I was looking for a used 2018 Audi All Road and dropped into the dealership to see if anything was available. I was introduced to Paul Saranovich as the sales representative. He immediately put me at ease and was exceptionally knowledgeable about the two vehicles that they had in inventory, explained the cost structure and listed a number of options available for me. He was an exceptional representative. While we were talking, the new car sales manager,Tyler Idle, introduced himself and all three of us had a 20 minute conversation regarding the cars and Tyler even offered a unique service to try to maximize the trade in value of my current vehicle. This was great salesmanship and they made me feel like a valued customer, not just another paying customer. That certainly left me with a great feeling for the dealership and the people working there and I would heartedly recommend Paul to any of my associates that were looking for a car and I rarely do that. I recently traded in my A4 and leased a new Q3 and was pleasantly surprised with the level of competence, friendliness and service provided by everyone at the Audi Barrie location! The Audi Brand Specialist, Jerod Harrylal, was not only professional and courteous, but very knowledgeable about the car and together with his colleagues worked out various options for me, so that I could stay within my budget. They even invited me to bring my cats (crated) into the showroom during the negotiation process. Maria, Finance Manager, had all of my paperwork ready when I went to pick up the car, making it relatively painless. The entire team, from the very busy and friendly receptionist to the GM, provided a really pleasant environment and exceptional service. This will be my 3rd Audi, and this experience was the best by far. Thank you Audi Barrie!

Extremely disappointing! Drove more than an hour from Toronto to this dealership as I wanted to test drive a vehicle that I was interested in (which I booked ahead of time), but they knowingly gave me a vehicle that had almost no gas!!! Literally as soon as I exited the dealership an error came up indicating that vehicle needs to be refuelled in 0km. What really bothered me was that the sales person didn't even care when I informed him afterwards. I was interested in the vehicle but the overall experience was extremely discouraging - they didn't even seem interested in selling the vehicle which is very unusual!!! I'm sorry but you lost a potential costumer today.

Purchased my S4 CPO'D with Campbell he was a beauty to deal with the entire time if it wasn't Covid i would take him out for a beer for all his hard work finding me the right car and getting me a good deal. I let him know the car i was looking for the second it landed he called me and i purchased before it was even on there website. They did a recall of an airbag on my car but really could not answer basic questions of the vehicle and could only suggest to bring it in for a very expensive service call to find out why radio reception is poor in my car, why I can see oil dripping from the oil pan plug but the tech could not? And I had a specific engine light on and I did the fix suggested on google based on the code but when I offered up the codes could not give me an idea of the repair costs involved. Funny though, did the repair suggested myself and wiped the codes and no more engine lights. They were very nice though and the comfort lounge was good and the dealership looks fantastic.

Bought a used Pre-owned Certified vehicle from them. The Audi Brand Specialist David guided me though the whole process of the purchase. Gave me honest advice, I had a few concerns about the vehicle and they were addressed professionally. I haven't experienced their after sales service yet, I hope it will be as good as their pre-sale record.The time from booking to the final delivery took longer than usual, but that is part of the checks and the in-house Audi servicing etc, so it is worth the wait. Overall it was warm and welcoming experience. I would recommend this place!

I just got off the phone from a bizarre customer service oriented conversation; called in to ask about my leather seats in a 2013 A3. Leather stitching on the shoulder area of the passenger side has become loose - which is extremely odd. Service advisor told me there was nothing they could do (okay...), but oddly also stated, when I asked about what I should do, that he could not tell me to call Audi Canada directly. I asked in several different ways if there was anything he might suggest I do; and then proceeded to tell me that he is actually not permitted to direct customers to Audi Canada if there is an outside warranty issue that the dealer cannot solve . This is the fifth interaction with this dealer. First time - they ordered the incorrect all-weather mats twice. (again, I'm from out of town) Then, when I ordered custom touch up paint, it took a year and a half for them to finally let me know after leaving messages several times. I've never experienced anything like that before at any dealership. I'm glad to see their reputation had somewhat improved by these ratings on Google -- I wish I could say the same!

I had a flat tire and had to come down to Audi to fix it. Working hours hadn’t finished yet at the time and the technician was ready to fix it, was a really nice guy actually. However, The service advisor didn’t except to fix it since it was nearly closing time. I had to return back to Toronto but of course I couldn’t do it with a flat tire and ended up in a hotel with my family waiting for the other day find a place to fix my tire and go on my trip. I will never go there again, do not advise to anyone either.

I visited the Barrie showroom on Sept. 28th. I met with Zach, a product specialist. From the get go, Zach was informative, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time going over all the features of the car in a way that was easy to understand. Often car salesmen talk 'at' you about cars rather than 'with' you, especially if you are female. I never felt like Zach was dumming-down his explanations; he treated me like an intelligent prospect. The best thing about my visit was being allowed to take the SQ5 home, overnight, to get a better feel of the car. The next day Zach drove my X3 to my cottage, an hour north, and we exchanged keys. This is the first time a car dealership has ever offered to let me take a car home overnight. I was very impressed and appreciative. While I am still researching vehicles and have some time on my side to decide, if I do go with an Audi I would only deal with Zach and with this dealership.

I had one of the best experiences I've ever had in a dealership here! Visiting from the US I had a light come on in my S5 and stopped to have them check it out. Long story short, trip home was delayed a full day...but the service advisor (Jordan) and tech that worked on my car were so helpful, polite, respectful and down to earth. They didn't treat me like some woman who knew nothing about cars and were up front about everything. The service advisor also personally gave me a drive back to where I was staying. Beautiful facilities too!

Zach was amazing. He was able to make my experience wonderful. It was a difficult start as an online representative insulted me and made me feel like I was not the type of person who was in line to buy an Audi. He told me to go to a rental car agency if I wanted a joy ride. Zach on the other hand was overly apologetic even though it was not his fault. He made me feel special and I ended up purchasing a Q8 and love it. Zach arranged my “joy ride” at the dealership and was always available for any questions. Zach is the reason I choose Barrie Audi and very happy I gave them a second chance

Amazing sales experience! Went in thinking I couldn't get out of my 2017 Infiniti Q60 as I only had it for 2 years. Paul worked with me on numbers and I ended up getting a fully loaded 2019 Audi A6... LOVE THE CAR!! I stopped in to look at an S3 that they had in stock that I was interested in purchasing. The car was last year's model so it was offered at a discount. Unfortunately they tried to make up for the discount by charging outrageous fees for all of the required add-ons. When I asked the sales rep why they were jacking up the prices on the add-ons, he wouldn't answer the question. I bought a new RS3 at another dealership.

I took my a4 in for an oil change, I was able to get a surprisingly quick appointment (same day) and even a loaner vehicle (all other Audi dealerships require a minimum of 3 weeks advance notice). When I came in to pick up my car at the end of the day I was shocked by the bill...$240 before tax for just an oil change. This is $100 more for an oil change than all the other Audi dealerships in the GTA. They tried to justify it by telling me that all Audi dealerships charge the same amount if not more, and that Audi of Barrie is "probably" the cheapest. This is probably the reason why the service area is empty and why you can get same day service and even a loaner car because the price of service is so ridiculously overpriced. Suffice to say, i will not be vising this dealership ever again.

Every option is presented with no pressure at all and a willingness to assist. My sales person was Daniel Carnales and he was exceptional from the first greeting to the moment I drove my car off the lot. Daniel listens to what I wanted, the budget I was working with and worked with me to get the deal I wanted (including improving the initial trade-in offer). I was buying a 2017 off brand, pre-owned vehicle but Daniel makes you feel like you're buying a $100k showroom car. I wholeheartedly recommend Audi Barrie!

2 times i have leased a new Audi and again i am now considering my 3rd lease with Audi. i gave the opportunity once again for Barrie Audi to offer me a competitive price for a new vehicle i even provided a list of options and also my current lease payment amount. I Cant make it much easier than that correct ?? A week later i still do not have a price just excuses and delays I guess the vehicle market is booming and every sale doesn't count. for some people Once again i will have no choice but to deal somewhere else instead of somewhere local :(

Purchased an A3 July 2016 and it has been the worst experience of any car purchase I have ever made. When I went to sign purchase and sale agreement after the price had been agreed upon there was an added charge of an Audi care package at $1250. When I asked what this was I was told that the numbers just where not working for this car so the manager had to add this to the sale price. After discussing this at length with the manager, he agreed to have this removed but I should have seen it as a red flag. When I picked up the car, it had five large stone chips on the hood and fender and the car had not been cleaned properly with dirty windows and all. I brought this to the attention of my sales person and she said "oh yeah, I noticed these this morning". I was told they would have the car picked up at my home and brought back to the dealership to have these taken car of. This has never happened. When I got home I noticed that there to 2000 km more on the car then what was on the original bill of purchase and sale listed. I immediately called the dealer to ask how they put 2000 km on my car and was told that was normal that the posted km's are just an estimate. I protested by saying I purchased a car with 11835 km and now it has over 13,000 km. I also brought to their attention that I now have 2000 km less on my warranty and nothing has been done. They have not apologized, compensated me in any way including hearing from Audi Canada of which I thought by now I would receive a customer satisfaction survey. This was the worst dealership experience and if you are smart you will avoid having the same. I have my own business and handle the sales for my company every day. Out company mantra is customer satisfaction at all costs. As the car industry has such a jaded reputation and as this is a newly opened dealership why would they not want to protect their investment and brand.

We just went to the Audi Barrie for a quick test drive but we totally fell in love with the genuine and sincere service that we received from Paul Saranovich which convinced us to buy a 2018 Audi Q5 the same day! We are from downtown Toronto and have lots of dealerships in our area but the personalized and professional customer service that we received in Audi Barrie made it very much worth it to go all the way there to buy our new car. Purchased and lease a vehicle from this dealer and initially had No issue we were reminded of our included service dates(audi care) and the first two years went fine. We had an issue with our q3s brakes wearing unevenly and causing vibration at 35k( new vehicle lease) it was like pulling teeth to get this rectified threw warranty (understanding its a wearing part but with obvious defect) then it came time a bearing on our A7 was making noise i sent my wife in for service in which we were told we have to pay for diagnosis and replace as its not under warranty anywhere they can see(i had the papers and had to physically bring them in for them to cover what was clearly an issue on there end) .. then turbo issues computer issues..the list goes on.... And now with a lease buy out there was a credit check and term agreement pulled without any permission ( a request for total buy out cost is not consent for a hit on my credit as it was to be a cash deal) Your finance manager was very rude to my wife ,i have spoken to others in barrie about this dealership and like them will also be taking my buisness to pfaff.

I had sent my online configuration to this dealership and requested a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership the sales rep was not knowledgeable at all about the vehicle she was demonstrating. At the conclusion of the test drive she could not retrieve my configuration I had sent. I insisted that I wanted a specific colour and package configuration. She was very pushy on selling me the 2015 MY demonstrator that I had just driven with very little discount. This was even after I had expressed interest in taking a new vehicle delivery. She disappeared for nearly 50 minutes as she sought answers to questions I had asked that she ought to have reasonably known. We left the dealership with a promise that she would get back to me with answers to all of my questions via email or a phone call. It has been over four weeks since my test drive and I have not heard from this sales rep. Please understand that I did present myself as a serious buyer and would have made an offer if I had been provided the information about the Audi product I was interested in. All in all I have purchased a 2016 BMW and will take European delivery this December, at a price several thousand dollars less and with more options, than the comparable 2015 Audi demonstrator that was being pushed on me. I was able to get an appraisal on my trade-in and negotiate a purchase price in less time than the sale rep at Audi Barrie took to seek the answer to only one of my questions.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. We walked in to book a service, on the day of our service we got there and they didn’t have us booked in the system so we left and called later and booked it again, they booked us for a service at a different Audi location in Toronto. We finally got it sorted and when we picked up the car after the service the alignment was still off. We then had an issue come up with our car and brought it in and they didn’t have a loaner car for us which isn’t a problem but they did nothing to try and assist us further, they told us it wasn’t their problem. They told us they couldn’t pull our lease up since we got it at a different location which is not only a lie but additionally they could have had better customer service and contacted the dealership we got the car from to get them to provide the lease and this was told to us by their general manager which is blatantly unacceptable. They have the worst customer service, they are not helpful and clearly need to be trained better to do their job. They don’t treat you as a paying customer and I was absolutely unimpressed. If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would.

I am giving 2 stars because the extra star is only for the sale personnel and specifically, Paul. Paul went above and beyond to assist me. However, the issue had nothing to do with sales. My vehicle, a 2017 Audi Q5 was recalled. I have since October of 2018 been trying to schedule a recall appointment to have the issue fixed. I was first told it would be a month until they had the part in and to call back then. So I did. A month later, I was told the exact same thing. I then called Audi Canada. Audi Canada told me the parts are in stock and the dealer should order them and schedule my appointment. I then called them back . I live in the Barrie area and have a young family. There is a risk of the engine catching fire, if the issue is not fixed. I continue to call to make the appointment and keep being told they don't have it in stock, despite the assurances from Audi Canada that there are plenty of parts in stock. I spoke with a young lady on the phone today and was told that she "couldn't help me" and there was "nothing they could do, as it was Audi Canada's fault.". I keep on getting the "run around". I was even going to have my car serviced there but have no faith in their ability to do a good job given my experience. When you pay this amount of money for a vehicle you expect it to be free from defects and when they exist to be fixed in a timely manner. Here I am three months later, with no appointment to have my car fixed.

I purchased an Audi with a diesel engine from a private dealer. The private dealer had some warranty work done at Barrie Audi. Some new problems arose and I took my car to an Audi dealer near my home. The place near my home worked on it and came out with a diagnosis that didn't make sense and an estimated cost of $1,400+! Even the service manager tried to explain the diagnosis saying that Audi's are sensitive. I phoned Richard in service at Barrie Audi who guessed at a diagnosis based on his experience. It made sense, so I had my car towed there. Richard's diagnosis was correct and the problem was corrected under warranty! A parking brake issue estimated at 3+ hours at the other dealer turned out to be a loose wire that was fixed for free! Proper diagnosis based on knowledge, experience and common sense and not being totally dependent on the car's diagnostic system is an important skill that many people don't think about. It's far for me, but it looks like I'm going to have to drive to Barrie Audi if the car needs service!

The day I went to see it, I was greeted by multiple employees and finally Paul Saranovich, who was my dedicated Audi Specialist. Everyone was very friendly. Exceptional customer relations and honestly, this extra little drive really solidified the purchase for me. About a week later I came back to Audi Barrie to pick up my new pre-owned Audi S5 Sportback. Some imperfections were found on the car that I hadn't noticed before, but Paul made sure they were taken care of before I left. As I had to travel from Toronto with no car ( it was 9:30AM a rainy day ), I googled the address ( 2484 Doral Drive, Innisfil ) and I found that there is NO WAY for me rich this place by public transportation so I end up" RENTING A CAR "... Our appointment was between 1-2 PM. I was 10Km away from dealership that I received a phone call from Brad, Brad, " Hi, where are you? Are you on HWY 400" Me "Yes what up?" Brad, " Oh man I don't know what to say someone just walked in and bought the car, I'm sorry".... Me " Are you for real? We spoke on phone, we have an appointment, you made a promise that the vehicle would be ready by the time I get there, I rent a car and it is 1:10PM and our appointment is between 1-2PM and I am on time..." Brad, " Sorry man, I don't know what to say..." I went down to dealership because I was already there. After 1hr/20min driving I thought there must be a manager or someone above him to consider and discuss this matter... Well let me make the story short... They sold the vehicle... They wast my time... Picked up our Q5 2016 demo on Saturday and it is pretty sweet! Has all the "I wants" - A great driving vehicle with lots of space. Audi Barrie was great to deal with... Mary Hendricken was our outstanding sales person and she was supported by a great team Jamie MacArthur - Sales Manager and Lesley Woods - Financial Services Manager who takes care of all the details and "Audicare" which we ultimately purchased after a week of contemplating that investment on top of the vehicle purchase. Hoping this will be a good decision! Audi Barrie is conveniently located in the south end of Barrie and is a easy access off the 400 HWY. We were also pretty happy with the decision to add the towing package as it makes it so easy to add our bike rack. Made for less hassle having to go elsewhere to have this installed on aftermarket and with the great weather this week we've already used it! Honestly, I think the Audi team were all more excited than we were -- the day we picked up everyone said... "are you excited!?" and yes... we're excited... - we love the vehicle!

Custom ordered a 2017 Audi Q7 from Barrie Audi without a doubt the worst car I've ever owned The windshield wipers stick to the windshield anything under minus 8 degrees Celsius you have to keep the defog on full which doesn't work very strong and evaporate the water off the windshield and you have to keep pulling over 2 gas stations to pull them off the front windshield because you can't see I've checked with other Q7 owners and they said they have the same problem Lane keep assist pushes me into oncoming traffic if the roads have snow on them because the computer thinks the snow ruts are lines on the road the adaptive cruise control is very rough so it stops abruptly and starts abruptly very irritating The navigation puts you in circles so you keep getting further and further away from your destination not all the time but 50% of the time so you're never sure if it's actually taking you to the right spot factory-installed rear DVD players paid 2,000 from Audi don't play DVDs from the onboard DVD player in the front seat Audi would not address my concerns because car is bought and paid for so basically they could care less You can't shut off the air conditioner the electric rear trunk closer doesn't close when you push lock my advice to you if you're even considering buying a Audi don't.... it's a mistake Basically after you buy it you're stuck with it and you'll wish you never did unless you drive it in perfect conditions and you don't need the windshield wipers to see Mercedes without a doubt is the best or nothing I also have an E-Class which is a different animal than this Audi all the things you take for granted work flawlessly on the Mercedes unlike the Audi the list goes on but hopefully this is enough to steer you clear of any Audi

I don't normally write reviews but I had an issue with my fuel door not opening and I had brought the car in for them to have a look, turns out I had to get a switch replaced as it seized, Gary the technician had brought it in to the back to get the necessary component replaced, not knowing how much this was going to cost I was waiting anxiously until Zoey told me my car is ready and gave me an invoice for $0, they fixed this nuisance without charging me a cent for the service. This is the kind of service that leaves me no choice but to write a review as this has been an excellent client experience and will continue to be my dealer of choice for my Audi. First time visitor for a routine service of a Q5. Appointment was easy to make. Service staff were informative, knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Waiting area is adequate with WIFI, the coffee machine good - but a cookie would have helped the time pass! Service was done on time and explained. Look forward to returning. (Only issue was the state of the on-site washroom - for a luxury brand, it was disappointing. No toilet paper, the soap dispenser did not work, the tap spared in many directions - generally the room needed some TLC!)

I drove all the way from Scarborough to view a car that according to the salesman was available. He assured me that it would be there upon my arrival, he told me that the car sold 10 min before I arrived. He said he tried texting me, he didn’t. The car has been advertised for awhile. Beware of these gimmicks. They try to get you to come in and try to sell you a more expensive vehicle through financing which is clearly what I didn’t want. Total lack of respect for my lost time. On my way out I heard him and his associate laughing at me. Very unprofessional!

I purchased an Audi S4 in 2012 from the old Audi store location and lets just say that after 4 mths of dealing with the service centre I traded the unit in and moved on to another brand. Fast forward to January 2016, my wife wants an new SUV and falls in love with the SQ5, she finds one at the new Audi location on the 400 and sends me in to take a look. After my last experience I was more than apprehensive about getting ( or rather dealing) anything Audi. I went in and met with Jamie the sales manager and at no point did I feel any pressure to buy. Jamie was great to deal with and was very informative and help full and didn't bullshit me in any way or form. We recently brought our SQ in for its first scheduled maintenance and the service manager Jordan was amazing. He gave us a loner unit, had the service done, unit cleaned and had us back in our vehicle in 48 hrs. So I can tell you that my perception has completely changed, this dealership is in no way like the old one on the hill. It was a first class experience,.

Prior to dealing with AUDI, we were looking at BMW as a potential first choice and our options were always open. This is my second Audi purchase from this dealership and they are by far the best dealership I have dealt with after buying 7 new cars in my life. I live in downtown Toronto and had subpar experiences at the Downtown and Uptown dealerships. They were quite resistant to me test drive the SQ8, saying that, "people just buy these cars without driving them!" I travel the extra 100 km to Audi Barrie for the quality and personal touches. First of all Patrick Murphy was simply exceptional as a sales person. He knows his cars and the competition better than any. There is nothing worse than when someone in sales says they only know their brand. Secondly, the service at this dealership (Jordan and Richard) are the best there is. Even when my previous car was well beyond warrantee they treated me like I had a new car with service perks and a loaner car every time. I would recommend the extra drive if you live in GTA just for the quality of the experience from this dealership.

When you are shopping for a vehicle at Audi Barrie, make sure you look for Paul Saranovich. Paul was awesome from the beginning all the way to the end. When I met Paul, he was very friendly, I felt very comfortable dealing with Paul. From my personal experience, usually after you bought the vehicle, somtime the sales person does not care about you anymore. After I have purchased the vehicle and drove away from the dealership, I noticed that the owner's manual is not in the vehicle and I also wanted to obtain the service record from the previous owner. Since I bought a pre-owned vehicle, so I am not sure if the previous owner still kept the owner's manual and the service record. So Paul contacted the previous owner and luckily the previous owner still kept the owner's manual and the service records. So I was very happy when Paul told me that he will mail me the owners's manual so that I do not have to drive back to Audi Barrie just to pick up the owner's manual and Paul also e-mail me all of the service records. Personally for me, I got a very good service from Paul before and during the purchase process. But I got the absolute best service when Paul made the effort to obtain the owner's manual and the service records and that is the best vehicle post purchase experience I have ever had. Paul could have easily said to me that since the vehicle is a used vehicle so he was unable to get the items that I wanted or he could say that the previous owner lost the owner's manual and the service records. So thank you very much Paul for helping me even after I already drove away from the dealership, I really appreciate it. Awesome job Paul. So, again ask for Paul Saranovich when you shopping for a vehicle at Audi Barrie

My name is David I and i came in to buy a used golf and put in an offer for a vehicle and walked away from the deal since it was $350 less than Jerrod (Pre-owned Manager) wanted. I was told that they would call me Monday to see if they would be allowed to accept my offer once they talked to the General Manager. On Monday I called them and they said that the General Manager would not accept my offer since someone had already put in an offer to buy the car. I realize now, that the car is still on the market to be sold at the dealership. Next time be honest and do not lie to your clients. Just say that the offer was too low, no need to make up stories. First the sales person offered me 14.5K for my car (My car was also CPO with 88k on it and Aftercare Platinum warranty) somehow by the end of the day after i left the dealership that figure went up to 19K since the sales person was contacting me troughout the day by text. Still not sure why this amount was not offered to me at my visit. Also i was not sure their interpretation of my Audi After Care warranty was also accurate. Looks like the sales person i was dealing with did not have a clue what i am talking about and keep going back and forth between different personnel until their interpretation was different then mine so they could not honor the warranty exchange to other CPO. This left me a bad tase in my mouth since i was expecting much more care of the returning Audi customers. I guess i will have to switch to other German brand and maybe i will be treated more respectfully. Zsolt,Guelph
