Got a vehicle here and just over a month later I had to put over 2000$ in repairs in it, now a couple months after that its acting up again went to the place with the warranty with it, just got it back for under 1000 and it's still not working properly, I've had this car less than 6 months and have put in 20% of what the car cost already Edit: when it needed repairs the first time(a month and 6days after I received the vehicle) they were trying to be helpful and said all i needed to do was drive it down(3 hours away) and they would fix it, but when the technician tells you you shouldn't be driving it because itll make it worse so I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. When you want to take the help but drive might have killed the car Seeing all the positive reviews was one of the main reasons why I went here when I was out of town but I'm seeing that was a mistake

Update— Since purchasing the car I’ve had to: -Replace ALL the break pads, rotors, AND calipers ($$$) -Fix a leaking transmission ($$) -Replace the spark plugs ($$) -Replace the starter ($$$) -Now the lights in the car are out -And the back up camera has stopped working! ($$$) -The heat AND AC have stopped working This car has been an absolute money pit and i cannot express how regretful I am for this terrible purchase. I was also promised Sirius XM with the car, which stopped working two months in. And that’s not even all of it. Very, very displeased. Did not have a good initial experience with them, however, they were able to rectify the situation-- which is greatly appreciated.

So originally I wrote a great review, my experience seemed great. The windshield needed to be replaced, as did the hood latch and the battery. I brought it in and everything was apparently fixed. Just under a year later the cheap windshield that was installed now has a giant crack that formed out of nowhere (no mark anywhere from a chip or impact), I had to re fix the hack job they did on the hood latch (thank god I didn’t lose my hood while driving) and I had to replace the battery again because they used an old half gone battery. Used car dealerships are already difficult to deal with because many are shady and cheap. This one isn’t much different. Edit* funny you reply to that but not the hood latch that was supposed to be replaced for safety but never was or the battery that was never changed. Hood latch being a massive safety issue that could’ve killed me or another driver had I not changed it myself knowing you guys would just do the same thing again. Now for the windshield, if you actually read my review you’ll see I never said you cracked it. What I said was you used a cheap replacement to cut your cost, which I’m assuming was not installed properly because you also use the cheapest mechanic so you can save as much as possible. Because of this my windshield cracked during my FIRST winter with it. I brought it in to a competent mechanic who checked every inch surprised that it had no chips but still cracked quite quickly I might add from one side to the other. Yes it’s a year later because I’m not sure if you’ve noticed but we’re in a pandemic and I wasn’t ready to rush out and visit a mechanic which could lead to me getting sick when I wasn’t driving it that much anyway. So you can keep your attitude in check, if you don’t want bad reviews don’t use cheap mechanics, it’s a simple concept. I’m sorry but you’re comparing a surgery to a 60$ part? Seems a little foolish. You attempted to save money by fixing a part that could’ve killed someone. Did you use children’s glue as well? We’re not talking about a loose wiper here. What you did was dangerous, you knew there was a possibility that it wouldn’t work but you attempted to *fix* it anyway. That’s ok though had it separated on the highway I could’ve told the family of the person it killed that my dealer tried to fix it. Would’ve got me out of any responsibility I’m sure.

I found a car here that I've been looking for so long... they sold it to me as advertised which was much lower then anywhere else.. they even gave me a free warranty for a few months but I wanted longer.. they were able to increase the warranty for 2 years for a fraction of the price the other dealers were charging. The car drives great and I haven't had to use the warranty but I feel good having it. I have sent two family members and three co workers there because I know they will get treated the same way as me and it was 5 star treatment from the moment I walked in the door until I drove my dream car home!!! Bought a car here a month ago, there were some minor issues that I had originally noticed with the car but Tony was willing to fix them before I picked up my car. He went above and beyond to make sure the issues would not be present during my pickup. Communication was good for any delays or issues that he had run into for the pickup of my car. I have a super bad experience to share with anyone that is considering using this dealership. Contact me directly if you want ALL the information. I highly suggest you go to another used car shop since there are several to choose from in the Barrie area. Unless you want to be treated horribly, lied to, taken advantage of, then this of course is the place to go. I will continue to post my experience in pieces, along with all the screen shots of the lies I was given in text messages from the OWNER! Oh, by the way, the owners brother is the sales manager at the Barrie location and he likes to swear at you on the phone and laugh in your face at his brothers dealership. Just to give you an idea of what had transpired - I paid over$10k for a car that was apparently safetied and let’s just say that I have had to spend thousands on this car in a short 4 mths of purchasing! I will keep adding details each day they don’t make this right. Screen shots of how I have been treated will come as well, too bad I didn’t record how they speak to you on the phone as well! I plan to share this on all my social media platforms as well. Save yourself the headache, go to another dealership, there are so many to choose from!

Sold me a vehicle that they told me would only need a bit of ‘body work’ to patch it up, mean while the frame was rotted out with holes all over it and they did not inform me at all about the frame. And last time I checked body work is ‘cosmetic’ and frame is ‘structural’, two completely different categories. They also let me drive off the lot with holes in the frame, without my awareness, thus risking my life. But whatever it takes to make a dollar, they don’t care. That being said, I’m out $6,000 because the truck can’t be safetied. I’ve NEVER wrote a bad review before and I always want to see companies succeed that are honest and fair but I just don’t want anyone to get hustled like I did for their lack of transparency and morality.
