to begin with until the nightmare began. We traded our 2000 Toyota Sienna and $2000 for the new vehicle. We were instructed that there were some things to notice. Windshield jets were not there, dings and dents. We were also told that we would need a windshield to pass inspection. We drove 2 hours to come see the van, there was no one stated that this vehicle needed anything to pass inspection. I decided that's fine will replace it, we liked our Sienna so were looking forward to our new to us one. We drove off and 15 minutes later, lights started to appear, engine light / VSC / Trac OFF. I googled it and found numerous ways to fix them, that's fine i'll fix it. Meanwhile, my wife emailed the company 4 times before getting a response. All she wanted to know was what else was wrong with the vehicle, the sales manager did say there was a list of things wrong with it, so we just wanted to know what they knew. So far, they haven't helped at all. Today we're driving to town when the bumper falls off, haha that's ok still able to drive. On our way back one of our tires blew up. Brand new tires they give you when you get a vehicle from them. Has anyone else had a problem with retreads? Recaps from these guys? Anyways, 3 of my children were in the van this time and i'm not pleased, whilst getting the van to stop on the shoulder of the road, the blown tire shrapnel ripped a few wires from i'm guessing the ABS sensor since now my ABS light is on, along with the VSC and TRAC OFF. These guys have been little to no help whatsoever since driving away. I would not recommend buying from them since they cannot even disclose what's wrong with the vehicle they sold us. Shady shady sneaky sneaky karma karma. If i wanted a lemon i'd go buy from someone off kijiji. Not a dealership, ugh. makes me sick

In June 2018, I purchased a used Honda Fit 2012 from Bathurst Honda. When I set out to buy a car, I do a lot of research on apps, online, and locally with dealers used and new from Miramichi, NB. My experience with 70% of new dealers in Miramichi has been negative. Too much to write about. Just lets say they should get off their high horses. The local used car dealers are much better. However, I found what I was looking for at the above mentioned Dealer. What a pleasant surprise! They did not treat me like an idiot. They respected my limitations and presented a vehicle in perfect working order, down to the tires. I highly recommend they should be given consideration when buying a car.

Would recommend and visit this dealership again. ***1 month post-purchase update: The sales service was great, but the post-purchase experience can be improved upon. After contacting finances, they basically told me that they had done their job and it was up to me to contact the bank my previous loan was with to get my money back. My partner then SPECIFIED to check ALL the front and back brakes. They changed the brakes back and told us the front brakes were good. Three days later, we could still hear a little noise. As my partner is a truck driver, he hardly took the car except for groceries, but the noise was growing louder. Right now he is on vacation and we have been to Caraquet a few times and the noise has become so loud. As it was very stressful, we went to a garage near our home and the front brakes were completely finished. We even installed the brake discs which were really worn. What was our surprise! We've always trusted a dealer more, but you can be sure you've lost our trust. Also, we had a battery problem and when I called to explain the situation, the person who made the appointments then told me that she was not a mechanic. In my opinion, this person should have some knowledge of mechanics. Next year there is a very good chance that I will buy myself a new car and confirm that I will not buy my car from you due to poor customer service. My partner had really said to check all four brakes. It's a 1.5 hour drive to get to your home. When we go there, we want everything fixed. (Original) Bonjour, je vous écris pour vous dire que je ne suis vraiment pas satisfaite du service. Le 08 mars 2021, nous sommes allés au garage puisqu’on entendait un bruit. Mon conjoint a alors bien SPÉCIFIÉ de vérifier TOUS les freins en avant et en arrière. Ils ont changé les freins en arrière et ils nous ont dit que les freins en avant étaient bons. Trois jours plus tard, on entendait encore un petit bruit. Comme mon conjoint est camionneur, il n’a pratiquement pas pris la voiture sauf pour l’épicerie, mais le bruit se faisait de plus en plus entendre. Présentement, il est en vacances et nous sommes allés à Caraquet à quelques reprises et le bruit est devenu tellement fort. Comme c’était très stressant, nous sommes allés dans un garage près de chez nous et les freins en avant étaient complètement finis. Nous avons même posé les disques de freins qui étaient vraiment usés. Quelle fut notre surprise! Nous avons toujours plus eu confiance à un concessionnaire, mais vous pouvez être sûr que vous avez perdu notre confiance. Par ailleurs, nous avons eu un problème de batterie et lorsque que j’ai appelé pour expliquer la situation, la personne qui fixe les rendez-vous m’a alors dit qu’elle n’était pas mécanicienne. À mon avis, cette personne devrait avoir une certaine connaissance en mécanique. L’année prochaine, il y a de forte chance que je m’achète une voiture neuve et je vous confirme que je n’achèterai pas ma voiture chez vous en raison du mauvais service à la clientèle. Mon conjoint avait vraiment dit de vérifier les quatre freins. C’est 1h30 de route pour se rendre chez vous. Lorsqu’on y va, on veut que tout soit réparé.????

I had been looking to purchase a new vehicle for the past several weeks, I contacted almost every dealership in the province looking for a specific vehicle. It turned out that Olivier Honda was one of the only dealerships with this specific vehicle that I was looking for in stock. Therefore, I reached out to inquiry about the vehicle. After dealing with the salesman, Francois Collin, I was not satisfied with the information provided, he claimed that the information I received from the other dealerships in regards to my financing was incorrect and that they were providing false information (In 8 years of service at Olivier Honda he had never heard of this and that the other dealerships were lying). I decided to do my own research, I called Honda Finance directly to confirm the financing information which was already confirmed by the other dealerships. After contacting Honda Canada, they told me that the information provided by the Olivier Honda salesman was incorrect. I guess for the past 8 years they (Olivier Honda) have been providing incorrect information to their clients. I reached out to the sales manager by email, Mr. Mark Plourde to express my dissatisfaction on the service and incorrect information provided during my inquiry with the member of his sales team. Mr. Plourde NEVER replied or acknowledged my email complaint, which shows you how much they truly care about their customer service vs. trying to make the most profit on their clients.... I ended up going to Moncton Honda where I was treated much better and even got more for less without arguing with anyone. I would not recommend dealing with Olivier Honda, make the extra drive and you will not regret it. This dealership had by far the worst customer service I received throughout all the dealerships I contacted in my buying process.

Saturday Aug 29 2015 No stars for me as it is an Incompetent service department and from the get go it was even a struggle with the sales representative. Should not have bought at Bathurst Honda in the first place. I traded my leased car for a same age Honda. My trade was in excellent shape, low mileage but needed a bigger vehicle and my lease was finished. They could not give me a penny for my car because there was a small dink in the windshield and would have to be replaced before they could sell it. I did not notice that the car I was buying at a very same dink too till after signing papers. It was like pulling teeth to get them to fix this windshield also. Plus as I am leaving the lot with this vehicle I noticed that the AC does not function. No problem will fix it with the 30 days warranty. The job was done or should I say "butched" up. and in a short time the AC was again non functional. By this time I am in Tampa FL. No AC. After a call to Bathurst Honda am told to get it fixed and that my extended warranty will pay for it. Pay it and will reimburse when you return. The cost was almost $1000.00 and they reimbursed $250.00 and would you believe that by the time I got home the AC did not work again as Tampa Honda did the same job as Bathurst Honda. A "Butched" up job too. Fought with Honda USA and Honda Canada got another $250.00 back but am still $500.00 short after buying a $2250.00 extended warranty!! and still no AC. Bathurst Honda said ok bring it in, will fix this AC. Two weeks after the fix still no AC. They said bring it back in will put in a dye and will see that way if there is a leak...Brought it back in and this time the compressor is changed and would you believe that they charged me $60.00 Crooks!!! A few months later we are back in Florida and would you believe no AC again!!! Bring it to this small little repair shop and they fix it as Bathurst Honda had not secured the compressor line properly and it came off along with all the chemical. Cost $60.00 and my AC works since.... well ...6 months now. Meanwhile I contact Honda Canada with all this unfairness and they give me a $200.00 servicing to any Honda service department. I bring the car in to Honda Bathurst (of all places.) I said give me a oil change and a check up. They said maybe you should get this and that checked as your oil is not due to be changed. An hour later am told you need this and that and that changed and the price is $200.00. Nice Job!!!! but am not getting it done here!!!! Meanwhile I receive a recall for the drivers side door handle. I bring it in, get it done then...the door wont latch properly. You have to close it a second time for it to latch. Very annoying. Bring it back and what ever is done it worked as it never occurred again... but....not all of the time but at times???? I am locked in, I cannot open my drivers door, have to jump over the console to exit by the passenger side door. This is dangerous now, so go back to Bathurst Honda. Mechanic plays with it for an hour, oils the lock and calls back. Its ready, cant find what is wrong therefore you owe us the salary of the mechanic for one hours work. I am dumbfounded. What is wrong with this picture!!!! Should have known that he was incompetent when he asked "did you pull on this little door latch to try and open your door"....daaaaa...That's the only way to get out of the car...So did not pick up the car. I Am absolutely not paying, I would rather cancel payments and leave the car there. What is wrong with this world? What ever happened to customer satisfaction!!! All it is is "give me your money and screw you" Monday Aug 31, 2015 Just received my car back, manager of service department got involved and the recall part was changed a second time as perhaps it was defective also and no charge. Amen!!!

Being the new owner of the new Honda Civic ex-turbo 2016 wow speechless... For the last couple of months I have been contemplating on wether trading my mazda 3 for the civic.. My biggest worry was the credit approval process along with the stress and payment plan. Their used car section is really shady. I tried three different vehicles and all three of them had major flaws. The first one the brakes stopped working after less than 5 minutes of driving when an 18 wheeler stopped in front of me. I had to swerve into the side of the road and pray I hit no one. Second had suspension problems so bad I never made it out of the dealership lot. Third one caught fire. For the first two they told me it was noted but that it's expected to have issues with used vehicles. Really unprofessional and I'm not the only person with such experience with them. Their new car and recreative product section seems better but the service department has made some shady repairs on some friends vehicles too.

Made me waste my time and money. Fake people. I told them straight out on phone what was wrong with my trade (brakes). There was no problem, i even bought the missing parts. After 100$ of gas, 150$ in parts (that i didnt need) and half a day off work to suit there schedule. Buying a car that was not a Honda, I was surprised she had done research and was very knowledgeable, friendly, caring and provided GREAT service. Being a holiday weekend, the bank was not open and I couldn’t get a certified cheque. I traveled from PEI over 4 ½ hrs. to see this car, Felisha didn’t give up. She got special approval from her manager to make an exception so I could pay for the car and complete the purchase. Felisha you gave me awesome service as you went over and above the call of service. They were very thorough in explaining everything I needed to know about warranty, etc. I arrived at 8:30 am and by 1:30 pm I was on my way home happily driving the car.
