Went in a few times with my girlfriend to accompany her while buying her first new car. Jason the salesman was very nice and informative. However Adam was the complete opposite. Single handedly lost Jason the commission to an easy sale. Buyer beware of this dealership. Shop out of town. Unless being spoken to in a condescending pushy manner is your type of thing.

Went to Barrie Nissan for a safety recall to replace coil springs and faulty airbags. After work was completed airbag light was still flashing on and off. Barrie Nissan said nothing to worry about and if I wanted to check to see why airbags were flashing off and on I would have to pay for a diagnostic test. Also contacted Nissan Canada, who didn't seem too concerned as they referred me back to Barrie Nissan. I have documented the dates of these conversations and informed them that I hope the airbags don't fly out of the compartment and seriously injure somebody. If that scenario happens(I hope it doesn't) there will be some accountability that will need to be addressed.

Unfortunately I would definitely not recommend this dealership. We love our Rogue and would buy a Nissan again, but not from here. We purchased our Rogue in the Fall of 2016, everything was great until the summer came around and we realized the air conditioning didn't work. We live in Parry Sound so I took the day of work to come down and get the issue fixed. Spent the day in Barrie waiting for the repair and they told me it was fixed. As soon as I got in the car it still wasn't working. I called them as I was still in Barrie and they said sorry, you'll have to bring it back another day as our service department will be closing now. I brought it back down a week later, same issue, a day wasted, still not fixed. Cutting a very long story short, I ended up visiting the dealership 6 times for them to try and fix the a/c - every single time I was told it had been fixed and "tested extensively", it still never worked. I had to make the follow-up calls every time that I was promised, but they never came. I had to push and push for them to fix the problem that was supposed to be under warranty. On the 5th and 6th visit they called me while I was waiting on the service to say they wanted to try replacing some other filters to see if that would fix the problem but they weren't covered under warranty and so they asked me to pay $100's for the things they were experimenting with to fix! I was stunned they even asked. After lengthly discussion they somewhat awkwardly said that they had decided they would cover the cost of those. I couldn't believe I had to twist their arm for that. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The Manager finally called me with a follow up months later and asked me how I was liking our Rogue and what I thought of the dealership service. He had no idea of our experience; I told him the story. He seemed embarrassed and appalled that I had driven 6 times to Barrie, taking days off work each time (they don't service on weekends). Not once did they offer me a car, or even a gas card for my troubles. He said he would definitely be getting to the bottom of my servicing and treatment and rest assured he would call me back TOMORROW to see what he could do to make amends. Guess what, I'm still waiting on that call 2 years later so I guess he didn't really care. It was very clear and obvious once they had the sale they didn't care at all about looking after you, even when under warranty. Very disappointing. I'm thinking to write this review now because it's time for us to buy a larger family car, it definitely won't be from here!

We went to Barrie Nissan knowing what we wanted already, so our sales rep. Candice was great at helping us get in the vehicle we wanted quickly! Harris (sales manager) made us feel like our business was appreciated and helped to clear up previous issues. I took 1 star off for a mix up on our sales agreement. Watch the warranties you sign for before your financing is done, even if you're told it's not final and is optional. Other than that, the place was great, clean and welcoming, and I'm happy to have had Candice and Harris help with the sale! Driving away with a huge smile!

My experience with Barrie Nissan was excellent. Majid was my Sales Rep, and he goes above and beyond for his customers to ensure they are happy. The General Manager and Majid were very clear, concise, and fair when it came to pricing, and the vehicle was pristine upon pickup. I called about 3 months after owning the vehicle about a small issue, and Majid followed up immediately to take next steps. Dealership is clean, comfortable and the delivery process was smooth. Recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle form Barrie Nissan. Our sales associate Beth, was professional and friendly, she diligently followed Covid protocols. Beth took the dreaded pressure out of purchasing a vehicle, she made us feel comfortable and relaxed. In the end we purchased a wonderful vehicle from her, within our establish price range. Financing was equally stress free, Graham secured the financing, presented additional products, but did not push the services that we were not interested in. Finally, an unexpected nice touch upon picking up the vehicle, a product associate sat with us in the vehicle and took his time to show us all the features of the vehicle and how to operate them. We were able to connect our bluetooth and understand how to run the technology in this very technological vehicle. Overall the experience was pleasant and painless, I highly recommend this dealership.

Buyer beware if you're buying a used car from them they don't stand behind what they sell. How do you miss a repair that cost thousands to fix and then break another part that cost even more and it's the buyers problem now ? Would not recommend this dealership or service bunch of shady people

Had some initial difficulties with the dealer as AC condenser damage apparently is not covered by extended warranty, nonetheless thanks to the Steve, manager there, the issue was totally taken care of with lowest cost to us. Extremely grateful to everybody.

Do not bring your Nissan to Barrie Nissan, their mechanics are incompetent, they could not do a simple warranty repair on my 370Z and forced me to keep bringing my car back to them because it was not repaired correctly. Finally I gave up and took my 370Z to Village Nissan in Unionville and their Service Dept was amazing, they repaired in 45 minutes what Barrie Nissan couldn't repair properly in over 30 days. I have found out after the fact that other Nissan owners have had similar experiences at Barrie Nissan, so I would warn anyone from going to Barrie Nissan. In addition to having incompetence mechanics, the staff especially Joseph Baptiste are very rude, condensing, and unable to follow simple printed instructions on how to repair properly.

They will go out of their way to make sure you pay way more than necessary to fix a problem, if you complain, the management will belittle you and make accusations against you, turning all blame onto the customer. Avoid at all costs, make the drive or pay to tow your vehicle to ANY other dealership or shop.

Go in for recall work to be done(no start) comes out, the car won't start, and our battery is mysteriously not hooked up properly and the staff refuses to boost the car. Oh and they assured as our vehicle was fine in the message they left on voicemail. What a joke, would not recommend having work done here unless you need to go to the dealership. Clearly a dealership looking to prey on customers hoping they aren't educated on how slimy some shops can be. Literally the shop my high school auto class warned me about.

Service manager calls with upsells, then the staff call with almost the same recommendation, three hours later. Hmmmm makes me question their honesty and integrity. Gives the impression that the manager talked to the techs to provide reasons for the work he suggested. Ever since they fired the GM who sabotaged a fellow dealership and replaced him I am beginning to wonder if there are any honest people at Nissan. Their hold recording also contradicts the experiences with the new staff. Trying to earn our trust, this and the last visit have destroyed it beyond repair. They also don't change the window stickers when they do oil changes.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Staff are rude and the added security plan (extended warranty) was huge waste of money. Every time something goes wrong and things will go wrong, there is a charge for them to look at your car and tell you it isn't covered.

When I was buying my first car, he was the only salesman out of 6 dealerships to directly talk to me and not my father, treated me with respect and honesty, didn't beat around the bushes, was just over all awesome. We had a terrible experience trying to trade in and buy a new car here 3 years ago. I wrote a review and received a vitriol laced response from the previous manager. We found out later he was canned and decided to give them another chance. The last few times we've had our car in for service the dealership has changed dramatically for the better. I can only comment right now on the service side of the dealership at this time. As time went on I've consistently edited my review to reflect the service received lately. And i do very much appreciate the new managers response to my concerns. We just had the car in for an oil change last week and were very happy with the whole process this time, thus the change from a 1 star to a 4 star review. You've now earned it Barrie Nissan keep up the good work, people are just looking to be treated fairly. My only small complaint is that they usually take 1.5 hours for an oil change, but their prices are reasonable for synthetic oil so we end up going there. This past trip we had to leave the car overnight because there was a few other things they needed to fix so the oil change time was not an issue then.

Our sales professional, Shaun Pellerin found us a 2019 Nissan Sentra model in the trim we wanted without the options we did not need. Fast and easy sales transaction. At delivery, Shaun showed us how to operate all of the feature and even synced my phone for me. To sum it all up for me, it was like buying a new car from family. We bought our car through the Nissan Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) program at Barrie Nissan after looking into a number of other places to see what our options were. The good: Although we're from downtown Toronto, I cannot stress enough how happy I am that we decided to drive out to Barrie for our car. I have never received such incredible customer service and everyone was fantastic to work with. From Beth in sales to Graham, to P.J..... You actually feel like you're important as a customer. The even better (and this is why the CPO program is an absolute MUST): We specifically were looking for a CPO car as they come with at least a 1-year powertrain warranty depending on the age. In this case, our car was still young enough that it has a year left on it's bumper-to-bumper warranty as well as an extended powertrain warranty (If buying a used car, I highly recommend going through a CPO program for these reasons). As with used cars, there will always be small imperfections and ours was no different. The previous owner (rental car agency) had covered some scratches on the roof with touch up paint and we hadn't noticed them until my mechanic pointed them out over a month later, noting that the paint was bubbled in a couple of spots (a potential bad sign). I immediately contacted Barrie Nissan and within 24 hours, P.J. (the Pre-Owned Sales Manager) called me, made arrangements to drive down a loaner car for us to use while they took our car to their body shop and had all the damage spots repaired to a point where you can't tell there was ever a scratch. Upon getting the car back, I noticed some very tiny spots along the front of the roof were still there, I called P.J. and he drove another loaner car down himself a couple of days later so he was able to see exactly what needed to be done still. He dealt directly with the body shop and they fixed every last spot, even going as far as resealing the windshield to ensure that there were no signs of rust or potential damage! :-) THIS WORK WAS ALL DONE FOR FREE UNDER THE WARRANTY COVERAGE!!! :-) Again, I can't emphasize enough how stress-free this whole process was. This is my first car and I will absolutely go back to Barrie Nissan and their FANTASTIC team when we look at getting our next vehicle. Thanks to everyone there...it was absolutely worth the drive to Barrie!! Cheers, Mike

Joseph is still there and tries to do a good job but the rest of the service function, especially the "new" service manager are a disaster. Look at what others have said. Stay away ! The good; I very much enjoy driving a Nissan vehicle. I had leased a Murano for three years and just recently traded it in to finance a Maxima. My sales experience was fantastic. Candice was very knowledgeable and made the process a breeze. She made everything easy and understandable. If you’re gonna speak to anyone at this dealership, speak to her. The bad; The dealership told me they would cover the last two payments of my lease after deciding to trade in the Murano and go with the Maxima. Unfortunately for my family, they didn’t do their paperwork when they were supposed to (openly admitted) and Nissan Finance took the payment out of my bank account for the Murano. When contacting the dealership I was informed that it would take 7-10 business days to receive my $500 payment. This has resulted in not being able to pay for the flowers for my father’s funeral, and having to borrow a little for my mortgage this month. We’re they understanding? Harris was. Chris was not. To Chris (a manager) it was my problem and I had to deal with the financing company. He told me that, “someone should have told you to stop payment. Why didn’t you stop payment?” (Financing department had mentioned nothing about needing to stop payment)? No offer to resolve, no deescalation (I wasn’t very happy), nothing. If anything he spoke to me in a manner that angered me more. Zero empathy. My suggestion for the dealership would be to hire a new sales manager or give Chris some better training on how to actually BE a manager. Harris was really pleasant to speak to, empathetic and I do believe he tried to get my my funds sooner and is probably still trying. All in all, love to drive a Nissan, but they don’t make it easy.

Bought 3 Nissan titans here, last titan Pro-4X tires worn out, Nissan can not get oe tires and no one else has tires that size. Dealership and service manager are not willing to help. This service department has really gone down hill over the last couple years. There is no point in buying a Nissan titan Pro-4X if you can not get tires after 3 years. The only caring person about customer satisfaction is Joseph, who is friendly and professional.

My wife was looking for a new Rogue. She reached out and contacted Shelby at Orillia Nissan and they Spent time going back and forth and scheduled a test drive. They talked rough pricing and what her lease buy back would be. When my wife and I got there Shelby stated that due to the current microchip shortage there’d be absolutely no negotiating. So we decided to leave. On the way out we called Barrie Nissan and Beth told us she’d be more than happy to negotiate and help her find the Rogue she wanted. And Beth delivered. I hate dealing with car sales people but watching the way Beth worked with my wife was awesome. I highly recommend heading to Barrie Nissan and dealing with Beth and Graham.

Not only is this dealership the reason I got rid of my Nissan Versa Note but they have been harassing me ever since to trade my vehicle in through emails, even though I unsubscribed more than once and the calls keep coming even though I repeatedly told them to take me off their list. This week alone I was called on Monday, told the woman who called me to remove me again. NOT only did she NOT remove me but she readed me to the email list and now less than 48 hours after the call on Monday another guy calls me again!!!!!! I traded my car in at another dealership (Chevrolet) because these people were horrible when I mover here in March and treated me awful then, I vowed never to use their service ever again and I don’t even have the car anymore! We recently bought a SUV from Barrie Nissan, and I have to say the customer service was second to none. Jeremie our sales associate was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. When we had to wait due to a queue to talk with the Financing Service Manager, they made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. When I picked up our SUV, I was given a detailed tour of the new features with the SUV. This was unexpected and appreciated. Eric was very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. He made sure I understood all the features within the vehicle. Graham the Financing Service Manager was also extremely friendly, and knowledgeable (notice a trend?). Will I deal with them again in the future? You bet I will.

We test drove the KICKS and it was love at first drive! We had to be sure and spent a few more days looking. They only called once while others bugged us constantly. Our sales person Jeremy and Finance person Graham were friendly and professional. They honestly could not have been more helpful, I had a medical condition and they made sure I was always comfortable. My beautiful blue Kicks was ready for pick up a few days later. The Barrie Nissan employees took advantage of me by charging me over $600.00 for my first maintenance service. At the Bourgeois Midland Nissan , first maintenance service only costs over $100.00. They also removed my new tires and replaced them with a set that was worn out and dangerous to be on my car. If you are getting your tires changed there, write your name on your tires or put a mark on them so you will know if it is your tires that you get back. I would never recommend the Barrie Nissan dealership.

My girlfriend and I are both currently looking to buy new vehicles, we are properly doing our research and test driving all the vehicles in the class we are interested in. We went to Barrie Nissan to test drive the Nissan Rogue. At first the sales lady was polite and got us the model we were interested to test drive. The drive went well and I was surprised by how comfortable the Rogue was. THEN came the sales time... We went back to the sales ladies office, where we told her we were doing our research because we had just put an offer on a house and our mortgage broker told us not to buy until the house closed. This is when the WHOLE attitude changed. There was no more discussion from the sales lady about. She simply printed out the price and literally threw the page at us. I feel like this is a reflection not only on Nissan, but the dealership itself! Just because I’m not buying a car today, doesn’t mean I wouldn’t come back to buy one tomorrow. As much as I enjoyed the test drive of the Rogue, I will never buy a vehicle from a dealership who treats potential customers like this. You represent the manufacturer, dealership, and vehicle... not just the sale!!

I would like to send a huge "thank you" to Beth and Graham at the Barrie Nissan dealership located on Veterans Drive. After browsing the used inventory online, I scheduled a test drive for a 2014 Honda Accord Touring. On the day of my test drive I met with Beth, she was easy going, friendly and professional. I really appreciated the relaxed environment. I didn't feel like I was being pressured, overwhelmed or attacked at all (I've felt this previously in other dealerships from the employees, it is a complete turn off). After test driving this car, I chatted with Beth for a bit. She made it clear if I had any questions or concerns to contact her anytime. I still had a few more appointments at other dealerships that day. Once I was finished with my appointments, I phoned Beth asking if I could test drive the Honda Accord again since I really liked it. Beth said to come on over, that was no problem at all. After my second test drive with the Honda Accord and going over specs with Beth, we realized the vehicle's info chart on the window was listed incorrectly from the list price online due to a staff error. The dealership honoured the price that was on the cars window, as it was a couple hundred below the online listing price. Lastly, I discussed financing details with Graham, which was much easier than expected! He made everything run smoothly and quickly. A week later I picked up my new car, and I wouldn't change a thing. Overall, I am very pleased with the customer service I experienced from the staff at Barrie Nissan. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I came into Nissan Barrie a total of three times. Jason was very helpful and knowledgable and took me for 3 test drives, explained the features of the vehicles, informed me of the different deals and pricing I could get. Overall he was a very nice guy, never pushy, and made me feel comfortable. When I decided on the vehicle and lease term I wanted I put down a $500.00 deposit and went to talk to Adam. From that point forward my experience completely changed. I was talked to like an uninformed teenage girl. I was given explanations like a five year old when I never asked for them. I was not listened to when I said no to certain add-ons like lease guard, and I walked out of the office feeling like I got scammed by a scummy sales man. I was told I would get a call later that night to let me know if I would need a co-signer or not (I'm a server and it was my first time leasing). I did not hear back and had to text Jason to ask Adam to call me. When he did he basically dismissed me and told me to get a parent to call him. I am 27. None-the-less I asked my father to call, when he did he explained a price shift offered by Avenue Nissan. Nissan Barrie would not match the price and from what I heard was also very pushy with upsells. The conversation ended with Adam telling my dad to tell me to come in and pick up my deposit. I am now driving the exact same car I wanted from Nissan Barrie, but from Avenue Nissan. And WOW the customer service and respect was incredible. I was treated with equality and I even had the option of getting into the vehicle WITHOUT a co-signer. Thanks for nothing Barrie Nissan!

Parents went to had a license plate put on as the gromets were stripped, was a defect with many other models. Without notifying them they had already did some makeshift repair with a bolt and then said there would be a charge. Any professional company would let them know before hand that they would have to do some extra work and it would cost money, and ask if they could go ahead with it. Instead they just did the makeshift repair which apparently required 3 technicians and then gave my parents a bill for 45 dollars to put on a license plate. Very unprofessional, petty, and greedy . Will avoid in the future

Within a year of buying a vehicle here, they were pushing close to $2,000.00 worth of non-warranty repairs on me. They are not forthright about what is needed vs. what is simply being recommended. Furthermore, their prices are astronomical. When my lease was up, I purchased the vehicle from the dealership. Without telling me the price beforehand, the service department went ahead and safetied the vehicle. They charged me just shy of $250.00 for the safety. 6 months ago, I safetied my wife's vehicle at another shop here in Barrie of 69.95. I do not trust the service department at this dealership and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Can’t post a second review, so I’m editing my old one. Dropped from a 5star to a 1star. Had warranty work completed in which the whole dash had to be removed to complete. Got it back and things weren’t lining up properly along with gaps where there shouldn’t be. Brought it back again, and still wasn’t fixed properly (the mechanic gave it a good 10minute effort that time and called it fixed the best it would be able while also giving me false information). Waiting for them to open tomorrow so I can call and book in yet AGAIN to have it fixed properly. Went through thoroughly this weekend with a family member who knows vehicles and there are actually far more problem areas then I originally spotted. Will be requesting to see if I can have a new mechanic.

Went in to have summer/winter tires changed. Service rep launched into a "sales pitch" for having brake work, brake fluid flush and 4 wheel drive fluid flush done. As I had brake work done earlier in the year, I declined all of the "suggested" work. Most importantly, had the rep checked my car information on their system before trying to "sell" service work, it would have been seen I had the brake work done. Not only that, but how could a 4 wheel drive fluid flush be done on a front wheel drive only car? Clearly a push for work that could not have been done! I later over heard the service rep "pitch" the same work to every person who came in. In my opinion, this is being done to bump up service department profits and sadly treads on people's fear of having a car in poor repair. My questions would be .. can you trust a service department when they do this sort of thing? Is the work they are suggesting really needed, or is it being done for profit?

I've been driving an 08 Nissan versa for over a year. I bought it as a beater can for under 2 grand. That thing got me through 2 winters and about 45000 km but it was time for it to go. Candice was a huge help in showing us different models and options to help find the perfect fit. We purchased the Kicks model. Looking foreard for delivery next week. I have been invloved on 3 different vehicle purchases with Candice. Each time she showed great knowledge and professionalism. I started car shopping a few weeks ago.. test drove several cars and priced out even more. I fell in love with the Rogue and started working with Macey Young (who greeted me the minute I walked in the door) on my wants and needs and what my budget was. I was trading in my old car so Harris Bocknek started working with us as well. Let me say... he offered me a very fair price for my old car. All the other dealerships low balled me on it. They didn't pressure me into anything like I felt some other dealerships tried. That was enough for me to make a deal with this dealership. After that it was smooth sailing. Adam Grose on the financial side of things was great! I picked up my SUV today and love it. Macey took the time to explain everything and how it all worked. I had a horrible experience at Barrie Nissan, but in particular with a Manager named Doug Buchanan - he was arrogant, impolite and did not listen. Beth was attempting to explain something and he interrupted her constantly and actually belittled her in front of us. We've been to this dealership 3 times in the last 6 weeks with the same issue. The last time we went, the vehicle was returned and we were told there was nothing wrong with it, that there were no longer error codes coming up. A couple days later took it to a small town garage with the same issue|(as it hadn't be revolved) and received nearly the same feedback we got the first time taking it to Nissan. All sorts of errors and issues with the car. All Barrie Nissan did was reset my dash lights so the check engine light no longer came on. POS service manager lies through her teeth and should be fired. Gave the okay to return an unfixed and UNSAFE vehicle.

Unprofessional is an understatement. We kept trying to give them a chance but the management is so unprofessional. We haven't been lucky with our Rogue 2014, since the beginning we've been having trouble. Last month our transmission broke on the Highway 400. The Barrie Nissan haven't been able to keep us updated with the time frame for the repair. They told us it was going to be ready Thursday night, we followed up multiple times during the week, everything seemed to be on time. When we showed up it wasn't ready, they didn't bother to notify us. It was a week long repair (no rental was provided to us) When we spoke to Allan, the service manager, he came up with excuses about being understaffed. No solution or apologies was provided to us. The car has been repaired for over two weeks and we still haven't received any paperwork. We've called over three times, left messages for the manager but no response. It was our first and last Nissan's vehicle and wouldn't recommend Barrie Nissan.

The manager at this location has the worst customer service skills i hae ever encountered. i have 3 nissans 2 altimas and a quest.....i am currently trading them all in for anything else just so i dont ever have to deal with Nissan in Barrie again. They have scammed us and lied us repeatedly in the service department. Assuming desicions they thought we would want to make on our own vehicles. We trusted their service to fix problems and properly service our vehicles only to discover when we drove off the lot that they did not really fix anything. Beware of Diagnostic charges. Since dealer pricing for oil changes appear to becoming more cost comparative with other oil change businesses, we decided to give Barrie Nissan our business. I asked my son to take our Nissan Rogue for an oil change at the Barrie location plus have them check the sunroof. The sunroof was functioning properly except the rubber molding around the roof opening was coming off and looked like it could be reseated into the edge/grove with the proper tool to repair or replace the seal as required. The dealer performed a "diagnostic" on the car and the sunroof will cost $899.48 to repair. He said no to the repair and was informed that the diagnostic is a $141.25 (tax in) fee for the sunroof appraisal? Why a physical issue like a sunroof requires a diagnostic test with their computer is hard to understand the logic? After an interesting discussion with the service manager, he stated it took two mechanics over an hour to "water test" the roof to conclude their findings to repair this sunroof. Seriously? The service manager stated that customers are informed of the charge when booking the appointment. Okay chalk this up to a misunderstanding of dealership charges? I have been to many other Auto places and they do not charge for estimating or quoting a repair of this kind. I asked the manager if he could reduce the cost of the charge and he would not budge one cent on the "diagnostic" charge. He challenged me back stating that he wouldn't expect his mechanics to work for free if he reduced the charges? Clearly the manager doesn't get it ! Nor understand good business to adjust cost for a loyal Customer. It has nothing to do with paying an employee? If he cared about Customer Service and good Customer relations, our car is a 2015 vehicle and he totally blew a chance on a repeat Customer that would spend easily 40-60K on a new vehicle all for the refusal to adjust a few dollars? Anyway, we paid the charges meaning a $60 oil change became a $200+ bad experience. Again, why was I charged a diagnostic charge to start with?? I now realize that the fine print techniques to overcharge the Customer and they're reluctance to change still exist in 2020.

Love this dealership. I first got my Rogue there 4 years ago and never had a single issue with it. It was a charm to drive. I've been there a few more times for oil changes and routine checks and have always been greeted with a smile. For those reasons it was an easy choice to go back to them when it came to purchasing a new Nissan. We ended up picking the 2018 Pathfinder midnight edition and couldn't be more happy with how the transaction went. Kudos to Beth & Adam for their remarkable customer service.. we have a toddler and they did everything they could to keep him happy while we were trying to get through all the paperwork. I needed a large vehicle with 4WD due to the weather/road conditions I drive in for work. I researched many vehicles and came upon the Nissan Pathfinder. I bought a 2012 Nissan Pathfinder in fall of 2016. Everyone at Nissan were spectacular to deal with. After my last visit to this dealership I ended up buying my brand new car from someone else. I will say that the sales people that I did speak to from this dealership were friendly. If you are going in to here speak to the Michaels they are both professional and knowledgeable associates and appreciate the help they did give. Very friendly and definitely represent you guys well. However I did not enjoy the vibe I received from the sales manager. Any positive experience from the sales staff basically got thrown out the window. We would be left waiting between 20-40 min to speak to him if we came in after the sales associate wasn't in. Plus didn't feel any help in negotiations for pricing and felt pressured to finalize the deal. As I said before if you are going in speak to either one of the Michaels, those guys are great. Worst service department in Ontario. Today was the second time I made an appointment weeks in advance for my snow tires to be put on, and when I arrived, tires had not been brought up from Concord. Same thing happened in the Spring. I received at least 5 emails and texts leading up to the appointment, reminding me I had an appointment. Wouldn’t you think that when the appointment was made that they would put your name on a list to have tires there on the day required. My tires are to be delivered to my home today and I will never go to this dealer again. My husbands tires are to be put on tomorrow and his tires weren’t there either. We have 4 Nissan’s in my house. Only one was purchased there. After the warranty guy Adam kept trying to upsell tires and warranties I decided to buy mine elsewhere. I went to BOURGEOIS in Midland and bought 2 cars and a Frontier truck. Was treated like Royalty and the service department is fast and efficient.I will drive 40 minutes away for service I can depend on.

My 2012 Nissan Rouge started to rust in 2013. The service manager acknowledged that it is covered under warrantee. I have been "in the queue" to get it repaired for more than eight months. Every time I inquire, I am told that I am still way down the queue. I'm not sure if the problem is that I'm a women and they just brush me off or if all Nissans are rust buckets and there really are that many customers in the queue ahead of me. Either way I am embarrassed to drive a rusty vehicle so I only drive it when I absolutely must.

Continue to have problems with my 2018 Nissan Sentra Radio Problem. The radio now does not work. It has been in 3 times, and last time they replaced the amplifier and dismissed me. I read there report and they took it for a test drive and acknowledged there was a problem. No follow up calls, now the radio doesn't work at all. I have to turn it on and off several times for it to work. I suggested a radio audio expert in Barrie and the Service Manager snapped back at me saying "that's not how it works, you pay for it". I am going back one more time. I have opened a complaint with Nissan Canada. Sales Department was Excellent!!! Beth is Awesome, this is my third Nissan and perhaps the last. !!!

Thoroughly disappointed with Nissan Canada's brand and their parts. We will not be buying a Nissan ever again as they do not stand behind the safety of their parts. I had a recalled part fixed 2 years ago - 22,000Km ago and that same part that was fixed broke in the same manner the recall was put out for - this part should have lasted longer - in fact, the recalled part actually lasted double the time length and many more kilometres driven. Things happen, we understand this so we called Nissan Canada to see what could be done since this was a previously recalled part. They told us to take it to a Nissan dealership and they would see what could be done - the first person we spoke to was very helpful and she was taking our claim into consideration with further follow up. So we followed through with her request and took our vehicle to Barrie Nissan. We had the repairs done as directed. The dealership nor the company were willing to do ANYTHING for us. NOTHING. No refund, no partial refund, no reassurance, nothing. We are disappointed they lead us to believe they would do something more than just say - it's past warranty. Thanks for nothing Nissan. Your brand and parts - which I feel are not safe - are no longer wanted by our friends, family, or us.
