I’m disappointed and dissatisfied with this business. This dealership claims they offer certifications, unfortunately that doesn’t seem like that’s the case… This BUSINESS did not properly certify the vehicle, even tho I had to pay for my own certification when it wasn’t even reliable. The car I bought had various different problems with the model, as the car has been known to be recalled, yet this dealership yet to inform me, as well as did not fix the recall problem… this is a matter of safety that they did not take seriously. I went to many other dealerships and they agreed with me, and suggested the dealership should’ve taken care of the recall during the certifying process, which they haven’t done that or even let me know of this recall—which I found out later with the help of other reliable dealerships in the area. Highly unprofessional business that is in it for the money rather than satisfaction of their customers. Please save yourself and don’t waste your time. Thanks for listening all. Now to buy a new car not even a year later.

Fair price and good service. My service light kept coming on a few weeks after buying there. They went through my car's gas lines and tank to find the issue and sort it out. I would go there again for sure!

This dealership claims they offer certifications, where they do not properly inspect the vehicle or even warn you about any problems that the car has. It seems as if they cut corners in certifying the car, when I’m paying extra for the certification. The car I purchased had many problems, but the dealership ensured me there is no problems. With the car I purchased, every car dealership knows this make of car had transmission problems and was recalled. All other dealerships are aware of this problem, but with this one I wasn’t informed.

Went here to get my air conditioner diagnosed they said I had a big hole in my condenser and it would cost me $1912.00 plus breakage plus tax I then took it to KIA dealership they said condenser was fine that it was my ac lines cost for parts and labour $887.00 plus tax when my husband called Ed to tell him he said he saw the hole in the condenser himself which was a lie because I was sitting in front of Ed the whole time waiting for them to finish with my van and Ed did not move from the desk even for 1 minute. Total crooks there, be careful if your taking your vehicle there for any repairs with an $1100.00 price difference and between the two places is outrageous, we have purchased vehicles from him in the past as well, We will never purchase or have any repairs done here ever again.
