Totally unprofessional company. Different people managing the business each day that don't speak to each other. They each have different rules for the business. I was told to come back after the vehicle was done at the mechanic the next business day. I called to pick up the vehicle and they said it was sold. Don't do business with this company.

Complete waste of time and money. I put my car on on this lot for park and sell for a month... only to get ZERO responses. Would have gotten a better response in my own driveway for free!!! The $ 225 could have been better spent elsewhere. Do yourself a favour stay away from this place.

Don't go to this place let it go out of business because they don't do what they promise. They can not fix a thing the crew is incompetent and alcoholics and they just like to steal your money and sell you defected products so let them go out of business or be careful

My bike wasn’t doing the distance. Emmo recommended this company. I went in and they tested my batteries and I had them replaced. The bike was still not getting distance. Notified Ebikes Barrie they told me to bring it back and there was a problem with one of the batteries. They replaced again all six batteries and my bike operates better than ever. They did an MTO appraisal for the vehicle that I bought and really priced it much lower than the ministry of transportation used car package called it for. It is definetly worry coming here to get a vehicle value done. It only took them 10 min to complete and I saved over $600.00 in taxes. Would definetky be back here when I buy another vehicle.

Stay far away. Car I bought from them seized and died 2 days into owning it. After they attempted to fix it the AC compressor seized within 3 weeks of replacement. Update. 3 months after that the transmission blew up.

Horrible experience with Daymak product. They do not provide customer service in any way shape or form. I would avoid purchasing any Daymak from this dealership. Problems started 3 weeks after purchase and more and more problems developed and NOTHING has been done resolve the issue. So unless you are wiling to roll the dice and gamble that you have no problems, be prepared to have endless conversations with both Daymak and the dealer that have the end of result of NO HELP. !!

Called 8x to make an appt for a repair. Made the appt. Called when my bike wasn't picked up and was told they never made the appt. At all. Now the issue is rhey don't have the part. They do not answer the phone and are very unprofessional. Won't be advising anyone to go here. Ever.

Very poor customer service. Purchased an Emmo E Bike from here. Failed two days in had to wait a MONTH for a replacement bike. Should have loaners on hand was very inconvenient for all parties involved. Buyer beware as soon as they see the back of your headlamps & they have payment in full your pretty much on your own. Too worried about getting product out the door & not customer service.

Poor quality assembly. 6 month warranty, on ebikes that are poorly assembled, by guys that don't appear to care about their work. Disappointed. Wouldn't buy another thing from them. Be careful with any purchase that requires any future maintenance. Edit a year later; took batteries out to replace and found cheap batteries from something else inside. These guys r crooks!!!!

Had the worst experience gave them my bike for a week telling me they are getting batteries for my daymak bike and no show. Paid 300 bucks and gave me used batteries that died two days later. Asked for my refund and getting a hold of them is like chasing a ghost. Im only getting battery return not the inconvience of having to waste more money on bus fair. Is that fair no. All these other reviews either got paid to make up their services are great is hog eash.

UPDATED: Waiting over a month for brake parts seriously!!? So after contacting daymak directly low and behold they suddenly have the parts. Rick Jacksons employees gave my client the run around for a month!!! Saying the parts were back ordered!! BS they just didn't want to fix his scooter. Shame on you for taking advantage of a senior with an incognitive impairment pick up his scooter and fix it. After all the this you owe him that So an update.
