I bought my 2014 Toyota Corolla last month (August 2021) from Sarah Gabor from Welland Toyota. She went beyond herself as an excellent Salesperson without doubt! She was always smiling, very patient, happy to explain every button inside the car and she set up my cell phone to my car! She didn't make me feel foolish for asking what certain buttons and functions meant in the car. She even brought my car here to my place for me to test drive and view it. It didn't even have a scratch on it, it was very well kept from the previous owner. No one can believe it's a 2014! Then when the sale was final, Sarah brought the car to me. I didn't have to find a way there to pick it up.. I've only been in Toyota Welland location once. Everyone there seemed happy and positive and patient like Sarah Gabor, I'd highly recommend Welland Toyota and especially Sarah for all of your needs! I'll definitely buy again from Welland Toyota when it's time.

The service has been exceptional and the platinum package they offer takes the stress out of the deal for me. I know I am getting a reliable certified vehicle for my fleet. I find that this company has the size and access to vehicles I need and surprisingly when dealing with the staff they make you feel like your business is valued and you are part of the family. AutoIQ will randomly text you from your AD and if you call them, right away you’re greeted with a message that this conversation will be recorded, already it feels like a waste of time or a scam. While the call is ringing you’re redirected to another number, so you know the number they provided is not local. Quick search and they appear to be from Barrie Ontario. If anyone is willing to deal with AutoIQ I suggest asking for an upfront deposit, if they are serious then there should be no issue. Run, don’t walk

It has so many features and upgrades that I genuinely enjoy driving it everywhere. The process of buying it was fantastic - they answered my questions, they were very informative when I had “lease vs. buy” questions and I loved not feeling pressured to commit until I was ready. Bought a new F-150 Lariat from their Kitchener location. They had tons of inventory and I was able to find the exact model with all options and accessories that I was looking for. I really appreciated the experience, no sales pressure or trying to upgrade me into options I wasn’t looking for. This service continued when I took delivery. I arrived in the evening after work and the same sales person stayed after the dealership had closed to take me through some of the more unique features on the truck like the hidden switch for the bed light, customizing the keyless entry keypad and how the tailgate step worked. I haven’t bought too many brand new vehicles in my lifetime so it’s memorable when you get treated like you matter.

I purchased a vehicle from one of their dealerships. The car didn't come as advertised with the report card of inspection and was not cleaned as per the agreement. It had garbage inside from previous owners. When telling this to them, they offered to reclean the car and as it was stocked at another location, they offered to do an in-house inspection. This turned out to be a contradictory report. I was dismissed by the dealership and manager. I was never called back by the manager of the AutoIQ group. Very horrible experience and no ownership.
