After being a little dissatisfied with my service at another dealership, I thought why not give Lakecity Ford a try, the community of Williams Lake speaks positively about the service there. I am glad I did. The service staff are great. Always greeting me with a smile and professional. They get me in quickly and offer me a ride home or to work. They store your tires for the seasonal change over!

GREATEST SERVICE EVER! We are from Mission/Maple Ridge, B.C. area, on vacation when our 2016 Ford Expeditions trailer brake modular malfunctioned, setting the trailer brakes on as we were leaving a gas station in Williams Lake on June 18. We stopped in at around 2:20 pm to see if they could help us. They analysed it, but did not have the part in stock, so they had emergency delivery of the part, which was flown in overnight and installed first thing the next morning. We hooked up our trailer, which they let us park in their lot overnight and were back on the road June 19, by 9:30 am. Michelle Maxwell, service advisor, and the great mechanic, were excellent and friendly. A HUGE THANK YOU!

Back in 1993 I bought my first Ford pickup, a F250 with a 7.3 diesel. I was impressed with the fit and finish of the product compared to the Chev I owned "new" in 1988. I went with Dodge diesels in the following years due to the popularity of the Cummins and the great track record that engine builder had for longevity. Well in 2015, after reading great things about the new Ford diesel engine I decided I would like to try one. On a whim, I stopped at Lake City Ford one morning around 7am, thinking that there wouldnt be any sales peple in yet to pester me and I could look at a truck unharassed. Well,,I was wrong,,there was a sales guy there..lol however harassed was not the method used,,he just threw me a set of keys and said take her for a spin. After about a week or so I settled on a new F350. Since that day I have developed a working friendship with the folks at Lake City. I visited another dealer for service and had several very negative experiences, which really turned me off. I came back to Lake City for service and warranty on a couple of small isses and found the owner Dave, the service manager Willie, and the business manager Glen to be very friendly, more than helpfull, and they possessed Fords "CAN DO" attitude that was promoted back in the early 1990's. These guys have really stepped to the plate and delivered outstanding service, all the while doing it with a smile and commradery,that I havent seen in too many places in all my years. I would and do reccomend Lake City Ford, to anyone wanting a Ford product, and I endorse the service there 100%. The service department hosts fast, clean, honest and professional friendy service that is 2nd to none from what I have experienced. The whole place is a very friendly and family oriented atmosphere. I will buy my next truck from Lake City Ford, and will continue to promote them as I believe they are definately a huge cut above the rest. This is the first time in 25 years that I can honestly say I would endorse a specific automobile dealer an all points from sales, and financing practices to service and warranty. It takes a lot to get a full endorsement from me, as I am in a high end service industry, and never before have I seen a dealership that gets an "A+" on all counts..Lake City does,,keep up the great work guys and gals

I've been a reforestation supervisor for two decades, and we run a fleet of Fords. I've used close to thirty separate Ford (and competing) dealerships around western Canada for repairs during my career, often with at least five to ten truck problems submitted to each dealership service department. To be honest, I've generally been less than impressed with almost every dealership at some point (and sometimes furious), but the Williams Lake Ford has been outstanding. We've had four vehicles fixed here so far in the past two weeks, plus ten in for servicings, and this location has been amazing. Competent, helpful, and professional, every step of the way, and some of the repairs have been fairly major jobs. I live in New Brunswick for part of the year, but next time I buy a truck, it'll be at this dealership, even though I have no ties to Williams Lake other than currently doing contract work here for three weeks. I would have to rate this dealership as my preferred dealership in Western Canada (and the one in Olds, Alberta, is also very good).

Incredible service for an out of town customer! We were on our way from Alaska to the lower 48 and had a warning light come on. We stopped at the first Ford dealer we came to, lake City Ford. The service rep Dan Bennett got a mechanic to come right out and pull the code which was a critical sensor fault. They took care of it and get us on the road within two hours. I can't complement them enough.

I came looking for a used truck with very little knowledge about them. Bevan K was very helpful at answering all my questions and helping me find the perfect one when I described what I was looking for. This was my first purchase from a dealership and I was very happy the truck came spotless and I had the option to purchase extended warranty from the help of Kristina ( which I did purchase it). Bevan even took the time to deliver the truck to me about 6 hours away on his day off because I wasn’t able to come pick up the truck due to work and showed me all the little accessories and how to use them such as Bluetooth, door code, cruise control ect. While on a quick weekend trip to visit my sick father with a million things on the go, traveling from Victoria to Prince George. We hit a deer, my first accident ever. It was at 108 Mile just outside Williams Lake. Get the vehicle towed to Lake City Ford, cause we heard good things about the dealership. Even though there were shops closer to our accident location. Big Mistake on our part! They cared nothing about the situation and having to leave my vehicle and rent a car to drive home for the next 3 weeks And return it to the original rental location. I call a few days later to check in and see how long it may be in the shop. Now its pushed to 4 weeks. The Repair Shop Manager showed lack of care or understanding for a very financially hard situation I was up against without my vehicle. I drive for my career. Her excuse was "there are cars ahead of you and we wont even start looking at it for another week and a bit." Would be nice if they had offered a loaner car to me like the rest of the clients being helped ahead of me. I informed them I would have it towed to another dealership, her response "okay". Very unpleasant experience and lack of compassion.

Terrible service and an incompetent repair team. Took my truck in for a sunroof that got stuck, 6 appointments later, missing parts for install, putting it off to the side during working on it at appointment 6 because “they ran out of time” and it still isn’t working. No care or urgency to fix the problems they have now created and basically being told to be grateful that an appointment opened up after them forgetting to call me on Monday when informing them it still isn’t working over the weekend. My truck is sat tarped in my driveway with a stuck open sunroof for 6 days until they can “look at it” (direct quote from service department) Would never deal with them again. My next vehicle will be bought from someone who can properly manage a dealership and repairs.
