Recently bought a used car from this dealership, great price and honest sales right out of the gate. About as painless as you could hope for in a car shopping experience! Graham was a pleasure to deal with and was very upfront about a few insurance claims the vehicle had made on it previously. Thanks to Fred for giving me a ride from the GO station back to the dealership so I could drive the car home! Only thing I can think of for improvement is that their website could use some work.

Was not pleased with my service at all. I Took my car in to get it looked at & serviced. They had my car for over a week and proceeded to tell me it was more than a few things. After everything was fixed and I was charged over 4000$ for a piss pour job I had to bring it back the next day cause he didn't replace two vaccum lines. Now a week later I brought it to a good buddy at Eurocharged Canada ( they deal with higher end cars ) & he helped me out fixed a few of the things the mechanic screwed up. He even replaced bolts the mechanic didn't put back. Also showed me more about the car and helped me out more than the mechanic did in two weeks. I will never in my life go to an un experienced BMW mechanic again. If your looking to get your BMW, Audi, or VW checked out go somewhere else !

I’ve just purchased my second car here, after having a terrible experience elsewhere buying my first (also used) car. The service and help at Coates Fine Cars is great. Not only was Graham friendly, but was honest and so so helpful. I really appreciated his check-ins with me the week leading up to picking my car up, and the reassurance I’ve received every step of the way that they’re there to help. He really took his time to make sure I was familiar with the car before I made my decision and helped to show me how to use mostly everything before I drove off. Definitely would recommend!!

Horrible place to go. The sales manger was completely unprofessional, insulting and shady. Was looking at some cars and the guy didn’t even provide us with a name and tried to pull every stunt in the book to push a sale. Was treated poorly and the cars they showcased on their site look nothing like they do in the ads. The sales manager played stupid when proper questions were asked about the vehicle and didn’t respond to any of them. Didn’t want to put me into a car, just wanted to push for any money possible. Highly unprofessional and will never be going back.

I was looking for a Suzuki SX4 and ended up buying one from Coates Fine Cars. Glen the salesman was very patient in answering all my questions about financing and I never felt pressured by him. He was also very considerate in making sure the car had a full tank of gas when I picked it up since he knew I had a long drive home. It's such a small thing, but I really appreciated not having to worry about gas on my 200 km trip home. When you look at the cars they are all clean and show extremely well, which was the first thing that caught my eye. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, the second I got out of my car there was a sales person, wasn’t too bad but the deal was rushed and I was pushed into it. Still happy with the car either way. Was also not informed that they signed me up for the extended warranty, Back the same day to say 1 speaker wasn’t working, was told they are not responsible for that. The 2 rear tires were very low when I picked up the car so they topped them up, said if they go down again they would take care of it. Called 2 weeks later and was told they are not responsible for that either. I will not be back to them for anything. Can guarantee I won’t send anyone there
