Riding to north shore from Maine and when we got off ferry from Matane thermostat failed closed and immediately overheat shutdown. We where on our annual Optimist ride for kids with 42 riders. One of the riders hit a rock and took out the left front suspension of his machine. The staff and service department bent over backwards to get our rider back up and running in 2 hours. This was on the first day of a 6 day tour.
