Last week, I noticed a burnt out taillight on the hatch door of my 2016 MDX. I phoned the dealership to find out how to go about changing it. Nathan, the service rep informed me that this was an LED panel, that should be replaced at the dealership. He then inquired as to the mileage on my MDX. I informed him that it was 69,000 Km’s. He responded by saying that this light panel was covered fully under the warranty, in fact until the 80,000 km Mark. I told Nathan that I was travelling from my home in North Bay to Toronto the following day. He asked when it would be convenient to drop in to ascertain the exact issue. I did drop in and he confirmed a faulty light assembly. He then asked when I was returning to North Bay. I told him the next afternoon. He said to drop in on my way back. I did I was in dealership approximately 1/2 hr during which time the staff replaced the light assembly and washed my vehicle, all at no charge! Fantastic service, high quality and adjusting to my loose schedule. Thank you Nathan. And all of the Acura of Barrie team. Ray

3 years ago when I purchased my Acura, the service was fantastic from start to finish. When I was ready for a new vehicle, it was clear that I was not going to be accomodated with the same friendly courteous and efficient service. I gave up and went to Jackson's Toyota and purchased a brand new car on the spot because the difference in the way I was treated was astounding!!! I'll never go back to Barrie Acura again.

We decided to wait in writing our review, just to be sure our SUV was as amazing as we thought - it was. We purchased a previously owned RDX from Monica dePass and are thrilled with it. We had great dialogue leading up to coming to see the vehicle, and her professionalism and understanding of our needs made the experience a pleasure. We'd deal with her again in a heartbeat and thank everyone involved in the transaction. Our unit was exactly as described and you'd have sworn it was brand new (all our friends and neighbours thought it was...). It should also be said that we traveled over 130 km to find this gem but without Monica's help and assurances, we probably would have settled for something (inferior) closer to home. Yes - it's worth the drive to Barrie to see Monica and the staff at Acura of Barrie. Thanks again.

It was my first time in Canada that i wanted to do some transmission work on my ILX, I was worried as it would cost me a lot of money, and concerning to the problem they gave me immediate appointment. Service department explained me everything in detail and I was answered very politely. They did satisfactory work and released my car within 3 hours. They gave me very genuine customer service. Really appreciate their efforts and field knowledge.

My experience with Acura of Barrie was great until the recent ownership change. Since then, the smallest problem has become an argument. This dealer is the worst I have ever dealt with and it makes me regret buying an Acura.
The sales team is great, but I am very disappointed at their management team. we just returned our leased vehicle last weekend, the sales manager gave us such a big attitude not to continue purchase vehicle at Acura, at the end when I asked him what I should do with my license plates, he told me to call Ministry of Transportation!!! Really? How poor is his work knowledge ? Or How bad is his customer service!!! There's no intention of helping customers at all!! I didn't tell him we were thinking to trade in our current Toyota for a Acura RDX, because I really like it, I also didn't tell him I just refereed one of my friend to check out RDX and she was in the dealership while I was there. You didn't have my business today, but it doesn't mean you lose my business tomorrow. After this experience, I absolute lost interest at Acura at all, and I will share my experiences with others. Yes, I am just one of the million customers of Acura's, I am nobody, but I am also one of the returning Acura customers(I had two Acura ) who is completely disappointed at you and will never return.
I have to say the last service I got done for my mdx was great! I got an oil change and brought to their attention my back passenger window was not going up one shot and they looked into this for me and are getting me a new main power switch system. I like how they also let you know what needs to be done with your vehicle and how they do an overall check on everything and keep you updated. I was very happy with my service.
Buying my ILX from Acura of Barrie was an easy choice. They answered all my questions, offered me the best deal I could find and were polite and friendly. Couldn't ask for more!

I had a complaint with my RDX, called the dealership and Nathan immediately booked me asap. We came to know that it was not actually a real problem (just touched a control while driving), but Nathan went out of his way - did another test drive with us, making sure that we understood why it happened and felt confident in driving the vehicle again. The vehicle was also booked for another service that lasted for 3 days and I was given a loaner vehicle - the latest RDX model and it was a delightful experience! (The only problem now is my daughter kept on convincing me to buy that latest model, lol:-))..kidding aside, the service of the dealership is superb and I feel confident and safe in having my vehicle serviced at Acura of Barrie Dealership! I purchased my 2022 MDX from Barrie Acura in May 2021. It has been in twice for different repairs and a regular service. The service manager Nathan is great and both times got my vehicle in as quick as he could for the repairs but also worked around my shift working schedule. And I’m so happy with my new MDX Aspec, it was exactly what I wanted and needed for an upgrade, lots of room for my family and all the items we bring on a trip, as well as a good shopping trip.

It's been 3 month since we've purchases a used MDX at Acura of Barrie. It's been an absolute pleasure working with this dealership, from start to finish the experience has been amazing. No scammy dealer tactics, no weird additional payments, no problems at all. The service was friendly and approachable and talked through the car in question with respect. The final delivery of the car was perfect the car was clean and ready to go; they helped organize all of the paper work for a smooth transaction. We've owned our RDX for a year now, and have had nothing but great service. The sale never felt forced, we were allowed to take our time, test drive twice, and ask all the questions we had. The service appointments have been courteous and honest, never forced to do anything we don't feel is necessary, and always keeping us posted on timelines for completion.

What an amazing service! I have recently bought Honda Accord 2018 Touring from Acura of Barrie. However, I live in Waterloo which is almost 200 km far from Barrie. I found their advertisement on AutoTrader App and contacted them for more information. One of their sales representative "Wendy Gillings" contacted me promptly and provided all the detailed information regarding the vehicle so I can get everything before I rush there. She was really friendly and polite during the entire conversation and process. She understood that I have come a far way so she kept everything ready on the day of test drive though I was late by half n hour and it was a closing time too. Unlike others, she had never forced me to buy that vehicle. She and her staff has given me a great service and deal. Not the greatest people to deal with. Tried to buy an acura tlx sh-awd loaded, offered them to split the difference between the invoice price and the msrp which is completely fair. was told by salesman kevin campbell that " even if you owned an acura dealership you could not get this price" I told him i was going to infiniti to test a q50, less than 10 minutes later kevin called and agreed to the price. I was so put off with the situation I did not go back there and wont go back there ever. I bought the Q50 and havent looked back yet, what an awesome car with way more luxury, horsepower etc etc Most people in there are snooty and you feel like you are bothering them by asking for information on their product. Learn from this Barrie Acura.
We've been using the Acura of Barrie service department for almost 11 years. I have never been disappointed. The staff are knowledgeable and efficient. They are very realistic about time frames and prices and are willing to answer any questions in lay terms - without being patronizing. I've used the shuttle, the courtesy car, and the waiting room, and always feel like my needs are being accommodated. Nathan and Paul are outstanding service advisors. Thank you both. It is quite special to walk in (unannounced, without an appointment) and be recognized by name. I decided to write the review at this time because I just had an appointment during the covid-19 pandemic. I was impressed by their careful implementation of physical distancing and suggestions of ways to have the work done safely for me and for their staff. Thank you Acura of Barrie!
Saw an ad for a used 2007 Honda civic that said it was certified and in great condition. Called to confirm the ad and was told it was indeed certified and had no issues. Went to test drive and learned it was not certified. Should have just walked away, but instead negotiated for what the ad originally said (not a smart move on my part). Four days later, after only driving the car up and down Bayfield for work, the car wouldn't start. Had it towed back and was told the starter had died and they wouldn't cover it. So the sales department told me the car was certified when in fact it was not and the service department dinged me for $500 for a new starter after having the car less than a week. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my friends or family, or anyone really.
Booked an appointment with Kevin to see an RDX. He was nice on the phone before getting there but once we got there he was kind of rude and not very nice. For a sales person you would expect someone very friendly but it was the opposite with this guy. He was too straight forward and wasn’t willing to negotiate, it was what he said and that’s it. We visited one other Acura Dealer in Mississauga before the Barrie location the agent was the best, polite, friendly and willing to help, ended up going back to Sauga and buying a 2020 RDX New because the the deals and different options the sales agent Donnie presented to us. Kevin from Barrie Acura, waste of time... didn’t even show us any options of buying brand new and interest rates. Just gave the entire dealer a bad repetition and lost a $50,000 plus sale on an RDX. Definitely wouldn’t be visiting this dealership again and will not recommend to anyone.

I have had been driving Acura products since 1987 and I have never had better service then that of Acura of Barrie. Nate gives you the straight goods and then let's he let's you make the decision. There is never any up selling and never any pressure or fear tactics. Let me start by saying I have been coming to Acura of Barrie since 2005. I recently purchased an ILX and had un unfortunate situation happen where I went through a carwash and it ripped off the back fin (antenna) I brought my car to Acura of Barrie, and spoke to Nathan, and he took excellent care of me. He treated me like a VIP. And took care of my car as if it were his own. This is the only place I bring my car for service because I can trust Nathan, and I'm very happy to see he is now the service manager.

I recently had my first service at this location, and was very pleased with the entire process. From the convenient booking of the initial appointment, to arriving and having my new (to me) Acura put into the system, complimentary shuttle to work, then the follow up text option I received about my service, I was thrilled with everything. I called the service dept and Adam Allen ( Service Advisor) answered. I told him a few things i needed and viola" his sales antics kicked in. we needed thorough inspection done.The vehicle didnt pass the Safety and my sister paid $610. Labour cost was $454 and part was $73. and taxes 70. They recoommended this and that. My sister agreed as she is naive of Auto mechanics. Did you know THAT ACURA BARRIE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF ACURA DRIVERS? THEY TOLD HER THAT THE PARTS ARE ORDERED FROM TORONTO AND IT WILL TAKE TWO WEEKS. and She can drive a vehicle with worn out Ball joints, a worn out sway bar, and its Links, a failed Transimission range switch, and an overboost Turbocharger. Wow Adam Allen, you are such an Advisor. I hope that you advise your Nathan Guaglio (your Manager) to recommend you to ACURA BARRIE for further TRAINING IN Customer Relations in AUTO SAFETY Awareness besides the Quotas targets you have to hit daily or Weekly.

This dealership since new owners took over has gone down hill. Sales pull the bait and switch so be careful. I think they've started to recognize the loss of clientele and are working to correct things. Service department is great from our experience. We gave them one last chance for repeat sales and Rick did well but for us it was too late.
I have just purchased my 3rd Car here and have been all the different ownerships and for sure will continue to be a loyal customer. I would have purchased more but it is hard to trade a car that runs and works so well. 2009 MDX to 2021 RDX. One comment I have is that the sales person I just had during Covid was amazing (Ryan Macdonald) He really knows everything about what he is selling. Definitely want to give a shoutout to the Service department too as they have always treated me well.

My wife and I have purchased many Acura models from the staff at Acura of Barrie. When purchasing a new or used car, we shop around like everyone else, but what we have found is that the vehicle purchase prices are better than the other dealers. What makes this dealership unique is their ability to see beyond just a simple car sale, and make it an experience for my entire family. When we walk into the showroom, we feel like celebrities from the staff that have grown to recognize us. My young son will never forget the time he was given an Acura ball cap from one of the team who could see he had a future Acura driver in the midst. We also have been servicing our vehicles there for over 8 years. The level of service we receive is fantastic. We are treated like royalty and the prices quoted for service work are never a surprise upon pick up. My wife feels confident going into this dealer to have service performed because she knows that there will be no surprises, needless add-ons or extra costs as we have experienced with other manufacturers in the past. Great service for my CSX. What I like about Acura of Barrie is that if I have a problem it is fixed the first time. I never have to return for some issue. Curious and friendly, they always ask if I need a ride and they keep me up tp date about when my car is ready. I don't mind staying for a cup of coffee and having a chat with a sales rep about the Acura cars in the showroom .

My car was diagnosed and serviced in the exact time they predicted. The service advisor Nate explained everything that needed to be done and the cost associated with each repair. I was pleased with the final bill and didn't feel like it was an expensive repair. The waiting room is well equipped with a TV, free coffee and tea and free wifi. Overall i was really happy with my experience there and wouldn't hesitate to take my SUV back.

My entire purchase and service experience has been totally flawless so far. I purchased my TL SH-AWD after being rear ended, and Kevin and Kassandra we're both happy to work with me even throughout post-accident insurance claim related delays. Even with a mask on Kevin recognizes me and remembers my name every time I drop by, and takes time out of his day to engage with me. The same goes for Nathan and his team in service who always go above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied, and that my Acura stays in pristine condition. Should there be a time that I need to purchase another vehicle in the future I will likely be buying a TLX from Kevin, and until then I will be bringing my TL here for every service I can. Nathan greeted me promptly and cheerfully on arrival and confirmed my service requirements. He updated me on my vehicle's needs, clarified what needed attention immediately and what could wait for a future appointment and contacted me as soon as my vehicle was ready for pick up - which was on time, as promised (actually, even a little earlier). Nathan took the time to breakdown the services performed and detailed the alignment report so that I could see exactly what the pre and post numbers indicated. Very happy with our first service at Acura of Barrie and feel confident that they will treat our vehicle (and us) with respect.

We had our TLX in for regular maintenance last week. We were greeted by Nat with a friendly smile and good morning. Nat was great about explaining the different aspects of our service and offer us a ride if we wanted. Since the service wasn't going to be to long we went for a coffee. Upon returning Nat informed us that there was some other work that could be done. Nat sat down with us and full explained all the options and even took me to the shop to review the issues. We decide to do the work and were given a loaner car for the afternoon to complete our errands. upon return at the agreed time the work on our car was completed and washed. We have dealt with the dealership for several years and we have always found them to be very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend them for service on your vehicle. Barrie Acura was extremely attentive to my repairs on my RDX . They took care of a brake problem that was a wear able part that could of been non warranty. Was very pleased with their repair and a complementary car wash . Car was repaired and ready in less then an hour . They offered a free shuttle to anywhere I needed to be and a free pickup. Instead I just waited in their comfortable lounge area and had a coffee.

I love the honesty of this place. I asked about windshield wiper replacement. They checked and said I didn't need it. I had originally called about my appointment and they told me to wait until a certain time. They called to check about things I hadn't anticipated and discussed what I should do prior to going ahead with doing it (e.g., alignment). It was minus 18 and they offered the complimentary car wash but warned of the dangers of quick freeze and seals. They were there to answer my questions and to discuss what my service should be like. That with a very friendly disposition on the part of my Service Advisor (Paul) will make me return to Acura of Barrie.

Callled & booked appointment to install Snow Tires. Shortly after this Service A123 came up & called Service & spoke to Nathan who added it to Appointment. At this time he asked if I would need ride home and I said no. When date for service came up Dorothy was working so took car in for service. Nathan was Service Advisor & briefed me on service,cost & time frame. Asked me if I required ride to which I stated had said no but could go home if ride was available. I had my car serviced today and the customer service was incredible. Nate in service was very knowledgable about what was going on with my car and how long it would take to fix. He offered a shuttle if needed. I inquired about winter tires and Nate gave me all the information to make the right choice for me and even made time to have them installed today as I am from out of town and already have snow. (from T.O) But after a couple "questionable" experiences at other dealerships, Acura Barrie was willing to negotiate my laundry list of requirements of a pre-owned Acura at fair market price. I dealt with Kevin Campbell and based my experiences, he was by far the most knowledgeable Acura employee I had met. He knew his cars inside and out from engine to tech to body to aftermarket mods. He picked us up at the train station on his day off and made himself available after purchase to answer any questions we had. Having a loner car works perfect for me as i don't work in Barrie, and also sometimes gives me a chance to try a different model. My husband and I just purchased a used 09 chevy Traverse on June 15, 2018 from Acura of Barrie. It came safetied with papers and was not sold as is. I brought it to my mechanic after I purchased it because I noticed some safety issues. I asked him to do a safety inspection on my new vechile, even though I bought it from the dealer safetied. It failed with multiple issues. • exhaust leak • a broken spring in the passenger back side, missing like a 6inch piece. (I took pictures) • back window buttons did not work • the windshield washer nosel did not touch my windshield. It was broken. • the struts where leaking oil and the passenger side one was shot and needed to be replaced. (that was in my buying agreement, as I could feel the knock and shake but it did NOT get fixed) I am 34 weeks pregnant and have a 4 year old and 6 1/2 year old, and I was driving around in this unsafe vechile. I thank God the spring didn't fully break while I was driving on the hyway or any other time. I am very unhappy with the service department at Acura. The manager agreed to cancel the deal and take the vechile back after I told him what my mechanic found and he had his techs relook at this vechile and the tech found all these issues. I am very disappointed about my experience and I am out the money I had to pay for a saftey, the insurance I had to pay for 2 weeks on this vechile and the gas to drive there multiple times which is about an hour there and back. I will say that the sales department was excellent and very understanding and helpful. When I had to deal with service I got attitude and eye rolls. I am now left without a vechile and I am due in a couple weeks.
I picked up a nail in one of my tires and had a slow leak. Acura of Barrie took my car in on short notice and had me on my way within thirty minutes! Many thanks to Alex, Nathan and Paul for their help. Jeff
It is always nice to be able to drive indoors to be out of the elements. Once inside a service rep arrives to greet you and get the vehicles mileage. Once inside the paperwork is taken care of and details of service are explained. You are also asked if you’d like a complimentary car wash. Then you go and relax in front of tv in comfortable chairs and enjoy the free coffee or hot chocolate. Once finished you are called and go over what was done to your vehicle, pay and you are on your way. It’s been a stress free experience. Im sad to say that i will no longer be bringing my vechile to this dealership almost 4 years of service & regular maintanence & just recently had the dealership charge me 650$ to look at my brakes due to squeeling & had been recommended to machine all rotors & clean/lubricate calipers etc. & claiming that my brakes were fixed. They were obviously not & was having the same issue as before after their 650$ break job fix. Then try to explain to me after i brought it back in a week later that the mechanic couldnt fix my squeeling brakes & it was due to after market brake pads. Now why wouldnt you say that the first time & not charge me for a brake job that didnt fix the problem. I will be going elsewhere & ensuring friends & family dont either thanks for nothing & charging me for it. & also missed the big no washer fluid icon on the screen & no carwash as used to be while getting this oil change & brake service.

Was a ten year customer of Barrie of Acura. They changed owners, renovated, and brought in a new sales manager. Either the expectations of that manager are too high or he has poor management skills. After dealing with him on three different occasions (I really wanted the dealership to be as good as it was) I went next door and bought a toyota. It was a night/day difference in customer service. The final straw was me waiting in the waiting room over a half hour until one of the sales staff could show me around (other incidents made me reluctant to approach other staff members) to the used car section. When I left (without a word) nobody still even acknowledged me leaving. I went next door and was treated like a "valued customer" and spent my $15000 from someone who I would buy again from in an instant. Will never set foot in Barrie Acura again. I will take my wife's car to Maple from now on for service. With the amount you pay for the Acura service you would think customer service would be better. I hope they improve in the future to return to what they were for other's sake.

Had my tl serviced last year, outstanding service. Everyone was friendly and open. Decided this year to look for a larger vehicle, and again I was not disappointed at this acura location. Our sales rep was Al, not only did he find us the perfect suv, he did everything he could to make us happy as customers. Whether it was something as simple as making sure we were comfortable; to helping us understand the process and answering any questions we had. This was my first vehicle purchase from acura and I will definitely come back in the future.

I came in yesterday for an electrical repair, but the fix didn't work and I ended up coming back less than an hour after picking up my car. Today I brought it back in and they fixed it without any additional charges. (The work yesterday was only an hour of labour and some minor wiring costs.) They were very friendly and helpful. And I think it's worth mentioning the problem was a part that Canadian Tire had installed which failed. Unsurprising... I had been concerned that it would be outrageously expensive to bring my car straight to the dealership for repairs but it was very reasonably priced, very comparable to other places I've had my car worked on in the past. I will definitely return next time I need work done. Essentially the same cost but the small difference is well worth the peace of mind.

Highly Recommended! This was my first visit to Acura of Barrie for servicing on my RDX. Nathan was great on the phone when booking, and when dropping off my vehicle and getting a beautiful loaner car for the expected 2-3 hours required to service the RDX. The phone app and then phone call let you know as soon as your vehicle servicing is completed, and all details of the work are well communicated....and then you get your vehicle back freshly washed. A high level of customer service is obviously important to everyone at the dealership, and it shows.

Sept 2020 - went in for regular service and asked Service team to look at Emergency Braking System. The oil change and tire rotation were done quickly and the EBS was inspected and in good shape and there was no extra charge. I really appreciated that. Free car wash and a safe environment made me glad I bought my vehicle here. Jan 2020 I own a 2017 Acura ILX and recently hit a pot hole and blew out a tire. Needing an new tire immediately I contacted the Service Team at Acura of Barrie and they got me in out in the same day. Because I needed to be somewhere that afternoon they offered me a courtesy car and were able to arrange for a late (8pm) pick up of my car. Nathan my Service Rep was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The service was completed promptly and I will continue to visit the team at Acura of Barrie for future servicing needs.
Recently I had occasion to use the service dept. the expeience was second to none. Appointment was made I was looked after by a fine gentlemen on time I have nothing but praise for this organization.
I have been bringing my vehicles to Acura of Barrie for over 15 years now, and everytime I have been extremely happy with their service. With different managers that they've had , it looks like the same quality of service is still practiced. I also have had other makes of vehicles and I have brought them to Acura of Barrie to service as well. It was well worth the little extra cost for superior service, then bringing it to the other dealerships service department and being disappointed. There is one staff member by the name of Nathan who has been there for a long time, and I have to say he has made my experience there so smooth. He has always gone the extra mile for me as well as the team in front office. Also the sales team at the dealership is great for showing you and teaching you all about the vehicles . Kevin at the sales department is very knowledgeable and very patient. Looking forward to seeing you for my next Acura Kevin. With the best experience I've had here then other places in the past ,,, is why I love The ACURA brand ,,, oh and did I mention what great and fun experience Acura vehicles are to drive??

They got my car serviced very quickly and accommodated my need for a loaner car in the meantime as I live far away and needed to travel. They delivered great service at exactly the quoted price and my service rep explained everything to me in detail.

I came into the Barrie dealership for a recall on my 2018 Acura ILX and Paul who works in the Service Department was very informative as to what was being done to my car that day. He was very pleasant to talk to and to my surprise, offered a complimentary car wash. I have leased cars from other car dealers in the past and I have never been offered anything extra. Acura sure does go above and beyond for their customers.
Went in for service and the whole experience was top notch. Work was completed on time and staff, Nathan, was amazing. While waiting our salesman, Ryan, took the time to review the new models, MDX and RDX, and allowed us to take both for a test drive. I have purchased two vehicles at this dealership and will be back for a third.
Acura of Barrie offered great service for my 2016 MDX (B16 service) - a complete check up, brake service. It was on-time with no surprises. The service department was excellent. Very personal staff. The car salesman who sold me the car even remembered me by name. They offered a shuttle service to and from my work and they called to let me know when the work was complete. The complementary car wash was also a nice gesture they offer. Will definitely be going back.

I had a visit to Acura of Barrie this week, in order to have snow tires put on my Acura MDX. Everything was done well, and even though we agreed that in the midst of a snow storm, a complimentary car wash was perhaps not practical, I was nonetheless offered one!! Will definitely continue to use Acura of Barrie to service my MDX going forward!

Took our two Acura vehicles in for service recently and learned Alex, the service manager has recently retired. Sad to see him leave but delighted he’ll be enjoying retirement in our area. Very quick at repairs and maintance but services rep i dealt with was a bit arrogant. Told me the msgs i was getting from accura link should be dismissed and i shouldnt worry about it...... Y would accura have this setup if its to be dismissed when they send msgs

The review is for the service department. I recently brought my lease in for warranty work. The process was quick, and painless. I was given a beautiful loaner car for the day. I had a massive amount of brake dust on one of my rims from a brake pad breaking, they took my rim off and cleaned it up beautifully. I'm happy.

This has been my first time dealing with Acura of Barrie. My sales rep was Paul Santaera, although he is new to the Acura team, you can tell he is well versed in the automotive industry. I actually went for a different vehicle they had on the lot, but it wasn't for me, Paul quickly understood what might be a better fit, and was able to show me a vehicle that I was thoroughly pleased with, and purchased it. I purchase a used vehicle, which had a very minor chip on it, which is being looked after. I feel negotiations were fair and trustworthy. Dealing with Mike and the rest of the team was truly an enjoyable experience. I will say for the last 30 years, I dealt with a different manufacture, as I tend to be loyal with people who I can trust and respect, I am hoping this will be the beginning of new auto purchasing venture for me going forward.

Called to make appointment which was made for Saturday. Got a call from Nathan tell us that due to the Virus Dealership would not be opening on Saturday for present time. Nathan asked when we would like to bring car in & made appointment. Also as Dorothy had to work supplied loaner for her. I called my service advisor Nathan and asked him about availability for the next day as I was behind on service. I used the drop box and left the car. Next day Nathan texted and said it was ready..got the car back and it was washed as well. Can't say enough good things about Barrie Acura! They don't believe in customer satisfaction , the dealership Manager has so much attitude. Acura is a high end and reliable brand in the market. But this dealership is ruining it.

Car broke down and was towed here on a Sunday. I live approximately 2-3 hours north, and called first thing Monday morning to see if they could have a look at the car. They were great - they ran diagnostics, acquired the part and completed the work in the same day, all under warranty. Furthermore, the car was cleaned outside and in, which was a fantastic touch especially for an out of town traveler who was entirely dependent on them to return home. Special thanks to Stephanie at the front who was professional, courteous and a lovely person to speak with over the phone.
