I just bought a used vehicle from Sam at Car Central. They were good to deal with, and had the car ready as promised. There was a mix up as to the licensing of the vehicle, a misunderstanding on my part. Sam covered the cost anyway. They are a smaller dealership trying to make a go of it in a big town. I would go back to them if I ever need another vehicle.

After searching for quite a while for the perfect car for myself, I ended up finding one on Car Central’s website that I was interested in. I sent an email and got a call back the next day about coming to see it. Upon arriving my boyfriend and I met Bobby, one of the funniest and easiest to talk to sales representatives I’ve encountered; which was a pleasant surprise after the amount of rude salespeople I have dealt with recently. Bobby searched for multiple different vehicles that would suit our interests and allowed us to test drive whichever ones we wanted. I chose one and they accommodated everything I needed. Sam was also great in helping me trade my other car in to avoid the hassle of selling it myself and gave me a fair offer. They were both great at making sure everything on the car I wanted fixed was done before I picked it up. Bobby has been fantastic checking in to make sure I am content with my new car. A couple things needed fixing a couple weeks after I purchased it and they sent me right to their mechanic to get it done. I would highly recommend purchasing a used vehicle from these guys as they just make the whole process that much easier and exciting!

I recently purchased a 6 year old Ford F-150 from the guys at Car Central in Barrie. It was a used vehicle and had some issues. After the walk-around and test drive, i made a list of deficiencies and took photos. The guys were very supportive and quite easy to work with. They told me it would take about 10 days to have ALL the issues corrected. It did and they did. But here's where you separate the men from the boys. After completing the sale and driving it home several other issues presented. Some minor, some serious. They willingly took care of each and every issue that arose after the sale. They picked me up. They drove me home. They communicated regularly and clearly. Its a used truck. Used vehicles have problems. These guys are in it to win it. Kudos!!

Above and beyond!!! Sam, Bobby and the rest of the staff that make this amazing team, made my experience in purchasing my SUV a positive, stress free experience. Sam had my vehicle ready for me as quickly as possible, as he knew I was without a car and was borring a family members to get back and forth to work. Because of this, there were a couple of things that couldnt get sorted out in time. This is where Sam's exceptional customer service kicked in. Sam was in constant communication with me, making sure things got done, and to my satisfaction. Even contacted me on a Sunday.....his day off! Anybody who is looking for a dealership that takes pride in what they sell, gives their honest opinion and follows through with their word is rare. I have a really Good experience with Car Central , Steven and Al handled my car search very well , when you first step into their office Al is very welcoming and accommodating after the test drive we got into business right away . once Steven congratulate you that means he will "work and fight very hard "to get the best rate and make sure you will drive off their lot with the car that you wanted , just trust him , very straight forward . I am a very anxious person and i mentioned it right from the get go to Al , guess what they kept me updated and on the loop . Sam kept changing totals and merging fees to the point I had no idea what was going on. It was so exhausting that I just signed ...
