I brought my car for a oil change they bring me a sheet of paper for 500$ in rapairs that without labor. when the car has been inspected the day before needing minor part i can feel they are there for a quick buck on people who look like they dont know much on car. Reason i brought it cause i didnt want to get my hands dirty this week well next time ill think a lot more before going back there... wasn't a great experience

Service department is not what it use to be. Customer service is the worst it's ever been. They seem to run around questions without resolving issues and never call back after giving you a specific time frame. No communication within service department whatsoever. This is my 3 truck purchased at this dealer and probably my last.
