Bought my fiance's little brother an old Chrysler Concorde uncertified. The car ran great and didn't have any damage, but they refused to put it up on the hoist for me. After we got the car to Canadian Tire for inspection, they told us it had a big crack in the frame, and it couldn't even -BE- certified. These people are crooks!!! They wouldn't give the poor kid his money back! They KNEW this car was UNSAFE and let him drive it off the lot with temp plates. SCUMBAGS.

Hubby was refusing a van but with Eckert they made it easy ! Our payments are what we can afford and our interest is very reasonable. Went to look on a Saturday got to pick the van by 1230pm Thursday. They replaced a mat that was missing and a piece of trim. They didnt have to but they did. They showed us the cars report and showed us the maintenance of the vehicle. When we had questions she didnt beat around the bush she told you or she said I dont know we can look it up and she followed through!

I have been shopping for a new to me truck for sometime and I came across them through the CarGurus and kijiji autos app. According to the apps they came in at the higher price end of things but decided to check them out anyways. To my surprise the price on the window is the price you pay with no admin fees or hidden cost so the pricing was bang on if not cheaper than other dealerships I checked out. So don’t believe the apps 100% On my initial visit I dealt with Chris. A down to earth no pressure attitude salesmen and let me explore and inspect the truck at my leisure. He answered my questions and at no time lead me to feel he was only there for a sale. He listened to my requests and pointed out the truck that suited my needs the best. I had a few minor concerns with the truck and own personal timeline due to surgery but Tina and her husband (that own the dealership) went above and beyond to correct the issues I had with the vehicle and my timeline. They did it with a smile on their faces at no time making me feel like I was inconvenience them at all. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the service, price and the people. I would recommend this Eckert to anybody. One very happy costumer here. FYI I have been reading the reviews left by others and the one fellow that left a 1 star rating should retract there comment since they were obviously at the wrong place. Eckert Auto Sales is nothing like he described.

My husband and I bought a 2015 silverado truck just over a year ago! And since then we've put $4000 in work that needed to be done starting 30 days after we bought it. Paid for it in full too! Now today as we sit here at a Chevy dealer it needs $1800 worthof work including transmission is gone! Was not happy since we bought it there.. Oh and may I add.. When we picked up our truck there was barley 1/8 tank of gas. This is the worst place to buy any vehicle. And not friendly at all.. Oh and they don't negotiate prices either! Never buy from you again. And will let others know as well. And when we contacted them basically said not their problem!

I bought a Chev Avalanche from Eckert Auto.. Paid $25,000 Sold me a total LEMON- Sold me a truck with a bad engine- bad throttle, tire monitor system fail- the gas line is damaged, so I cant fill the gas tank without the handle at the gas station tripping as it does when the tank is actually full. The handle trip every 15 seconds. I didn't understand (at the time) why the sales woman- older woman Tina, entered the driver side and started the truck for me. It wasn't until I bought the truck that I figured out what she did. As soon as I start the truck there's an alarm that comes up. I realized that Tina the sales woman started the truck , cleared the alarm, so I wouldn't see it. needless to say- I will never buy a truck/car from Eckert auto ever again

I bought an SUV here 6 months ago. Over $3000 in front end repairs so far AND... -Upon purchase the shaking was supposed to be fixed and I was told all it needed were new tires. -the advertisement said AWD , I was told after I paid that it was actually only FWD. -I asked why the Traction control and ABS lights kept coming on , I was told it was an over inflation of the tires and to push reset. My mechanic told me that the right side ABS sensor had been spliced and "repaired" which is a big NO NO. -It has had trouble starting since day one and I was told if it doesn't happen in front of them they don't know what it could be . I would advise everyone to get a second opinion before going through with a purchase.

I went to their website and found 8 cars I was interested in my price range. I went to the dealership and was surprised to see there were no price stickers on the cars. I met Christian. I told him what I was looking for and was willing to go above my limit for the right deal. Then I told him I was going to pay cash. He then proceeded to give me highly inflated prices for cars I wasn't interested in. It then became obvious to me they probably get huge kickbacks from the loans. Why would they sell to me when they can get up to a few thousand more from someone with bad credit? Christian could have made a quick and easy sale to me but instead chose to be greedy and wait for someone with bad credit. This business is unethical and predatory. If you want to build up your credit buy a couch on credit from Leons.

Only very clean, high quality vehicles on the lot. Prices are non negotiable, but are already better than market. Takes the stress out of haggling. Tina (an owner) is easy to work with and does not use high pressure sales tactics. I bought a 2014 Ram and it's been great. I purchased my vehicle last month from Tina and all I can say is "I am so HAPPY!" I love my new truck! Well, it's new to me. It is a 2011, but it is in like new condition. Eckert motors has excellent inventory to choose from. They had exactly what I was looking for and the price was right. I felt comfortable knowing that their posted price is THE PRICE. If you do need to negotiate pricing, Eckert Motors is not for you. My financing was looked after in minutes by Tina while I waited. They offer a great warranty which made me feel comfortable knowing I can return if I have any issues. My mechanic was impressed with the truck and confirmed that I had made a good purchase. I will be sure to visit again if I need a vehicle!

I purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruze from Tina and was told that the car came with 2 keys but only gave me one and said she had to check at home to see where the other one is. I gave her a week to get it to me. Within 2 weeks of having the car it has already needed over 2000.00 worth of work. I know, buyer beware. I have asked her 3 times now for a key and get excuse after excuse as to why she cannot give me a key. Before I even purchased the car she told me it came with 2 and I said I did not want just a cut key, I wanted the fab piece as well, she supposedly received the key in pieces and told me I would get it by Tuesday, her husband was going to put it together and she was even going to deliver it to me. Today is Tuesday, still no key so I called and now she has no idea when her husband is going to have time to put it together. I asked her to give me a time frame as to when I can expect my other key and she couldnt give me one. The key isnt the issue really, the issue is the constant lying and putting off the fact that she is screwing me over. I am not one to give bad reviews but this is getting ridiculous. Give me the key so I can be done with you.

Buyer beware. The dealership claimed they wouldn't be making more than $2000 on the sale of the Rogue I traded in when I asked for $500 more, yet it was listed at $4000 over the price they gave me. Also, more seriously, when I first decided on the Kia Forte that I purchased, there was no blemish on the rear right panel, yet this is what I got when I picked up the car (see attached photo). I will never deal with this auto sales place again.

I bought an Audi TT over the internet from Eckert. The car is low mileage, rare options and a good price. I jumped on in quick. Chris was quick and efficient to complete the sale. When i picked up the car it was not to my satisfaction. It was quite dirty and the stereo that was supposed to be fixed was inoperable. To the credit of Chris & Will, they acknowledge the problems, and gave me a couple of options to rectify the situation. They came good on their word and sent me the money to have the stereo replaced after i provided a detailed diagnostic and repair quote. All i can ask of a business is make things right, and they have done this.

I would recommend Eckert to anyone looking for a used vehicle. I traded-in my truck for an upgraded truck and found Tina very fair and reasonable to negotiate with. When I did have an intermittent mechanical issue they took ownership of the problem until the root cause was determined and repaired and made every effort to accommodate me. This is the first used vehicle I've purchased since 1988 and my experience has been better than some of the new car dealers.

I Bought a 2009 Volvo C30 with 97 000 Km in beautiful condition in late October early November. They day i bought the car i found a few issues with it but Tina who is there only salesmen reassured me everything would be fixed. Over the course of a few days i picked up the car. When i left with the car from the dealer the car was pulling to the left when braking and the passenger side seat was not working and was stuck in one position. They fixed the car over the course of 4 visits only because the communication between myself and Tina the salesmen was so poor. On my way for a weekend drive i have the transmission and clutch fail i brought the car to a Volvo dealer to find this out. This issues regarding the transmission and Clutch was a touchy one for them because i was just over the 1000 km in house Warranty and when i talked to Tina about issue she was very reluctant to give me direct answers if they were going to cover it. In the end they did agree to fix the transmission and clutch but they would only cover Transmissions and i would be responsible for the clutch and wanted me to pay $500 cash lol. I was reluctant but was a way cheaper then 3200 Volvo quoted so agreed even knowing i should had not payed for any of it. I get car back and everything feels fine for about 3000 Km until i start feeling a harsh vibration in the driveline of the car. I bring the car to shop where Eckert brought my car to have the work done before with Trans and Clutch and he tells me its the winter tires and re balances them and sends me on my way with issues still there. Then 2 weeks later i call and complain again about this Vibration and he takes the car back again to call me back and say it needs a new wheel baring and will be a $467 for a new one with install. I agree to it because if is going to fix my car i will be happy. It did not fix it in the end and i am stuck with this car with all these issues from the time of purchase and there is no care from Tina or Will the other owner that they sold a car in this condition . Right now i am stuck with this car and i still have all these issues with it and Eckert has washed there hands of it and i am going through hell dealing with Tina the salesmen/owner of the company. I would not recommend buying a car off these people. Very unhonest , not knowledgeable about the Vehicles they are selling. Buyers beware of this Company
