I have a friend who just purchased a new vehicle from here and has had a horrible experience. A misleading and unorganized sales team has lead to a lot of confusion and headache during a process that otherwise should have (and would have at any other BMW dealership) been smooth and enjoyable. Very disappointment by the service provided and will definitely be recommending friends and family to another dealership...Embarrassing.

Great Customer service! Jeff is an awesome Sales Advisor. He was not only very patient during the sales process but also very knowledgable when it came down to detailed information about the cars they sell. I wish I could say the same about some other BMW dealerships in GTA, but that wasnt the case. Definitly worth the drive down to Barrie if you find a car that you like at their location.
Blankly refused to certify their pre-owned vehicle. I could maybe be understand this if it was a brand other than BMW but the car I looked at was an X5. I offered to pay for the certification. I was told they wouldn't certify it because of the age of the vehicle (2011) as it wouldn't get financing. I said I had financing arranged I just didn't want to be left with an unknown. The story then changed. I was told they wouldn't certify it incase they found that it needed repairs that they would be obligated to fix. I said I wasn't looking for a warranty. I just didn't want to throw away money without some peace of mind. There was a vehicle warning light on and there was no explanation why. I asked the used car sales manager if they as a BMW dealer would stand behind the brand they were selling. He said No. I pointed out that surely a BMW dealership would be the best place to have a BMW checked out. He smiled & shrugged his shoulders. I asked if they could recommend a mechanic, again a smile and a shrug. Now I understand that this is somewhat of an industry standard with As-is cars but this isn't a back alley used car dealership, it's an Authorized BMW dealership.

I recently leased a 2020 M2 Comp at Georgian BMW and it was absolutely a fantastic experience. I dealt with Fernando, Nathan and Catalina who were all very professional and knowledgeable. They made things really easy on me. After a lot of shopping around at the local GTA dealerships (I live in Oakville) I decided to make the drive up North to buy at Georgian because they were the best people to deal with hands down. I would recommend anyone from the GTA to give Georgian BMW a shot at your business because they are great people who will work hard to earn your business! In my case, they helped solve a trade in problem I had which no other dealership was interested in doing. In the end, I couldn’t complain having a nice one hour drive home with my new M2! Speaking of the M2, I am absolutely speechless. It is an amazing car! It’s so composed, confident, and so so much FUN to drive. Everything about the M2 is perfect. An absolute dream machine! I purchased my Mini Cooper 5 Door at Georgian MINI in January and was (and still am) blown away by the service and professionalism in this dealership. In particular I HIGHLY recommend Victor (for sales) and Maria (for financing/leasing). These two are the DREAM team. - they love what they do and it shows. I visited a few different dealerships but Georgian offered everything I was looking for and more - no pressure, lots of information, impeccable patience with my thousands of questions, and after delivery service that I have never experienced before. I was treated like a part of the team throughout my whole process and am now a customer for life. When I drive my MINI I have the biggest smile. All of the service advisors and technicians at Georgian BMW have been wonderful since I became a customer in December. In particular, Candice Barker has made a significant and positive impact ever since my first experience as a BMW customer in the service department. She is patient, diligent and has a full understanding of what excellent customer service needs – and should be. It’s this level of understanding and professionalism that has given me the confidence to trust Georgian BMW with my vehicle. In December, I brought my vintage X5 in for a recall and an inspection, and following the inspection, Candice sent me all of the details and photos in an itemized list with labels, including explanations of all the work (over $3,700) needed to be done by priority. She connected me with Craig, who has specific knowledge of my particular vehicle and ensured I had all of the information needed to make my own decisions about next steps. Once I decided which work needed to be done, Candice made sure I was set up in a rental and did a lot of the legwork to make my first experience seamless. She quickly let me know of any complications during the work and delays with explanations and addressed all of my concerns in a professional, knowledgeable, genuine and authentic way. She also communicated with me in my preferred method of communication to ensure I got her messages ASAP. It’s Candice’s detail-oriented and superb level of dedication, with flawless execution, that makes me want to return to Georgian BMW. Candice and the rest of the service team that have helped me during my several visits since December have all been wonderful, kind and professional. Even when handing over work to another advisor when someone is off. If you are considering bringing your BMW to Georgian, I recommend you do it. I worked for years in the car business as a service advisor and parts advisor. I can say from a prior car dealership employee that this dealership is fantastic. Everyone you meet there makes you feel important and they greet you with respect and a smile. It's a very busy service department and they always service my car in a reasonable time, wash my car and call me the next day to make sure everything is ok. I've leased 2 cars now from them and the sales department is patient, understanding and make an effort to get you the right car not just any car. I have recommended them to friends, family and co-workers and would do so again without hesitation. Beyond my amazing experience I must also say the showroom, lounge and grounds are always emaculate and have a bright modern decor.

Had an amazing car buying experience from their dealership (sales rep was Jerry H). Most dealerships do a decent job during the sale - it's the after sales service where the truth comes out. Georgian has exceeded my expectations each time. Just went in to get my summer tires on this past weekend as well as regular service. The Service Adviser Alex was fantastic. Honestly one of the best interactions I've had with any car service. I had some questions around my protection plan and she walked me thru everything. Made sure I was good with the answers and thanked me for my business. Can't say enough about her - phenomenal customer service. Highly recommend

In my experience Barrie Georgian BMW is a great dealership and ttreated me and my husband with the up most respect! My husband surprised me on February 13th 2019 by taking me to the dealership where we were immediately greeted by Jerry a fantastic sales rep they have there! My husband told him we are here because its valentines day tomorrow and my wife turns 50 this year so i want to get her into a BMW! I was shocked and thrilled at the same time and Jerry was very curtious and helped us with my needs! He was able to get me the exact car i wanted ( white on white X2) and yesterday Jerry showed up early, was very patient and courtious and showed me all the details so clearly on my new car and he even helped set it up for me with my phone numbers, trunk height, interior light colours for night driving and so much more!!! Then he told me if i have any further questions or concerns to please dont hesitate to call him anytime! Jerry even said why dont i come back in a couple days or a week and go over everything again just to be sure my experience is a good one and that im totally comfortable with the car! I also downloaded the BMW app and Jerry is going to set it up for me so i can control some features from my phone! Thanks so much Jerry!!! ???????????? I also want to thank Maria and the extended staff there for pulling strings to make my pick up earlier in the day because of my schedule! It was an extremely busy day for them but they made it happen!! Took my car for a broken anti theft key stuck in the wheel bolt of my front tire. Purchased 4 regular bolts for 40$(32.64$ after discount) and thought of replacing the anti theft locks. Had a conversation over phone with the specialist and was told might take an hour on the worst case scenario. As anyone who worked on car would know it'll take less than a minute to extract a regular bolt with the impact gun. Labour cost was 129$ for older model (some new program). Initially I had to sign off a 64.5$ quote for half hour. Then came up with another one saying it would take an hr. I calculated worst case of 129$. But when the bill came they charged me with 64.5$+ 129$+ 32.64$ On top of that they charged me with 24$h for hazardous waste and shop supplies which is normally charged for oil change . I even took the old bolts back with me. Total of 282.01 for a broken bolt and purchase of 4 regular bolts. A total rip off. STAY AWAY.
I just bought a used 2015 BMW X1.....had some squeaking coming the rear of the vehicle and an appointment was made at BMW on Essa Rd in Barrie. When I showed up to my appointment, I was kindly greeted by Derrell, service consultant. He was kind, professional and extremely helpful. I felt like I had been at this dealership for awhile. This is my first BMW, and I am happy to say that my sales professional Drew demonstrated care in ensuring I was comfortable with the vehicle purchase from the beginning to the delivery process. Drew was highly professional yet relaxed when guiding me through the mechanics of the car. I was very impressed with Drew’s relaxed ease at highlighting the vehicle's functions. He also interspersed his knowledge with humor which made for a very laid-back approach. As well, both he and dealer head Andrew followed up with a phone call several days later. This demonstrates exceptional customer service! Purchasing a car shouldn't be only about the pennies and cents, but should be the beginning of a long-term relationship that should flourish over time. I sincerely thank Andrew and Drew for creating that initial strong foundation of ease and trust! With a strong team like Andrew and Drew as part of your staff, I will certainly pass on to my friends and family that Georgian BMW has a caring and professional team. Would not recommend. They push the blame for their lack of service on their Financial counterpart (BMW Financial) and do not seem to care if you end up buying a car from them. Avoid.
Came in because my windshield washer fluid was leaking. Paid for it to be fixed and left. Issue persisted, scheduled an appointment and returned about a month later. Let me warn you their service department is less than luxury. I spent 6 hours sitting in their wait room. After they were finished with the vehicle they informed me that they would need to order the part and it would cost $400. I can't believe I spent all day to be told that it was still not fixed and they were charging me a second time for an issue that should have been resolved the first time. I WILL NOT RETURN for any future service here for that reason. That and their $200 oil changes.

After experiencing weeks of frustration and constant back and forth, Craig (Service Manager) and Candice (Service Rep) did make it right! I would have given a 2 Star rating to this dealership but people like Craig/Candice who value their Clients and the dealerships reputation deserves 5 star ratings! As this is a dealership review i have given it an overall 4 star review because of them. However I can't say the same for the pre-owned/new car department Managers, 1 star for them for selling me a car that had bad brakes to begin with and telling me they were fine and nothing was wrong. Craig and Candice, knew what I was going through and I finally found relief when they personally took issues in their own hands, made the time to find the problem and diagnose the issue with BMW Canada. In the end they provided exceptional customer service and helped me solve my problem. Thank you so much service team! And John for valeting my car back and forth from GTA to Barrie multiple times! (Scott was also great to deal with)

First of all, to exit this place is not easier then IKEA in Vaughan. What kind of spark brightened up the designer to make BMW dealership entrance through the parking of a grocery store. Stuff is unprofessional, also sales is lying. Nothing changed since "Matilda" This part was disgusting. Also unprofessional financial services. Instead of preparing financing they were selling useless warranties.

Candice my service advisor and Craig the service Manager have been outstanding with helping me through the many repairs I have had done. They have gone over and above in my books helping me out as much as possible, while also keeping me up to date with the progress on my car. Entrance to the dealership point to the times of absence of town planning services unless it was a bought position because to get in and out BMW dealership through the food court with the shipping strollers could make only a hater or a loser.
I was referred to Val from a friend of mine who recently purchased her first BMW through this dealership and had an amazing experience with her. I naturally felt a bit intimidated buying my first luxury car and thought I wouldn't be taken seriously, or some sleazy car salesman would try to swindle me into making a purchase. Val was so helpful, friendly, even came in on her day off to take me for a test drive! Val could not have made my experience any better! She is extremely knowledgeable in the BMW brand, cars, and features, I never once felt pressured. She listened to what I needed out of a car, and made me feel so comfortable and did not try to oversell me. She followed up with me after my purchase, several times, to make sure I didn't have any questions, and wanted to make sure I was happy with everything. Couldnt have asked for a better experience from Val. Was happy for the referral to her, and would HIGHLY recommend going in to see her!
Best bmw location in my personal opinion, they're very friendly there, I went in dressed down in my work clothes (dirty) and I was still treated as if I was in business attire, the reason I bring up this point is because a lot of dealerships that have vehicles above the average price range, wouldnt have many associates that would even give you the time of day, but theres definitely no discrimination at Georgian BMW, its a little ways out from Brampton about a 35-40 minute drive depending on traffic and other conditions , but its definitely worth it, for great their great service, and the easy to talk to no pressure staff, I would definitely reccomend this location to anyone, definitely check it out if you're interested in getting a new bmw.

Oh my goodness I couldn’t have had a more incredible experience buying my car from MINI Georgian! First of all, I only went in there to have a look around and do a little test drive while I happened to be in the area. And they were sooo friendly, and Nathan took all the time in the world with me and addressed all of my questions. (I really had NO idea what I wanted... new or used, lease or financing, convertible or classic, manual or automatic...) Left still very unsure, and they respectfully checked in on me every few weeks. And when they were kind enough to let me know of limited time sale happening, I knew it was time to make a decision. Another visit up to Barrie (I live in Toronto - they were THAT nice it made it worth it!) and again took the time to help me weigh all of the pros and cons on each option, and were incredibly patient. They just kept saying their goal was to make sure I found the perfect car for me. And when I finally figured out what I wanted, and it wasn’t on their lot, they got it in from another dealership no problem, and offered to drive it down to me in Toronto!!! Honestly, they took what could have been a very stressful experience and made it FUN! We were taking selfies with the whole team when I finally made my decision, and with my new car when it arrived, and there was even a special gift in the glove compartment! I may have rambled a tad - so the Coles Notes version is MINI BARRIE ROCKS! Huge kudos to Nathan, Victor and Robbie... THANK YOU! ????
Attention to detail, truly listens to customer wants, puts the customer first; those are the words that come to mind when picking up our BMW from Fernando at Georgian BMW. I’ll start there because that it my first interaction with the dealership, however my husband can’t say enough about his interaction with Fernando. Fernando immediately called him back and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made buying a car a breeze. After choosing our car our next step was talking to Maria in Finance. Maria was equally knowledgeable and helpful. Her response time was excellent, our transaction went smoothly. When we arrived at the dealership our car was waiting for us in the service bay, Maria greeted us at the door. After signing the prepared paperwork we had a demo of the features of our car and a question and answer session. Then we were sent on our merry way. Valerie gave us lots of space to discuss the purchase and ask questions. Since we didn't want to drive the car in winter conditions, Valerie arranged for flat-bed delivery, free of charge. Her added personal touch of attaching a Mercedes emblem keyring to the key, was extremely caring and duly noted. The whole experience was first class, well done Valerie!

The reason why I give them 3 stars was because I came in for a recall on my bmw for the airbag. They took my car in and I have no idea what they did but they did something and currently my air bag light is still on. I asked for summary of what is wrong with my car and they said they will have to hook up a computer to my car and that is going to cost me. The point is, I don't know much about cars and I had no idea what was going on and they never explained it to me properly for me to understand. Then I receive a phone call from the manager asking me why I gave them a 3 star. He then did describe what they did with my car which was nice but at the same time he wanted to change the 3 stars to a 5 star by giving me a car wash. I'm sorry but a car wash will not change my experience I had with Barrie BMW, that's just not how it works.

Where to start. My 2014 BMW X1 left stranded on the side of the road and I had it towed to this location. Person at the dealership who was supposed to get the car put into natural guided the tow truck where to drop the car without putting it into natural. (Basicly dragged the car off the truck) Dealt with service consultant Darrell Verdon. Expressed to Darrell that if I cannot get the car back today to let me know as I would have to rent a car to get to work. At 3:10pm Darrell called back stating you need a new battery because it did not pass the load test I agreed to put in the new battery. At 5:18pm I called Darrell to find out if I needed to rent a car as the rental car company closes at 6:00pm. Darrell responded “ sorry I forgot to call you the battery is not in stock and will not be in until tomorrow do you need help?” I went to Enterprise to rent a car and was told it would be $62.00 a day but when I mentioned could you drive me to the BMW dealership when I return the car as my car is in the shop getting repaired? They mentioned that if your car is at BMW you can get a discount to $42.00 a day. Why did Darrell not tell me this? 4:28 Darrell called me the next day saying your car is repaired and it was just the battery. I was kind of excited that it was only the battery because the repair was 685.04 alone and didn’t want to spend more money. Brake down. Battery $306.23, refund for the old battery return $18.00. Total for battery $288.23. Labour $308.00. Battery is in the trunk, I could have changed it in 5 minutes. Here is the best part, I pick the car up on Friday February 1st and took it strait home, went out on Sunday February 3rd and was once again stranded on the side of the road with an electrical issue just like the first time. Spending $685.04 on a battery I didn’t need. February 4th 1:24pm I called Darrell and left a message about the vehicle issues had not been repaired and are the same as when I brought the vehicle in. 3:00pm called Darrell direct line again, no answer. 3:11 called the front desk thinking that it might be Darrell’s day off, and mentioned I was dealing with Darrell and they said they would put me through, what do you know Darrell answered the phone. Explained to Darrell that the $684.00 battery was not the problem and I was broken down again, Darrell said so have it towed in and we will check it out. I mentioned that I just spent $684.00 for something I didn’t need and the car is in the same state as when I brought in in the first place. looking for some sort of reimbursement or my old battery back and a refund, Darrell mentioned that the car was working as intended when we gave it back. This dealership reminded me of a bad contractor, ask them to fix a hole in the wall and they paint the wall leaving the hole. Had the car taken to a recomended shop and was charged $146 labour to change the alternator, a much more difficult job than the battery change out but over half the labour costs. Car Is running fine now The only thing I like about this dealership is that their high prices and poor workmanship let me find a repair shop that won’t take advantage of me.
Beautiful cars but over priced
Exceptional Customer Service Experience - I dealt with Nathan and Tyson and found both to be professional and exceptionally aware of what it takes to work with a buyer like myself who demands the best. They both demonstrated not only practical knowledge of the vehicles but also what other competitive vehicles were being offered. I found from the start, the pricing at Georgian BMW was spot on, and in my case, less expensive than other dealerships which was very refreshing. I have met sales people at dealers who give up on me because they don't have the skill, communication abilities, or they simply lack confidence to sell to someone like myself who has educated themselves through research and know good value and fair pricing. In the past, I have dealt with "used car sales managers" who only know how to take the "easy deals" and lack the ability to really work and commit on a deal to make things happen. I have recently experienced such a person who gave up on the notion that they need to convert each and every opportunity into a sale, and not just make up excuses that blame the customer for their inability to sell. But not here. Not at Georgian BMW. If you want a great experience buying a car, go and see Nathan or Tyson and they will treat you like the real person you are just trying to buy an awesome car. I'll finish this off by adding that the car itself spoils me for any other vehicle on planet earth. BMW truly is the ULTIMATE DRIVING MACHINE and thanks to my experience with Nathan and Tyson, I have to say that Georgian BMW is the ULTIMATE BMW DEALERSHIP!

Usually have good experience with this dealer. Called to make sure they were open until 7pm on Friday as traffic was bad. Showed up at 620 with nobody in sight and all doors locked. Went back into town the next day and they are telling me the parts department is closed on weekends. I wouldn’t know that because they never answer the phone even though when you go in there’s 10 people standing around. So for anyone who works all week and isn’t in town, I wish you luck trying to get your parts from here.

As a recent convert from another German Luxury Brand I have only great things to say about this dealership. The service department, sales department and the finance department have all been great to deal with. The vehicles have been trouble free for the most part and and when we have issues they are dealt with quickly and without the attitude of some other Luxury German Car dealerships.

Recently I had an issue with my BMW X5 and it needed to Stay at the BMW dealership in Sarnia Ontario. Normally I would have my work done at the Georgian BMW dealership in Barrie Ontario, but the warning indications on the car indicated that It would not be best to drive the vehicle that far back to Barrie. The issue with the vehicle required a smaller part to be ordered as well as a new oil pump, necessitating that the vehicle would stay at the Sarnia dealership for at least a couple weeks. The small loaner BMW car that Sarnia gave me was much appreciated although it was a lot smaller than what I am used to and was not the best vehicle for driving through a lot of snow and rough back roads that I normally come across as I drive north of Barrie. I had mentioned this concern with both BMW dealerships in Sarnia and in Barrie, and I was particularly impressed with Candace in the service department who I feel went above and beyond to do some research and try to coordinate with Sarnia BMW that I would have access to a vehicle more suitable for the daily driving that I do. In the end, it did not work out for me to be able to get back down to Sarnia in a timeframe that made sense to switch to a bigger vehicle, but the fact that she went out of her way to do everything possible on her end to ensure that I would have access to a more suitable vehicle was very impressive to me and speaks highly of her customer service skills. Having said that, I’ve noticed at the Georgian BMW Barrie location that Craig, Robert and the other members of the service team are highly proficient in their customer service skills. Matt Mosher

My only complaint is that my X5 calls quietly to me throughout the day, saying “Drive me...drive me...” when I’m supposed to be working! **Update: Got the door ding from hell, but had the insurance. I called in with a couple of very complicated questions for my MINI Cooper S with JCW Engine swap and Jeremy at parts was able to assist me with everything I needed. I am 3 hours away from the dealership and other MINI Dealerships are closer however for the level of service it is worth the distance! Will be buying many more parts/service I'm sure! Go for a oil change, told to expect about 1 to 1.5 hours. 3 hours later I am able to leave. After a courtesy 40 minute car wash mind you.

After weeks of searching for a German luxury vehicle in Toronto with pushy car salesmen with questionable inventory, it was very refreshing to deal with the professionals at Georgian BMW. From when I walked in the dealership, Tommy Te took care of me. Tommy was very transparent with all aspects of the sales process including costs, warranties, and the car's history. It was obvious to me that they weren't pushing customers to make the sale and sign the dotted line, because if you test drive one of these cars you'd know that they practically sell themselves. I test drove a 2012 650i xDrive, immediately fell in love with it, and purchased it the same day. Picking up a week later, Tommy organized all of the paperwork, explained again what I was getting with my warranty, and showed me all the functionality of the car. He even stayed past closing as I was held up in traffic. I knew these guys wanted to get me into that car so I could enjoy it, and the service I have experienced has definitely lived up to the BMW brand. I look forward to purchasing my next car with them too, that's if I can part ways with the 650 I currently have.

Disappointed by the fact that they give a unreasonable reason for the malfunction therefore they could pass the responsibility to me, stating that the repair fee is excluded from the warranty and they can't even justify how and when this happened when I asked about it simply tell me how much it's gonna cost and I don't have much choice there. I even rentaled another car to keep me mobile during the period isn't that funny? If that's how they treat their customers, I'll definitely report this.
Service is great here. Can drop off your vehicle and use the shuttle to go home and wait....or sit in the lounge and enjoy the coffee and snacks that are available. The garage is always quick to get back to you and do a great job of cleaning the car before handing it back to You! What more could you ask for!! Before people jump on me about how expensive it is...you pay to play...its all a part of owning a BMW.
I went in to Georgian BMW with what must have seemed like a bizarre and unusual request to have done on my car Wednesday and Thursday of this week. I met with Stephanie Page, who is the Service Consultant there. She and a gentleman named Stephen, who I would only assume is the Tech who performed my request on my vehicle, and Colin in the parts department, went above and beyond in their information on how to get it done, and in the quality of service by them. They really out did anything I have ever experienced in all the years I have been going to a number of different BMW dealerships throughout the GTA! I commend them, and Georgian BMW and to the management at Georgian, I recommend these staff members of your team to be commended for the the quality of service that they provide on behalf of the business! I bought my 2012 X1 from here. But in the last 5 months my car has been in and out of here for various things from my power train to broken thermasats alignments and now a fractured ignition coil and spark plugs! I have spent nearly $10,000.00 on fixing this so called prestigous high performance brand. I thought buying quality would mean better. I have spent more on this car alone than all of my domestic cars I have had put together! Where is this so called German engineering??? Update. February 1, 2019. The service manager has reach out to me a couple of days ago. Craig was very understanding of my plight and has looked into a matter that had been outstanding for a few months. This has now been resolved thanks to him. Yes my car was fixed by Georgian many times. My frustration is really with the Brand. I still don't understand why my car has had so many issues. The staff at Georgian are pleasant, even when they bear you bad news $$$$. Yes, i did take my car to another place to be fixed, and they were noble enough not to charge me a penny because they couldn't fix it. Tell me... who would do that in this day and age?

Last week, I visited this dealership with my wife for the first time (and last). I needed to deal with the service department. Not knowing the place, I walked up to the reception desk, where two employees were having a conversation. Not only they didn't greet us, they completely ignored us and let us standing there for some time. Finally, I said to my wife how rude and unprofessional this was, especially at a bmw dealership. One of the employees overheard my comment and immediately said hello and asked what I needed help with. We were then sent over to the service department...this area is a joke. The setup here is so mickey mouse. Clients need to stand in everyone's way in a very awkward spot and wait for service advisors to call them over to their desks. We waited for a pretty long time and no one called us over, even though I noticed two employees doing nothing at one desk. While we waited, again, just like in the reception area, no one even acknowledged our existence. The manager came out of his office at one point, walked directly past us, and completely ignored us. I was very surprised at this, as I've seen real managers at other places say hello to everyone they encounter or at least acknowledge them in some way. These people clearly make too much money and don't care about new clients. I've taken my business elsewhere. Update: I talked to one of their mentally challenged mechanics a few days ago who gave me a bunch of info about one of my cars - EVERY single thing he told me turned out to be wrong, lol! Yet he claimed to be a BMW specialist. These clowns seriously don't know BMWs at all!!
Overpriced crooks. Been buying oil for my x5 for couple of years now. Always paid about $9/L. It takes 8L. Today they charged me $14.95 + tax saying how bmw increased the price. After, I called 3 other bmw dealers and was told $10-$11/L. Today was the last time this dealership saw me.

I took my 2005 Mini Cooper to Georgian BMW for multiple defects. When I bought the car as a winter replacement for my Mini Cooper Roadster Convertible, which I was storing, it had a broken antenna housing. After the first winter the engine light came on while the exhaust system started to fail. I replaced that at a local muffler shop but the engine light remained on. In the spring the passenger door wouldn’t open from the inside. A few weeks later the same thing happened with the driver’s door. I took it in for servicing at Georgian BMW and worked with Stephanie. After the mechanics inspected the car she called and was very helpful in explaining all the issues that required attention. She provided options on how to reduce some of the costs which allowed me to decide the best course of action to fix things at the most economical price. She was very informative and helpful in getting the car back in acceptable working condition. Being a 2nd car I didn’t want to sink a lot of money into it. I was happy with the outcome and although I could have possibly found a cheaper repair, having a dealership that specializes in Mini Coopers was well worth the investment. I would gladly take this car and my roadster for service there.

I was driving to my mother’s funeral when we had a collision that eventually caused the write-off of my 328i. This was a Saturday morning. On Monday, I called Georgian and spoke to Craig, the service manager whose first words were stop worrying, we take care of it all. And they did. On Wednesday, I learned that my car would probably be a goner and contacted Craig who put me in touch with Fernando in sales. I have been involved with sales forces and sales people for my whole professional life. Fernando is one of the best; I would hire him in a heartbeat if I wasn’t retired. The whole experience was caring, considerate and extremely professional. The insurance company took their own sweet time settling my claim but Fernando and the team at Georgian supported me the whole way. Today I took delivery on my new to me 430i Gran Coupe and it was the best. I have had several new Benz’s and Infinitis not too mention all the domestic brands in my long relationship with cars. I recently enquired about a preowned BMW vehicle at Georgian BMW. Was provided some preliminary information regarding the car but was then told if I wanted to try and complete a deal I had to go to the dealership in person and that it was not possible to buy the car without going to the dealership. Advised them that I had purchased vehicles in the past from other dealers without ever setting foot into the dealership until delivery date. Dealer just stopped responding after that. Live in Toronto and advised them if that fact but they didn’t care. Said I needed to come there in person. Strange in this COVID situation that a car dealer refused to try and complete a sale of a premium vehicle without seeing me there in person. Most dealers would be very happy to complete a deal virtually especially with the dealerships closed for such a length of time and in fact prefer less people in their showroom but apparently this is not the case for Georgian BMW.

A couple of weeks ago a pothole ruined my run flat tire. By the time I realized I couldn't drive on it, I was in Barrie visiting a friend and was stuck. I called BMW and thankfully Bart from parts answered the phone. I sent him a picture of my tire and he agreed there was no way I could continue to drive on it safely, even to the dealership. Bart came to my friend's house and changed my tire with a brand new one right there in the driveway! I have never experienced such amazing customer service as I did that day because of Bart at BMW! He was truly a lifesaver- thanks Bart and thank you BMW for having such amazing staff!!
I knew I wanted a 3 dr Cooper Mini, but I had a horrible experience with buying my last car from a different car manufacture and so I kept putting it off. I picked Georgian Mini cause they had the Mini I wanted – I am so glad I picked this dealership - Victor Baker Mini sales was excellent answered all my questions and concerns and made the experience so much more enjoyable. I wish I had not have waited so long. I had a few questions about the car after purchase and Victor was more than happy to help me out. If you need a Mini go see Victor. Also, a shout out to Catalina Negru the financial service advisor - She was great answered all my questions, explained everything so I understood. She was great to deal with and gave me some financial advice that was very much welcomed and appreciated. I will be following through on those suggestions. Do not send your car to service in this location. My new car, 6 months old, bought to this location for first 15k service, they told me my car alignment is way off and not safe to drive, but when I got my report back, my car alignment was only off by 5 minutes. I called bmw Canada, they said there is no standard to run alignment test on first 15k service. I have no idea why they will ask me to do alignment on a new car when I don't have any concern or accident.

the service department did not turn off the service light after a service was performed. we ended up paying $500 for their mistake.I tried every possible way to contact the person who was in charge of it, could never get in touch with him (always in a meeting and never calls back). Worst dealership ever!

I give five stars to Victor for helping me with my 2016 Mini Cooper S. He is very due diligent, very kind and very professional during the whole time of purchase. However, the second part of my purchase was very unhappy. After I made a $1000 deposit on May 9th, I ask them on what is the warranty for this 2016 used car. Victor told me that Catalina will be contacted me regarding the final amount as well as this warranty thing. On May 14th, I got the call from Catalina and she walks through me about the warranty cost etc. I told her please give me an email copy so I can take a look at it carefully, she sais she will send it right away but she did not. Since I do not have an email for Ms. Catalina, I sent an email to Victor to ask what is going on on May 19th. He later told me that he forwards the email to Catalina but no response. On Wed May 20th, 17:18 pm, I got the email from Catalina says hey, please come pick up your car tomorrow (May 21). I was shocked and did not know what is going on, so I reply to her says I can not do Thursday because you did not give me enough time to respond, even if we schedule this date, but you did not give me the final info. On May 21, Catalina gave me a call saying I need to give them 24 hours notice if I can not pick up the car. I responded back to her saying, nonono, YOU did not give me 24 hours notice, so no, I will not pick up the car on May 21st, I only have time next Mon. On May 25th, when I arrived, she seems very impatient and asks me why I did not send her the confirmation of insurance and the bank draft. However, she never mentioned it in the email, and I am very upset about uninformative communication and her bad attitude. I did finally get my car but I am very upset and will no longer coming back. (Know that I came all the way from Toronto to make this deal happen) To sum up, the attitude of the lady is very unprofessinoal and makes me (the customer) very upset. I really hope MINI Georgian can investigate this and give me a proper reply.
Parts dept employees very helpful
Stay far away from this place! Last week, one of their incompetent employees was extremely unprofessional and very rude to me during our interaction. Since then, I have called this place three times, trying to get a hold of either the owner of this Mickey Mouse dealership or the GM. Nobody is getting back to me and they are not taking this situation seriously in any way. The owner and the GM seem to be just as useless as the ridiculous employee who doesn't know how to behave like a normal human being. Even though being a low-end German vehicle manufacturer, I still expected more from BMW than I did from domestic dealerships. I will be taking my business elsewhere and suggest for everyone to do the same. These people can't even control their employees, there is no way I'm going to trust them with my vehicle.

There must be a bunch thieves working at service. This place has charged out over $4500.00 for service on a Car that was purchased brand new there and has only 7K.... that's right 7000 km on it in the last 4 years. How do you justify stealing from people like that. Everything from Brakes, Filter, wiper blades or toping up the fluids or anything else they could make up to bill out. I recommend anyone who is reading this to go somewhere else.

People are going to compare Mercedes to BMW til the end of time. And that’s always going to come down to a matter of opinion and your preferred driving dynamic. BUT LET ME TELL YOU when it comes to customer service this dealership in Barrie is great, especially Craig and his team in the service department. These guys are beyond capable of the biggest and hardest jobs. I bought my 2012 7 series from a trusted dealership in Toronto a year ago last month cash $ 25,000. I brought my car in to there dealership about two months ago wanting to know if any work needed to be done after a year of driving it so I could get it done before summer. Some would think $500 is a lot in diagnostics but after being scanned the car needed about $ 5,400 in repairs. Nothing related to engine or transmission. I picked my car up three days later and it drove the best it ever had since I purchased the vehicle... for one hour before the engine blew. I truly believe no one seen this coming in there department cause rather then get defensive about it Craig the service manager told me to leave it with him and he was gonna make this right. Usually when someone says that they mean there going to make it a little better. Little did I believe at the time that Craig was truly up to bat for me. Most suspenseful call of my life came in and Craig told me he had got BMW to agree to give me a brand new $25,000 N63 engine and $7,500 labour all free of charge. I stand by this dealership and forever trust in Craig and his team of guys back there. That’s leadership, honesty, honour all in the same sentence and that’s rare. To anyone stuck between buying a Benz or Bmw, BMW don’t even blink on it. Cause I’m telling you when you car being serviced it’s going to be his team taking care of you and I’m telling you first hand I’ve seen how they handle the worst situations. I’ll never forget that experience for the rest of my life. Thanks guys.

OVERALL: Very bad experience. I was not expecting such a bad experience from BMW. I’m giving two stars, because they replaced all the things that i noticed that was wrong with my car, but far too many for a brand new car!! They wouldn’t replace, if I didn’t ask for it. They would just polish everything. Just horrible. SALES MAN: Jerry only mentioned deals that benefits him, with high interest rates. He knew I was interested in lowest rate option, explained my situation, still his interest first. My colleague told me about great finance deal, with significantly low interest rate, available on bmw website. Please do your own research. PICK UP: my brand new 2018 bmw was full of scratches on paint and side glass. Also back seat extremely visible wrinkles. According to the dealership this is normal. No it is not! Don’t take their word. please double check your car, because as soon as you leave their property, they won’t cover you!! Once the deal was signed JERRY didn’t show any interest in helping me. He was even unavailable during our appointments to go through all the add-ons of my new car. He promised me he would do that if I make an appointment. I showed up, he was again not there to help me. Made an appointment to replace the scratched glass on the left side of my car, no one was available to help me and they kept my car for a day. My point is that these guys are not offering a service I expect from a great brand as bmw. Do your research, and if you really want to buy from this location go with Valerie or Tyson. Tyson was very helpful, when actually Jerry was suppose to help me. Jerry got all the credits of Tyson’s effort. I thank Tyson for that. Valerie has good reviews

Excellent experience from beginning of contact re possibility of purchasing an x3 to the day of picking it up from the dealership.
They are okay if they you bought a car from them. Bought a car from them when they first opened up, treated us ok but as the years went on, the service began to get cut back. First, loaner cars were cut back to half price rentals and then half price rentals became only rental cars available. Diagnostic fees were waived if you repaired car there then policy changed to no diagnostic waiving at all. Ive bought in bmw's that ive purchased elsewhere and I feel like I was always secondary. Ive had the $160 air filter treatment, $500 headlight bulb experience (bulb was $299), $350 battery (and a doozy of an explanation why I should have it changed and why it costs so much more than a battery from cdn tire, old battery is still good by the way) plus labour recommended replacement venture and I always have gotten the fake smile service award. My brothers X3 was brought in to have wipers replaced and came back with a deep scratch on the hood, complained and they suggested that "he bring in the car so they could show him how to replace wipers". They asked him to waste half a day bringing his car down and all they did was put touch up paint on. They should have just flipped him the bottle or mailed it to him so he could do it himself. He also brought in his X3 for electricial issues and was told problem was because we installed an aftermarket rust inhibitor. Problem was, rust inhibitor device was sold by Georgian and installed either at factory or by dealership. We asked them to find the original sales invoice and prove it was not installed from anywhere else. I haven't been to dealership in a few years cause id rather drive past them to go to the next closest one in Toronto. Gave them two stars because I at least always enjoyed their coffee machine.

Brought my vehicle in for servicing and from the minute I booked the appointment to dropping off my complimentary rental car and picking mine up I was treated like a VIP! I typically dread having to go for service appointments, because of the uncertainly of how long I may have to wait or work my schedule around loosing half a day or renting a vehicle. This service appointment was painless and seamless I booked online, they called to book a rental, I dropped my car off at the service door and the rental was there in moments. Once the vehicle was done they called and shared an update, I returned, left the rental in their lot, paid and left! And all the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and happy ???? What a pleasure doing business Georgian BMW!
I recently bought a Mini Cooper countryman phev and brought it for its first check up to Georgian BMW / Mini. The service that I received there was nothing short of outstanding! Robbie and Meghan were so helpful and thoughtful and Robbie even took the time to show me some fun little tricks for my car that I hadn’t known about. I will totally be going back!!

He even took the time to explain all the features of the new car and helped set up my technology. I think I drove him a bit crazy; but he never lost his cool. By far the best sales consultant I have ever dealt with at a dealership.
By your BMW anywhere else. Bought a used vehicle and on pickup they informed me of some “fees” they forgot to add to the sale... I decided against better judgment to just pay the fees and be done. As I was doing the final inspection they informed me they had to break the wheel locks and were not replacing them. I was so angry and disappointed I took the keys and left. I’ll never do business with them again. One star is being generous.

The overall experience I had with Georgian BMW was tremendous. Buying my first car, I wasn't sure which dealership to choose. I visited many around the area, but it wasn't until I had heard from an aquaintence that BMW was hosting a test drive day that I'd go take a look. Every test drive on this day they would make a donation to the big brothers and sisters foundation. I thought that was pretty cool. My test drive was with Tommy Te. From the moment we walked out with the keys, Tommy was the life of the party. He made my test drive more like an exhilarating preview of what I'd be driving for the next few years of my life. Not only his personable skills, but his product knowledge on every single aspect of all the models was what blew me away. In the office Tommy spend the time needed to walk me through every situation possible to make sure I was comfortable with this life achievement. After many visits back to see Tommy, I decided to purchase my first car. A 2017 3 series 330xi. I am more than grateful for all of Tommy's hard work and passion towards his job. I am still living the experience as Tommy has stayed connected with me, checking up on how everything is with the car, letting me know I can come to him if I need anything. I have continued, and excelled the relationship with tommy and will be returning to him for my next vehicle, and recommend anyone in the area to ask for him if you are in the market for a new or even a used Vehicle. Always go over your service bill, but expect some hostility if you question their bogus charges. This dealership has had tens of thousands of dollars out of me, a loyal customer over the years. No more! The service reps attitude just dismal. For him to say that, ' We hate' dealing with Insurance companies and they are a 'pain' explains to me why, I had to chase him down for a quote in the first place. It's the last time I will fetch either of my vehicles back to BMW Georgian, or purchase a new BMW from them in summer of 2018. Fortunately, I have found service at another BMW dealership, who puts the customer first whether it's an insurance claim or not. This also explains why the dealership I went to has zero negative comments and a five star rating across the board. UPDATE! My issues have since been resolved by Craig Batte. ( Service Manger) Craig took the time to make sure all of the problems associated with my BMW X6 were addressed. Being a master Mechanic himself, he was able to get to the bottom of the ongoing problems with my vehicle. The repairs were paid for by me, with Craig applying the maximum discount possible. He has since followed up several times to make sure that my vehicle is still running smoothly. Thanks Craig, all of your help has been greatly appreciated. Car seems to be running smooth, still.

Just bought my Third Mini from Georgian Mini/BMW and my husband purchased the BMW X6 M Performance. We Absolutely LOVE Georgian as all staff are friendly and go Above and Beyond to ensure you are more than satisfied with your purchase. Jason(who is Fabulous)has been my “Go To” fella when trading my Minis, but this time he was off for a long period of time, so I worked with Madi-she was great! Other Team Members my husband and I worked with were Catalina and Matthew-WHO WERE AWESOME! Georgian is very lucky to have these two Fantastic Employees with their Team. The two, especially Catalina, went out of their way to ensure both vehicles were ready to leave the lot-my husband’s BMW was ready on such short notice, Thanks to Catalina-She’s a Gem!! So, in short, purchasing my first Mini from a different dealer..not great-and shopping at other Mini dealerships-not great- I AM SO HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND GEORGIAN MINI/BMW..they are, honestly, THE BEST!!

I have been to Georgian BMW twice since moving to the area both times the service department has been amazing. I have dealt with Mike and Terry and both of them listen to my concerns and remedied the problem. They took the time to explain things in detail and they were very personable, friendly and enthusiastic. I have been to other BMW dealerships and this has not been the case.

An excellent experience. Candice Barker in service, went above and beyond to resolve a whole bunch of service items. Most especially a difficult warranty issue from parts installed at another BMW service centre. In the end because of the team effort at Georgian BMW, it was covered under warranty and really a much better outcome than I had expected. She even took care of the extra day rental car cost. In short, it is really appreciated when people go out of their way to take care of their clients. Also, Robert at the front desk does a great job at getting you answers when you need them most.

Very Arrogant way to do Business. I came to purchase a BMW X7 then instead to treat you like a king because you are a out to spend 100+ They tell you that you may get fined if you trying to send the vehicle to China. Like I may look Chinese but last time I checked wasn't my case. The Manager Nathan all arrogant told me that cannot sell me the vehicle because is his Demo and cannot sell Demos. The Salesman Tyson didn't even came out of his office to talked to me after his Boss Nathan Kind off push me out. I will never come back to BMW I regretted as Customer to give them a second chance

Valerie was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, extremely friendly, and just an overall pleasure to deal with. We received a fair price on our trade in, and never felt pressured. Bought a "certified pre owned" Bmw from these clowns. Had to return it next day for a brake service !!!. No certifying on that one I guess. After negotiating the car price it was dropped on me that it had a minor accident just the fender. Found out later it was $5k worth of damage !!. Also had noise issues when driving at highway speeds took it back 3 times to hear "we can't replicate the problem". They are in the elite car sales but no different than any other shadey car salesmen. Stay away from this dealership.
Georgian BMW was excellent at taking precautions for Covid-19. They also did an excellent job on my car. Repairing what needed to be repaired and staying under the estimated costs. The staff was very helpful and listened to what I told them were the problems with the car and fixed them within a couple of hours. Thank you to the staff at Georgian BMW.
First review ever. Bought a used X5 and dealt with Jerry Haggarty as my sales guy. He was great. Transaction went smooth, quick, easy. The issues started when his manager Matthew Wieland got involved. I will keep this long story short. I was promised an additional set of set of winter wheels for my X5 by Jerry that were "nearly new." Jerry then clarified himself and said these tires are the equivalent of "being driven around the block". He was simply passing along Matt's message (so I do not fault Jerry on this), who approved the deal. My girlfriend picked up the car on a Monday, didn't check the winter set and to my surprise when she got home, the tires are completely bald. Upon reaching out to Matt regarding this issue, he responded saying he will rectify the issue. Over the next 2 weeks, he went through his inventory and offered me a whole bunch of used tires (all with less than 50% usable tread) and nowhere near the "nearly new" that I was promised. When you are promised something, you expect people to deliver. Unfortunately Matt Wieland at Georgian BMW cannot keep his word. Do yourselves a favour and drive further south to find a proper BMW dealership.

I recently bought an X5 from Georgian BMW and had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Caldwell and Maria Anghel. Being an out of town client was a piece of cake from the start Chris was honest and forthcoming about everything and made my buying experience perfect, and the after purchase care from Maria was awesome her no pressure tactics on extras and extended warranty was perfect. When I arrived at the dealership I was welcomed in the friendliest way my car was ready for me to test drive and I was done with a deal in my hand in less than 1 hour including the test drive. My car was ready for pick as scheduled and pristine! I've purchased from 5 BMW's from 3 different BMW dealers in the past and I couldn't recommend Chris Caldwell and Maria Anghel and the other folks at Georgian any higher! An absolute pleasure!

I continue to be impressed with Georgian BMW and why I appreciate the service department’s Craig Batte, Service Manager. I phoned in to Georgian to report some windshield cracks. In less than 10 minutes Craig was in touch with my Insurance company, reserved a rental and had me booked in for a windshield repair for Wednesday Feb 17 and I picked up my Mini this morning – work completed. I took a 2013 BMW X3 xDrive28i for a test drive and that was it.....I was hooked!! It wasn't JUST a test drive....it was a driving experience!! If everyone knew what it was like to drive a BMW, everyone would have one! I bought the car from Valerie Landon and Catalina Negru and the service I received from both of them was the icing on the cake!! They were personable and professional and promptly took care of all my needs!! They made the purchase process enjoyable and effortless!!

Beware! Worst service experience ever. They condemned my tranny at 170,000 klm's - I now (several years later) have over 325,000 klm's on this same tranny. Working just fine after I traced and repaired a bad computer connection - took me about 15 minutes. Their quote was over 8 grand!! I now use a dealership in Toronto and my car is perfect.
Don't have your vehicle serviced here unless you are under warranty. Service contact and responsiveness were excellent when we had our 2006 BMW 325xi towed for repairs. We were appalled by the repair estimate however, and decided to have repairs completed elsewhere for just over half the price. We were also shocked by the $168 diagnostic fee charged for what I'm sure was under 5 minutes of work.
This review is specifically for a gentleman named Colin Picken in the parts department. I recently went to BMW Barrie to pick up some spark plugs. When arriving I realized the parts desk was closed (I was a half hour late). Colin happened to be there late overheard me speaking with customer service and offered to help me out. He was able to get me my plugs and even ordered a special order part for me that I had been putting off for a very long time. I have a 6 month old son at home and had to use my wife’s car to go up to get the parts so I am so very grateful to be able to leave with what I needed. Thanks so very much Colin for helping me out!
It has been a terrible experience and I am now selling the vehicle so I never have to experience it again. Before purchasing I asked if there were an issue with transmissions on mini or something major with the model. I was assured there was nothing. $ 4000 +++ later and a new timing chain....the original bill they tried to present was over $7000.00
Brought my mini to get fixed came out worst. Oil was going into my spark plugs now after 2000$ to fix , the oil goes all over my engine. I shouldn't even had put a star!!!

I was devastated but all the staff assisted me from the moment I called stranded on the side of the road hours north from home through the insurance process and got me back on the road on my new whip fast! Good service, honest and friendly staff. One of the feedback I suggested was to provide complimentary car washes after each service just like other BMW dealerships in the GTA. I was pleasantly surprised they listened and now hand wash the cars. On another occasion, they misquoted on a price for an oil change, but honored it anyways even though it's lower than the normal price for my particular model.
The worst service ever!!! Don’t go Service Department, they judge people based on the customer brought the car from this dealership or not! Also I went there on Tuesday, and today is Friday, they are not even submitted my case to BMW. What a busy business.

Worst service department in the modern day. Should not get a way with a $450 oil change.. It's not a $100000 dollar car. It's a 10 year mini. Very uninformative. Second visit in about 4 years back in the area thought I'd give them a second chance after my first visit they (forgot) to put the radator hose chip back into place and after leaving on the hiway my engine over heated and almost exploded, once hose was off and sprays fluid all over my engine. Not even an apology. Free engine clean tho, wow. Second visit just to check on an engine light that keeps appearing, car in great shape no issues before the 8:30am appointment they discover nothing.. Nothing no light so change oil and move on. After 4.5 hours and $450. I pay and leave my car starts smoking and smelling like its on fire. My tire is grinding and my engine which was shampoo'd (from the bottom) to see an oil leak ? Is filthy. No explanation, no apology. No refund. Wow great work team very satisfied with getting bent over.
We bought a 2013 X3 from Georgian BMW last year. The overall experience has been amazing from the start with Valerie in sales to the staff in service. Valerie was patient, honest and answered all our question's with us at the time when we were deciding to buy the X3. When we picked up our X3, Valerie took the time to show us how everything worked inside from adjusting the seats to the I drive system. The service department is professional and friendly. So far we have had a great experience at the dealer and recommend them to others looking for a new vehicle.

Purchased my second BMW and first from this dealership. Reason for purchasing from Georgian BMW was my sales Rep Santi. He took the time from the day I let him know what I was looking for to the day I picked a SUV from inventory. There was a competing car but because of Santi the one from Georgian BMW made the most sense. He was extremely helpful, honest, and more importantly easy to talk to and communicate with. Fast forward to today and he is still very responsive if I need anything or have questions.
I recently had some significant work done on my BMW 740i. The diagnostic situation was complex with more than one indicator of wherein the problem was. BMW service staff recommended a two step approach to resolution. As the first step was only marginally successful Georgian BMW performed additional work at their lowest possible rate. Follow up was excellent and the involvement of the Service Manager and other Georgian support staff made for a reasonably speedy subsequent resolution. The car is operating very well and I can confidently say that there was excellent value for money spent. Many thanks to all Georgian BMW staff at every level.
Only been for service awesome experience. Offered a shuttle ride but declined was a nice day to walk to Subway for lunch. Vehicle was ready when promised even washed it for us. I believe the service advisor was Kevin and he it awesome can tell he loves his job and goes over and above to please his clients.
