IF YOU DIDN'T BUY YOUR CAR HERE - GO ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICE Looking at the reviews it looks like buying a car here is a great experience. Unfortunately I just bought my new 2021 AMG in Newmarket because they were the only dealer who had one in stock. Tried to set this dealer as my home service dealer and I won't be back. If you don't buy the car at this dealership don't expect great service. The brakes have been squealing and I brought it in for service at 4000 KM's. They had the car for the entire day... called at 3:30 to say they can't replicate the noise. I said I can come right up and replicate because it always makes the noise. When I arrived they said - yes - we have it making the noise. We have to make a video for MB Canada to get it covered under warranty. They would need 3 days to do that but can't give me a loaner car. None available. I asked when they would because I need a car to drive. They can't guarantee that. Nothing they can do. I asked for a copy of the work order so I can at least go back to Newmarket to show them what they found... didn't even put what they did on it. Just said inspection and car wash (which they didn't do). My wife's Audi Q5 lease is up and we were looking at the GLC... at least we know to stick with Newmarket. From the time I stepped into the dealership I just felt like an annoyance to them.

The service person, i did not get his name, without further ado proceeds to my car and within a minute or so reconnected my phone. Jeff is very personable, low pressure, helpful and just a great guy to deal with. He is the first car sales guy who I have been completely happy with. Jeff answered all our questions and ensured that we were basically getting as close to a new Mercedes as possible. The girls (I can't remember their names) were very helpful with the paperwork and showing us the features of the car. was sold a lemon of an e350... All these issues manifested within the first 2 months of ownership. First of all car got an oil leak. second car developed ticking and today my injector fails and my car is stranded. Called used car manager and he said to bring it in, did not offer a tow and is not reimbursing me on cost to fix these issues so I'm stuck to fix it.. Injectors are not cheap and should not have failed at 84000 Kms. Avoid this dealership for used cars If you do make sure its CPO The sale people were nice but unfortunately the car they sold me is becoming a money pit so I cannot leave a positive review unfortunately

Very good dealership. Gave me the final deal over the phone as I had to drive a long distance to them. Gerry was great and very helpful. Shan the business manager was very straight forward and not playing with numbers. They gave me the deal that I expected and very friendly service as I would expect from a Mercedes dealership. Walking into Mercedes-Benz Barrie made a me a little nervous, as I had some bad experiences with previous dealerships (not Mercedes-Benz). However, the staff was SO pleasant and helpful when I walked in. Deanna, our Sales Rep, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! She was just an amazing person to deal with. She answered all questions via text or call, no matter what time I messaged her! Plus, she really understood what I wanted and worked for our family to make sure we got it. I took my smart car there to be serviced (all parts under warranty) they were told I needed my belts tightened along with a couple other things, they had my car for 3 days (2 of the days waiting on parts) they replaced 2 parts that needed replaced when I picked up my car I was told my belts were not tightened because they were waiting on “confirmation” when that was the first thing they were told. Didn’t get one phone call about what was happening, I had to call them. Will not be taking it back when the warranty is up. I also asked for a price on a new battery and they didn’t give it to me so I will be getting that elsewhere.
