The customer service experience was absolutely stellar! My sales person, Marc, was so helpful and very friendly and welcoming. He took the time to answer all of my questions and went over all the features of my new vehicle to ensure I would get the most use out of it. My financial person, Dani, was so sweet and easily approachable and she took the time to go over all the things that was available to me in my new vehicle. They gave me the best price for trading in my previous car, which was only a year old. Sales and service are good but they have no backing from the management! Issues with my vehicle and they wanted 700$+ to fix it, no deal, nor middle ground. That was on a brand new 45K$ Tacoma. They lost a customer. (bought 2 Tacoma in 2 years there)
