Called and was told I could extend the reject on my car by paying the Inspection, and when I took back my car I was charged, had more parts to fix, and was told they could not extend the reject. Otherwise, they were quite friendly

You need to trust your mechanic when you bring your car for repairs. I bring it in for oil change and was charged for a cabin air filter. Not an expensive part but all I wanted was an oil change. Also had to get oil filter and drainage plug tighten because of leaking oil. Sorry but if your going to add parts without my approval time to find another mechanic.

NEVER GO THERE!! I had the worst experience ever with them with the mechanic. Car machines should be like doctors that we can trust on what they r doing but in the case of BERTIN GARAGE They will take ur car and put cheap parts in ur car for more or brand cost. And without telling u only tell u by the time of billing. Then I take my car to other mechanic because car wasn’t fixed after paying fortune. Other mechanic says they is not such a new parts in ur car the BERTIN GARAGE is talking about in the bill. I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO GO THERE.

I'm new to the area and drove by this garage a couple times, last week my check engine light came on so I stopped in to see what was up. M Bertin happended to be outside with his diagnostic machine so I asked if it was possible for him to plug my car and see what my check engine light was. He gladly agreed and told me it was something with my abs system, asked if my brakes were fine said yeah haven't had any trouble. So he reset my check engine light and when I asked him how much I owed him he said it was on the house ???? Could barely believe it. So couple days go by and my rear brakes needed replacing so guess where I came back. Called in at 8:45 and he fit me in for 9:30. Now thats customer services at its best!! As a sales and marketing coach I believe alot of businesses dont realize how important every customer is and how you treat them. Thank you Bertin Garage Confession d'un Vendeur
