Came here with a family member to check out and test drive a used car - the car wasn’t what I ended up deciding on but the man at the front desk (I believe his name was Slav) was extremely straightforward, seemed genuine, and left us to do our thing and judge the car for ourselves while driving it around without coming along and pushing me to buy. Had no issues if I wanted to take to my own mechanic, answered all questions we had and offered a discount on warranty. Ideal person to buy a car from in my opinion, no games or annoying salesman-like behaviours.

My wife had already left for pei but it was still 2 days until my truck was finalized so bobby actually came in and drove me too work. And when i had a battery issue. The team was quick to jump into action and solve the problem by replacing it with a new battery. Great team to work with on both sides.

If I didn’t know any better this dealership is run by Harry Wormwood himself. We purchases a truck February 10th 2021 for $12000. To date we have had to invest an additional $5000. This includes things like replacing the battery which was too small for the truck. The starter went within the first week. The tail pipe fell off, a manifold leak as well as a main seal leak. We’ve had leaf springs break and had to replace the rotors within the first month. It was sold as a 4x4 with working AC. The drive shaft is cracked and Ujoints need to be replaced. The AC has never worked.... so what does this all mean for those who aren’t car people ... we were SCAMMED!!! Robert Taylor who sold us the vehicle did a great job gaining our trust interacting with our kids and sharing stories about his own personal life. DO NOT BE FOOLED this is your typical sleazy car lot.

2014 Mazda listed as “loaded” heated seats, cruise control, nope! base model, no cruise, no heated seats, blamed auto trader, but options listed on their own site don’t match. I for one won’t deal with a dealer that misleads.

Purchased a truck for 20k end of December 2020, I have had nothing but problems from a few weeks after, i know buying used things happen but this is ridicules. started with heater issues, it was in for multiple times under warranty and only was fixed at a different mechanic this past summer, when I took it in to my mechanic and told him what was wrong they found the wiring problem under dash like I asked smart wheels in the first few visits when it was under warranty if it was wiring as it was intermitten. But was told by smart wheels they traced the wires back nothing wrong and it's the blower motor(which again it was not). Then had transmission leak under so called warranty was told wiring harness grommet to transmission was leaking repaired and was told as a courtesy they changed transmission fluid and filter a few months later out of warranty full transmission rebuild from a transmission shop saying that the fluids looked clean and no metal shavings but could smell the burnt smell as soon as he opened the housing. So far transmission rebuilt wiring issues under dash,front wheel barrings had to do sparkplug and cables and they had never been done and splits in cables so far another 11k invested in less then a year could have purchased a new truck.

Is there any reason why you haven't call back for assistance with this truck? Because in your description there is so many things that are needed . And is there any reason that you haven't claim you Warranty that you received for free 3 month? Because all that you are describing all covered by warranty.

I was blown away at how awesome this dealership was. I spent almost 2 months looking around at vehicles and different car lots somehow just missing this little Gem. The sales Person was awesome and vastly exceeded my expectations and really took the few extra steps to make sure I was comfortable. I bought a Dodge Ram 1500 for an amazing price. I couldn't find it anywhere close to Smart Wheels Lot Price. I was brought in by a good deal on another truck and again was taken back by how good all the deals were. At the least if your looking, stop in, there really isn't any pressure and the guy really just wants to sell good used cars. 5/5 for my Experience.

If I could give no stars I would spent 15000 on a car from here 2 weeks later was in for problems with traction control they covered this as the car was not yet 2 weeks old fast forward to the car being 4 months old check engine light comes on was told it was an evap code of course not covered by the 1500 warranty cost 600 to fix drove th e car across the street to get gas and gas cap wouldn't come off after sometime of pulling to free it a huge surge of air comes out and gas keeps cutting out won't let me fill it so across the street we go back to smart wheelers their mechanic pulls the car in to check it and I tell him then there was a huge BANG
