Literally every time I go in for service here my truck comes out which a sticky black goo all over it. Super difficult to get it off. Drive 20 minutes to Orillia. Not only will they keep your vehicle free if goo, they will wash it when they're finished

Excellent service and experience. Recently purchased a used vehicle, Alex Schaffernicht was very helpful and approachable, found a vehicle I was looking for and he made the whole process very simple and relaxing. I discovered a rust issue on the drivers side door a day after purchase and felt foolish I did not notice this on initial inspection, I contacted Alex and he was very helpful and assisted me in getting it looked after, service department were friendly and quick getting everything done very fast and getting me back on the road. Between Alex Schaffernicht and Laura Westlake I was very well take care, not to mention all the other staff who worked on my vehicle, very pleased with my experience at Georgian.

Worst price I have gotten for a vehicle (across a dozen GMC deals) - IMO total overcharging. We got our last SUV there about 8 years ago, it was a good experience back then.... Now they tried to spinoff a used vehicle for the price of a one new. Smoke and mirrors - Told me they basically do me a favour and could discount it because it has mileage (hello that is not a discount, it's worth less with the KM - a lot less). Plus they were crude and a little rude. Emails telling me to call them so that they can explain a complex quote. Did not listen to what I wanted. And made me wait for pricing, after telling me they would get right back to me (5 days later). Pitched 6.5% interest rate to finance???, but then said it was zero. But I wanted to lease for 36 months, be within warrenty, got 24, 48, 60 months leases proposed to me... and the web site sucks (who post photos coming nowadays?), its slow and difficult to use... I would recommend avoiding this dealership. Take a good look at the price compare in autoTRADER - I found they are above average market price for the vehicles I looked at...they even got my name wrong...

I just bought a car from Georgian Chevrolet and up until this point I had nothing but problems at other dealerships. Pushy sales people, unhelpful/rude staff, and overall just a daunting experience that ultimately took away the fun of getting a new car. In fact, I didn't want to keep trying because I found it just discouraged me as I was getting nowhere. Then I stepped into Georgian Chevrolet and was greeted warmly by Jim Nobbin. What ensued from there was a seamless, smooth, quick and pleasant process. No unappealing sales tactics used on me. No pushiness. He was very knowledgable and appreciative of the fact that buying a car is an important process that the buyer should enjoy. Another thing I enjoyed was that he never insisted on coming along for the test drive. He gave us the time and space to form our own opinion of the car, and never coerced me into a decision. Within days, I had my car! He was even able accommodate my wishes and bump things up by a day so that I could enjoy my new vehicle on my day off, before the weekend. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to avoid typical cringey salesman behaviour! Honest and genuine service all around. Thanks Jim!!

Absolutely fantastic buying experience with Brad Mullen at Georgian on my 2018 GMC Denali Canyon! I started looking around for a second vehicle that I would use for mostly winter driving as well as haul a small 16 foot hybrid travel trailer in the summer. I did a lot of research on the GMC Canyon, Chevy Colorado, Honda Ridgeline and Toyota Tacoma. The Toyota didn't have any new technology for what I was looking for (No Apple Car Play/Android Auto, screen was very slow to respond, overall vehicle design was very old and dated). The Honda was nice enough but didn't feel like a truck. It felt like a Mini Van with a truck bed. I reached out to Paul Sadlon via their website on the Chevy Colorado and didn't even get a response back after 2 days. So I tried Georgian GM since I had a great experience buying my BMW from Georgian BMW. Almost immediately after submitting a request online I got a nice email from Brad Mullen answering all of my questions. We went back and forth a bit and then setup a time for me to come into the dealership. As soon as I arrive he had a set of keys for the model I was thinking about and told me to take it for a drive with my son. He explained everything about the truck and then left us alone so we could check it out together. I really liked that - at Honda and Toyota they wouldn't let my son and I take the truck out alone. There was an immediate trust at Georgian with Brad. Needless to say my son and I LOVED the truck! We got back to the dealership and negotiated a deal which was one of the least stressful in 20+ years of buying vehicles. A few days later we arrived to pick-up the truck. Delivery was 10/10. So professional! All of my questions answered, told about my 2 years of free maintenance, how to use OnStar (which is fantastic!), how to setup the Infotainment system as well as other neat features on the truck. Honestly can't say enough about Brad and the whole buying experience. Many times I've found that the buying experience at car dealerships can be great but post buy they don't really care anymore. I decided post-purchase to buy a truck bed cover and needed to deal with the service team. Tim from service got in touch with me and has been nothing but professional just like Brad. Excellent service has helped me out with my mom's car
This is going to be a painful one to write based on my experience picking up a brand new 2017 Corvette with the 2LT package w/ the Z51 option. Considering how I wanted my Corvette equipped (Had to be Torch Red, needed navigation, transparent roof, manual etc, etc) Working with Georgian Chevy was one of my very few options, the other one being in Laval, out of province in Quebec. To save yourself a long read, I will give you the short story here: I have backed out of the deal, all the papers are marked as void and have just received my refund, I am refusing to take this, my dream car from Georgian Ford. Approval was completed. The deposit was put down. All necessary paperwork was signed and completed. I even had one of the keys to the car. On a positive note, , Georgian was able to offer me what I thought was a fair price on my trade in (2014 Mustang GT) This is where the good stuff ends. Now on to the bad news and the events that have unfolded to get myself a Corvette that is 2 hours drive away. The original pickup date was supposed to have been Monday, March 27th, I had my test drive on Saturday where I identified the problem with the transmission. It was shifting from 3rd to neutral on deceleration without my hand on the shifter; The salesman insisted (and even argued to an extent) that this was normal due it being in Transport Mode. Now, I know a little bit about cars, a little bit about parts and gears to know that there is no way they would release this car to a customer or even more importantly to someone for a test drive in Transport Mode if this is how it acted. But again, he argued and insisted and guarenteed that this will be fixed once removed out of Transport Mode; This being my first Vette I wasn't going to talk about something I don't know. They were supposed to take it out of Transport Mode and resolve the issues by Monday, March 27th pickup. This was delayed because they found out the issue was NOT Transport Mode as I had called it. It was a 3rd gear issue and there was a service bulletin already for it. So now the sales rep had called me and informed me that they had to order 20 different parts and I was given the ETA of repair completion by Friday March 31st and pickup of the vehicle on Saturday April 1st. Saturday came and went, I was not called nor was I updated throughout the week without having asked for an update; I had to keep asking and pressing for updates. I was told finally that it would be ready for pickup yesterday, Monday April1st. I had booked a half day off of work because the dealer is an hour and a half away. Just as I was packing my things and almost out the door I emailed the dealer to inform them I was on the way. Several minutes later I receive an email telling me that the issue has not been resolved and now the transmission after having been cracked opened and repaired already is now making a loud clicking noise. They didn't keep me up to date, they didn't keep me informed - I almost drove all the way to get no car back. After having being told "You're not my only customer" when I was asking for an update, this was the last straw for me. I am paying near $100,000 for a vehicle that has needed to be repaired twice already, I am being treated without respect, emails are being ignored. Not only was the service horrendous, I didn't want to take on a brand new car that has already had issues this dealer was not able to repair the first time around. I had to walk away. Buyers, I want to make it evident and share my experience, take note of the stress and wasted time trying to make the car of my dreams happen. I strongly suggest you to take your business elsewhere, especially when buying a higher end vehicle such as a Corvette.

I was driving on the 400 home from a camping trip with my wife, daughter, and our pop up trailer. While on the 400 the trailer tire hit something and popped. Without the proper wrench to change the tire I limped the vehicle and trailer to this dealership. Asking in the service bay if someone could help they were amazing. Matt and Kris came out within minutes laughing and joking about the situation and changed the tire with the spare for me. This is the best customer service I have ever recieved. I would recommend this place based on the kind service of employees.

Took my truck in to get fixed took him three weeks and they didn't even figure out the problem they just started throwing parts at it, didn't even fix the problem, took it to paul Sadlon instead the mechanic there informs me that they missed bolts and didn't clip-in wiring harnesses not impressed will not be taking my vehicle back here to get it fixed there's no option for 0 Stars so how'd you read it one star did order one part through them and it came in in a couple days save yourself the time and trouble and money and just take it somewhere else
If you are going to be going here to have your vehicle serviced, be sure you have your warranty documents in order as you cannot rely on them to look out for you. We had to have a vehicle serviced for a broken radiator fan. The car was purchased in 2016 with extended warranty at the time of purchase. When the car came in, we were advised it would be about $2500 for all repairs needed and that the warranty had expired. We took their word for it at the time because, you know, who wouldn’t assume that the dealer you purchased the car and warranty from, would have the wrong information in your file… After having the repairs completed and paying for the service, we began reviewing all documents and as it turned out the car WAS covered under warranty still and would be for another few months. After calling the warranty provider myself to confirm, I called back and advised them. They acknowledged that it was in fact covered and at this point we had to submit a claim for reimbursement. We were then notified from the warranty provider that due to the fact that the “The labor times the dealer charged are higher than the nationally recognized labor guide. So the labor covered is less than what they charged you.” (this is an exact quote) we would only be reimbursed about $1850. We advised them this and they then proceeded to issue a reimbursement for the additional labor costs – I say proceeded and not completed because before reimbursing us, they first double charged us for the additional costs… After all of this, there was still a charge for a coolant flush that would not be covered by the warranty provider. One would think that they would, immediately offer to wave this however after MY inquiry, we were offered an “in store credit” of $100. I spoke to both the service adviser and the service manager, stressing to them how concerned I was that had I not noticed their issue; we would have been out of pocket then entire cost. They said they would look into what happened and that they immediately correct the issue. I assumed that this would be taken seriously. Fast forward 3 weeks and the check arrives from the warranty provider and of course, luck would have it, there is another issue with the car. When we got the call about the issue, we were told it would be about 320 to fix. I asked if it was covered under warranty and, I kid you not, I was told once again, “the warranty on the car has expired.” I spoke to the service manager again, asking how this is possible that my records were not updated and asking how they can be sure that this has not occurred with any other customers when, unless I brought it up, they would not have known. I was told that it was a “one off” and that it was only an issue with our account; I asked again how they could be sure and what they were going to do to make sure that this is not the case with any other customers. They said they would “look into it”. I also brought up questions about the labor rates and if customers were ever made aware that their rates are higher than then recognized guides – that was answered with “well we service newer cars, so our rates are higher”. Not sure how that really applies but “ok”. I was then asked, “If I wanted help with the cost of the issue”, I said “sure” since the car couldn’t be moved until it was fixed. About 15 minutes later I get a call bad and am told they are going to take off $150. Not immediately stated however was the fact that this included the 100 they already gave as instore credit… so my ‘discount’ was a whole $50 dollars. At the end of the day, do not expect that even though you bought the warranty from them, that they will make sure they protect and look out for you as a customer. I am pending their results of “looking into it” and hope that they can provide a legitimate explanation because this type of ‘issue’ seldom occurs to a single record in a system. Make sure you know your records and have them on hand or don’t be surprised if it turns out they charged you for something they should not have.

Like dealing with a friend. My previous sales rep retired so this was my first time dealing with Brad Mullen and he was a real pro to deal with - knew the car features like the back of his hand. Told him what I wanted in the car and he found me exactly what I was looking for.

Update to my first review (based on the owner's response) BUYER BEWARE! NEVER going back there. There was ...NO... reduction in price... we had to pay extra on the agreed price, to close the deal! And as stated before... Both managers responded with disrespect for the customer. They were unprofessional and arrogant ! I could not have chose a worst place to buy a vehicle from. I would give them a minus rating for the way they treat customers... if i could. THEY JUST HAVE ONE GOAL THAT IS TAKE AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE FROM CUSTOMER. We agreed on a sales price (taxes in). I payed in full. While waiting for papers work, they come back and tell me that I had to pay extra for the taxes that weren't added in... because it was a miscommunication amongst their seller and the manager. As the customer, i had no say... i was told ... like it or leave... very unprofessional and arrogant manager! They should have honored the original agreement regardless. Also another customer was waiting they're turn to voice a complaint with the same manager about his purchase.
Excellent Service: Brought car to dealer on Thursday night after the service desk closed. The manager came out to assure me i could still drive the car safely. I made an appointment the next morning at 7:30 and got in the same day. They even drove me to work in Alliston. I could have had a car rental for free if the repair was covered under warantee. When it was fixed that afternoon it was fully covered under warantee. They went out of their way to ensure the experience was as painless as possible. Thank you. i have to mention the two shuttle drivers were great.

We talked with Brooks and explained what we were looking for in a vehicle and he had 3 great options all ready for us to test drive. He even had them started and warming up when we arrived. Brooks was very personable and easy going. He even gave me a ride home in his personal vehicle after my young son got sick during our meeting and my wife had to take him home. He could have easily had one of the shuttle service drivers take me home but he wanted to show his appreciation to me for taking the time to deal with him. That's what I call going above and beyond. The whole experience dealing with Georgian Chevrolet was great. I highly recommend this dealership if you are shopping for a vehicle.
Brad was just the type of salesman I enjoy dealing with. He had answers for all of my questions, no attempts to 'up-sell' me into something I wasn't looking for, and didn't make me feel like I had to doubt the numbers he was putting in front of me. I told him up front that I wasn't good with pressure sales tactics, and he definitely stayed away from that kind of garbage. Unfortunately, the sales associate that handled the final paperwork portion didn't get the memo, and I had to spend an hour listening to her try and talk my wife and I into adding multiple items to our sale. Still, I would recommend giving this dealership a try, as overall, Brad made us want to buy from them and got me into a Silverado that makes me smile every time I look at the driveway.

My GM truck required service. Talked to Tim Burnet-Greene and he was fantastic at getting me in on short notice and looking after my vehicle. Would highly recommend Service Dept for any GM requirements. Just went in to Parts Department to get Key Code as I lost my Corvette trunk key and they sent away info to US GM and had my code for me the very next day, best of all it was FREE !
I was always scared of buying a brand new vehicle from a dealership, you always hear horror stories online and stuff. I guess you could say I was in the market for a new vehicle, or it was in the back of my head atleast incase my current car ever died suddenly. I went in to Georgian to gather more info from the people who know the vehicles the best. I did loads of research and studying via YouTube etc. I was going there for a little booklet to gather some info which lead to some test drives, and some number talks. Mark Wilkey is who took care of me, and he is a really great dude, you can tell he takes passion in what he does. Most importantly he is patient. This whole process took about 1.5 months for me. During some point he definitely thought is this guy going to buy something or is he just here for free test rides... I mean and I don't blame him, in only a 25 year old kid... Mark will definitely take care of you, the guy is a class act and makes me trust dealerships more. He will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The guy filled my tank and bought me a hat to go along with it. Not enough words can come to my mind to show how nice this guy is. A complete stranger 1.5 months ago, but now more like a friend. I told him half way through that I wanted one of those huge bows you always see when you buy a new vehicle or I wouldn't be able to make the deal.. (joking ofcourse) He made it his mission to get that bow, absolutely went above and beyond which really put a smile on my face and literally might of made my whole year. One person doesn't always buy a vehicle right when they walk on the lot, it's takes weeks... If not months. Ask your questions, doesn't matter if it sounds dumb or stupid to you, it may not be for the sales person. Most importantly take your time. Definitely has to be one of the nicest dealerships I've been at, all the employees seem really happy and polite. To conclude, just do your research, ask questions and talk to someone you like and gives you good vibes. Thanks again Mark, and Georgian.
Had a great experience. Dave Morrison was a big help with getting me into my 2012 Sonic. I've had my car for over a month now and enjoying every minute of it. He was very informative and knew what my budget was and kept me within in it. $130 for a an oil change after it was said in conf email $76... I called them they won't even fix it. Was going to buy a new truck from there, NOT now!!! This price gauging by far. I paid $62 in Bowmanville for the same oil at another GMC Dealer. I'd take the 1.5 hr drive to save my self the $68. How ridiculous and customer service sucks!

I recently purchased a new car from Georgian Chevrolet. The car buying experience working Wayne Murray was excellent. The price we negotiated was very fair. And the buying process from first introductions to taking delivery was very professional and enjoyable.
The general experience was not great. I would not recommend this place to my friends. Pros: expectable service, keep in touch with you and keep you updated. Cons: Extra $399 Admin fee, which supposed to be included in the price of the car. I asked to explain to me what is the fee and why it was there. Respect to WAYNE RICKETTS (sales manager) - he tried to resolve the situation and offer an alternative way to resolve this issue. TYLER SAGE (sales guy) told to me that we do not need your money and you do not need to buy a car. We can return your deposit. BUT I JUST ASK TO EXPLAIN IT TO ME. I wish you, TYLER SAGE, do better with customers. In the description of the price, it says: "Price does not include HST & Licensing. Price includes admin fees and gas." When we discussed the price, Tyler says the price was $12,000, minus $500 off so $11,500 total + HST and licensing. We leave the deposit for the car. When we pick up the car we discover extra gas and admin fee (over car price); because we went 3 times to Barrie from Downtown Toronto to get this vehicle, we decided to take it. My wife and I recently purchased a new 2500HD from Georgian. This is our second purchase of a 2500HD truck from them. Robert 'Bob' Gill in sales and Sandra Hoffman in finance are a pleasure to deal with. Both are professionals with high levels of integrity. We had details and an excellent offer from another local dealer but we were so pleased with Charlene in the Georgian truck center from out last purchase that were returned to Georgian. Charlene made us feel special and she resolved every issue that came up. Even when the other dealer's salesman came back with a better offer (tempting) and admitted they had issues in the service department and as a result they had hired all new service staff 3 months ago, we stayed with Georgian. We lost our comfort level when he suggested "we just tear up the contract with Georgian" to deal with him.

We used to always get our cars here! Good experience with two Cruises. unfortunately the service has gone down hill. My dad blew two tires within a year and always around a month after they changed them from winter tires. (BOTH times) I don’t know how they store them, but both are bought from the dealership and they never followed up with us in regards to an investigation.

A bit of a wait for first in line in the morning however they make waiting very comfortable with free coffee WI-FI and comfortable chairs. The only reason this is not a 5 star rating is when you walk into the waiting room you can smell a very strong scent. What it was doesn't matter I left there with a migraine. I should have gone outside and stood in the cold. There are many people allergic to fragrances. I will go back but probably stay outside and wait.

Where to begin? If I could give them 10 stars, I would! My spouse and I had been looking at a new vehicle, and our hometown dealership in Espanola didn’t want to really help us. We moved onto Sudbury, to the dealership where I had purchased 2 consecutive vehicles before the one now, and they didn’t want to help much either. Their stance was pretty well “stick with our brand and what we want to sell you, or bust”. That’s when we decided to take the 3.5 hr drive down to Barrie and visit this dealership, because we had read and heard such great things about them. We spoke with a salesman named Bob Gill, and from the moment he introduced himself, we knew that we wanted to buy a vehicle from him. We had our eyes set on a specific model highlighted in the showroom, and without hesitation, he had it brought outside for us and he let us test drive it for the afternoon. When we got back, he talked numbers with us, gave us an amazing deal, and we found out that SAME day (on a Saturday nonetheless) the vehicle was ours - major props to Sandra in Financing as well. Throughout this entire process, Bob answered all our questions and made sure the vehicle was good to go for us the next weekend. Everyone in the dealership was so nice; anyone that walked by us smiled or said hello, and we even had a manager thank us for visiting from Northern Ontario and talk to us about why we came down in the first place. The best part was that it wasn’t a typical “oh you’re here to buy a vehicle, let me sell you one” scenario, because Bob took the time to get to know us and ask us questions, we chatted about our families, and he even asked to see pictures of my puppy. I have never in my life had a salesman more personable than him. Thank you for selling us our dream SUV! Long story short, my spouse Tanner and I are extremely satisfied and I would highly recommend visiting Bob Gill at this dealership for your next vehicle! I know we’ll be back!

Ridiculous customer service at this specific location. I have spent over $3500 here since I started going to this location. Nothing they have done so far is still good, I spent $600 not even two months ago to replace coolant jug and it’s already leaking, I tried calling them couple of time since last 2 days no answer and my calls go in voicemail, not the advisor helping me nor the supervisor who’s number and extension are given on the bill saying “ CALL IF NOT SATISFIED” when you call it goes to voicemail every single time. I am so done with this place I would highly recommend anyone reading this to get other better Chevrolet service because sooner or later all your money is gonna go down the drain. I have 2014 car till 2019 it was good they replaced a part in 2019 because it was malfunctioning, new part had warranty of one year and it stopped working in 2021 so I am not cover under warranty anymore. And asked about it I was quoted $1500 for the same part again. The only reason I am even giving 1 star is because at least one star is needed to post a comment

I bought my second car from Georgian Chevrolet about 2 months ago, and my experience with them throughout both purchases and through all of my service interactions with them for the past 3 years is that their customer service is absolutely fantastic!! I was in an accident in January 2015. I called their service department the next morning to get a recommendation for the best and most trustworthy body shop to deal with and they recommended a local business who were both honest and helpful. Then the salesman I dealt with in 2012 called me to let me know that my insurance company was asking for pricing for a replacement vehicle for me. His main concern was that I was ok (and yes, I was just fine). He kept me informed about the replacement quotation process with the insurance company and gave me several critical tips about paperwork to keep copies of, when I would have to return my replacement rental vehicle, etc. He did all of this over several days, even though we didn't know for sure whether the old vehicle would be repaired or replaced. He also started right away looking for a replacement car for me that had all of my requirements so that in case my vehicle was written off, I wouldn't have to wait without a vehicle until the new car would be there and ready for me. --- #1 - THEY CARE. #2 - they are PROACTIVELY HELPFUL, even when there might not even be a sale in it for them. Finding quality companies like this to deal with is such a blessing. Thank you Georgian Chevrolet!!!!!

If I could rate Georgian Chevrolet less than 1 star I would. Hands down the worst experience I've ever gone through from buying my vehicle all the way to the service department. It took 3 visits before a single person even came over to me to ask if I needed ANY help when looking to purchase a vehicle. After having to walked around the entire dealership trying to find 1 PERSON that was able to help me purchase the vehicle. Now for the idiots at in the service department and their mechanics. When you get there to get service not a single person even looks in your direction to you to see if you need any help as they are to immersed in their own conversation with other employees. Seeing two employees at Georgian Chevrolet is like seeing a Sasquatch. You need to interrupt or track people down to drop off your keys. If you do interrupt them they get offended that you are budding into their conversation. After dropping off the vehicle they took 8 HOURS to do a oil change and tire change... THAT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. There is no way in any world that this kind of service should take that long especially when having an appointment. Not only were they not accommodating when I said I need my vehicle back but when I showed up to get the vehicle not only were all the service employees not around, but the entire shop was empty and the service desk inside the dealership with PEOPLE WAITING was empty. When I asked to speak with their manager they said he was here but no one knew where he was and they hadn't seen them much that today. I would NEVER recommend Georgian Chevrolet to anyone I knew or ever met. I can honestly say that they have not only lost my business but the business of my entire family. I will never return to this dealership even if they paid me. Completely unsatisfied and furious for the experience Georgian Chevrolet put me through. The best thing that could happen to this place is to go out of business.
Purchased a used Toyota at Georgian in September 2017 - the car was in excellent shape, and was detailed very well prior to delivery. Dealing with my sales associate, Oscar, was a true pleasure and I would not hesitate to come back, or refer others to the dealership. Truly a hassle-free experience where no games were played or pressure was onto me.

My first visit at this dealership was extremely disappointing. I went to get my oil changed, and they didn’t bother to wash my car or vacuum out my mats, which literally every other dealership I have been to has done. However, that wasn’t the worst of it. After leaving the dealership, I woke up the next morning to see that I had a flat tire - I got it professionally looked at just to find out when the dealership touched my tires, they loosened the valve, making my tire flat. I had to miss work because of this, my boyfriend left work, we had to buy an air compressor, all because they didn’t do such a simple tire check properly. I called the dealership and all they told me they would do is have me come in and wait to have my car washed and they wouldn’t admit to my flat tire. For a simple oil change I had to deal with so many problems - I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone

We had a very weasely experience at Georgian chevrolet this past weekend , looking for a used truck. We wanted to test drive a truck but wanted to know the price , to see if it was in our budget. He insisted we take it for a test drive and we were told that there was no point in getting us a price before we test drove it, as it was "newly" on the lot. I used my phone to look up their website and the truck was listed and wasn't in our price range. We simply walked off the lot. There's too many dealerships in town to have to deal with that type of pushy, sneaky attitude.
I bought a 2015 Canyon a few weeks ago..took it for a test drive and askedthe salesman Cole, why it was so loud on acceleration and was told 'that's the way they build them' ..my fault for not taking it on the hiway so i could hear the engine drone on..shocker i was lied to by a used car salesman..the intake was modified and was not informed of this. The back window leaked and had been doing so for some time as the headliner is stained..who knows what is going on behind there with mold or rust.so much for the insection they brag about, my calls were not returned by the salesman,..

had a brake line replaced due to not having time to do it, there was a young kid by the advisors that came out and said the peddle going to the floor was fine, what a joke, service advisors and people that don’t have licences do not get a say, what if I got in an accident, said the young kid said it was ok and sue him because he lied, shame on this dealer

What a LOW dealership, NEVER recommend this place to anyone. 0 STARS. Tyler is the most unprofessional, Low class salesman i've ever dealt with. I simply wanted to purchase a new SUV and he made it as if I committed a crime and was being interrogated.. asking me all these personal and pressuring questions like who does this guy think is to be asking all these questions. Then on top of all that he provided false statements to acquire more personal information about me through different parties Which is AGAINST THE LAW & OMVIC CONSUMER POLICIES. I have already filed a complaint with OMVIC and working closely with them to make sure this DOES NOT happen to anyone else. They also charge EXTRA ADMIN FEES which is once again AGAINST OMVIC POLICY in regards to All in Pricing. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. Hopefully someone reminds him that he's just a little salesman at a small chevy dealership not a big shot.
I brought my truck in for an oil change and a full check ( 2018 gmc slt). When I got the truck the horn didn't work. I got got ahold of them and they never got back to me 1 month and counting. Do not trust these people.

We had a very bad experience with buying a vehicle there. We were told our SUV was all wheel drive so went went over our budget and purchased it. When we realized shortly after we got it that it was only 2 wheel drive we inquired as to what could be done. We were told that there was nothing they could do because "you got a good deal" but they would give us a good trade in price if we wanted to trade it in. Thanks a lot Shaun for continuing to give car salesmen a bad name.

I enjoy my 2012 GMC 71, time now permits my review. While paying for my new truck undercoating is mentioned for 600? dollars, I said NO, I want oil based Product. I am assured it is,"with better new technology" Not true, it is water based flakes and washes? off (stained drive in rain, soap runs too) My truck frame was rusted underneath this peeling, flaked product. I was promised it would be REDONE with a good product, I called the rustproof Co and He had not been told to do it Properly (his Idea "remove old then reapply") it was resprayed with same cheap garbage that does not adhere, penetrate metal or stop rust. (He told me himself he Used a better oil like rustproof for his Customers) Looking at all the Rusty truck frames & brake lines is Proof some Products used don't work. If you care about your investment choose a GOOD rustproof.

Only went in for an oil change and they advised me of two software updates, that are not classified as a recall so we as owners never get informed. These have an expiry date so best to get them done before your warranty runs out. Thank you Georgian!

I am from Michigan and was making a loop around Ontario with my family in our recently purchased used motorhome. We had a breakdown along the highway just outside of Barrie. We had our rig towed to Georgian on Wednesday evening. They figured out the problem late Thursday morning had parts Friday morning and we were back on the road before noon Friday. Excellent service and communication throughout the process. Couldn't ask for more. Great job and thank you!

I bought a used Chevrolet Cruze here and it started having major and ongoing problems the minute it hit 100,000 km. The problems continued even after taking it to be serviced multiple times. It didn't take long after that before the car was too much money to repair and i had to get rid of it. I also found the Service department to be very unreliable. They told me my car was leaking coolant multiple times and when i checked it out myself there was no leak. I also took it in to replace the thermostat and they told me it was the coolant sensor causing the problem. After i got the coolant sensor fixed, the problem arose again on my drive home. When i took it back in they confirmed it was the thermostat all along. I will not be using Georgian Chevrolet again and would advise others to do the same.

The staff at Georgian are not friendly. I have had 2 leased cars in 5 years and never had a good time, whether I call, or go in. No one knows the answer to anything, my sales rep (Brad) has made me cry many times from raising his voice at me. I’ve even been lied to from the service tech, they advised they told me something which they did not, and the manager (Bjorn) said we have differing opinions on that, it’s not differing-it is the truth no one advised me that service closed and my car wouldn’t be done until Monday-leaving me in the dark and without a car. And to top it off, the sales manager Wayne told me if I’m having issues like this, maybe in the future GM does not want my business. I have never been made to feel the way GM staff makes me feel. Do yourselves a favour and go somewhere else! *I have expressed my concerns about customer service to the General Manager Ralph*

Worst customer service imaginable. Took the wife's car in yesterday for an exhaust leak and to have them look into why the service light was on. I received a call from the service rep an hour later saying that they did not have the part in stock, would have to have it shipped from Woodstock and it would take a day. This is the second time this has happened, and he quoted me $525.00, I went with option #2. Option #2, he said was to send the car over to Midas (which apparently they do sometimes) and see if they could do it. He called me back awhile later with a new quote, $327.00, which I obviously gave the go ahead. When he called a few hours later to say the car was ready I asked him what time they were opened till , 6pm I was told. I arrived to pick up my car at 5:27pm , paid $367 (funny how they never add the tax to their quotes) and departed. I had just pulled onto the street and noticed the check engine light was still on, so I promptly turned around and went back. When I entered the service bays there were 2 guys there, my rep, I was told had already gone home. When I explained my issues regarding the incomplete service and that I had told the rep that morning what was to be done, Chris (service rep) laughed and said that the rep in the morning must have been distracted by my eyes,WTF is that suppose to mean? I called Midas this morning and the gentleman on the phone told me that they didn't even have the part in stock to repair the make/model of my car, but to feel free to bring it in and have them look at it. Obviously the issue is more than incompetent work, or ignorant customer service, but if Midas is doing the work why am I paying Georgian Pontiac, and what cut are they getting for doing nothing??? Won't be going back, still waiting for a call back from the Customer Service Manager (Scott).

I honestly have never had any real issues with the service department, and don't feel my complaint warrents a low rating. Having said that, I would suggest that you please update your website, phone message and/or door with the correct opening time! Voicemail says service opens at 7am on Saturday, website says 9am and, after showing up at 6:50 am thinking the voicemail would be the most accurate, the door says 8am. I am now left sitting with no clue what time you open!

While this is my first vehicle to purchase from Georgian, I have been getting my trucks serviced at Georgian, since the early 2000’s. I have been very pleased with Georgian for all my service and parts needs. I have been very pleased with the purchase of my new 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 truck and the time and attention paid by Mac, as well as Chris Hanbrook. Everything went very smooth. Tim Greene, has always been there looking after my service needs, for likely 15 years or so now. I hope that continues! And, Dave Forsythe, Parts Manager, (just retired) solved several problems with my 2016 GMC 2500 HD.

Service department is a joke, I really get the impression they just do not value your time. I am still confused why it takes 45 min to check in for an oil change. These people are in the stone ages. Do yourself a favor go to Sadlons, they seem to know what they are doing.
Thanks for your response. We had an appointment to have the snow tires switched over and they hadn't brought the vehicle into the shop 2 hours after the original appointment time. I had to leave to pick up my son from school so took the car with me. They were able to rectify it the next day but it was a very large waste of my afternoon.
Wow!! All I can say is WOW! We were in a serious bind! Had just bought our retirement dream car from London. We’re from Manitoba. Almost on the Sask border. Kid that owned it previously, well he rolled down the drivers side power window. And as luck would have it, it wouldn’t go backup. So we drove from London to Barrie with the drivers side window down. Thank god, no snow and the roads were dry. ???? The husband, sadly had a very poor plan. “We’ll drive from Barrie home (to Swan River, MB) with poly and tape on the window”. Ok. I can hear ya now. Thinking the same thing I was. Needless to say, the poly and tape wouldn’t stick. Ok, so I’m totally freaking out thinking, man oh man, do you not remember the roads through THUNDER BAY?? SALT FILLED, SLUSH FILLED, SALT SLOBBER EVERYWHERE. Of course there was lake effect horridness happening when we came through. I was horrified. Ok, on with the story. We pull in to this amazing dealership. I walk-in. I look around. I see a fellow that looks compassionate and human. I walk up and spill my story. “ I’m 2500 Kim’s from home, my drivers window won’t go up in my car, it’s right there, are you my angel? “. I’m a pretty tough woman, and honestly, I started to cry. Sobbing like a fool. This poor fellow, and I feel awful, I don’t remember his name, i’m the worst human for names. This poor fella looks at me and says, give me a couple minutes and we’ll figure something out. Well these guys clear the Center service bays.... and tell us to pull in truck, trailer and car. We barely fit. Right away they’re up on the trailer, look at it, fidget a bit with the car wiring and amazingly, the “car whisperer” gets the window up. Omg, the relief I felt, amazing. The staff here, amazing. Service above and beyond! I can’t thank my blessings enough. Thanks for helping out a fellow human in distress! Amazing! You guys rock at “doing what you do”. Thank you Susan & Don.

I live in Brampton and I always drive to Georgian Chevrolet due to the amazing selection and the amazing service I receive from Georgian Chevrolet Buick GMC. I recently purchased a White 2019 Chevy Volt Premium edition and I absolutely love the car. Georgian had both the Summit white and the Black versions in stock with the exact build level I wanted. This is a reoccurring theme with Georgian. I also purchased my 2017 Chevy Suburban Premium from Warren Wilkey of Georgian a couple of years ago. Georgian was the only dealership within a hundreds of kilometers that had the vehicle I was looking for and it was from that purchase I first had the pleasure of dealing with Warren. I will continue to visit Georgian Chevrolet for all my vehicle purchase and will continue to tell all my friends and family of the amazing experience the Georgian team delivered at each and every interaction. My thanks also go out to Chris Hambrook and Richard Bone. Chris went above and beyond to keep me in the loop regarding the progress of my vehicle and saved me from feeling the need to make repeated trips to the dealership. Well Mr. Massie, I appealed to your staff before going this route as I believe in giving a chance for your dealership to correct its less than great customer service outside of the public forum. That did not happen. This was about what I thought was a free oil change, invoice GCCS976330 that turned into $117. The money was not the issue, or my ignorance to the free oil change program rules. Where you failed was the communication on the part of the service advisor that checked me in. How hard would it have been for them to let me know that it was not free? I gave him my km's of 49,850 and told him I was here for my last free oil change. In taking this up with a service manager who I left a VM with, no call was returned from them. I then had a few back and forths with Ralph Murphy and his awesome response was: "If you just walked in and asked for an oil change, it’s easy for them to assume you know of the program parameters. At the time of your check in your vehicle was over the kilometres, and they likely would have assumed you knew the program and wanted the dealership to complete the oil change." Just the answer I wanted to hear. YOU SHOULD HAVE KNOWN, is what I got out of that. So I am guessing that the oil change cost Georgian somewhere around $40?? That $40 could have been absorbed by the dealer and turned me into a very strongly impressed client who buys his next vehicle from you. Instead I will not ever return, not for service or vehicle purchase. Background story I have moved from Richmond Hill to Barrie and forwarded these emails to Wilson Nibblet and they immediately said come on in anytime for a free oil change. I will not take them up on this offer but it was a real contrast to the answer that Georgian gave me. Very disappointed in the handling of this.

Very helpful, as soon as we walked in. Richard Bone was great, made us comfortable and showed whatever cars we wanted. We picked one, and signed on the line. They take care of everything.
I had my Cruze in at the end of November for its 40,000km service, oil change, install my winter tires for the season, and to check my brake pads as my brother (an apprentice mechanic in his final year) had noticed that two of my brake pads had cracked and he said they should be replaced. The staff were friendly and curteous to book my appointment. I happily dropped my car off at 10 am on the scheduled day, knowing that my car was in good hands. I was told that it should only take a few hours. It wasn't until around 4:30pm that evening that I received a phone call. I was addressed by "...there's a big problem." My heart dropped - what could be wrong with my 2014 Cruze? I know for certain how expensive cars can be. I took a deep breath, prepared for the worst, and asked what the issue was. What came next was humorous to the service advisor: "Your car hasn't gotten into the shop yet. Can you leave it overnight or drop it off again first thing tomorrow?". Really, is it that funny to interrupt your customers while they are working to pull a joke like that? I really was not pleased. Strike two came the next day: I get a phone call before noon, this time about the cracks in my brake pads. I was assured that they "should be fine for another 40,000 - 50,000km." I asked that they be replaced anyways. "It's not covered under your warranty anymore. They shouldn't need to be done." I insisted, willing to pay; I understand the issue is not emergent, however winter is coming up and the last thing I need is something to happen when I am out of town. "Nah, you really don't need to." Again, disappointed, I said that I would take it to the shop my brother works at and he can replace them; I was promptly told not to mention it to my brother. You would hope that a dealership at least has your best interests and concerns in mind - usually they scalp you for every penny. I was willing to throw money at them to have a simple issue fixed but was turned away. I have rated them 2 stars - at least they changed my tires and oil.

Replaced timing belt here. Staffs are more passionate and quick to response than north barrie chevy. Even though its a bit far from my home I go to the Georgian chevy.

We had an agreement in place to lease a Yukon XL Denali. Did all the paperwork for the lease got it approved. Told me the vehicle would be here on X date. They made me buy insurance so I could drive it to BC since this is where im located. Booked a plane ticket then told me vehicle is late. No big deal to then telling after tall this that they would not honour the deal for fear of export. I sell bicycles for leaving never exported a single vehicle in my life. Without any cause, justification other than their own ideas. They put me in the hole on my expenses! Will take this further!
Don't expect much from this dealership, when a problem arises they don't try to fix the problem they just ignore you or pass the buck. Very disappointed, they will not even return calls or emails to a Chevrolet ambassador that tries to help me as a customer. Sales people don't care at all after you sign the paperwork. Financing department doesn't disclose everything, and doesn't act professionally! I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from a different dealership or even a different brand. Don't give your business to Georgian Chevrolet, as a customer you can do better. Wayne Morrison and Richard Bone are absolutely useless to deal with, to save yourself hassles at least avoid them. Dodge or Ford may even be a better choice.
Easiest truck buy I've ever done. Found almost exactly what I wanted in the 1st visit and the truck was ready 2 days later. Friendly staff and very helpful. Price was comparable to other dealers, but selection was much better
The “express” service is NOT express at all. It just means you don’t have to make an appointment. I waited 1.5 hours just for my vehicle to get in. I came by the day before and it was a 3.5 hour wait. If you’re in a hurry their is an Oil changers just west on Mapleview. They do a great job and it’s very quick. If you must have GM do your oil for some reason, book an appointment. Don’t waist your time. As for the job they do. It’s a oil change, the most basic of all service. Update: sorry this is late. I took the photos to add to this review and life got in the way. This is the result of my oil change at Georgian Chevrolet. They didn’t screw the filter on correctly and I had an oil leak all over my garage floor. Took the truck to Markham Chevrolet and they confirmed it. I’m very disappointed and will never return to Georgian Chevrolet for anything! Customers beware.
will not be back . went to see a cts-v in the summer of 2018 and this still bothers me . walked in and met the used car salesman Larry Moffat I spoke too over the phone , I went outside too see the car after a few minutes went back inside and could not find my salesman so I asked the receptionist , so she paged him at his desk , he replied by yelling and screaming across the showroom to her saying he was busy ect . very very rude ! Has to be the most mickey mouse dealership in the area. There is an extreme lack of communication between themselves and their customers. It feels as though at times they feed you lines to keep you on the hook. I left my vehicle on Monday, it's a week later and still do not have it back, the whole time they've been string me along. It went from "a couple days" to "maybe friday", not the latest "maybe tomorrow" (a week and a half later). And to make it right they offer a free clean up. Why would I voluntarily leave my vehicle with them again after this? If you value your own time or sanity, stay away from this place.
Came to look at some trucks. Aug 8. Reception said she'll have someone come out. Nobody showed up after 20 min. Went back to see what's going on and doors were locked 5 pm sharp. Smooth...you guys lost a good sale. Update - My husband was not pleased he was trolled to get his wife's name during a phone call by sales and management to confirm if this was his review. But he was pleased that they did read it. We're shocked to hear that the receptionist might be fired over this. Perhaps sales reps didn't bother to come out because it was late in the day? "She doesn't make a lot of money anyways" was relayed.....really???

I was hours away from signing for an Audi Q7 when my son, who swears by North American made vehicles, took me to Georgian Chev. He introduced me to Warren, who had sold him a vehicle approx. 6mo’s earlier. I am very skeptical of car salespeople and was preparing myself for pushy sales tactics or criticism of Audi. Neither occurred. Warren was warm, approachable, honest, knowledgeable and put me at ease right away. He took the time to learn what my vehicle needs were and showed me a Yukon Denali. I sat in one and immediately knew I wanted it. I bought it w/o even test driving. No regrets that I didn’t get the Audi and would highly recommend Warren going forward. In fact, I already have and a coworker is now actually going through Warren’s son Mark in helping her buy a new Silverado pickup. I live in Newmarket and will continue going to Georgian Chev for my inspections and servicing. Will be great to be able to keep saying hi to Warren.

Thanks to Joe, I had a great time buying my new 2021 Chevrolet Traverse. It was easy to trade in my car and get driving. The Traverse is a great car for me, my husband and our four kids. We just had twins and we need a lot more room, my oldest son is 6’2” and now we can ride in comfort. If you’re looking for a new vehicle I recommend calling Joe he makes buying a new car fun! Lots of laughs and I asked a lot questions and he had all the answers!

**updated to reflect purchase #2 from Mark** When looking to upgrade our truck we again went back to Georgian to see Mark who was so amazing back in 2013. We did not expect Mark to remember us after 5 years, but sure enough he did. Mark took the time to understand what we were looking for and never pressured us at all. We fell in love with the truck almost right away but not the price. Mark worked with us to make sure we got the best price for trade in on our older truck and get the best price for the new one. I thought buying a vehicle with a 3 year old would be the most painful experience but thanks to Mark and his drawer full of toys our son was happy so we could focus on the truck. From start to finish Mark was kind, understanding and a great listener to us and our son who kept throwing plastic spiders during the paperwork. Even with all the distractions our son ''threw" at him he was warm hearted and kind. We would definitely buy another vehicle from Mark again in a heartbeat. This is for anyone who wants to purchase a 2021 GMC sierra or anybody that is purchasing from Georgian Chevrolet ,I recently bought a 2021 GMC sierra ,and at 6000 km The motor blew it was a 5.3 L so they assured me that it was a one off and it would never happen again ,I asked Calvin the sales manager if it was safe to drive and his reply was absolutely we will probably never see you here again , LMAO cause at 13,000 km The motor blew again, I asked them if they can give me another truck since I spent $120,000 in the past year and their response was absolutely not, when I phoned head office I was basically laughed out of the conversation. I asked the mechanic that was fixing my truck if he’s using new and improved parts, his response was no I’m replacing the parts that GM provides for us which are the same that was in the vehicle to put back in your truck ,so I said will this happen again and his response was chances are it will The quality customer care and service at Georgian Chevrolet does not even deserve one star !!! Don’t feel sorry for these people when the GM plants close down they deserve it for how they treat people! If you read the response it says sorry to lose you to the GM family is that how you treat family WOW! TUNDRA HERE I COME

I can not express my gratitude for my salesman Alex Schaeffernicht. This is the second vehicle he has sold me to date. He is the most thoughtful and carrying salesman that I ever had. I had been with Mercedes all my life and finally decided to switch to a corvette. I was awaiting for the new C8 with another Dealer ( Paul Sadlon) but was unsuccessful in getting it. Alex knew that I wanted a corvette. He messaged me on a Saturday at 6;30 am of having a nice C7 corvette and he thought of me. He made my day that day. All i am saying guys , if you want an honest and carrying salesman Alex is the man . If I could he would get a 10/5 star :)

Excellent service but I thought your hourly rate was around $90.00 / hour it took 2 hours from check in to cash out and was billed $395.00 for labor not very happy about that.

This dealership is amazing! Our car had some major issues involving the transmission and with our warrenty just expired it was very stressful. Tammy from the dealership was amazing to deal with and very understanding. GM also helped us somewhat with whatever would've been covered by the warranty. Never taking my car anywhere else but here! When I went into Georgian we didnt realize they closed at 6 we arrived at 540 pm the saleman Brooks Price was very polite and informed us he would stay as long as it took to get our info and answer all our questions within two days he found us two cars well within our budget...... Easy and very polite staff that helped along the way I would recommend this dealership to everyone looks like a bigtown dealership but still has smalltown feel for Customer Service....

Bob Gill - a true person not just a salesperson. He waited until we were ready to be approached. He didn't try to talk us into the company's push vehicle. He listened to what we wanted and immediately looked for those details. He knew that we knew what we wanted and he respected that. There are so few people left in sales that show true respect but Bob Gill was golden. He found the vehicle, got us out for a test drive and when we returned, he was going to put another couple on the side to tend to us again when we told him to finish with them first - we weren't going anywhere. When he returned to finish up with us, we went ahead with the sales. Bob made sure we had everything we wanted and more and at an amazing price. No "smoke and mirrors" like the other dealership. He made sure we did not wait to get into financing to finish up the final details of signing on the dotted line(which was also very organized and efficient). Bob was ready for us early in the morning when we came to pick up our new vehicle and had everything ready and personally changed our license plate. He is a true and honest man that I would recommend to anyone who needs a new vehicle. Thanks again Bob for everything you did for us.

I have called about getting 2 ignition recalls done 3 time. Each time I was told it would take a week to get the part in and they would call me back early the next week. I haven't heard back from you guys and I called and left messages for people to get back to me but no one has. It's been about a month this has been going on. I'm not impressed. Hoping someone will see this and get back to me so my recall can get done.

I bought a Colorado from here in summer of 2019. Steph was my salesperson, and it was easily the best experience with a dealership I've ever had. She was great in finding me a truck for what I needed to pay and giving me a good deal on my Jeep I traded in. I commute daily so I've put lots of kms on already, so I've had quite a few oil changes since and everytime it has been a fine experience. No trying to sell this or that. (At least not yet anyways) A couple I've been in and out in a half hour. And a couple have been 1-2hrs. But it is what it is. People/places get busy. The waiting area is really nice. Even during this pandemic. Everyone is nice/friendly. So far everything has been great. And provided everything continues the way it is I will definitely give them my first look when it comes time for me to get a new truck.

Had a bad experience with the service dept, the service manager Bjorn Surmann came to the rescue, wrote me an apologetic letter and followed it up with a full refund check delivered to my house. Can't be more pleased with this type of service which hard to find in this day and age.

WORST PLACE. UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. THEY JUST HAVE ONE GOAL THAT IS TAKE AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE FROM CUSTOMER AND FOOL THEM. I WOULD LIKE TO TELL EVERYONE PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE, IF YOU DID THAN THAT MEANS YOUR CAR IS GONE AND WILL START HAVING DIFFERENT ISSUES EVERY OTHER MONTH. I HAD CRUZE 2013 WHICH I ALWAYS USED TO BRING HERE FOR SERVICE OR ANY ISSUE. EVERYTIME I BRING IN, THERE IS SOME ISSUES WHICH I TAUGHT COULD BE AS I DRIVE A LITTLE BIT MORE THAN NORMAL PEOPLE. LATELY I CHANGED A WHOLE NEW TURBO FOR 1800$ AS MY CAR WAS PUSHING BACK WHILE DRIVING WHEN IT GOT CHANGED I WAS STILL EXPERIENCING THE SAME ISSUE I WENT BACK BUT THEY SAID IT IS NORMAL. I DROVE BACK AND FEW DAYS LATER MY CAR STOPPED ON ROAD. I TOOK IT TO OTHER MECANIC AND THEY SAID YOUR ENGINE WAS MISFIRING THAT IS WHY YOUR CAR WAS PUSHING. TILL NOW I WOULD HAVE SPENT AROUND 6000-7000$ AT GEORGIAN FOR MY CAR SERVICE BUT STILL THERE HORRIBLE EXCUSE WILL MAKE YOU ANGRY. ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE PLACE IN CANADA I HAVE EVER SEEN. JUST ONE SUGGESTION FOR YOU THE AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU CHARGE TO CUSTOMER FOR PART AND LABOUR THAN PROVIDE THAT KIND OF SERVICE TOO. I AM WRITING THIS TO HELP OTHERS SO THAT WHAT HAPPEN WITH ME AND ALL THE MONEY WHICH I HAVE LOST SHOULD NOT HAPPEN WITH ANYONE ELSE. ALL YOUR WORST SERVICE HAS LED ME TO SELL MY CHEVY CRUZE. I WOULD NEVER EVER BUY CHEVY AND ESPECIALLY WON'T RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE AT ALL.

I have been corresponding with Jim Nobbin for the last month. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership that's a three hour drive from my home. I took a leak a faith in Jim and certainly do not regret my decision whatsoever. Jim was extremely courteous, very laid back and easy to deal with, was prompt on returning my e-mails and answered all of my questions honestly. Buying this truck is by far one of the best choices I've ever made and do not regret a single thing. I surely will be looking to Jim in the future.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Mary Anne for the first time earlier this week. She was pleasant, friendly and professional all at the same time. I loved the fact that I didn't have to be the go-to person between my insurance company and Mary Anne - they handled every thing themselves, which proves how capable Mary Ann is. Usually I'm the one who has to orchestrate the paperwork and information shuffle. I went to Georgian Chevroletllast week on the tuesday the 30th 2019 to check out a Chevy COLORADO. Walking in one hour before close, and the receptionist asks if I need help, she calls over a sales associate and out comes Brooks Price. He's very easy going, and after letting him know what I'm looking for he shows me to the lot to see the vehicle. Unlike a different dealership I went to in Bolton, Brooks handed me the keys and said take her for a spin! So I ride off in this brand new ZR1 and almost immediately I know that it's the right fit. It handles well, is quiet (except when you put the peddle down and juice the V6), and it has a gorgeous interior. With the black, with grey accents, and black leather seats in mine. When I get back to the shop, Brooks is waiting, and we start talking. He's never pushy, he never asks another sales person to come help close a deal, no one ever comes to do it either. So at around 10:20pm we've finished the paperwork, and I'm walking out of their a new owner of a Colorado. Not only that, but Brooks had them push to get the truck ready for 2pm on the Friday of the long weekend for me to pick it up! Undercoat, paint protection, floor mats, cleaning. Brooks came in on his day off just to get me acquainted with all the technology inside the truck, and there's lots. Some may not need it, but you like it once you have it. All in all, I'd say I had a fantastic experience at Georgian Chevrolet. They have a great selection, and friendly staff. I haven't had to get a service on my week old truck yet... Georgian is a 1st rate vehicle dealership with accommodating and friendly staff. I recently purchased a new Buick Envision with help of Sales Representative G Partridge a wonderful experience., I am very pleased with my new acquisition.
I would definitely not recommend using the service department. Have never had such horrible customer service before. Brought my truck in for the same warranty issue four times - the third time they didn’t even attempt to fix the issue I found out from a manager after the fact, because the service advisor just told me to come pick it up because it was good to go. When I went to get it there was no one there to talk to about the repairs only a cashier and they had no work order. I was told by a manger that I had to contact GM Canada in order to have an issue that was covered by extended warranty that I purchased when buying the vehicle to finally get it fixed. I also brought up another concern about the vehicle that was just completely ignored on my last visit. The service advisor had horrible communication skills and made it seem like I was inconveniencing him. My extended warranty also covers a rental if the repair takes a certain amount of time - this was also a HUGE inconvenience according to my advisor. I was told over and over that “rentals are hard to come by” and it took hours to confirm whether or not I could get a rental, meanwhile my appointments were always booked at least one week in advanced and the advisor was always notified that I required a rental.
Positive, and knowledgable staff, they treat you with the up most respect, and are their for your best interest. Would defiantly recommend giving them a look when purchasing your next new vehicle.
I would advise anyone that is seeking a quick express oil change to go elsewhere, even with the group purchase offer available. Unfortunately, there is not much interest in their customers time, perhaps it was because I had used a group offer, but the fact is I have been looking for a new dealership to have work done myself and this was a trial run. ***Upon drop off I was advised by the service rep that The oil change should take approximately 45 mins in which case they would phone me and inform me that they are complete. Well 45 mins turned into 1.5 hours, and then 2. Unfortunately leading to me missing half of my nieces soccer match. When I returned to the service bay (only because the service department was CLOSING), the rep I worked with had gone home for the day. I asked the person who I figured out on my own I had to pay, what had happened and expressed my concern about being completely forgotten about. She said I must not have given them my phone number, which I intentionally did for this reason, furthermore they had my email as well, it’s 2021. Either way I was treated as though I was an inconvenience to this lady. And as someone with service experience myself I can appreciate the end of a hard day, but at least pretend to care about and respect my time. *** Perhaps this is a one off. But I hope that this review reaches others, and can perhaps even bring light to operations to mitigate future disregard for customers time. ***UPDATE*** They reached out to me regarding this matter and seemed to be genuinely interested in improving the process rather than pay me some hush services. This has definitely changed my opinion the matter. It’s not perfect, but it’s progress.

Alex was our salesperson and he was fantastic. He was very understanding of our circumstances and empathic from the first handshake forward. He worked much harder for us than the purchase we made warranted! The woman in the financing department (whose name I unfortunately cannot recall) was also amazing. She dealt very well with me when I became very emotional about my first large purchase and walked me through everything with a superhuman level of patience. She even called me on her day off to make sure everything worked out. We are very pleased with our experience and would not hesitate to send a friend there or go back in the future.
The staff at Georgian Chevrolet was amazing! I was never pressured and they provided me with all the information I requested. Brad Mullen was wonderful to work with. He made sure that I had the right vehicle for me and went over all the different features on site. I would highly recommend Brad to anyone. This truck will last me many years to come, but once its ready to upgrade I'll be returning to Georgian Chevrolet.

When I entered your Dealership, I was not planning on purchasing a car immediately, but after taking the Cruze for a test drive and the expert knowledge of the car from Wayne and Mary-Anne, I was very happy to decide that the price and time was right. I am 100% sure that I bought a great reliable car, which is what I always shop for.
Very disappointed that I was ridiculed by an employee at this location for having a medical condition. Very disappointed, will definitely not be revisiting this location and will rethink my future as a customer with GM.

I have dealt with other dealerships in the past and, because of my experiences, was not looking forward to the day that I had to replace my current vehicle. That day came recently and my husband and I visited the used car lots of several dealerships (one hadn't even acknowledged our existence after waiting for about 20 minutes for assistance) and we eventually found ourselves at Georgian. the service department is disorganized and just absolutely frustrating to deal with. I've used them regularly for about 4 years but my most recent visit will be my last. I brought my car in for a slight raddle in the back wheel, had a diognostic done, parts ordered and made another appointment to get it fixed. On the day my car is suppose to be fixed I find out they had ordered the wrong parts, and after taking out the damaged parts, they had to put them back in my car. When I get my car back the slight raddle has now become a constant loud banging noise that was so concerning I had to borrow a car from a family member for two weeks until the correct parts arrived. After everything was fixed with the correct parts, they barely offered an apology. There's been other disappointing experiences I've had with the service department here, but i don't feel like typing out a whole novel.
