In the market for a new truck, I did a lot of shopping around. I am very picky about customer service and I found everything I was looking for, and more, in Jacqueline Hall! I honestly was not expecting to purchase from this dealership - no particular reason, just wasn’t - but once I spent some time with Jacqueline and saw the work she was doing to find the truck to fit all my needs/wants/price-point, I knew that there was no way I was going to buy from anyone else! Jacqueline spent a lot of time with me and with suppliers for accessories (like a cap), and came up with a deal that I could not pass up! Great discounts, great trade-in value, great service and friendly, honest and open, smiley service. Anyone looking for a GM vehicle absolutely must stop in or call to speak with Jacqueline Hall. I have already recommended Jacqueline and Paul Sadlon Motors to many friends and, with no doubt, I will continue to do so. For my next vehicle, Jacqueline will me my first stop! Okay, so I'm back again with another review. Unfortunately, 6 months after I bought my first truck at Paul Sadlon Motors, I was in an accident and it was a write-off. So, I went back to the dealership to see what they could do. Jacqueline was not there any more, but I was met by Joe Stellato. Joe has lots of energy and gets the job done. Joe worked extremely hard to find me a total replacement for my old truck with every option I had before - along with some new ones as it was a model year newer. He had to search high and low, but he found me the perfect truck. All this was going on right at the start of the Covid lock-downs, so it was not easy to coordinate with other dealers, but Joe and the Paul Sadlon team got it done effectively and with all the necessary safety precautions. Joe Stellato and the team at Paul Sadlon Motors once again took great care of me and provided me with great service and an extremely fair deal. I will continue to recommend and use this dealership.

One of the worse experiences I've had with a dealership. Had an appointment, felt rushed, no application was done. My information was written down on a random piece of paper; was told they would contact me with an update the next day. Then was told to wait outside while my car was appraised and they called another couple in. Perhaps overlapping appointments? Waited until 4:30 the next day, no word, so I called and was given 2 excuses as to why I wasn't contacted. So, told them to cancel the "application" and I went to Barrie Honda instead (HIGHLY recommend Barrie Honda). At Sadlon you're just a number it feels. Step it up.

Came in a few months back with an urgent issue - my keyfob became unpaired from my car. I went to their service center in the morning, letting them know if I shut the car off I may not be able to restart it. The service advisor said he had no time to assist, their mechanics were too busy (Saturday). Part of me gets it, but the other part had to limit my travel and cancel appointments later that day because they wouldn't accomodate me. When going here, do it through the week and deal with someone experienced. I'd say this was a critical and quick to fix issue they should have snuck in. With the response, adding a star. Again, get you guys are busy. I do content that if there's a critical issue that comes in where the time to resolve is minutes and not hours and that person could end up stranded (simple key pairing and only chev dealerships can fix) it should be made a priority.

The shuttle drivers ( there and back) were also very pleasant. After weeks of going to various dealers and looking at a number of cars, we ended up at Paul Sadlon one night about an hour before closing. We met Jacqueline Hall who gave us all the ins and outs of leasing a vehicle as we had never done this before. We test drove a few cars and Jackie gave us all the details and not once did we feel rushed or pressured to make a decision that night. Any one that puts a sign on a 400 series highway claiming any part of this country is "Paul Sadlon country" has lost sight of what it is to be a Canadian. Be humble and take your trash off the side of the road. Your marketing is ugly and presumptuous. SAD-lon is more like it. After writing this review Paul SR called my personal phone three times to complain rather than considering that personalized trailers with comics of himself on them being skattered of the countryside might be more like littering than marketing. Again Paul, just remove your trash from the roadside and i'll remove my review. This is OUR country and none of us should be publicly claiming any county, city or stretch of highway as thier own. Also you don't have to call your negative reviewers unless it's to tell them you've righted the wrong you've done. Instead of boasting, claim your cars are cheap, claim the best service, state your sales or push the product, but Never make a parent on thier way to the cottage explain to a kid that Paul sadlon doesn't own Canada again. It's pompous and uncanadian. Do better Paul.

I bought my new truck a little better than a year ago and I am still very happy with the purchase! My 2017 Silverado had a couple small issues at the beginning but has long since been fixed. The staff and my salesman (Owen Ferguson) were incredibly accommodating to make sure I was a happy client. when I made the purchase they gave me one of the highest dollars for my trade and because of my experience I will be a returning client time and time again! Took my sister car in for oil change because she had a mild stroke and wanted to ensure warranty was up to date. Booked appointment 2 weeks in advance so I could get a 3:30 pm appointment. Arrived at 3:15 and got the car back at 5:10. 1 HOUR AND FIFTY minutes later car was ready. Really 1 HOUR AND FIFTY minutes for an oil change. Shannon in the service department is absolutely phenomenal, I have always visited this location since I bought my 2016 Chevy Cruze and I have an amazing experience with the service department every time. They have done all of my oil changes, which are conveniently covered by warranty, they also have a convenient shuttle service. I have had many recalls done on my car in the past year and sometimes it is an inconvenience for me to drive into this location, but the amazing staff always make it worth the drive by doing other stuff for my car at the same time to make it worth my while. I never feel like I am being scammed, or pressured to spend money at this location, they always try to save me money. As a customer and full time student this makes all the difference in my experience. I am moving to Toronto this week but I will still be driving to this location for all of my services. A. the financial advisor was too busy at month end to help. Her words were literally "It is month end." when we asked for advice. Years ago we came here looking for a family car and it was just as bad. Worst customer service ever. I feel so sorry for a manager who has staff that ruin chevy's company. Sales people you have are the most unprofessional i have ever come across. Jacqueline Hall contacted my boyfriend (Jack Gibbons) late during the evening BEGGING him for a review. She asked him on the phone several times please please please give a good review. Saying she stepped up and helped him when the sale almost didn't happen due to your other sales person Matt Wiggins. When my boyfriend replied he will see what he can do on the review she exclaims "oh i love you". Is this how your sales people conduct themselves??? Calling clients begging for a review. We don't ever want to come back here. We got lied to in the beginning about our trade in truck needing to be on their lot by a certain day/time so it could be sold to the states. When we changed around appointments and drove almost 2 hours to ge to the dealership to get the new truck it wasn't ready and nobody was notified we were even coming. This mess happened because of Matt Wiggins.... Jacqueline Hall then stepped in and we left with the truck a few hours later. We were beyond annoyed how this whole deal went down wishing we never had to go back there. However fast forward just 1 week later when Jacqueline calls up my boyfriend annoyed he did not contact her and instead contacted Matt to get the side boards and rust module put on. She is adamant that she made the sale possible and did such a good job at helping out (her words) and she repeatedly asked for a good review. He receives several more texts asking he put in a good review. Is this how Paul Sadlons employees conduct themselves??? I hope something is done. This is the worst experience buying a vehicle ever! Do yourself a favour and avoid this place. Full of lies, deceit and unprofessionalism!!!

I have been bringing my Cadillac CTS4 to your service department for quite some time and there are 2 particular occasions where your team has gone WAY above and beyond. Jason (mechanic) noticing a very hidden issue where mice chewed wires that were causing issues other dealerships would have charge massive repair for and Simon (service advisor) finding "bulletin" warranty coverage I didn't even know was available for a timing chain issue. Meh. Ide just go to georgian, better than paul sadlons thats 4 sure. Ill update this as the owner seems confused. In my experience they r sub par period you dont work on Cadillacs that are 10 years or older (sure sends the message you stand by your products and service) also broughtmy 2020 Silverado there for a tonneau cover installation and you used brackets from 2 different kits and never said anything about it very hard to open and close the thing , as anyone can see many people on these reviews agree in some form or another in reference to your products and service. Just go somewhere else in my opinion.

I bought two cars from this dealership. They are great on selling the car but servicing them omg I never seen something like that my entire life. I bought 2019 brand new Camaro and something went wrong with my driver seat and I have been told they are going to fix it. They tried fix it but it get even worse after they fixed it. They decided to order new seat frame and skin and I waited since October 2019 and I decided to give them call around February 2020 and they told they didn’t even order anything like that. Now it is June and still nobody didn’t service my car and my seat. My other car started brake down and I’m scared to take it the Paul sadlon motor because I don’t know how long I have to wait maybe 6 more months. The GM Canada even do not anything about this problem. I called them and opened 5 case already for fixing my problem. I am just waiting to courthouse are reopened as soon as they are open I’m going to report it opened the case about it, and I’ll ask them buy the vehicle back. Hopefully they will do something after this review and try be nice your customers dear Paul sadlon service advisors and service manager thanks

Walked past the receptionist three times before she even botheeed to say hello and even then that was it she went right back to staring at her desk. I tried to get the attention of several sales associates who all looked at me, glared, and looked away. Was actually interested in purchasing a Camaro and a gmc truck but no one would come out to do the sales or show off the vehicles they have for sale. Hello bought a chec equinox 2012 when we got home the radio did not work. We call the dealership and they said bring it in. Then they fixed the radio and told us we owed them $200 but the raido did not work from the day we drove it off the lot?? I ask to speak to the owner and we spoke and she told me she would take off $100 from the fee. I told her if I had to pay I would never come back. And I never will. Not trust worthy. They are supposed to check used vehicles to make sure everything is in good working order befor it leaves the lot. We were totally taken advantage of. Will never go back!

Doug goes over and above to make sure you get EXACTLY what you want and does it with a smile on his face. He is also very quick and efficient- from the time we saw him and told him what we wanted to driving off the lot with our new vehicle was 4 days (he had to first FIND what we wanted and get it to Sadlon) We definitely did not make it easy on him this time and when we made a mistake that created more work, he just laughed it off like it was no big deal- other staff groups in Paul Sadlon Motors should take Doug's lead with that!! I am extremely disappointed in this dealship. I don’t recommend it to anyone. The service is poor and the policy is absolutely garbage. I tried to get in contact with many different people regarding the fact that I was NOT happy with my purchase and they did absolutely nothing but be rude on the phone. Another dealer gave us a quote for a used 2008 honda civic that has about 120000km on it. This was $10000. I think he can not evaluate car, or tried to rip us off. Never go back there.

We had our Terrain seviced and they changed the air filter which had 1000 km on it. When I questioned the service advisor on the charge she said she would check on it and call us back. Never heard back. So we tried to get the manager involved. Could never get a hold of her and would not return messages. Don't bring your car here to be serviced, the service department is a bunch of scam artists. They lied to my elderly mother about several things just so they wouldn't have to cover them under warranty. They will take advantage of women and the elderly. My mother was told that the rust on her 2 year old vehicle "won't spread anymore", which is simply not true and a bold lie. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere they will honor the warranty.

These people don't know anything about their own vehicles. Every single question I had about the vehicle I was interested in was answered by, "let me just check the brochure." Totally useless. When I discovered a few major design flaws in the vehicle, they claimed that they had no previous knowledge of these issues and that since no one has ever noticed them before, there was nothing to be concerned with. I will never go back to this dealership! We had our equinox towed there and told what the problem was. They said they could not Take our word for it and ran two diagnostic checks on it. They tried to Charge us over $100.00 just to install a new battery. Even after the two diagnostics they could not tell me the problem. Over $700.00 later and still had the same problem. Felt as though we were taken advantage of and realize this is what they do to people that have no clue about vehicles (single women) or elderly people. Customer service was ridiculous! Terrible dealership! Do not deal with it! After they got your money they momentarily forget about you. Never pick up the phone, never answer by email etc. I've bought the 5 year old pre-owned car there, payed more than 20000. They said they'll fix one paint issue, they did not. In one month car started falling apart. They said they did safety test, but obviously they did not. Shocks, seals never were replaced since the car was produced, same as tires and all suspension, transmission oil etc. Especially i admire this fraud company IA SAL which extended warranty they so persuasively sell. Your powertrain will be fully covered they said. First claim - refused to replace parts which were under this warranty. Second claim(another under warranty case) - refused. Dealing with Paul Sadlon was the worst experience in Canada i've ever had... Save your time, money and brain cells, never deal with them.

Completely disappointed with the service from Paul Sadlon Motors. Took my 2017 car in for service, (there was nothing wrong with the car), after having my vehicle returned to me, 1 week goes by and the dash tells me that I have low breake fluid. It had been leaking since it left the dealership and the GM Certified Technician. I was then told after returning to the dealer that at 105,000 km its just wear and tear that caused this failure. And the price for replacement parts is double from other GM dealers and almost 3 times that of part stores for the same part. All prices on acdelco parts. Everything points to the dealership causing the issue, but not accepting responsibility for the damage, and charging me the customer an inflated price to repair. Highly recommend to everyone that they go elsewhere to have there vehicles serviced.

My Cadillac experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. In October 2017 I bought a new Cadillac XT5. In four months it has been serviced three times for faulty speakers, a compromised parking brake, and a stressed transmission. On all occasions I have had to wait for extended periods of time because parts were not available. My latest vehicle problem occurred on February 12, 2018. I received a message on my dash indicating that "the transmission would stop shifting soon". Immediately, I took my vehicle in to be serviced. I was told that the required parts were out of stock and not being made. Further, I was told that it would be at least a month before I had my brand new car back on the road. No loaner vehicle was provided. Shannon the Service Consultant at the dealership told me to drive my unsafe vehicle home and park it in my garage. Of course, I refused. I contacted Jan Sadlon, the Service Manager. I was informed that due to the unknown period of time it would take to repair my 2017 Cadillac, Paul Sadlon would not put me in a loaner. Instead, they arranged to place me in a rental vehicle - an older Chevrolet Tahoe that smells like an ash tray. Further, I was asked to put a down payment on the vehicle and carry it on my insurance for the duration I will be driving it. Obviously I was upset. In addition to paying for the rental fees I am also paying my monthly car payments and insurance for the the 2017 Cadillac that is unsafe to drive. Short of blowing a gasket, I hung up the telephone. That night, at 8:30pm, Jan Sadlon called me back to express her discontent with me hanging up on her. She did not offer a solution to the broken 2017 Cadillac. Instead, she demanded my respect. This sort of egotistical communication should never have occurred, especially from the dealership's Service Manager and daughter of the dealership owner. The following morning, I opened a case with GM for the lack of service and professional care I encountered and to notify them of the broken 2017 Cadillac XT5. Two days later, GM followed up with me and reported they are waiting to hear back from Jan Sadlon. Later, I was told by the dealership that Jan's attendance is sporadic, and that they weren't sure when she would be in next. So, my case and the repair of my Cadillac is now waiting on an unreliable Service Manager. I followed up with the owner, Paul Sadlon, who told me that he wasn't going to do anything about it, and that I can come and pick up the Cadillac and deal with it on my own. My case has since been expedited to Cadillac, and I am still in the stinking Tahoe. If you are considering a Cadillac, I would stay far away from this dealership. The Cadillac experience you dream of is actually a nightmare waiting to happen at Paul Sadlon Motors.

I just cannot get a response! Just a terrible service desk. I had an issue where a booked appointment for 10:30am for a simple tire repairs took until 3pm to resolve. I emailed PS, and didn't get a response. I have responded to survey requests, FB requests and still I can get NO response from Paul Sadlon service. I bought my vehicle there 3 weeks ago, and this is how they treat their customers? I strongly recommend you take your service requirements elsewhere. Midland had a great service desk, they communicated, they explained well. All the things that PS did not. It has been a truly terrible experience and one sided. Its the lack of communication that is the worst! I'd give it no stars if I could. They tout customer satisfaction, it's because they refuse to talk to anyone with any issues I guess! They failed on every single satisfaction point on their survey.

I brought my truck in for an oil change , tire rotation and to check the reason for the engine light being on. 3 hours later it was finally completed. I asked why it was taking so long. The reason was that the tech took his lunch break in between completing the work. I'm not sure why this is allowed but it shouldn't be when customers are waiting in the waiting room. This will be the last time.

My wife and I purchased vehicles from Paul Sadlon, April of last year, my wife's vehicle a 2016 Malibu seems to be in proper working order, my 2016 Cruze however is not. When I first bought it, the entertainment system in the vehicle kept freezing, and glitching out, they fixed it, however about 4 months later I noticed the vehicle having an issue starting, so I took it in to be looked at and was told the starter was going bad, ON A 2016 vehicle, and just the other day my car was spitting out black exhaust, and starts to slow down, and the check engine light starts flashing... I attempted to trade the vehicle in, a few months back, however the salesman didn't seem too interested in my car, as he was more interested in my wife's working Malibu.

Being a student getting the best deal, with the best service is important. I had previously received an offer for a Malibu at another dealership in the Simcoe County area ; however, I phoned Paul Sadlon and spoke with the front desk, asked to speak with a sales rep, and Paul Sadlon himself came on the line. I explained the offer I got, and asked if he could beat it. He had Doug Harris call me back within minutes, and offered me a deal 3000 dollars better than the other dealership. When I called back to see if they could match Mr Sadlons offer, sadly they could not. I bought the Malibu, had an amazing experience with some good ol country boys, and Angie took care of me with the finances. After my deal Mr Sadlon offered me and my mother some of his personal Honey. Was a great experience, very humanized , and I really think if you are going to buy a car you price around, and then go see Mr.Sadlon , you'll get that human touch that is missing from business today. This is late, but I must write what bothers me; to this day. In 2012, I bought a 2012 Chevrolet Impala from Paul Sadlon Motors. I still recall the salesman's name, but won't mention it here. I paid "cash" for the car, & asked if it was possible to get the car on a specific day, but I was told it had to be detailed, & would be the day after. The detailing must have been done by an amateur, because it wasn't as clean as it could have been considering it was "detailed". Because of the mileage on the vehicle, I was told it was considered to be a 'used vehicle". Fine, I get it. Now, just 8 years later, my vehicle is rusting...both driver's door, & passenger's door, & the rear doors are showing rust spots as well. For a vehicle that was a 2012, sold to me in 2012, should have been rust-proofed. I love the car, it has been light maintenance, but I'm afraid the rusting will progress. The driver's door is particularly bad, & a body shop representative told me that to have that door repaired would cost me a minimum of $1000.00. He also stated his opinion..."if it were my car, I'd just drive it". So, there you have it. I'm reluctant to buy from Paul Sadlon should I decide in the later spring to purchase another vehicle. I just may check out Georgian.

Georgian Rust proof is a joke, it peels off with rust underneath. I took pics, then Georgian said we will do it over, the same garbage was put on NOT GOOD PRODUCT AS PROMISED get your own rustproof That penetrates, adheres, and stops Rust. Look at all the rusty new truck frames, brake lines ect (in Barrie) its proof the water based? product that cost $600? for your new truck does not work. Its garbage and a waste of Money, it will not protect your investment. I spray my truck myself to counter the RUST from the inferior peeling Georgian rustproof.

Each time I have had to deal with the Service Department at Paul Sadlons it has been a bad experience. They actually broke my hood release this most recent visit. I was getting warranty work done on my truck. If it wasn’t warranty work I would not have went there. They called and advised my hood release was not working. It worked great two days previous when I checked my oil. They said it would be 1.5 hours for diagnostics then another hour to fix it plus whatever parts it needed. I held my ground the best I could with Cheryl. She said they were going to try and do a recall from under my truck because they didn’t want to fix the hood release that their technician broke. I called the service manager “Karen” the next day. She said they got the hood open and said it took 3 guys over an hour and a half. She said she has to charge me $70 for a half hour of labour. I said I would pay it because $70 is nothing when it comes to telling everyone what happened with my bad experience once again at Paul Sadlons Service Department. I will be purchasing my next truck from Georgian that’s for sure.

Worst car buying experience to date. I test drove a used 2010 Malibu and the right rear signal wasn't working(bulb needed replaced). Reported the problem to Vauldy the salesman and was told they would do a complete PDI inspection and fix the problem. Fast forward to picking up the car. Salesman took car to nearest fuel bar to fill tank and returned. I go to leave the lot signal right and you guessed it signal didn't work. I returned to the office, salesman left for the day. Sales manager had the problem fixed. Salesman returns because the manager told him a customer was unhappy. I told him it was bad enough the inspecting mechanic missed it (if an inspection was performed at all) but he had drove it to get fuel and he didn't notice the increased tempo of the flasher. His answer, "it worked fine when I went to get fuel." That's tantamount to calling a customer a liar or an incompetent. Unbelievable! Do yourself a favour and look for another dealership.

**BUYERS BE AWARE!!!!** '0' stars not possible or i would change my rating....bought a used 2017 GMC van for work from Paul Sadlon Motors at the end of May 2020 (Van was previously involved in what i thought was a minor collision) but I was assured that any damage was fixed. Figured at the time it only had 18,500 km on it and wasn't even a fully 3 year old vehicle yet, so worse case scenario, i would have factory warranty on it for any potential surprises down the road. On drive home in new van from dealership, I spoke to sales person and mentioned that a 'trouble light' was still on (tire inflation sensor, in which i had mentioned weeks before when I first looked at vehicle), I also had mentioned a minor squeak coming from the back area of the cab, so i chalked that up to the new brakes (supposedly serviced) not being fully worn in, or some minor dust/water in them??....Sales person did mention I should call service, I agreed but figured it wasn't anything immediate and I needed van for work as we were super busy and couldn't afford downtime at that moment. Up to this point it took a couple of weeks for van to even be ready for delivery. Another month and half go by and I get pulled over on the way to a jobsite by a random driver who tells me he notices my rear left tire is 'wobbling'??!! Right at this point, I immediately call in for service and let them know about my problem and that the safety of this van is concerning!!! This is where the HORRENDOUS service starts...Appointment was friday a.m. and I'm counting on a small service repair as the following monday I'm taking my family camping for a week and relying on this van to bring up cargo. I called in friday afternoon for update on repair and lady apologized she hadn't called me yet...basically nothing had been completed (aside from repair of tire inflation sensor she had missed the first time) and that the rear axle was BENT and WOULD NOT BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY??? QUOTED $2900.00 OR MORE!!! The next day after a series of run around phone calls and stress, and trying to get ahold of the service manager, we finally spoke and she refused to warranty the repair!! Stating that the axle was not 'bent' when it left the dealership!! I even stated that on the initial drive home from the dealership, the van was making a 'squeaking' sound coming from the rear cab (oddly enough, same area as axle) SHE WANTED NO PART OF IT AND REFUSED WARRANTY AND STATED THE DAMAGE WAS DONE AFTER IT LEFT THE DEALERSHIP....She even got defensive when I asked her if it was possible that something went through the safety process without her realizing it, she said "absolutely not, I wouldn't have missed that' even though she did miss the obvious trouble message for the tire inflation sensors the first 2 times. I very carefully looked after the van the whole time I had it, if an axle was damaged, there would be other signs of evidence somewhere else of an impact of some sort....axles are solid metal, they don't just bend on their own, and if they did, thats a defect and should ABSOLUTELY be covered under warranty!!!I have taken pictures below and around the areas as I have never been in any type of accident or minor fender bender in the 2 months leading up to this horrific service experience....I have taken pictures of all areas around the axle as I will be pursuing legal action....Service manager lacked accountability, customer service and was rude... DONT GIVE THIS DEALER YOUR MONEY, THEY DON'T DESERVE IT!! IF YOU REQUIRE SERVICE, THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE A CRIMINAL, AS THEY HAVE ACCUSED ME... Not interested in your reply either Paul Sadlon Motors, this experience could have been avoided and others have a right to know what kind of place they are shopping at...

My son being overzealous and wanting a GMC was blind to the poor offerings Carl gave him which was a free few hundred dollar floor mat. My son over paid for his first time truck purchase and Carl took advantage of him being naive. Very disappointed. He just started work at CP RAIL and would have gotten an even better deal. Moments after arriving, we were greeted by reception who quickly got us a sales representative. The one and only Jacqueline Hall quickly approached. If I could give Jackie ten stars I would in a heartbeat. She made this purchase a positive and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend her... The most important thing, when Jackie made a promise, she followed through and was true to her word. From the time to pick up our vehicle, to the servicing and ensuring we didn't go without. Jackie you've been truly! amazing! We would like to also acknowledge the service manager Karen Way. Working hand in hand with Jackie they made sure the tonneau cover and running boards were installed immediately... Karen made arrangements to have our truck picked up, equipment installed and our truck returned.. the service was exceptional and fast!! Thank you Karen and the service department. We cannot thank everyone enough for following through with their promises and product!

I knew exactly what I wanted and although it was not in stock at Paul Sadlon, I spoke with Frank Francella and he was able to FIND me exactly what I asked for and at my price point. EDIT: The situation was rectified and I expect a refund soon. Dean was amazing throughout the entire experience. He did nothing wrong and all he wanted for us was to have a great experience. If you do service your vehicle here, ask specifically for Dean. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable. It’s nice to see young faces in the profession. Thank you so much Dean!!! ————————————————————————————- The only good experience we had here was Dean, our service advisor. Very honest, kind and understanding. Other than that we are extremely disappointed. Our '16 Cruze had a cylinder 4 misfire. We thought it would be covered by warranty but Karen said it wouldn't...another story but I'm in contact with GM Canada about it. I let the service person know that I live in Toronto and may not make it in time during rush hour from Mississauga to return the rental and make it to their dealership. I asked if there's any way a ride could be arranged for me. I am not familiar with Barrie at all, and we were only there because we were visiting my BF's family for the day. the rental place couldn't take me to the dealership as they were closing up. The front desk person at this dealership said sorry we can't arrange a ride for you. So I was stuck in wet snow in a city I am unfamiliar with. I had to Uber to this dealership to get our car. On top of that when I got there the final price was $50 more than what Karen told me it was. At this point I was cold and dreading the 2 hour drive back home In awful conditions so I just paid for it and decided to deal with it later. I checked the invoice the next day and noticed I was charged for an oil change I did not ask for. My oil had been changed 4 weeks prior at my regular mechanic. I called Karen to have this refunded as it's wasteful to change the oil so soon, especially since I didn't ask for it. She assured me I would get a refund. I have called every day to get this sorted out since I haven't gotten this refund. I am sick of trying to contact this dealership to get my refund and getting no response. I am fed up. I do not have the time to drive all the way up to Barrie to rectify this. Someone needs to get back to me ASAP to make this right.
