Absolutely terrible service. After coming in with a check engine light and transmission worries, we were told that the dealer was much too busy and wouldnt even look at us for 2-3 days. We were traveling from Nova Scotia and did not know the area or have any idea where we could find help. When we asked whether the vehicle was safe to take to another dealership, we were told that the service person "was not a tech". We were offered no support, phone numbers or even a smile. Though we recognize what a busy week this was, the lack of any support was some of the poorest customer service we have ever had. Thank goodness for Doug Hunter Ford in Madoc for squeezing us in and getting us back on the road after an easy diagnostic test.

I brought my vehicle in for a few things. One such thing was my spare key needed to be reset. They wiped both keys and now I can't drive my vehicle. This was two days ago. They had to order a replacement key to use to reset everything and they want to charge me nearly 300$ for it. I asked to speak to a manager and only got the service manager who was rude and cared little for the situation. He was even lying to cover for their mistake. They also provided no courtesy vehicle and I live 30 minutes from town. The only kind one there was Melissa but, as for the rest...no one has even called me to settle matters as I do not believe that I should pay for their mistake. Absolutely awful.
